Jorah Mormont approached Daenerys' tent, with a letter in his hand. The parchment was sealed with an unfamiliar sigil, one that bore neither the lion of Lannister nor the dragon of House Targaryen. Daenerys looked up, curiosity flaring in her eyes as Jorah handed her the letter.
"This arrived, Your Grace," Jorah said quietly, his tone cautious. "It was smuggled into the camp by Varys's contacts. I thought you should have it at once."
Daenerys took the letter, turning it over in her hands, her fingers brushing across the wax seal. She broke the seal and unfolded the parchment carefully, her gaze settling on the words that began to reveal themselves. She read, her eyes widening as the truth of the letter began to sink in.
My dearest sister, the letter began, in a handwriting that was elegant yet steady. You do not know me, but I have long known of you. My name is Y/N, and though fate has kept us apart, we share the blood of the dragon.
Daenerys felt her breath hitch as she continued reading, taking in every word with reverence.
I write to you from Westeros, where I find myself bound in an unexpected alliance. I am now Lady Y/N Lannister, married to Lord Tywin, who sees in me both a strength of my own and a promise of loyalty to House Lannister. But know thisâmy heart remains true to our blood, our lineage. You are not alone, Daenerys. Though we are separated by sea and circumstance, you have a sister here who thinks of you, who carries your memory, even though we have yet to meet.
Daenerysâs hands trembled slightly as she lowered the letter, her mind racing, filled with emotions she couldnât quite name. This was her sisterâa sister she had never known, reaching out to her across the world. The realization felt both profound and bittersweet.
Noticing her expression, Jorah leaned forward, concern etched in his brow. "Your Grace," he asked gently, "what is it? Who wrote to you?"
Daenerys took a steadying breath, her gaze unfocused as she tried to process what she had read. "Itâs⌠from my sister," she whispered, almost as if saying it aloud would make it more real. "A sister Iâve never met. Her name is Y/N, and sheâs⌠married to Tywin Lannister."
Jorahâs eyebrows shot up in surprise, though he masked it quickly. "Tywin Lannister," he murmured, his tone both shocked and wary. "I had heard rumors of his new marriage, but I never expected it to be to a Targaryen."
Daenerys looked at him, her expression filled with a mixture of wonder and sadness. "She says sheâs thought of me. That I am not alone." She paused, her voice softening. "Did you ever see her, Jorah? In the North, when she was a ward at Winterfell?"
Jorah thought for a moment, casting his mind back over the years. "Yes, Your Grace," he said quietly. "I saw her once, many years ago. I was a young man then, visiting Winterfell on some matter for my father, Lord Jeor. She would have been just a girl then, but she had a certain⌠presence."
Daenerys leaned forward, her eyes bright with interest. "Tell me about her."
Jorah smiled faintly, recalling the memory as if dusting off an old, cherished book. "She was quiet, but there was a strength in her that couldnât be ignored. She carried herself with grace, even thenâa grace I could see was not learned from the North. She had the look of a Targaryen, unmistakable silver hair and violet eyes, and yet there was something solemn about her. I remember thinking she seemed like she carried a great weight, even as a young girl."
He paused, his gaze distant as he remembered. "The Stark children seemed to adore her. Robb Stark, Jon Snow⌠they were just boys then, but she was close to them. And Aryaâshe followed her around like a shadow. Y/N took Jon under her wing, I remember. It was as if she had a purpose that even she couldnât yet name."
Daenerys listened, her heart aching with each word. "So she was⌠loved," she murmured, almost to herself. "She wasnât alone."
Jorah nodded, his gaze softening as he looked at her. "No, she wasnât. She became a part of Winterfell. The North can be a harsh place, but itâs loyal to those who earn its trust. And she earned it."
Daenerys looked down at the letter again, a sense of warmth filling her despite the bittersweet nature of it. "I wonder what kind of life she has now⌠married to Tywin Lannister of all people."
Jorahâs expression darkened, his voice cautious. "Tywin Lannister is a calculating man, Your Grace. He sees people as assets, tools to be used for his legacy. I donât doubt he sees her in the same way. But your sister must be strongâshe survived Winterfell, and she made a place for herself there. Sheâll find a way to endure in the Red Keep, too."
Daenerys nodded slowly, her fingers brushing the edge of the letter as though she could feel her sisterâs presence through the words. "She says that her heart remains true to our blood," she murmured, her eyes fierce with newfound determination. "I may be in Essos, and she may be bound to the Lannisters, but we are Targaryens. We are still family."
Jorahâs gaze softened, admiration in his eyes. "A family reunited, perhaps. Someday."
Daenerys looked up at him, a spark of hope igniting in her heart. "Yes. Someday," she agreed softly. She folded the letter carefully, tucking it close to her heart. "Until then, I will remember her wordsâand the promise that we are not alone."
Wrapped in a plain, dark cloak that concealed your features, you made your way through the narrow, winding streets of Kingâs Landing, keeping your gaze low as Ser Barristan Selmy walked by your side, ever vigilant. The sky was cast in shades of twilight, the lingering golden glow of the sunset slipping away, giving way to the shadows of the evening.
You cast a glance at Barristan, who looked deeply displeased, his brow furrowed in a way youâd rarely seen. Heâd been silent most of the journey, but as the brothel finally came into view, he couldnât help himself.
âMy lady,â he murmured, his tone respectful yet firm, âthis⌠this place is beneath you. Surely, a prince could arrange to meet somewhere more dignified.â
A faint smile tugged at your lips, though it was tinged with a hint of irony. âKnowing Oberyn, I suspect he chose this location precisely for that reason, Ser Barristan,â you replied softly. âIt amuses him, I imagine, to think of a Lannister bride stepping into a place like this.â
Barristanâs disapproving look didnât waver, but he remained quiet as you pushed open the heavy door, stepping inside the dimly lit room. The air was thick with the scent of incense and perfumed oils, mingling with the low hum of laughter and whispers from the patrons scattered around. It was an ambiance that spoke of indulgence and secrecy, and yet, you felt a certain comfort in its anonymity.
In the center of the room, reclining on a plush chaise, was Oberyn Martell, dressed in his usual vibrant colors, his dark eyes gleaming with amusement as he spotted you. At his side, with a quiet, knowing smile, sat Ellaria Sand, her gaze warm yet calculating as she took you in.
âWell, well,â Oberyn drawled, his voice like silk as he looked you up and down, noting the plainness of your disguise with a smirk. âThe new Lady Lannister gracing us with her presence, in such humble surroundings. I must say, Y/N, marriage has brought you to⌠interesting places.â
You smiled, pulling back your hood and allowing him to see your face fully. âAnd youâve always had a taste for⌠unconventional meeting places, Oberyn. You havenât changed.â
Ellaria laughed softly, her gaze resting on you with curiosity. âTywinâs bride herself,â she mused, her tone smooth. âI must admit, I didnât think Iâd ever see a Targaryen in Lannister colors. How curious fate can be.â
You offered her a polite nod, though you couldnât miss the slight bitterness beneath her words. âLady Ellaria. I suspect fate has played its hand here more than once.â
Oberyn watched you, his eyes glinting with something unreadable as he poured himself a glass of wine. He gestured for you to join them, patting the seat beside him. âCome, sit with us. We have much to discuss, I think. So many bonds between our families, so many⌠tragedies.â
The words were spoken lightly, but they held a sharp edge that settled uneasily in your chest. You took a seat, Barristan standing protectively behind you, his presence a reassuring reminder of unwavering loyalty and honor.
Oberyn regarded you for a long moment, his smile fading as he tilted his head thoughtfully. âAnd so here you are, Lady Lannister, wife to the very man responsible for the destruction of both our families. Does that sit well with you?â
You met his gaze steadily, though the weight of his words pressed heavily on you. âOberyn,â you began, choosing your words carefully, âyou know as well as I do that we are often given choices⌠with very limited options.â
He leaned closer, his voice lowering, his tone soft but laced with bitterness. âI suppose you know that better than most. But tell me, does Tywin Lannister whisper anything to you in those quiet hours about the screams of Elia, of her children? Does he confess his sins to you as if they might be absolved?â
Your heart pounded, the familiar ache resurfacing with each word. You knew well the horrors he spoke of; they had haunted you ever since you first learned of your familyâs brutal end. You lowered your gaze, struggling to maintain composure. âI have no need to hear it from him,â you whispered, your voice barely steady. âI remember all too well, Oberyn.â
Oberynâs expression softened just slightly, though his eyes remained sharp. âAnd yet, here you are, tied to him. You, a Targaryen, bound to the man whose legacy is soaked in bloodâour blood. Elia, Rhaegar, their children⌠they should be here, living, and yet their lives were ended so that your husband could secure his power.â
A shuddering breath escaped you, and you held up a hand, your voice trembling. âPlease, Oberyn⌠I do not wish to hear more.â
For a moment, he studied you, his anger giving way to a flicker of understanding, though it did not diminish the fire in his gaze. âVery well,â he said, his voice softening. âI can see it pains you as it pains me. But make no mistakeâI am here in Kingâs Landing for two things.â
You looked up at him, the question clear in your eyes. âAnd what would those be?â
âVengeance,â he said, the word slipping from his lips with the weight of years behind it. âFor Elia. For her children.â His gaze hardened, his voice carrying a quiet, lethal promise. âJustice, however long it takes, however I may have to find it.â
Your heart twisted as he spoke, a mixture of fear and empathy welling up inside you. âAnd the second reason?â you asked, almost dreading the answer.
Oberynâs lips curled into a smile, though it lacked warmth. âWhy, the royal wedding, of course,â he replied with feigned cheer. âA grand occasion, the whole realm gathered to watch the next king unite with his bride. The perfect stage for anyone with a purpose⌠and the perfect place to leave an impression.â
Ellaria, who had been watching silently, leaned forward, placing a comforting hand on Oberynâs arm. âWe have waited a long time, and now, we are here. The world will remember what was done to our family.â
You sat in silence, absorbing their words, understanding the unspoken intentions that lay beneath them. There was no mistaking Oberynâs resolve, nor Ellariaâs quiet fury. You felt caught between two worldsâthe blood of your family calling for vengeance, and the precarious ties that now bound you to House Lannister.
âOberyn,â you said softly, meeting his gaze, âI⌠I do not ask for forgiveness, nor can I pretend that anything I do could ever make amends for what happened to your sister. But I hope that you know⌠I have never forgotten. I have never betrayed our blood.â
Oberynâs expression softened, a shadow of compassion in his eyes. âI know,â he replied quietly. âI donât blame you, Y/N. But I am not here to forgive, either.â
You nodded, a heavy silence settling over you both. The weight of the past hung thick in the air, filling the space between you, an invisible chasm that could never truly be crossed. Yet, even in that silence, there was an understanding, a recognition of shared loss and the scars it left behind.
