Oblivion: Portrait of Baurus, the Blade.

So many good armour design ideas buried underneath this ungainly painting. For one, the golden boss on his chest is actually a clasp—cords and straps can be laced through its mouth, eyes and nostrils. Intended to depict the face of a Tsaesci, it rather looks like a pug, because Imperial don't know what Tsaesci look like exactly.

Directly based on real life musician Tom Jones, this model appeared only at the end of the 1997 E3 demo for Redguard.

At the conclusion of the demo he could be seen in the palace singing "Its Not Unusual"

Pictured: Tom Jones, as seen in The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard. Although Tom Jones cannot be encountered under normal gameplay conditions, his model is in the game files. Its creation was inspired by Bethesda listening to a Tom Jones CD to stay awake while making the game.
