As someone who has raised goats... godspeed. Also I'm curious if you know what breed they are?

Absolutely no idea. I know they get to be about waist height to me, but that's not saying too much. They are white with brown spots? The males have long horns that make a T-shape? They have beards and wattles?

I feel like this describes many goats.

#the owner came to the house inspection today and we were told there'd be a letter in the mail so it's not looking good folks #and this is a shit house that's falling apart (literally the roof caved in last year) so we're v unlikely to find a place at the same price #so. guess we need to save money lmao. war rationing time!

sick of car problems. I’ve dumped over two grand into this thing over the past few months and I have to do it again on monday

#windshield cracked all the way across #replaced my $300 battery because I thought that was the issue. turns out it was the $1000 starter that was messed up #then it turned out that the starter was broken because of a $400 leak #and did you know. that you can’t get your inspection sticker renewed if your windshield is cracked #it’s $300 for that #not to mention I’ve had to have my tires replaced and patched because people throw roofing nails like skipping stones around here apparently #now my brake pads are in desperate need of replacing and who knows how much that is #and I had to have the splash guard removed because it kept falling off but they did it WRONG #so now I have this piece that touches my tire and I’m going to explode the sun

Ppl really start acting entitled as shit once they make an offer to buy the house you live in

#there’s this woman who’s made an offer to buy the house which includes the apt I’m renting for one more week #and first of all. she’s really been pushing it with giving notice when she wants to look around #law says 24h but I’ve been pretty lenient with that throughout this whole process #as long as I find out the night before it’s fine #but the last time she came (Monday) she gave 90 minutes notice???????#asked at 3 to come at 4:30. bitch excuse me??????#and then the house inspection was gonna be Wednesday morning but got cancelled #but then Wednesday evening they tell me it’s Thursday morning and I’m like what??????#prepping for a house inspection is a TOTALLY different beast than prepping for a showing bc I need to be out with my dog for a good 4h #AND THEN. yesterday morning I look out my window and there’s a guy????? walking around on my porch?????#my porch is around the back of the house and on the second story so it’s not easily accessible #when I go out to be hey man can I help you????? he says oh [buyer] is down in the yard. oh okay he’s a roof inspector. fine. whatever #notice would still be nice????#and then the final straw was THIS MORNING #I was woken up at 8:30am ON A SATURDAY by people banging around on my porch #the porch is on the other side of my bedroom wall.#like. come the fuck on are you serious??????

It’s suddenly 25 degrees colder than it was yesterday, the wind is so hard and cold that it woke me up on like 4 separate occasions through the night, THE WIND IS STILL LOUD, and I’m bundled up for freaking snow when the sun is so bright out there and not a single cloud in sight. I’d forgive it as normal winter weather if it weren’t the polar storm. And if it wasn’t going to go back up to 70F by New Years. That’s unforgivable.

#literally if you had one ONE person come by once a year to check all the bolts and things or do building safety inspection #or whatever maintenance the thing needs #we would prevent a lot of tragedies #or close calls like the gym roof that collapsed on my campus' rec center #they are so lucky it happened overnight and not during the day #why would you NOT do a building safety inspection in a place that gets a butt load of snow every year