Finally, Oberynâs expression shifted, a flicker of his old charm resurfacing as he gave you a sardonic smile. âBut tell me, Lady Lannisterâhow does it feel to bear that name? To share the bed of the man who holds our fates in his hands?â
You managed a faint, humorless smile, your voice soft but steady. âIt feels⌠like survival, Oberyn. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.â
He chuckled, though there was no real amusement in it. âSurvival,â he echoed. âA fitting answer, I suppose. Just remember, Y/N⌠survival comes with a price.â
As he leaned back, pouring another glass of wine, Ellariaâs gaze softened as she watched you, her voice gentle. âIf you ever need allies, Y/N⌠remember that we understand you, more than the lions ever could.â
You nodded, feeling the truth of her words settle deep within you. Here, in this darkened brothel, surrounded by the bitterness of shared pain and the fire of quiet vengeance, you felt a strange sense of kinshipâa bond forged in blood, loss, and the relentless desire for justice.
And as you rose to leave, with Barristan by your side, you carried with you the weight of their words, their promise, and the unspoken knowledge that, though you wore the colors of a lion, the blood of the dragon and the Martell ties would never truly let you go.
In the quiet shadows of his private solar, Tywin sat at his desk, his fingers steepled as he listened to Littlefingerâs report, his expression as inscrutable as ever. Lord Baelish, standing just a few paces away, shifted his weight, his usual smooth smile in place, though his eyes were sharp, always watching, always calculating.
âThe men you stationed around the brothel have remained vigilant, Lord Tywin,â Littlefinger reported, his tone measured. âNo disturbances to speak ofâat least, none beyond whatâs customary in a place like that.â He allowed himself a wry smile, though Tywinâs cold gaze did little to encourage it.
Tywinâs gaze was fixed on a map stretched across his desk, though it was clear his thoughts lay elsewhere. âGood,â he replied curtly. âMy wifeâs safety is paramount. It is imperative that Prince Oberyn and his paramour understand that they are in Kingâs Landing at my discretion, not theirs.â
Littlefingerâs eyes gleamed with a hint of mischief. âAh, Prince Oberyn. Quite the guest of honor, isnât he?â He folded his hands neatly, his gaze never leaving Tywinâs. âDorne is rarely so cooperative when it comes to Lannister matters. One has to wonder what they hope to accomplish by bringing him to the capital now.â
Tywinâs lips pressed into a thin line. âOberynâs presence here is a reminder of the alliance Dorne holds with the crown,â he stated, his tone as sharp as a blade. âThey may smile and offer pleasantries, but they havenât forgotten what happened to Elia, nor will they. I suspect Oberyn is here not only to attend the royal wedding but to assess how far we can be pushed.â
Littlefinger tilted his head, a glimmer of intrigue in his gaze. âAnd what do you intend to do about it, my lord?â
Tywin looked up, his eyes cold and calculating. âFor now, we extend them the courtesy due to their status. The Martells are careful, and they wonât risk open defiance⌠yet.â He allowed himself a pause, studying Baelishâs expression as he continued. âBut make no mistakeâOberyn and his ilk must be reminded that this is my realm. The Red Keep is not a playground for Dornish revenge fantasies.â
Baelish nodded slowly, a small smile curving his lips. âThe Dornish are known for their tempers, after all. And Oberyn is as infamous for his passions as he is for his fighting skills. One might say heâs an ideal instrument to incite⌠disorder, if left unchecked.â
Tywinâs gaze remained unyielding, his tone filled with quiet disdain. âDisorder is something I do not tolerate. Prince Oberyn will have to curb his impulses while heâs in my city, or he will be reminded of the consequences of forgetting oneâs place.â He leaned back, his gaze sharpening. âYou are to keep your eyes on him, Baelish. Any shift in his intentions, any move that hints at more than courtesyâreport it to me directly.â
Littlefinger inclined his head, his expression unreadable. âOf course, my lord. Though one has to wonder⌠might it not serve House Lannisterâs interests to⌠encourage Oberynâs passions in a more controlled setting? A bit of a⌠release valve, if you will.â
Tywinâs eyes narrowed, his jaw tightening. âYou mean to tempt him into some reckless act, a slip of temper that could justify an official response.â
Baelish allowed himself a slight shrug, his expression one of feigned innocence. âNot as crude as that, Lord Tywin, of course. But⌠Dorne is known for its pride. Oberyn is unlikely to let slights lieâheâll strike if prodded.â
Tywin considered this, his fingers tapping lightly against the desk. âOberyn Martell is not a fool,â he said slowly. âHe knows we are watching him, and he knows the cost of defiance. But if he were⌠convinced to show his hand, to reveal just how far heâs willing to goâperhaps, yes, that would indeed serve a purpose.â
Littlefingerâs smile grew a fraction wider, his tone light and conspiratorial. âI may have just the contacts, my lord. A few whispers, a few⌠strategic pressures in the right quarters. Prince Oberyn may find himself slightly less at ease than he hoped.â
Tywinâs gaze held a glint of satisfaction, though he remained as stoic as ever. âVery well. Proceed. But ensure itâs done subtly. The last thing we need is for the Dornish to think theyâve been provoked outright.â
âOf course, my lord,â Littlefinger replied smoothly. âI would never think of disrupting such a⌠delicate balance.â He gave a slight bow, his eyes glinting with dark amusement. âAnd as for Lady Y/Nâs protection, I assure you, the measures in place will continue. My men will see to it that her privacy and safety remain undisturbed.â
Tywin gave a short nod of approval, his gaze flickering to the map once more, though his mind seemed fixed on his growing plan. âGood. The fewer chances Oberyn has to weave himself into my wifeâs affairs, the better.â
Littlefingerâs smirk deepened, though he kept his tone respectful. âItâs rare to see you so⌠invested, Lord Tywin.â
Tywinâs gaze darkened, a cold warning in his eyes. âMy family is my legacy, Baelish. That is not something I gamble with. Remember that, as you work with those whispers of yours.â
Littlefinger inclined his head, his face the very picture of compliance. âOf course, my lord. I live to serve.â
With that, he slipped from the chamber, leaving Tywin to consider the intricate dance of alliances, enemies, and strategy that was unfolding with Oberyn Martell in Kingâs Landing.
Joffrey paced back and forth in the golden glow of the late afternoon, the flickering shadows playing across his features. The tension in his expression was unmistakable, his mouth pressed into a tight, dissatisfied line. Margaery watched him from her seat beside the large, open window, her calm demeanor masking the unease she felt as she observed the kingâs agitation. Sheâd seen him like this beforeâwhen his pride had been bruised or when something had threatened his sense of powerâand knew it was best to tread carefully.
âJoffrey,â she began gently, her voice warm and soothing, âperhaps you might tell me whatâs on your mind. It pains me to see you so troubled.â
Joffrey stopped pacing, his eyes narrowing as he looked out the window, avoiding her gaze. âThat⌠that child,â he hissed, venom lacing his words. âThat Targaryen bastard Tywin has whelped on her. It has no place here, Margaery. And yet everyoneâs acting as if itâs some great blessing to House Lannister!â
Margaery nodded, tilting her head thoughtfully, though her expression remained soft and supportive. âI understand,â she replied calmly. âA child with both Targaryen and Lannister blood would⌠naturally cause quite a stir. But remember, Joffrey, you are the king. No one can challenge that.â
Joffrey let out a sharp, derisive laugh, his hand gripping the back of a nearby chair so hard his knuckles turned white. âDo you think that matters to them? To Tywin? Or to⌠her?â He spat the last word with distaste. âTheyâll all whisper, saying this child has a claim, saying that it has royal blood, that it deserves something⌠more.â
Margaery rose from her seat, crossing the room to place a gentle hand on his arm. âAnd yet, my love,â she said, her voice a soft murmur, âthis child will be nothing more than an infant, while you are already crowned, already commanding the loyalty of lords and bannermen. Tywin Lannister knows where the power lies, Joffrey. He has sworn loyalty to you.â
Joffrey glanced down at her, his expression softening just slightly as her words seemed to calm him, though the tension didnât fully leave his face. âYouâre right,â he muttered, though his voice still carried a note of doubt. âBut Tywin is ambitious. And if he has a child with Targaryen blood, whatâs to stop him from making some⌠claim for it?â
Margaery kept her hand on his arm, her touch reassuring. âTywin may be ambitious, yes, but he is also practical. He knows itâs unwise to risk a confrontation with you. And as your queen, I will stand by you, ensuring no one challenges your right to the throne.â
Joffreyâs expression softened further, his gaze finally meeting hers. âYou always know what to say, Margaery. You make it sound so⌠simple.â He paused, his eyes flickering with something almost vulnerable. âBut I donât trust them. Not my grandfather, not the Targaryen whore heâs married, and certainly not the child.â
Margaery offered a faint smile, though inwardly, she made a mental note to discuss this development with her grandmother Olenna. âThen we shall be vigilant together, my king,â she said soothingly. âAnd if that child ever becomes a threat, we will deal with it⌠quietly.â
Joffrey seemed to take comfort in her words, a sly smile creeping onto his face. âYes⌠quietly. Thatâs how it should be. I knew I could count on you, Margaery. You have a way of⌠understanding these things.â
Margaeryâs smile remained warm, though her thoughts were elsewhere. She would need to speak with Olenna as soon as possible, to ensure they were prepared for any shift in the courtâs dynamics brought about by this unexpected addition to the Lannister family.
âOf course, my king,â she replied, her voice steady. âI am here to support you, always.â
In the cold light of dawn, Stannis Baratheon sat alone in his tent, reading over the crumpled parchment that his spies had delivered to him just the night before. His brow was furrowed, lips pressed into a tight line, as he read the message again, the words seeming to smolder off the page with each reading.
Tywin Lannisterâs Targaryen wifeâthe woman who should have been wiped out along with the rest of her kinâwas with child. The blood of the dragon and the lion combined, an heir that, by the laws of inheritance, could lay a claim more legitimate than even Joffreyâs bastard lineage.
The tentâs entrance flap rustled, and Davos Seaworth stepped inside, his expression concerned as he took in the grim look on Stannisâs face.
