Bear Legacy in 2024 (Part 4)

A collage of the boys living life to the fullest in their new home.

Roxanne and Shoji had a baby, and came over to show him off to Donte and Chance! 🍼

And then tragedy struck: Chance was due to meet Grim. But Donte said “nah”. He knew enough magic by then to bring his father back. 💀⚱️

(They had a conversation about his death prior to the dying, so Donte knew it was Chance’s wish to remain alive to watch Gen 4 come into the world.)

Bear Legacy in 2024 (Part 1)

It’s time to recap what happened in Bear Legacy this year! It’s my first and longest running legacy, and thus is baby 🥹🧸

The main storyline in 2024 was Donte, our Gen 3 heir, falling in love with an involuntary vampire, Killian. His story was a tragic one, and he really wanted to be cured of vampirism if possible.

Donte is a master spellcaster and an avid scholar of the occult, so in no time, Killian received the cure as a result of Donte’s tireless research.

Killian and his little brother Max moved in to the Bear Residence. Chance, our dear Gen 2 heir, welcomed them with great warmth and yummy food.

A rainbow was present for the event, the sims gods were smiling upon all my boys.

Max had a really confusing childhood growing up since his brother had to deal with vampirism while raising him all alone. Donte made sure to give Max the room of his dreams to help Max adjust better. 🏠

After a particularly trying day, she begged Yin Yi to come out to meet her. They needed to get this sorted out, they were engaged, ffs.

She didn’t plan on it. But the more they argued on the steps of San My’s art museum, the heavier it felt in her gut. Yin Yi was never going to give. He would never accept that she should be able to have platonic male friends. She needed to choose, and the choice was finally clear.

But it hurt. It hurt so much. He was all she wanted since they were at school together. When did her childhood friend become a stranger?

+ Xue Ting showed up bruised 𝒶𝓃𝒹 pregnant at the old apartment. Guo Song is beyond worried.

(She had her baby and she’s still stuck in that relationship, unfortunately 😔)

Gong Legacy in 2024

If you’re not following my Chinese-inspired Gong Legacy on YouTube yet, now’s the time to start/catch up! 🧧 Sooooo many things happened.

Rui Na had to field a lot of silent malice from Yin Yi’s mother, who didn’t feel like anyone’s good enough for her baby boy. But she does it out of love for her childhood sweetheart.

Yin Yi brought Rui Na on a surprise 3D2N trip to Tartosa.

Where he finally proposed to her. 💍

Meanwhile, there was side drama going on with Rui Na’s best friend’s sister and former neighbor. Xue Ting fell in with the wrong crowd, changed her entire personality, moved in with her boyfriend, and got major tattoos. Her brother, Guo Song, was not pleased.

A romantic dinner date turned disastrous when Rui Na got distracted by the appearance of her fav celebrity, leaving Yin Yi alone at the table for a bit.

“Where were you?”

“Thorne Bailey was here, I went to get an autograph.”

“We’re on a date.”

“But you know I love Thorne Bailey...”

“You left me sitting here like a fool.”

The restaurant event turned out to be the final straw for her jealous fiancé. Seething over a long list of her “transgressions” with the opposite sex, Yin Yi ignored Rui Na’s calls and text for days.

To cope, she sought support from her friends. She vented more than she ever had. She drunk too much, cried even more.
