the thing about qimir's sudden shift in characterization from up until ep. 5 to ep. 6 onward is that, sure, you could argue that it is all about his manipulation of osha to present himself as soft & calm & harmless. but then you read leslye's interviews where she's talking about portraying qimir as 'female coded' & where she says that you're supposed to feel triumph over osha's turn to the darkside & how the true tragedy is that oshamir can't stay together & conquer the world or whatever, & that theory kinda falls apart & turns out it's just shitty writing to serve a shitty ship.