âMy lord,â Davos began, his voice low, respectful. âIs it true? The report⌠about Tywinâs wife?â
Stannisâs jaw tightened, his eyes cold and unyielding. âItâs true. Tywinâs Targaryen wife carries a childâa child that will carry both Targaryen and Lannister blood. There are some who might say that alone gives the whelp a stronger claim to the throne than anyone else.â
Davos frowned, concern deepening on his weathered face. âBut⌠thatâs impossible, my lord. The Targaryens were cast down. Your brother saw to that. The child has no true claim, no right to rule over you or anyone in the Seven Kingdoms.â
Stannisâs gaze turned icy, his voice laced with frustration. âYet here we are, Davos. The whispers have already begun. And Tywin, with all his clever schemes, is bound to use this child to stir the minds of the lords, to make them doubt my own claim.â
Davos leaned forward, his voice earnest, pleading. âThen we should be cautious, my lord. Tywin Lannister has a way of twisting the truth, bending others to his will. If we react too rashly, we might play right into his hands.â
Stannisâs eyes burned with a fierce determination, his hands gripping the edge of the table. âCaution is weakness, Davos. I will not allow a childâa child of a tainted, dead bloodline that my brother tried to eraseâto claim legitimacy over me. No child of the Mad Kingâs line will ever rule the Seven Kingdoms.â
There was a long, tense silence, and Davos could feel the chill in the air deepen as he realized the path Stannisâs mind was heading down. âWhat will you do, then?â
Stannisâs gaze shifted, growing colder, more resolute. âI will consult with Melisandre. She will have insight into this, into what this child means and how we can best⌠eliminate the threat.â
Davosâs heart sank, alarm flashing across his face. He took a step closer, his voice urgent. âMy lord, please. Lady Melisandreâs methods are⌠not without consequence. Consulting her in matters of life and deathâespecially concerning an unborn childâmay lead us down a dark path. One that may taint your honor.â
Stannisâs mouth tightened, his gaze hardening. âHonor does not win wars, Davos. And it does not secure thrones. If this child is born, it will be used as a symbol, a weapon against my rule. It will embolden Tywinâs allies, bolster support for a claim that should never exist. We cannot allow it.â
Davos held his gaze, desperation flickering in his eyes. âBut, my lord, there is more to consider than just the claim. Killing an unborn child⌠itâs not justice, itâs vengeance. And vengeance will do nothing but erode the loyalty of those who follow you.â
Stannis looked away, jaw clenched, and he seemed to be struggling against something unseen. âI know the weight of my choices, Davos. But if we do nothing, we risk being overthrown before we even take Kingâs Landing. Tywin will not hesitate to use that child as a pawn, as a symbol of power that could rally the realm against us.â
Davos took a deep breath, his voice soft but firm. âI know you seek justice, my lord. And justice will come in time. But perhaps there is another way, one that does not require consulting with shadows or flames.â
Stannisâs face twisted, frustration and doubt warring within him. âI will speak to Melisandre,â he repeated, his voice like iron. âI will hear her counsel. Nothing more.â
Davosâs shoulders slumped slightly, but he did not give up. âThen at least allow me to be present, my lord. If nothing else, I can help temper her⌠enthusiasm.â
Stannis considered him, his gaze penetrating, and after a long moment, he gave a short nod. âVery well. But know this, Davos: my patience is running thin. I will not let a child born of treachery and deceit stand in the way of what I am owed.â
Davos felt the weight of Stannisâs resolve, and a chill ran through him, knowing how dangerous a path lay ahead. He could only hope that, in the end, there would be some way to save Stannis from the very shadows he sought to wield.

F1 drivers rated on how likely they are to know what ao3 is
note : this is just for entertainment. I will also use this to make a general reminder not to get anything fanfic/rpf related outside of sites such as tumblr, ao3, or wattpad. Enjoy!
This is just the current grid, because if I had to do it with every driver that raced this season, I'd get a surprisingly high amount of drivers to talk about.
20. Fernando
Grandpa. Need I to say more?
19. Checo
In a recent GQ Sport interview, he revealed that he didn't even have social media on his phone. I'd be surprised to hear he has any ao3 tab open up there.
18. K-mag
I don't feel like I need to explain this one. But I also believe that if Haas got him to read a chapter of a wattpad fanfic out loud where he has to replace Y/N with his own name after every penalty point he gets, he would have stopped causing so much ruckus. Or he might even cause more, who knows what goes on inside his mind.
17. Nico Hulk
Hear me out, he doesn't know what a fanfic is, but if he were more popular with the writer, he'd read the shit out of those.
16. Valterri
I could pay actual money to hear him read a 'kidnapped by one direction' self insert story out loud. If there is any Sauber intern lurking here, please consider. Wattpad as a sponsor would bring you a lot of money, think about it. I promise you will see a rise in your fandom if the name of the team was "wattpad kick sauber". I would buy merch. You need the money the way the constructors are going. Think about it.
15. Lance
I don't know too much about him, but I will assume he doesn't spend too much time on social media, or googling himself with all the hate he gets. But maybe if he were to read a strollonso fanfic, we might get to see him have actual expressions on his face. Granted, that would be a look of horror, but I will take what I can.
14. Carlos
I think he might combust if he read any ABO fanfic. I might want to see that.
13. Max
He is too busy sim racing to care. Good for him, I wish I could say the same about myself but alas I am too busy reading the same fanfic for the 23th time.
12. Yuki
I believe if you pronounced the term "Y/N" next to him he might assume that's a car brand. Or, like, hello in a foreign language. Again, good for him.
11. Zhou
Hear me out, fanfics seem to be quite popular in China, and he has a sister, there is no way he hasn't heard of the existences of it. I don't think he has read any though, which is for the better.
10. Franco
Our dear Franquito hasn't been on the grid for long enough to discover the amazing word that fanfics have to offer, but let me tell you that if he hasn't found out stuff yet, he'll find some soon enough. Let the writers have time to write a little bit more about him, and soon we'll get an instagram live of him reacting to those.
9. Liam
I think he is young enough to have googled himself (he had to find something to do since he's been a reserve driver since like the year 2010), but he also hasn't been a permanent member, so he might not have enough material to accidentally stumble upon.
8. Esteban
He googles himself. He knows there are fanfics. And he fucking likes that. If there is a rise of pierresteban fics on ao3 after Brazil 2024, he will be the first one to know let me tell you that much.
7. Lewis
Okay you might be wondering why this senior citizen is up here, and the answer is simple : he is too famous not to know. Like COME ON. He's been here since 2007 (which is longer than some people who'll see this post have been alive forâ that's a scary thought for another day), he has been in famous and televised rivalry, and he has to live with the existence of the quote "everything but a lover" about nico and him.
There is no way he hasn't READ a fucking brocedes fanfic. If he is willing, I will teach him how to use ao3 so he can look-up some "fix-it" fics. He might use some inspiration, and who is better for that than tired college students writing about their sad ass in between lectures?
6. George
He seems like the type to lurk a lot around the internet, so the chances of him finding the link to a fic on the third page of google isn't impossible to me.
If you find any comment of someone correcting your spelling, you know who did it.
5. Pierre
He probably googles his name too often not to have stumbled upon a "Reader x Pierre Gasly" wattpad fanfic. sigh.
4. Alex
Alex, I know that you are the second most likely to have tumblr (right after george who actually has an account). The chances of you knowing what a "lemon" is is way too high for my liking.
3. Charles
The C in Charles stands for Chronically Online. My boy was known for liking tweets about himself, and we know that fans talk about fanfics on twitter. He clicked on a link of a lestappen or sebchal fanfic at least once out of curiosity let me tell you this much.
2. Lando
Too chronically online not to have read fanfics about himself. I just know he typed in "lando norris fanfiction" straight in google at least once. Jail.
1. Oscar
Here me out : his sister is a K-pop fan. If you believe that she never yapped about a fanfic she read to her brother, you are strongly unfamiliar with sibling relationships. But the chances of him not listening to her are also very high, so maybe he shouldn't be so high up my list. But oh well.
He is also good at hiding his game, but he is as online as Charles (you thought you were sneaky but we caught you clicking on that link of Max playing air-hocket dear Osc.)
For my own mental health though, I will assume he hasn't read about his own self yet.

Friends for life
This Zack, my best childhood friend. When we were kids, we were basically inspereable. We spent so much time together. We slept over each tohers houses. Even better was the fact that our moms were best frinds. So not only they spend so much time together, but so did we. But that was 6 years ago. Everything changed when my dad died. Zack was there for me, but over time we grew apart. I had to help out my mum with my two sisters and she had to get another job to get enough money for us. Zack's mom on the other hand got divorced and found a new boyfriend. Who I heard didn't really get on well with Zack.
Me and Zack talked from time to time, but it was mainly superficial. Zack was now a very well respected guy in the school. He was always into sports. But now he was a swimmer, basketball and a football player as well. I don't know where he got all that time and energy. Even if we saw each other in the classroom we just smiled or waved at each other. Maybe even this very tiny friendship was the reason why no bullies dared to touch me. Not that Zack would every bully anyone, but if he knew that the other guys bullied someone, he always stood up for that person and ended it. And the bullies even apologized sometimes. That's how respected he was.
So yeah Zack's a jock and I am a classic nerd. Or maybe not classic. I don't really have much time to play games on the computer because of my job, but when I have some spare time I read comic books. So yeah, that makes me a nerd I suppose. And I do quite well at school too. Maybe not the PE, I kinda suck at that, but I get by.
Present time
Me and several other classmates were assigned to start decorating the halls for upcoming prom. Most of my classmates were really excited for that, but not me. I didn't have anyone to go with. Not anyone I wanted to atleast. Ok, I'll say it. I am gay, which complicates things a bit. And the person I would really like to go to prom with is Zack. But that will never happen. Zack is 100% striaght and it would totally ruin his reputation in the school.
But that doesn't stop me from obssessing about him. I saw him a few times in the locker rooms which gave me a pretty consistent image of how he changed over the years. He was pretty much the same Zack I grew up with, but I bet that his junk is much bigger than I remember. Truth be told, Zack was the first (and only) person who I had any sexual experience with. I know it sounds sus, but he only wanted to experiment jerking each other off as most boys do at their younger years. Back then I was really puzzled and didn't know what to do. Now I just wish I could go back to that moment once again.
I was one of the few remaining students. The rest headed to the shops to get their dresses and suits. I told them to leave and that I would finish it by myself, cause I wasn't planning on going anyway.
I entered the gym to get a ladder, to help me set up the last few letters over the door. And there he was, on the other side of the room. Zack was lifting some weights I didn't even know how to name. He noticed me battling with the ladder nd hurried up to help me. I mean... wouldn't you crush about him too?
Zack:"Hey, man. Nobody came to help you with this? It's pretty heavy."
Me:"Hey, no. They all left to get their suits and all. So it's just me now."
Zack:"Oh, that's sad. You need help with something?"
Me:"No, it's fine. It's just final touches. But thanks"
Zack:"All right, man. But if you need, don't hesitate to ask ok?"
He smiled and went back to finish his set.
I was basically drooling, As I was climbing the ladder and trying to reach the letters, I stumbled and grabbed onto a light. I must have been shocked or something cause then I found myself on the floor. But I wasn't on the ground, I was standing. And on the ground was my body, unconcious.
I looked at my hands and they were barely visible. I tried to reach my body but it wouldn't accept my soul. Fuck, am I dying? I tried to call out for Zack but he didn't hear me. I ran to him and saw him lifting his weights. I tried to reach for him, but before I did I felt a force pulling me towards him. And as I was pulled away I felt something being ejected out of his body.
I opened my eyes, looking in front of me. But Zack was gone now. I turned around but he wasn't anywhere. As I looked down, I noticed I was now wearing bright red shorts, and on top of that a very sweaty torso, which definitely wasn't mine. I reached out my hands. Fuck, is this really happening? I searched the pockets and found a phone. In its reflection I saw Zack's face. Oh my god. Did I really just possess Zack's body? And where is he?
The responsible flow of thoughts was now interrupted by the two huge sweaty biceps now in the way where I usually didn't mind them. I flexed and oh my god, the tightness, the strength. I felt amazing.
