Husband invited his boss and wove over - went all in with my German cooking. Rouladen, Spätzle, creamy peas & carrots, red cabbage. It’s not hard to do, but takes a lot of time (ok, not the veggies 😆).
Dessert was Apfelstrudel (the dough gave me quite a headache today - no idea why)
Kiddo was very happy about the food (everyone else too ;) and despite beeing super hyper after dinner he still went to bed really good (a bit later then usual, but not that much). So we could enjoy some adult conversations (and the chocolate pie they brought 😁).
