I miss long seasons.

I miss seasons that had 20 episodes and half of them could be cut and nothing would be lost to the story.

I miss the episodes where nothing fucking happens but you get to see the main cast goofing around with one another. You get to see their interactions, their relationships develop, their day-to-day lives and how they all fit together in them.

You get the Christmas/halloween/valentine's special -is it needed? certainly not. but is it good? is it entertaining? does it give the show and characters life? do we, the viewers, enjoy it? YES!

give me long stories!! give me little quarrelling spats between characters that can be resolved in one episode with no need to have an impact on the greater story! make these stories real!

let me enjoy them before they end!!!

I absolutely love Hazbin Hotel and the little world that's been created, but I can't help but feel disappointed we're only getting two seasons of 8 episodes.

back in the early 2000's 16 episodes would have been ONE season, never mind the entire thing.

show my angel dust and husk and nifty and sir penthouse living their daily lives in the hotel! show me Charlie brainstorming ways to redeem sinners! give me Charlie forcing the hotel staff to do cringe-y exercises! give me an entire episode of Vox trying to follow alastor through security cameras! Give me husks typical day! Give me a special through the eyes of nifty on a mission to irradiate the hotel of bugs! Give me sir penthouse and the egg boys up to no good!

give me something other than the bare necessities to make the story flow

6 months have nearly gone by in the hotel, and it feels like 1 month.

Was really torn on how to tackle drawing so many ppl whilst keeping my sanity in tact. It's set in a sort of steampunk alternate universe and the player seems to be able through various alliances to influence the events starting from 1789 onwards. From this short trailer, it doesn't seem to be very historically accurate, but, oh boy, I'm too eager to conquer the world with my army of mechas 👀

i realize this is something of an obvious sentiment to express in a certain light but the more times one rewatches the show the more it becomes glaringly clear that there are very few individuals who actually ever express a philosophical commitment to flint's war to overthrow england. charles does. billy does, although he has his own motivations as well. madi does. jack and anne don't though! not ever! blackbeard doesn't! max, certainly not. and silver? even before he decides to betray flint he never ever says anything even a little bit committed to any sort of animosity towards england. you hit that 3x10 battle and you realize just how few people are actually in it for the same reasons as flint. and you realize that just like flint, just like the crew, just like madi, john silver has also fooled YOU into believing that everyone is on the same page.

And it's how Utena unconsciously adopted the same mindset than the other Duelists. She can't see through it because she think that, contrary to them, she's doing it for Anthy but what she is actually doing is enforcing what she think is good for Anthy.

Anthy also previously did as her role as the Rose Bride intended by telling to Utena exactly what she wanted to hear.

Very good song! 👍 also, Earth and Lunar's little head pops during this was cute, and Lunar was absolutely vibing with his song.

The Goose jokes were funny, I hate to admit it, but they were also congrats. Sun, now you can turn people into Geese and light them on fire!!! I'm sure that'll come in handy.

Also, with all these D&D references in TSAMS,LAES, and Davis' Fnaf chronicles, I think it would be so much fun playing D&D with these guys.

WE GOT A TON OF NEW LORE IN THIS!

Only one thing about the new lore confuses me, and I hope they clear it up, 'Puppet/Charlie thing' to be precise. Oh, and real quick, I'ma just say it...

Yes Puppet shouldn't have gone back home knowing there was negative star power there

The Astrals had to know something like this would happen, and I don't want to hear them say something like, "We didn't think anyone be stupid enough to go there" Well someone did and it's your fault! They knew something like this could happen and didn't warn Puppet and Monty why...?

Cause don't care about other dimensions just this one! Understandable.... TO A POINT!

I really hope that Dark Sun's plan involves the death of at least most of the Astrals cause at this point the Astrals are just more trouble than their worth. I really hope someone puts the Astrals in their place soon. Sun? Dark Sun? Lunar? Anyone?

something about chloe being at her absolute lowest, wanting to call her best friend sabrina who she’s used to always being there for her, except she won’t be, because chloe finally pushed too far. and chloe knows that, so she doesn’t call, and instead settles for marinette, because one thing that has always made her feel better about herself is making other people feel small and marinette is her favorite target.

but then that doesn’t work either, and marinette makes chloe cry.