I knew it was bad, but I just had to give it a try. What if I might never have a chance to do this ever again, I stuck out my new tongue and licked my new shoulder all the way to my biceps. Which also allowed me now to inhale the scent of my sweaty armpit. "This is so amazing!"
I then proceeded to touch my new belly full off abs. "How the hell did he get these?"
"Lot of working out and calorie deficit" a voice called out from the other side of the room, where I was before. And there was my body. Standing.
"Zack? Is that you?"
"Yeah. Would you mind telling me how this happened?"
I wanted to be completely honest, I swear, but I think that he doesn't need to know the part where my soul travelled to his body and was pulled by it.
"So, are we gonna try to reverse it the same way? Cause your body is really hurting from the fall and my body needs to be ready for a game tommorow. So I'm not really sure about that"
"I'm really sorry about that Zack. I mean, you're right that maybe it was my near deth experience that caused this, but I don't know if endangering our lives would allow to swap us back. What if the other one dies and the remaining one will have to keep on living the other ones life?"
"Yeah, you're onto something. Well, we're gonna have to figure out how to pass on as each other."
We spoke some more about how we were gonna live our lives without anyone thinking we have gone crazy.
"Ok, Zack. Just one question. How about... you know. Private stuff?"
"You mean my personal things at home or phone? Well that shouldn't be so bad I think. I don't have many secrets to tell or something, haha"
"No, I mean. Eventually we're gonna have to take a shower or go to a toilet."
"Oh, right. I haven't thought of that. Well, than my body is your body? I mean, I don't really like to think about somebody else using my body like that, but I know you're a good person and all, so I know you'll treat my body well. Maybe just... no sex? Could you do that for me please?"
"Zach, I haven't had sex yet even in my body. I mean, your body is attractive and all so, I know I could get a date in your body or smth, but that's not something I would do."
"Ok, thanks man. Just making sure. And also another thing. I..."
"What is i Zack?"
"Give me a second, it's kind off embarasing for me. I have to jerk off in the evening everyday. If I don't I sometimes have wet dreams the next morning"
"Dude, that's nothing to be ashamed of. That happens, Zack"
"Thanks. I know you mean well, but I just know my body. So I know you'll have to take care of that now or you'll have a very unpleasant morning including the washing of the clothes and bed linens."
I felt Zack dick in my new shorts getting hard just by hearing about this. Not only am I in the body of my crush, but he himself gave me permission to jerk off his dick. How crazy is that?
"Ok, Zack. If that's what needs to be done, I'll do it." I said it in a way to make it sound like I wasn't thrilled to jerk off his dick
"And in exchange I'll get to jerk off your dick. Do you have any other secrets I should know about?"
OH FUCK NO I am not telling him "Well... not really. I think."
"Good, then let's get to it. In case you won't know what to do, just text me and I'll help you"
I was approaching Zack's house. The one where I basically grew up secondary to mine. I knew where all the rooms were. What stuff was placed where. But that was before the death of my dad and before the divorce. Who knows what's different
I entered the house anticipating horrible things. And then a strange man left the restroom. "Hey, dipshit. Back from school already? Jesus fuck. The kids these days. Why don't you get a job kid" he left for the kitchen to grab himself a cold beer and left for the living room.
Now I understand why Zack spent so much time at school doing sports. He didn't want to stay at home longer than necessary.
Anyway, up to Zack's room. His room was not filthy, it was kind of clean, but at the same time it was a but disorganized. Some of his used clothes were lying on the ground. I grabbed one of his boxers and grabbed it to my face. This is my smell now. The smell of my dick. I inhaled and held it to my nose.
As I felt my dick hardening, I didn't waste no time and started undressing myself. Zack's small mirror didn't do the trick for me so I left to the bathroom.
"Ok, modern shower. That's new. Gonna have to give it a go"
I took off all my remaining clothes. I left his necklace on and then just stared at my new reflection in the mirror. How amazing is this?
I touched his jawline, his already growing beard, scratching my hand. His lips, shivering underneath my touch. His beautiful nose. His eyes, that now contained my soul and not his looked a bit different, but same too. I took my right hand and place it on my neck while my left hand was already enjoying the hairtrail blow my stomach.
"Oh Zack, I think you'd be the type to shave. Might do that for you to fully embrace this massive beast" and with that I lowered my right hand that was before resting on my vibrating throat and now started jerking my new dick.
"Just doing what I had been told. Haha"
I jerked faster. I was slightly moaning but not loud enough to cause suspicion with Zack's step dad. I was observing the tense muscles just working hard to get me into the state of pure euphoria.
I was getting close. I couldn't stop myself from moaning. I jerked so hard that the cum flew out of my dick right to the mirror in front of me. Is I stood there, smiling with my semi-hard dick in my hand I just saw the door swung open.
I quickly covered my dick and whole self with a towel, but even the partial view could give the viewer enough information. His step dad was furious
"What the hell you fucker?!? You're jerking off here while you could do some usefull job instead? I will have a very long talk with your mother when she gets here!"
What the hell just happened. Why is he so mad at Zack all the time. He's a student and a busy one at that. I don't know what this guy's problem is
I cleaned up the bathroom and got ready for the next time. Just the fact that I got the privilege to smell Zack's scent all the time and sleep in his bed. But having his body was a whole new level. I never even dreamed of this
The next day was horrible. I started the day with PE at school and let me tell you, that having a great body full of muscles is one thing. But having a weak will to actually do it is another. I was exhausted. I felt like I wouldn't be able to get up again after finishing
I saw Zack aproaching me in my body with a concerned look. I was beggining to worry what was on his mind
Zack:"Hey... umm how was your first night as me?"
Me:"Gotta say that the stepdad you got there is an another level of douchebag. I can't believe how you can live with that"
Zack:"Yeah, he is like that all the time. I don't know what mom sees in him. He's actually super nice to her, but seems to hate me just for breathing"
Me:"Yeah. I'll tell you later. There has been a bit of embarassing encounter"
Zack:"Actually I might ask you about something else first. Last night as I was in the bed I was trying to jerk off your dick, very nice by the way"
Me:"Jesus, don't make it more awkward than it is"
Zack:"Sorry. We'll I was trying to jerk off as I normally would, watching porn and stuff, but I couldn't. Then my mind wandered over to the guy on the video... I have to ask you and don't be afraid to answer. Are you gay?"
Me:"Yeah... I've been meaning to tell you for a long time. Well... since we're already saying everything to each other. I'll just admit it right now. I... I have a crush on you Zack"
Zack:"That was my another question. I have my head filled with thoughts. Very naughty thoughts including my body, so I am happy that you cleared this up and I am not just another self centered weirdo. But the question is. Would you let me suck my dick?"
Oh man

Kate mini version
Sharma!sis x Queen Charlotte's son
Summary: After the ball, everyone knows what happened between Y/n and Prince Charles. With the attention of high society members and the Queen, they face new obstacles as they fall in love.
part 1 part 2 part 3
Dearest reader,
The tone is abuzz with the latest gossip, and so it's my honor to impart to you.
Miss Y/n Sharma came to England after Kate Sharma's marriage to Viscount Bridgerton. In such a short time she managed to do something that no one else has managed to do: capture the attention of Queen Charlotte's youngest son, Prince Charles.
Dearest reader, this author finds herself compelled to share the most curious of news. It seems the two seemed to be quite close during the last dance, having danced together until Y/n walked away. But Prince Charles didn't take his eyes off the young woman for the rest of the night. Is a new romance brewing? Let's not forget that at the beginning of the season, her Majesty made her intentions clear of joining her youngest son with the princess of Austria.
In addition, Miss Y/n is here at her mother's request, living with her older sister, Kate Bridgerton, and her husband, Lord Bridgerton. Is it permanent or will she return to India? There are many mysteries yet to be unraveled.
On the other hand, the diamond of the season did not dance with any suitor, which may have made her Majesty uneasy. This author is left to wonder what shall her next move be, now that everything seems to be connected to the Bridgerton family.
Yours truly, Lady Whistledown
âââââ ââ
ââ
â âââââ
"This is not good." Y/n muttered nervously, looking over Kate's shoulder to read the latest edition of Lady Whistledown. And to his greatest horror, she was the main topic. "How many people read this?"
"Too many." the older sister sighed, before placing the paper next to her and turning to Y/n who had her eyes increasingly wide. "Everything's fine. Most of the family has already suffered from Lady Whistledown's words and we support each other. And everything ended up being fine, the ton has short memory and will forget all about this by the next scandal."
"But what if they don't forget?"
"If they don't forget what?" a new voice intruded into the conversation.
Y/n let out a small scream, immediately recognizing Anthony's voice, and hurried to hide the paper behind her back. "Nothing. It's a beautiful day, I'm going to the gardens. Maybe hide there all day. Or all year."
"Y/n, no. You have to tell Anthony, he won't blame you for anything."
Bridgerton's eyebrows rose upon hearing that, turning to Y/n with a frown upon noticing her terrified expression. "What happened?"
"My apologies, Anthony. The last thing I wanted to do was associate the name Bridgerton with scandals. Lady Whistledown wrote about last night. About⌠About Prince Charles and I." She looked down, not wanting to see Anthony's disapproving look, and handed him the paper.
The minutes dragged on. To Y/n it felt like hours had passed. Long hours with just the silence in the room. Her heart was pounding against her chest and she tried to control the tears from reaching her eyes. Her head was running with different questions that only made her anxiety worse. Would they send her back to India so they wouldn't suffer any more from this scandal? She didn't know that dancing with someone could cause so many problems.
Just the thought of returning to her homeland, despite having loved growing up there, brought her great sadness. Her life was in England now. She adored her sister's family, having grown up close to many of them, especially Francesca and Hyacinth. And the truth is that she had enjoyed meeting Prince Charles. Y/n finally felt like she belonged somewhere.
She snapped out of these thoughts when she heard Anthony sigh. What was that? Disappointment? Anger? Sadness?
"Look at me." he said, but Y/n refused, knowing that as soon as she looked at the couple she would burst into tears. She shook her head, pursing her lips. "Y/nâŚ"
"Please don't send me back to India."
"What?" the Viscount questioned in shock, almost not having noticed her from how quietly she spoke. He felt Kate hold his hand, looking sadly at her sister. "Y/n, look at us. We are not going to send you back to India."
"Really?" She raised her head shyly, her eyes red from holding back tears.
"Of course. You're part of the family. I haven't told you yet, but Mama sent a letter. Edwina had problems during the birth, so she's going to stay there until at least the rest of the year. You're going to stay with us. Here."
"Y/n, we would never send you away because of Lady Whistledown's news. You're a Bridgerton now." Anthony assured, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. Her smile upon hearing those words, although still small, released some of the stress that Anthony and Kate were feeling.
"Hey, Anthony, I was wonderingâ Oh, sorry!" Hyacinth entered the room, stopping when she saw the three of them and the tense atmosphere it was in. Then he noticed the sad face and the paper his brother was holding. "Is that from Lady Whistledown? What does it say?"
