This is so cute. It's a little lake cabin in Big Bear Lake, CA. It has 2bds, 1ba, and they're asking $499,999.

It has beamed ceilings and a cozy living room with a brownstone fireplace. I like the shape of the living room, it's different.

Look at the knotty pine wainscoting.

I would expect a lake house in California to cost a lot more. Everything there is so expensive.

The dining area is separate and right outside the kitchen.

Nice built-in corner cabinet.

Maybe they'll leave the wall decor.

The galley kitchen is pretty big for a cabin. This is the first time I've seen a double farm sink.

The primary bedroom has a nice big fireplace and it's a pretty large space.

It's not far from the water.

And, you can definitely have a boat.

Love this home on the water in Portland, Oregon. It was built in 1920, has been restored, and is listed for $475K.

Isn’t it nice? I would rather have this than a condo.

It’s very open.

The kitchen is large and has a pretty blue backsplash.

I’m not sure if this is a living room or dining room, b/c there’s a sink off to the side.

There are 2 bds. upstairs.

And, it has a walk-in closet.
