Here is my family’s S.O.A (Soup Of Awesome). Nothing is measured, just feel it out.

Ingredients (From Most Important To Least Important):

Promite (It acts like soup stock)

Parsnip

Meat (Preferably lamb shank)

Potato (Sweet and Regular)

Carrot

Celery

Method:

Chop up aformentioned ingredients, throw them in a pot full of water. Allow it to boil until the meat falls apart.

This was/is my favourite meal from childhood. The soup makes tons of servings, so freeze it for lunches, dinners, or gifts!