"It doesn't matter what it says. What did you want to tell me, Hyacinth?"
"Oh, I was wondering if we could go horse riding. I am so bored, Gregory is training and Benedict isn't paying attention to me." she pouted, causing Y/n to giggle and rush over to Hyacinth, intertwining their arms.
"Fear no more, I shall give you attention."
"Thank you, kind lady." Hyacinth laughed. "Please, Anthony, take us horse riding."
When he offered to teach Y/n how to ride a horse, the rest of his sisters were also invited, since the men already knew how to do it. As expected, only Hyacinth accepted with great enthusiasm while Eloise preferred to read and spend her time with her new friend, Miss Cressida. For her part, Francesca was never much for outdoor sports and Daphne was obviously busy with her husband and son. Thus, Y/n and the youngest Bridgerton both formed a special friendship, and were now a feared duo in the Bridgerton house.
"What do you say?" he whispered in his wife's ear, looking at the two girls who were giving them the best puppy dog ââeyes. "I'm afraid I can't say no to them."
"I think it's a great idea." Kate smiled.
âââââ ââ
ââ
â âââââ
The four then ventured into the forest. Anthony and Kate were ahead, lost in their own world while Hyacinth and Y/n followed a little behind. The younger girl curiously questioned Sharma about the night of the ball, upset that she was still too young to attend one.
"I wish I had gone yesterday. Did you dance with someone yesterday? I tried to ask Francesca the same thing, but she wouldn't leave her room."
"Unexpected things happened. Francesca is just a little discouraged. As diamond of the season, she has a lot of pressure on her. And I⌠Well, I danced with someone."
"Prince Charles?! I saw you both when we went for a picnic, I think it was love at first sight." Hyacinth giggled.
"Sometimes I forget how good an observer you are. Yes, I danced with him." Before her friend could get too excited, Y/n hurried to add. "And I was naive, because although I enjoyed being with him, he has an enormous responsibility. I doubt people would want him to spend his time with me."
"Please, I think you are in love."
"What? Of course not, I barely know him. We just had fun dancing, but that must be over by now. I doubt her Majesty will let him dance with me again. Lady Whistledown made sure of that."
"If you say so. I, on the other hand, do not agree. Prince Charles has shown that he is interested in you. Or he would have danced with other girls after you. But he didn't."
"Well, maybe he was tired." Y/n shrugged, while Hyacinth rolled her eyes. They continued the walk in silence, enjoying the forest landscape.
âGirls, letâs do a race!â Anthony shouted, looking over his shoulder with a smirk. Y/n chuckled, knowing he had never met a family as competitive as the Bridgertons. But she was one now too, and she loved winning.
âVery well. But make sure you donât get too sad when I win.â Hyacinth teased, despite being the one with the least experience riding a horse.
âWeâll see.â Kate joined the teasing.
The four positioned themselves next to each other, letting the man count down. Y/n grabbed the reins tighter, and as soon as Anthony finished, she let her horse run. For a moment they were all balanced, but Hyacinth quickly fell behind. The couple competed a little ahead, trying to reach a certain narrower entrance. So, with their attention diverted from her, she took the opportunity to step over a fallen tree trunk, arriving earlier at that entrance, continuing at the same pace.
She felt free on a horse. The wind hit their face, the landscape blurred from how fast they were going. Y/n petted the animal, feeling like they could conquer the world.
When she realized that the others had already stopped, as no one had yet reached her, she also slowed down so she could wait for them to catch up. They probably had to go back to help Hyacinth control her horse.
âThat was impressive.â she heard behind her.
Although she felt a second of fear, thinking that an unknown man had found her alone in the middle of the forest, she quickly associated it with the voice of the person she least wanted to see at that moment. As such, she just closed her eyes and hoped it was just her imagination. But when he cleared his throat, she knew she had to face him. Finally, she commanded the horse to turn around, finding herself face to face with Prince Charles, who was also on top of a beautiful black horse.
âPrince Charles, itâs a pleasure to see you again.â she smiled shyly.
âYou as well, Miss Y/N. I didnât know you were so talented at riding. Did Lady Bridgerton teach you?â
âShe and Viscount Bridgerton. And since then I havenât wanted anything else.â she shrugged uncomfortably, both not knowing what to say. In this way, Y/n focused on the horse that the prince was riding, being shocked by its size. âBeautiful.â She looked at Charles, noticing his look of surprise and a slight blush appearing on his cheeks. âI mean, the horseâ The horse is beautiful.â
âOf course.â he looked away, clearing his throat. âIt seems we both had the same idea after the paper published by Lady Whistledown. A nice walk was exactly what I needed to get away from my mother.â
âMy apologies, I didnât mean to interfere with your marriage with the Princess of Austria.â
âHer Majesty wants me to marry her. But I don't. You see, a beautiful, fierce, remarkable girl has already caught my attention. It may seem sudden, but she is constantly in my thoughts.â he looked intensely into her eyes. Out of nowhere, it seemed like it had become much hotter, her breathing coming in muffled.
âOh⌠Iââ
âY/n! Where are you?â Kate's voice was heard through the forest, breaking the atmosphere that had formed between them.
âIâm here, Kate.â Y/n replied, closing her eyes in despair when she realized that she would have a lot to explain once they arrived.
She had already taken a risk with Lady Whistledown, and now they were alone in an isolated place⌠It's a good thing no one outside the family would see them, or the scandal would have become much more serious. A feeling of guilt coursed through her body again. She had promised Anthony that she didn't want to associate the Bridgerton name with scandals, and here she was doing exactly the opposite.
âPrince Charles, we canât talk anymore. Itâs not right.â she said before the others appeared.
âWhy not? Because of Lady Whistledown? Ignore her, the ton will quickly forget about this.â
âYou donât know that!â Y/n exclaimed exasperated at how calm Charles seemed to be about this situation.
âI know that I want to be with you.â
âYou are crazy!â she put her hand over her mouth when she realized that she had âinsultedâ a member of the royal family. âApologies, Prince Charles. I didnât mean that.â
âCall me Charles.â
âI take back my apologies.â
âFinally, we found you, Y/N. We had to go back because Hyacinthâs horse refused to move.â Kate appeared, followed by the others, stopping when she saw what was happening. She made a small bow, looking at them suspiciously. âPrince Charles, I didnât expect to see you here. Especially with my sister.â
âWhat do you think you are doing?â Anthony wasn't as friendly as his wife, narrowing his eyes and approaching Y/n to stand slightly in front of her.
âLord Bridgerton, I guarantee nothing happened. I was simply, like you, taking a walk when I saw Miss Y/n. We only talk about what Lady Whistledown wrote.â Charles assured, sending a comforting smile to Y/n, who was watching the two nervously.
âIt was mere chance that we found each other. We can go back to the house now.â
Anthony signaled to Kate, who nodded. They had mastered the art of speaking with just their eyes, it still left Y/n quite confused when they did that. But this time, she understood perfectly. Lowering her head slightly, she followed her sister and Hyacinth home, while Anthony and Charles remained behind. Over her shoulder, she mumbled a quick apology to the boy, hoping he would understand what she meant.
When the women were out of sight, Anthony turned to the Prince , who appeared unaffected. âI hope youâre not trying to ruin my wifeâs sisterâs reputation. You know very well what the ton would say if they found you in this situation. And I guarantee you, you donât want to duel me.â
âI agree. That's the last thing I desire. Miss Y/n would certainly never speak to me again. And I don't want that. Lord Bridgerton, we were just talking, and on horses for more. But, for all the respect I have for Miss Y/n and the Bridgerton family, I assure you this will never happen again.â
"It better not."
âââââ ââ
ââ
â âââââ
After a tense conversation with Kate and Anthony, they believed Y/n when she said it was a coincidence to meet Prince Charles, but that she understood the gravity of being alone with a man.
So, she spent a few days locked up at home, hoping that the scandal had already been forgotten. However, this isolation couldn't last forever, so she was forced to join the Bridgerton family on a walk by the lake.
She had her arm linked with Benedict's, Eloise beside her, while they listened to Collin's travel stories. He had seen so much, experienced so many new cultures, that Y/n just wanted to know more. Eloise, in turn, seemed envious that only men could have the pleasure of traveling alone wherever they wanted, and Benedict asked about the art of each country, something that Y/n barely understood.
However, Collin ended up rushing the end of the story, seeing a group of girls walking, giggling when they saw him. Eloise groaned in disgust, while Benedict shook his head, changing direction so he wouldn't have to watch his brother flirt. Y/n also went with them, not wanting to see that scene.
But she noticed that they had been stopped by Lady Wilson, whose daughter was participating in the season along with Y/n, Francesca, and Eloise. "Good afternoon, Lady Wilson."
"Good afternoon." she said. "I noticed you didn't go to the ball yesterday. I haven't yet had a chance to talk with Lady Bridgerton to know if everything is alright."
"Thank you for your concern." Benedict said sarcastically, taking control since Anthony wasn't around. "We had other matters to attend, but I assure you that we will be present at the ball tomorrow."
"That's wonderful news." the woman said with a fake smile. "In that case you will be able to see my daughter dancing with Prince Charles, just like yesterday. They form a beautiful couple, don't you think?"
Y/n had to control herself not to roll her eyes. It was clear what Lady Wilson was trying to do, but there would be no reaction from her. Eloise and Benedict looked at her from the corner of their eyes, waiting to know if Y/n needed them to interrupt the conversation.
"I don't know. I didn't see them together nor did I have the opportunity to know about it since Lady Whistledown didn't write about them. And we all know that she writes about everything that happens, and it seems especially important if the prince is interested in someone to court. Looks like we'll have to wait and see."
"Yes, we shall wait." Lady Wilson clenched her jaw. "I'm certain that the prince loved to dance with my daughter."
"If you say so. Please excuse us, we shall return to the rest of our family." Y/n said dryly, hurrying to walk in the opposite direction with the two Bridgertons behind her.
"Jealous, dear sister?" Benedict asked with a sly smile once they were far enough away from the woman.
"No. Why would I be?" Y/n pretended not to be bothered, but in reality the thought of Charles dancing with someone else didn't sit very well with her. But what could she be expecting, she had said that they shouldn't talk anymore and he had to get married this season. "I'm just surprised that Lady Wilson is so confident in her daughter with the prince when the Queen wants him with the princess of Austria."
"Hmm." was the only response she received from Benedict. Eloise, already fed up with just hearing about the season, changed the subject and Y/n was also grateful for that. The last thing she wanted was to think about the next ball.
âââââ ââ
ââ
â âââââ
"What are you going to do?" Hyacinth asked as she helped Y/n and Francesca get ready for ball. The two had already put on their dresses and now all that was left was the jewelry. Kate had already come to say that they would have to leave soon, smiling calmly when she noticed the nervous state of her sister who had changed her dress about five times already.
