Critics reviewing the Mario movie: It’s just a bunch of goofing off with no real story.
Mario fans: Yes that’s what we want.
Critics reviewing the FNAF movie: It’s just a 2-hour lore dump.
FNAF fans: YES THAT’S WHAT WE WANT.

Something the FNAF movie made me realize is that my “type” with film is when the audience scores are really high but the critic scores are kinda low

Not sure if this has made it around here yet, but we did a thing!!
Tumblr media
We raised the audience score by 1% again! From 91% to 92% in less than 48 hours!
If you haven’t rated our dead boys and alive girls on rotten tomatoes yet, please do so and give them 5 stars! Let’s see how high we can get it!
Thanks to @alltimefail for the graphic and the dedication!

Rotten Tomatoes has removed the audience rating from The Acolyte and all Disney+ Star Wars shows, leaving only the access media "critics"' score:
Tumblr media
They did something similar back in 2019 when they removed over 50,000 audience reviews for another Disney property, the first Captain Marvel movie.
It would seem, then and now, to be a response to pressure from the Disney corporation to squash dissenting voices and control the narrative around their preachy, terribly-made and massively unpopular products. But it didn't work then and I would guess it won't work now, either.

To non-horror fans, the 80% that Saw X has on Rotten Tomatoes probably means it’s mid.
To horror fans/Saw fans, that 80% might as well be the rare 100% Rotten Tomatoes score that appears once in a blue moon.

Every day I trust critics less and less. Lisa Frankenstein is visually stunning and if I see one more boomer asshole in Oakly wrap-around sunglasses dismiss it I'm going to turn into a Creature of my own.
