Something the FNAF movie made me realize is that my “type” with film is when the audience scores are really high but the critic scores are kinda low

‘A Complete Unknown’ has now received an A CinemaScore from audiences and a 96% audience score from Rotten Tomatoes. 💥💥💥

We raised the audience score by 1% again! From 91% to 92% in less than 48 hours!

Rotten Tomatoes has removed the audience rating from The Acolyte and all Disney+ Star Wars shows, leaving only the access media "critics"' score:

They did something similar back in 2019 when they removed over 50,000 audience reviews for another Disney property, the first Captain Marvel movie.

It would seem, then and now, to be a response to pressure from the Disney corporation to squash dissenting voices and control the narrative around their preachy, terribly-made and massively unpopular products. But it didn't work then and I would guess it won't work now, either.
