Encuesta Robert Half: Trabajadores muestran satisfacción, pero demandan poder elegir beneficios según sus necesidades.

La cuarta versión del sondeo realizado por la consultora reveló que existe una brecha entre lo que ofrecen las empresas y lo que esperan los colaboradores. Además, consolida la importancia de los beneficios para la atracción y retención de talento en un mercado laboral dinámico.

La consultora de soluciones de talento profesional especializado, Robert Half, publicó la cuarta edición de su encuesta de beneficios. Y entre sus conclusiones, reveló que el 64% de las empresas realizó cambios en su política de beneficios en los últimos 12 meses. Y el 96% de los trabajadores considera mejores esos cambios.

Según el sondeo, un 71% de los encuestados aseguró que está satisfecho con los beneficios que recibe actualmente, aunque un 74% dijo que sería interesante realizar cambios en los beneficios debido a las transformaciones en el mercado laboral.

“Esto refleja el reconocimiento de que los beneficios deben actualizarse para satisfacer las necesidades en constante evolución de los colaboradores”, precisó el director asociado de Robert Half en Chile, Caio Arnaes y destacó que “aún existe un gran espacio para analizar y conocer mejor lo que buscan o desean los trabajadores con el objetivo de mejorar los paquetes de beneficios ofrecidos por las empresas”.

Sin embargo, la posibilidad de elegir los beneficios a la medida de sus necesidades sigue siendo un tema lejano para los trabajadores del país. Un 86% reconoció que no tiene poder de elección sobre los beneficios que recibe, mientras que en la encuesta del año pasado ese número llegaba al 81%. “Es importante que las empresas evalúen sus posibilidades y busquen estrategias para alinear sus beneficios con las expectativas de los colaboradores. El reconocimiento del valor que tienen los beneficios es cada vez mayor y se perfilan como una poderosa forma de atraer y retener talento de manera efectiva”, aseguró el ejecutivo.

La encuesta fue realizada durante el mes de julio a 150 profesionales. En ella se hizo una división en dos grupos, un grupo formado por tomadores de decisiones en empresas y otro de profesionales empleados o desempleados.

¿Cuáles son los beneficios más comunes que ofrecen las empresas?

Seguro complementario de salud (83%), notebook (77%) y celular + chip (76%) son los tres beneficios más comunes que están ofreciendo las empresas a sus trabajadores según los resultados del sondeo. Los estacionamientos costeados por la organización (50%) y el cuidado dental (44%) son los otros dos que completan los cinco beneficios más comunes.

Por otro lado, entre los beneficios más importantes para los trabajadores figuran tener un seguro complementario de salud (81%), apoyo financiero para estudios (51%), tiempo libre pagado (51%), cheques de restaurant o similares (42%) y cuidado dental (39%).

En general, se puede observar que las empresas están alineadas con algunos de los beneficios más valorados por los colaboradores, como el seguro complementario de salud y el cuidado dental. Sin embargo, existen áreas de oportunidad y diferencias entre los beneficios más ofrecidos por las empresas y los más importantes para los colaboradores.

Sin embargo, la encuesta también detectó brechas entre lo que pretenden los trabajadores y los ofrecimientos de las empresas. El tiempo libre pagado, por ejemplo, es un beneficio importante para los colaboradores que no figura entre los diez beneficios más ofrecidos por las organizaciones. Algo similar sucede con la asistencia para el cuidado de niños y la cobertura de días u horas para trabajar en un espacio de coworking. Según Arnaes, “es importante que las empresas tomen en cuenta estas brechas y busquen formas de adaptar sus paquetes de beneficios para satisfacer las expectativas y necesidades de los colaboradores. Al hacerlo, podrán mejorar la atracción y retención de talento, así como fomentar un ambiente laboral más positivo y productivo”.

Absolutely absurd that people give Arthur and John the benefit of the doubt by labeling them complex characters (which they are), but won't extend that grace to INCREDIBLY complex characters like Abigail, Molly, and Mary.

Abigail is strictly a nag, Molly is a rat, and Mary is a selfish woman who used Arthur. Meanwhile, John is seen as a deadbeat who grew from that into a family man. Arthur is a murderer, but he's also kind and generous.

Stop only extending grace to your male favs when the red dead women are just as complex as them.