âAbout what?â
âAbout the prince, obviously.â
âI donât know. I am a little confused. This is all happening so quickly. And the fact that Lady Whistledown wrote about us didn't help. But the truth is that when I'm with him, I don't know, I feel different.â Y/n tried to explain, but realized she couldn't describe her feelings in words. It was something foreign to her, but not unwanted.
âI know what it is. You like him.â the Bridgerton dropped onto the bed dramatically.
âBut liking may not be enough. Don't forget that the Queen has a lot of influence on these things. And I wouldnât want to piss her off, it would only hurt all of you.â
"You are exaggerating. Francesca, what do you think of this?â
âWhat?â the girl snapped out of her thoughts when she heard her name. âSorry, I wasnât paying attention.â
âWhat are you thinking about?â Y/n sat next to her, taking her hand.
âI haven't had almost any suitors yet. And the ones I have seem incapable of having a conversation. What if I donât find anyone?â Francesca revealed with a sigh, her voice tinged with sadness.
âNonsense. Everyone would love to dance with you. In fact, I have a feeling you are going to meet someone today.â the Sharma said. âAnd for that to happen, we must leave and go to this ball. If you need to, we can stay together all night.â
âThank you, but it wonât be necessary. I want you to have your chance with the prince.â
âAfter all, you were listening!â Hyacinth exclaimed, groaning as the two left the room and left her there. Now she had to wait until tomorrow to find out everything that was going to happen!
âââââ ââ
ââ
â âââââ
The ball was already full of people, from nervous mothers to innocent daughters who giggled when a suitor asked them to dance. Y/n and Francesca walked in together, both of them taking deep breaths and looking at each other in encouragement. They could do this.
While Francesca's nerves increased as she saw the Queen's eyes fall on her, Y/n's heart began to beat faster when she noticed Charles, who was standing next to his mother. However, he was not alone, finding himself in conversation with the princess of Austria. From what the Sharma could understand from the few moments in which she let herself focus on them, they seemed to be getting along well, sharing polite smiles.
"Maybe we shall get a refreshment first?" Y/n said, seeing that the family had already dispersed.
"A great idea." Francesca swallowed, nodding several times.
The two hurried to a corner of the room, sending a quick smile to the people passing by. Fortunately, no one engaged them in a long conversation, allowing them to mentally prepare themselves to face that night.
They stopped next to Penelope, who looked at the dancing couples with a sad look. "Are you alright, Penelope?"
"Yes, of course, Francesca." the redhead replied shyly, offering a small smile to the two girls. "You ought to take the floor."
"Ought we?" the Bridgerton chuckled humorlessly.
"Once one finds oneself on the wall, it is difficult to come off it. No matter what one does." Penelope looked down, pursing her lips.
"Better to be on the wall than to make fools of ourselves." Y/n she murmured, discreetly looking at the boy who had invaded her heart, still talking to the beautiful princess. Only this time, almost feeling her gaze on him, he glanced at her, showing what appeared to be a genuine smile. "This is so confusing."
"I agree. At least the wall doesn't ask me about what makes me tick." Francesca complained, still upset about the failed conversations from the last ball. The older girl looked at her understandingly, noticing that Francesca was more reserved. Maybe that was what made her rare, different from all the other girls.
"And why are you on the wall, Penelope? I'm sure there are lots of gentlemen here who would be more than willing to ask for your hand in a dance!"
"Oh no. Nobody wants to dance with me. Believe me." she replied with a slight blush, embarrassed that she didn't have any suitors when this wasn't her first season, unlike them.
"They must be blind, then. You are beautiful." Y/n confessed honestly, really confused that they let such an incredible person like Penelope escape. If she could, she would drag the redhead and Francesca to dance, but she knew it was against the rules.
The three fell into a silence, not uncomfortable, but as if they all had more to think about than trying to carry on a conversation. From the other side of the room, Charles watched Sharma as if in a trance, quickly leaving the conversation he was having to go to meet her.
However, he was interrupted by Charlotte who discreetly held his arm. "What are you doing? Must I remind you that you shall marry this season?"
"Why are you putting so much pressure on me with this. You have so many other children, but I'm the only one who has to suffer with this."
"Your siblings reproducing bastards for me to ignore. You are my last hope, son. I have made sure to give so many heirs to your father, and none of my children seem to be fornicating." she said. When she noticed that she was being too harsh with her youngest son, she sighed. "Bridgerton, Charles?"
"What seems to be the problem? You've already accepted many of their marriages, including naming two Bridgertons as diamonds of the season and ignoring the scandal between Lord Bridgerton and Lady Bridgerton." Charles controlled himself not to roll his eyes.
"Yes⌠But that was until my son was mentioned in the paper of Lady Whistledown because he was just interested in a girl. Especially when the princess of Austria traveled here just to meet you."
"And I enjoyed meeting her. But I enjoyed much more meeting Y/n Sharma." he admitted, his voice conveying the confidence he felt in those words. "She's the one I want. The one I'll follow to the end of the world if necessary. Don't make me marry someone else, mom, I want her. Just her."
"I believe the boy is in love." Lady Dandbury appeared beside them, looking at the boy with knowing eyes. Charlotte glanced at her from the corner of her eye. "The dance they shared was remarkable. The London Season is already terribly monotonous as it is. Therefore, these cases of passion make it more enjoyable. Don't you agree?"
"Indeed, Lady Danbury." Charles nodded, appreciating her help in convincing the Queen. "May I go now?"
Charlotte watched him for a few moments, noticing how he was restless, his body tilted towards Y/n. Almost as if he had no control over himself, unconsciously wanting to always be close to her. This wait was killing him.
The woman didn't respond verbally, just offered a small nod of permission, and her son was gone in the blink of an eye.
Almost running, the prince arrived next to Y/n, who continued to watch people dancing. She was now only with Penelope, as Francesca was taken by Violet to meet some suitors. Charles approached silently, placing himself in her line of sight and simply offering her a hand.
"What are you doing?" she whispered with wide eyes. Beside her, Penelope excused herself, giving the couple space. Not that they paid much attention, appearing not to have even heard her.
"Isn't it obvious? I'm asking you to dance with me."
"You don't give up, do you?" Y/n let a small smile appear, pretending to be upset by the boy's persistence. Inwardly, her heart was beating furiously fast. She didn't want to dance. She wanted to get away from there so she could be with Charles alone, the two of them talking all night.
But their moment was interrupted by Lady Wilson's daughter, who suddenly appeared and grabbed the prince's arm. "Prince Charles, you promised me a dance. Shall we?"
Y/n took a step back, trying to hide her sadness. Charles hadn't even removed her arm from his. This was a reminder that Charles was not yet hers, and with her indecision, that was becoming increasingly difficult. He had so many good options for marriage, why would he choose her? What made her special from all the others?
Trying to make sure no one saw the tears that threatened to appear, the Sharma decided it was best to leave for the rest of the night. Perhaps Anthony and Kate would believe she was feeling unwell and needed to go home.
But before he could move away completely, Charles snapped out of his shock, grabbing Y/n's hand to pull her closer while shaking the other woman's hold.
He clenched his jaw, upset at not being able to have a single moment of peace with Y/n. "My apologies, Miss." Y/n had to put her hand over her mouth to hide her amusement when Charles didn't remember the girl's name. "Right now, I would like to dance with Miss Y/n. So if you will excuse us."
"Butâ"
"What do you say, Miss Y/n. Shall you give me the pleasure of having this dance?" Charles asked quickly before the annoying girl spoke again. His attention was on Sharma, who was looking at him adoringly. Was this what people felt when they were in love? It felt like he couldn't breathe. In a good way.
"We shall⌠Charles." she laughed. Charles' mouth opened in shock, appearing to have frozen to the ground. In a playful way, she rolled her eyes, guiding him to the dance floor, which was now empty as people saw the two walk there.
Despite the nerves she felt, Y/n felt good with Charles, so she decided to ignore ton's opinions on this. The boy bowed as he offered her his hand, followed by a bow from Y/n, and immediately the music began.
"You called me Charles."
"A very good observation."
"You know, I thought Lord Bridgerton would kill me the moment I looked at you. It would be worth it." he twirled her around, loving it when he heard her little giggles. When she landed on the ground, her eyes found Kate and Anthony watching them, but instead of upset, they looked happy that Y/n was happy. "I must say that when you said we couldn't meet again, it hurt."
"My deepest apologies. How could I have said such absurd things?" Y/n said dramatically, noticing Charles' amusement.
"All is well now. As long as you promise to not run anymore. Even if Lady Whistledown or someone else writes about us. I promise I won't let anything hurt you or your family."
Y/n focused on his eyes. They were honest and had a glow of adoration about them. "What about the Princess of Austria?"
"As I also told her Majesty, I have no interest in her. My heart already belongs to you, Y/n. No one else can take your place."
The music was slowing down, indicating that it would end soon. The boy gripped Y/n's waist tighter, fearing that he would have to let go when he was enjoying savoring every moment of their closeness.
"My heart belongs to you too, Charles." she scrunched her eyebrows and Charles could feel his heart close to bursting. He wanted to marry her.
Instead, he controlled himself from saying it right away, knowing that he would have to talk to Anthony first and ask for Y/n's hand in marriage. Or he feared the Bridgerton wrath. For now, having Y/n in his arms was enough.

Hiiiii I love your writing!! May I request Azriel x Reader, where reader gets amnesia. Sheâs Illyrian and was hurt by Illyrian men, so sheâs scared of Az because she doesnât remember him. Then wonderful angst because he never thought sheâd be afraid of him, so he avoids her and is heartbroken. Then something happens, maybe heâs forced to interact with her or he says something specific, and her memories come back, so happy ending! Feel free to ignore if you donât want to write this, thank you!đ
Hi lovely! Thank you so much for reading my work and for your request! I hope you like the story! đ
Divider is once again from @tsunami-of-tears, eternally grateful to you for your creativity!

Warnings: angst, poisoning, swearing, allusions to abuse / previous SA.
"Rhys, I am not cut out for this kind of mission - why did you not send Nesta!"
You huff to yourself as you climb the uneven stairs through the prison, following closely behind Rhys. You hated coming in here, and hated having to interact with the Bone Carver even more. You patted your back pocket, checking your gifted bone for him was still there, before climbing yet another stairwell.
"Y/n, you know I wouldn't have asked if it wasn't necessary. I can't exactly send Nesta in here even if she's only early in her pregnancy, they would sense it a mile off and she'd be a target. Not to mention, I don't fancy getting pummelled by Cassian for letting his pregnant mate in here".
You knew he was right, but it didn't make this any easier. You struggled through another narrow doorframe, trying to avoid smacking your wings against the wood, and stood in front of a metal gate. You hear Rhys hum to himself.
"What's wrong?".
"I've never seen a gate here before, this should be an open walkway".
You begin to feel uneasy as you see Rhys take a step back.
"Rhys?"
Before you can get another word out, you feel a powder cover your face, filling your nose and mouth, causing you to choke. You try to call out for help, but you can't get anything out, breathing becoming harder and harder. You hear Rhys distantly calling your name but you can't respond, can't move, all you can do is drop to the floor, your legs giving out from underneath you.
