YAFGC is back!

Pleased to discover the other day that Rich Morris's Yet Another Fantasy Gamer Comic is back! And with a swashbuckling trans heroine!

It's been on hiatus since last November---and on kind of a cliffhanger---but it popped back up earlier this month. And it did so by reintroducing a past character all grown up as a dashing trans woman!

The comic originally started as a ttrpg parody told from the perspective of the monster races living under the Black Mountain(TM) and their interactions with the human and elf kingdoms nearby, it's long since expanded to a huge cast of characters across the monster and human realms. Be warned that it's got an extensive archive dating back to 2006, but because of it there are stories ranging from a love affair between a goblin and a beholder to several battle-for-the-fate-of-the-world story arcs.

Just thought up with a fun lil concept today. A sort of dino zoo tycoon game where you are a scientist and manager of the park. Scientists at each prehistoric anomaly zoo merge extinct animal forms with the dna of their still existing descendants to create new breeds and forms OR attempt to bring the original extinct animals back, and contests are held to evaluate the anomalies. There are also underground fighting rings. A rival zoo owner shows you the ropes during a visit and offers you a choice of one out of three fossils to get you started.
