The Crisis Is Here

We are NOT approaching a Constitutional Crisis - we are IN ONE.

The Felon President cuts USAID funding, and guts the department.

A lower court orders the Felon President to resume the Congressionally ordered funding.

The Felon President does not resume the funding.

The lower court calls the government on contempt, requiring them to explain why they haven't resumed funding. The Felon's attorneys have no response. The judge gives them 24 hours to comply.

The Felon President appeals to the Supreme Court, which stays (halts) the lower court's order.

Here is the real catch...

The Felon President has shown disdain for US Law and Order. Moreover, the Supreme Court has granted him IMMUNITY for ANY ACTION he takes in the furtherance of his position and duties.

If the Felon President (the government) does NOT distribute the Congressionally ordered funds, what is going to happen?

Nothing.

He's immune. You can't throw the entire government in jail, or fine it, or hand it a ticket.

Congress, in not standing up, has given up its Constitutionally mandated control - the power of the purse. Which means, the Constitution no longer applies.

This is the crisis. It is possible that, within the next 48 hours, we may see the end of the Constitution and the Republic as we know it.