"Get Madja, now!"
Rhys' voice bellowed through the River House as he winnowed in carrying your lifeless body and placed your down on the living room sofa. The rest of the Inner Circle descended on the pair of you, including Azriel. When he saw your pale body, arm hanging off the sofa, his heart sank. He grabbed Rhys by the collar.
"What the fuck happened?"
Rhys didn't have time to answer before Madja appeared in the room, pushing everyone to the side and leaning over your body. Silence descended on the room as she ran tests, took bloods, checked your vitals - all the while your eyes remained closed and your body limp.
"She has been poisoned with a plant known as Dazelroot. It is highly toxic and can only be found in some very remote parts of the Spring Court. Thankfully, it looks like this particular strain was either incorrectly handled or extremely dried out, as it hasn't taken hold quite as potently as it should have. She will be ok, in that she will live, but we won't know the consequences until she wakes up".
"The consequences?", Feyre asks.
"I have never seen a person be poisoned with Dazelroot and live to tell the tale. We won't know what it will do to her until she wakes".
Feyre sobbed silently, her shoulders shaking. Nesta joined her, the sisters holding each other through their sadness. Cassian could only watch in horror as Azriel fell to his knees next to your body and cried into your shoulder.
"Madja, what can we do?", Rhys asks, wringing his hands.
"There's nothing, Rhys. We have to let her wake, and see what happens next. I'll be on hand, as will my assistants. Call us as soon as she wakes up".
Rhys shook Madja's hand and allowed her to leave, his grief weighing down on his shoulders heavily. It was his fault that you were in the prison, that he hadn't seen the trap beforehand, that you were the one to be poisoned. He tried to reach for Azriel, but Azriel swatted his hand away.
"Don't touch me", he gritted, his face still buried in your shoulder.
Rhys could do nothing but watch as his family fell apart in front of him.
It took 6 days for you to wake. 6 agonising days of your family watching your chest rise and fall, terrified that you would never again open your eyes. But you did.
Your eyes opened, and fell on Feyre's face.
"SHE'S AWAKE", Feyre called to your family, reaching out for your hand. You let her take it, but she couldn't overlook the confusion she saw in your eyes, the hesitancy of your body to let her touch you.
The room filled with your family and your eyes settled on a pair of Illyrian wings. Male Illyrian wings. Trauma racked through your body, memories of your life at the Illyrian camps, wing-clipping, assault, and you couldn't hold back your scream as you pulled your body up the bed, as close as you could get to the headboard.
"Y/n?", Azriel said gently, attempting to approach you. He froze when he realised it was him that you were trying to get away from.
Madja burst through the door at that moment, having been summoned by Rhys the moment he heard Feyre's shouts. She saw the blankness in your eyes the second she looked at you, and her eyes fell pityingly to Azriel.
"Hi y/n, I'm Madja, a healer here in the Night Court".
Your family looked at each other in pure confusion. You knew who Madja was. She'd been the family's healer for centuries. Why was she acting like you'd never met before?
Madja carried out her assessment before providing you a sleeping tonic. Once your body settled back into the pillows, looking more at peace than you had when you had woken up, she turned to Rhys.
"The Dazelroot has caused amnesia. She doesn't remember anything after her life after the Illyrian camps".
Rhys shook his head. "Ok, but when will her memory come back?".
Rhys saw the look on Madja's face and his stomach somersaulted.
"Will her memory come back?"
Madja placed a hand gentle on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry Rhys, there's no way to know".
She turned to Azriel, tears falling down his cheeks. He had realised that you had forgotten him, forgotten your mateship, the love you had shared for centuries. You only remembered the trauma you had faced at the hands of Illyrian males, males that bore the same wings as him. He had realised, seeing the look on your face, that you were afraid of him.
"You can try to offer her gentle reminders. It might break through the amnesia cloud. But there's nothing more we can do".
Madja departed, leaving your family to process the news. You didn't remember any of them.
17 months later
It had been 17 months since the incident, and your memory hadn't come back.
Feyre, Nesta, Elain and Mor had made it their mission to rebuild the friendship that you had had with them - regularly taking you out for brunch, shopping, and nights out at Rita's. Over time, you developed a new bond with them, and had started to trust them.
You had also re-kindled your friendship with Rhys and Lucien, the males giving you distance but engaging with you as often as possible, mostly through Feyre and Elain.
But Azriel and Cassian, you couldn't be near. Their wings reminded you too much of the trauma you had faced in the camps. Reminded you that your own wings had been clipped. Reminded you of the males that had used you for their own entertainment. Anytime they tried to approach you, their wings pinned as tightly as possible behind their backs, your body began to involuntarily shake and your eyes would fill with tears.
It had broken Azriel. He had become a shell of the former male he was. He started to withdraw from family dinners, he gave up his morning training. Azriel had slowly started to descend into a downward spiral, feeling the mating bond cold on the other end. His family had tried their best to help, but Azriel wanted for nothing but you. He locked himself in his bedroom most days and nights, seeking solitude in the shadows.
That was why, when his family decided to visit Sevenda's restaurant that evening, Azriel had ignored the inviting knock on his door. He didn't want to make it harder for you seeing him sitting at the other end of the table. He waited for the footsteps to pad away before grabbing a bottle of Whiskey from the shelf and pouring himself a generous glass.
-
Several hours later, Azriel was sat in bed with his book when he heard commotion. It sounded like crying, but it was pained. He sat up, listening out, when he heard it again - this time closer to his door. He thought everyone was out at Sevenda's, or maybe Rita's now, but there was unmistakably someone wandering through the hallway.
Azriel cracked open his door and peered out. At the end of the hallway, gripping the window pane, he saw your small frame huddled over. The scent of blood filled the air. Azriel panicked. He knew how bad your cycles were from the centuries you had spent together, that you needed help desperately, but right now he was the only one in the house with you, and you were terrified of him.
"Y/n?", he called out gently, trying not to startle you with his presence. He watched you turn slowly, your eyes wide in alarm.
"It's ok, it's just your cycle", he whispered, raising his arms to show you that he was not going to hurt you. You whimpered slightly, clutching the window pane so hard your knuckles had gone white.
"Can I help you?", he asked, not daring to move. You looked at him, his wings, your body shaking. But you knew you were helpless, not sure you could get yourself back to your bed even if you tried with all your might. So, you took a deep breath, and gave him a timid nod.
Azriel walked slowly towards you, his hands in front of him, and when he reached you he carefully put a hand forward to touch your shoulder. You shuddered, but didn't pull away.
"I'm going to take you back to your room, ok?". You could only nod as Azriel scooped you into his arms and walked you slowly back towards your room.
He placed you down carefully at your dressing table and silently walked into your bathroom, the sound of running water filling the room. Whilst the bath ran, you watched him strip the soiled sheets from your bed and replace them with fresh ones, putting a pair of your pyjamas neatly folded at the end. He then offered you his hand and guided you to the bathroom.
"Do you need some help?".
You didn't want to admit it, but you did. You could barely stand up under your own weight.
Azriel turned away from you to allow you to undress, holding a hand behind his back for guidance as you carefully lowered yourself into the bath. Once you were in, and hidden under the bubbles, you turned to look at him. At his wings. You had never known an Illyrian male to be so gentle. So calming. Even sat here alone in a bath with him in the room, you felt comfortable. You felt safe.
"Azriel?", you whispered.
"Would you like me to leave you be?" he asked, his back still turned to give you privacy.
"No".
You saw Azriel's shoulders sag slightly with relief, but he still kept his back to you.
"Please could you pass me that bottle over there, the green one?"
Azriel walked over to the counter to pick up the shampoo bottle and attempted to hand it to you behind his back, still not facing you. You giggled as he offered the bottle out to the empty end of the bath.
"It's ok, I'm hidden in the bubbles".
Azriel turned, his eyes not leaving your face, as he handed the bottle to you. You took it, pouring some into your hand, and he watched you wince as you raised your arms above your body to your hair, stretching your stomach.
"May I?", he asked quietly. You nodded, handing the bottle to him. Azriel knelt down behind your head, pouring the shampoo into his hands and massaging it into your hair. The moment his hands touched you, you felt a calming peace descend over you, and you closed your eyes to bask in it. You were about to ask him to rub it into the nape of your neck, your favourite place, when you felt his hands move there instinctively. A jolt went through your body, and Azriel jumped backwards.
"Are you ok?"
You turned to face him, his leathers covered in water, bubbles and shampoo suds, and looked down at his scarred hands. Visions flew through your mind of his hands in your hair, his hands offering to feed you grapes on your honeymoon to the Summer Court, his hands touching your body, his hands placing a ring on yours at your mating ceremony, his hands holding out your cup of coffee to you every morning - black, just how you liked it.
You reached out to take them, feeling every emotion come flooding back to you. A tug at your chest made you look up, as Azriel's filled with tears.
"My mate", you whispered.
"My mate", he replied, his head moving to rest on your forehead.
You held each other, the bath water turning cold and the bubbles melting away, allowing all your love and devotion to flow to each other through the bond. Forgotten, but never gone.

"...Should I... open it...?" You asked yourself quietly, looking down on your phone as you stared at the multiple notifications you received from Toge.
13 missed calls
31 new messegaes
All unopened, all unanswered.
Slowly, you hover your finger over to his chat box, however, you hesitate- quickly shutting off your phone and plopping down on the soft mattress where you sat.
While the rest of the Okkotsu family went out to watch the movies, you decided to stay in the house by yourself. "You should come...! I'm sure it will help lift your spirits." Mrs. Okkotsu offered, to which you kindly declined her offer.
You figured you needed some time to be alone for now, but the lack of presence in the house ended up cauing a deafening silence to fill the halls, creating more opportunities for you to overthink the recent events between you and Toge.
'...I wonder... what did he say...'
'...why am I so scared to read it...?'
Over the past two days, you've been comfortably staying over Yuta's family home in the city. But since Yuta wasn't there at the moment, his parents and sister have been kindly accomodating you the entire time.
You were incredibly embarassed and reluctant to stay over, afraid of becoming only a nuisance to the Okkotsu family, especially since current situation between you and Toge was not at all very dire, just an arguement between two lovers.
Fortunately, Yuta and his mother were understanding and very insistent that you were welcome for as long as you'd like. Afterall, you were also one of Yuta's closest friends.
Trying your best to not cause them too much trouble, you help out with minor chores like the dishes, setting up the table, throwing out the trash- but each time you do so, you were met with gentle scolding.
"We told you to rest! You're still very hurt!"
"No no no, you're a guest, put that down!"
"We are not letting you wash the plates. Go back to bed and lie down for a nap! We'll bring you some snacks later."
"Nonsense! You are not a burden! You are a good friend of Yuta, and he asked us to take care of you, so sit down and don't worry about us."
Though that did seem to reduce the amount of guilt you felt, you were still rather embarassed for staying over someone else's family home just to hide from an ongoing dispute with Toge. So, you figured you shouldn't overstay your welcome, at least.
You look at your phone once again, staring at Toge's contact name as you remember your last encounter with him.
