Weiss: Really? I didn't know Jaune spoke old Eastern Valerian

Ren: Neither did we until Emerald cussed in it and Jaune was shocked to hear it, since then they both sometimes converse in the language

Weiss: *looking back at them with intrigue*

Jaune: Et c'est à ce moment-là que j'ai appris à ne jamais me cacher dans la chambre de mes parents pendant les jeux de cache-cache.

Emerald: *giggles* Je ne peux pas imaginer à quel point ça a dû être horrible de les voir faire ça

Hey peeps!

This is my entry for @one-crusty-batch-of-nature ‘s DTIYS!

I’m such a fan of her artstyle, and all her designs for the RWBY cast bring me SO much joy

Doing this challenge really motivated me to experiment with my designs for JNOR, since I’ve only really focused on Pyrrha so far lol

I’m pretty happy with where I landed for everyone ngl

It’s a Texan bar dance night au thingy I have no clue basically they go to a place to dance and the theme is country clothes,

JNPR Vacuo Outfits

I kind of had a dilemma with Jaune's outfit, since I just know that armor is not going to feel very comfortable under the blazing heat of the desert. In the end, I made it so that his chestplate is embedded with ice dust that cools him off (dust-infused clothing again). They are visually represented by those leaves(?) patterns. Also they could be good for ramming against enemies

Also I hate drawing shoelaces if you can't tell

Salem and Team RWBY & Co. are in the middle to get the last relic, the sword of destruction. The problem is, they are low on Aura and one hit from Salem can be letal. Is to much at risk...

Jaune: *Smiling* I got a plan.

Oscar/Ozpin: Did I heard you right, Jaune?

Jaune: Yep, one last all or nothing gamble!

Yang: All or nothing gamble?!

Jaune: *Serious* Yeah, is my final move.

Weiss: Jaune, when you say 'Final move" You aren't referring to THAT final move, are you?

Jaune: Listen up! This is something you have to do for yourself!

Yang: Just tell us what to do and we follow your lead, Jaune!

Jaune: *Chuckles*

Quickly he jumps towards the sword, grabs it, and runs away from Salem!!

Jaune: RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!

Weiss: No!! And I knew you would do that!!

Theodore: Oh hi pot long time no see what's that I'm black? Now my would you can me a kettle black?

Pyrrha: That's different we didn't have a choice

Theodore: And I made a choice and you or Ozpin aren't gonna make this stop just because you don't like your friend being in danger and Ozpin because he isn't the one in control of a secret

Pyrrha: But why him? Why choose him?

Theodore: Besides the obvious... I chose Mr. Arc because he's exactly what is needed in this circle of trust, while also giving him a reason to continue being on our side.

Ozcar: What does that mean Theo?

Theodore: *Sigh* I saw it in his eyes, Oz... I saw the near broken look in his eyes, had things continued the way they did, had he continued his self-loathing, hatred, and drinking, he would truly have ended up on the opposite side of this whole game, but I gave him a purpose, gave him the chance to be the hero he always wanted to be, even if he was hated...

Pyrrha: So you lied to him!? Used him!?

Ozcar: Theo... I can't believe you would-

Theodore: Don't act like you're any better old friend. You lied to us, used us, manipulated us. You have no right to judge me.

Ozcar: ...You are right, my friend, but I... I'm afraid that Mr. Arc may very well turn on us if you believe he was close to turning his back anyway.

Theodore: I can assure you that Mr. Arc has been loyal since we left, he's never given me a piece of false information.

Ozcar: And what about how close he is to Gillian Asturias?

Theodore: ...

Ozcar: Theodore?

Theodore: He and Ms. Asturias have been... intimate, as he put it.
