*Namkeen vermicelli* Recipe: Ingredients - Oil, 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp peanuts, 1 - 1.5 cups of chopped veges (onion, carrot, beans, cauliflower, capsicum, potatoes, peas, corn etc.), 1 cup roasted vermicelli, 1 tbsp Maggi magic masala, 1/4 tsp salt. Method - 1. In a wok, heat some oil and then add cumin and mustard seeds. Let these crackle. 2. Now add peanuts and roast these well. If you want you may also add some Curry leaves. 3. Now add onions and cook it a little, add the other chopped veges and let these cook for sometime. 4. Add some water to cover the veges and give it a boil. Now add Maggi masala and salt. If you don't have the Maggi masala then you may add normal spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder etc. 5. Now add roasted vermicelli and let it cook till the water dries.
