GOTARD - "Destination 2.0" czyli premiera nowego klipu!

(Eng) Today is the premiere of the new music video "Destination 2.0". The clip uses videos from my own travels in very high acceleration (timelapse/hyperlapse). Railway tracks symbolically refer to the line of life, which can always be changed, just like the direction of the journey called life. Hence the addition of "2.0" to the song's title. The music clip promotes the single "Destination 2.0", which is also a farewell to the last album "Dharma".

(Pl) Dziś premiera nowego teledysku „Destination 2.0”. W klipie wykorzystano filmy z własnych podróży w bardzo dużym przyspieszeniu (timelapse/hyperlapse). Tory kolejowe symbolicznie nawiązują do linii życia, którą zawsze można zmienić, podobnie jak kierunek podróży zwanej życiem. Stąd dodanie „2.0” do tytułu utworu. Klip promuje singiel „Destination 2.0”, będący jednocześnie pożegnaniem z ostatnią płytą „Dharma”.

Just a hundred years ago, old windmills were a common element of the rural landscape in Europe and beyond. Wind-powered devices have been known for 1800 years. The first were probably created in Babylon and China. In the 8th century, large 4-blade windmills appeared in Europe, used for grinding grain, but sometimes windmills were also built to pump water to dry the land for agricultural crops (the Netherlands is most famous for such solutions, but there were similar ones in many countries). At the end of the 19th century, windmills were also used for the first time to produce electricity. Denmark had a record number of such generators - (until 1940, there were over 1,300 operating wind generators there). Today, some strongly criticize modern windmills generating electricity as loud and harmful, but it is worth remembering that this solution allows for the production of electricity without much interference in nature ( Today, it is mainly wind turbines built at sea that may cause controversy due to the impact of noise on marine creatures and the coastal ecosystem.) and… is nothing new :)