Staring at the ceiling above, you allow the memories from the incident flood your mind once more- remembering the sorrow, the pain, the sadness....
The entire time you knew Toge, he had always felt like the safest person to be around with, and you trusted him more than anyone- be it about your safety or your feelings. Naturally, the shock from accidentally getting cursed would shaken you up quite a lot.
You were badly hurt, both physically and emotionally.
And even for a short moment, you even felt afraid of him for the first time.
A feeling you knew would devastate him if he knew.
As shy as you were to admit it, all you did the entire day after the incident was quiety cry inside the guest bedroom in Yuta's home.
You can say that you rather had mixed feelings about the whole thing. Not a moment has passed in which you weren't thinking about it.
At first, it was shock, then fear, followed by pain before sadness, eventually leading to worry- the feeling you were experiencing right now.
Why 'worry'? You think to yourself, curious as to why there was this sense of longing to see him despite the accident.
It was a strange feeling in your chest. Most certainly, you were still very much upset and hurt about what he had done to you, but still-
"...I wonder how he must feel right now..." You hug the pillow nearest to you closer to your chest, unable to stray away the concern you felt for him.
Perhaps it was the way he looked at you the moment he misused his speech on you. The way Toge's eyes expressed so much shock, the way his voice was filled with so much guilt and fear... You have never seen him act in such a way before, especially considering the fact that he was always the more calm and composed one between the two of you.
You couldn't get the desperate tone of his voice out of your head, and you frequently find yourself vividly remembering the panicked expression he displayed on his face.
"...He must be worried..." You whisper to the pillow you held tightly, your eyelids closing as you replay the events of the accident.
More than anyone, you understood him the most, and you knew that this must be really messing up his mind right now.
It was one of his deepest fears, hurting someome he loves unintentionally with his speech, and you knew how deep this sort of wound would cut him on the inside.
More so, there was also the fact that Toge had personally witnessed the tragic events that happened to his allies in Shibuya... not to mention the fact that he had also been heavily pinning the blame on himself for the death of innocent civilians' lives.... lives which he felt responsible of protecting, all because he led them to take shelter to the same area Sukuna had unleashed his Malevolent Shrine.
'Truly...' you thought.
'this must be really messing up his mind right now....'
You turn over to your side, eyes staring blankly into the empty air in front of you.
"...He was distant and acting different from what happened in Shibuya afterall... I know he didn't mean to hurt me..." you whispered quietly, trying to think of how to address the situation.
You sat up, your hand firmly grasping your phone, a hesitant but concerned tone evident in your voice "I... don't want to make him feel any worse than he already does..."
Without a doubt, Toge was always so good to you. So protective, so understanding, so kind, so loving...
He was always there for you at your lowest points... and you never even had the chance to return such comfort to him before, so you think to yourself:
'...it's my turn.'
Your previous attempt to aid his sorrow didn't end up so well, but that's why you were willing to try again; To try again for him.
He probably hasn't been consoled ever since the incindent in Shibuya either. You, Panda, Yuta, or even Maki hadn't heard from him the entire time, and that's considering that all of you are his closest friends.
You ponder about it, and then you realize he probably wouldn't have ended up hurting you by accident or behaving so distant towards everyone if he had just allowed himself to be comforted- to be held and be told 'it's okay.'
...And you couldn't help but want to be that person who does that for him.
The more you thought about this, the more you wanted to see him.
You already released all the shock, hurt, and sadness for the past few days through a few weeping sessions in the small guest room before, and you think it's about time to come out of hiding.
You try to gain back your composure.
"...I wonder where he is... I hope... he's not pushing himself." You glance at your wallpaper, looking at a picture of Toge holding up a silly little peace sign while he sat next to a cute little dog you randomly met on the street.
You couldn't help but chuckle softly for a moment, then, your smile slowly fades back to form a serious expression on your face.
You miss the smile in his eyes like in the photo.
The idea of him in such sadness, worry, and pain ended up hurting you just as much as well.
"...I should talk to him."
So, you unlock your phone, open messages, and look for his contact name once again.
His contact nickname and his silly little photo appear.
'Bonito Flakes'
"...There."
Just when you were about to tap his name, you paused.
"Uh... wait... what should I say...?"
You pull back your thumb from the screen, suddenly having a bit of a panic on how to address the situation.
"..How do I reach out to him...? What... did he text me..? Is he upset with me? Is he looking for me...?"
His last text was from yesterday night, so you weren't sure what should be the best mood to approach him at this moment.
Just then, as if fate had timed this moment perfectly, a notification suddenly pops up on the top of your screen.
1 new message from Bonito Flakes
You gasped, completely taken aback from seeing his name.
'Wait... I'm not ready...!!'
You panicked slightly, causing you to drop your phone on the hard wood floor by accident, a loud thump echoing throughout the room. Fortunately, the Okkotsu family still hasn't returned from their outing yet, otherwise, you'd give them another reason to be worried about you.
You sigh, picking it back up as you lightly shook your head to gain back your composure.
As you check your sceen, you see another text from Toge come in.
Then another.
And another.
It made you slightly nervous but curious as to what his multiple texts were saying right now, and it sort of made you even more worried to know what he sent.
Is he sad? Does he need you? Is he just reaching out? Is he leaving the school? Does he want to distance himself from you?
"I'll... wait a little..."
Ultimately, you decided to let him finish sending his messages before you view it.
He sent quite a handful of texts, and it took a while before the messages stopped coming in. But just to be sure, you waited for a few minutes in case he had any late follow ups.
"I'll.... wait a little more..." You whisper to yourself as you stare at the phone in front of you, hoping to view his messages during a time when he's offline- You just wanted to make sure there was enough time for you to process and react to his texts without the pressure of him waiting for your response.
But the green dot next to his profile picture was still lit up, meaning, that he would be able to immediately see your replies the moment you send it.
But you would prefer he only sees it AFTER you're done sending your responses.
Sighing heavily, you whisper once more '...I guess I'll wait again...'
You check again after a few minutes, it was still green. So you wait again.
More time had passed but still- the green dot remained.
You wait again.
It was all you could think about for the past few hours as you move back and forth from checking your phone to lying down, staring into nothing...
Untul finally, at hour three, the green dot turns dim.
And with that, you were left with no excuse to delay opening your inbox any longer. "...alright... here we go.... I guess..."
With a hefty sigh and a single tap of your finger, you open his inbox.
Your eyes widened suddenly, immediate shock at the realization.
With a quickened pace, you hurridly limped towards the nearest window, the cast on your leg creating a slight scratching sound as you drag it across the floor.
Pulling away the curtains, you scan the street below in search for the white haired boy.
You squint your eyes slightly, trying to adjust your eyes to the darkness of the night.
Then, you see him.
"He... he's still there...?"
On the opposite side of the street, there sat Toge on the small pavement across from Yuta's house.
His head rested on his arm and his head hung low, perhaps taking a bit of a nap as he waited for your reply.
A wave of guilt suddenly washes over you as you realize how long you've made him wait out in the cold for a single reply.
You text him.
Toge???? Why did you wait for me?
You look drenched, what happened???
How long have you been there???
But your messages didn't seem to get through, not showing a mark of it being delivered.
"His phone battery must've died...."
Instictively, you hurried out the room with a more detemined expression, carefully treading the stairs with your injured leg, and rushed out the door.
Unintentionally, the noise of opening the door a little too quickly echoed across the dead silent street, casuing Toge to immediately jolt himself awake.
He made eye contact with you while he remained seated across the street, shocked at your sudden appearance.
Embarassed for startling him, you slightly lose your confidence and shy away from his gaze, a small lump in your throat preventing you from voicing out any words.
Toge stood up slowly, his eyes widen but his chest beated out of nervousness.
He doesn't expect anything positve, but still, he remained hopeful, as much as he felt like he didn't deserve you.
"...um...." you started, hoping to break the akward silence that filled the air.
"...I-...."
"....."
"....p-...please, come in...."
....

A QUESTION OF LOYALTY XVI
Rhaenyra Targaryen x reader, Alicent Hightower x reader
Word count: 2.4k
Summary: When dragons of green and dragons of black dance, you have to choose the color that suits you best.
Note: @nnightskiess have not forgotten, hope I don´t make you suffer before the series resumes đŁ
Note 2: Thanks everybody for the patience!!! Lots of love.
"It will be okay," you heard the whisper, but the voice was unrecognizable, heightening your alertness. The fire intensified, burning your skin like never before.
You wanted to scream, use your voice to provide support, but in vain. "Y/N," you heard, but where was it coming from? "Y/N," louder now.
"Wake up," you finally managed to open your eyes; Alicent was by your side, concerned. "We need to bring down that fever," she said, trying to get up, and you snapped out of the trance.
"Is Rhaenyra okay?" you asked abruptly.
Alicent hesitated for a moment, then looked away. "Is Rhaenyra okay?" she echoed your question; cursing internally, you took her hand before she could stand. âI was worried about you, I am," she replied.
You squeezed her hand, then brought her hands to your face. Suddenly, a sensation took over your entire body. Silverwing was back. You needed fresh air to decipher the message of that nightmare.
Alicent looked at you with more confusion; you quickly got out of bed, dressed, and gave her a fleeting kiss, but it felt cold. Before she could even react, you found yourself in the dragon pit, facing a youngling who seemed unfazed by your dragon's presence. You regarded him with genuine curiosity.
"Are you new here?" you inquired sincerely. He turned to meet your gaze.
"Not entirely. My name is Addam, my lady."
"They can sense fear, so I advise against exposing yourself if you're not prepared," you advised, soothing your dragon with a gentle stroke.
He chuckled innocently, gesturing towards the cave adjacent to yours. "I haven't quite earned Seasmoke's utter trust yet, but we're making progress."
You furrowed your brow, prompting another laugh from him. "Why the surprise? Don't I have the demeanor of a dragonrider?"
You detected a hint of a familiar gaze in him, reflected in his eyes. "And your second name?"
"Once Rivers, now Velaryon," he declared firmly.
"Did you manage to tame my brother's dragon?" A touch of sadness tinted the conversation. "Whose son are you?"
"I believe it's time we speak to our father."
ââââââ
A few days had passed since that disorienting morning, the unsettling dream, and the revelation of your "brother." You were grappling with a sense of disorientation, and encountering the girl you once held dear was becoming unbearable. Joffrey's arrival in the capital added to your uncertainty, leaving you unsure if his anger towards you would dissipate. You abandoned everyone while intending to be with everybody.
Despite Corlys's attempts to engage you in private conversation, you rebuffed him, as it reminded you too much of your mother. Did she know? If he did, did he share his secret too? It was a burden you couldn't bear to confront at the moment.
ââââ-
Upon entering the room, only Daemon and Rhaenyra were present, apparently engaged in a heated argument.
"Your Grace, did you summon me?" you asked calmly to her, while Daemon sighed in annoyance upon noticing you.
"Here comes your whore," Daemon directed his hatred towards you, never having liked you. What a surprise.
"You will refer to her with respect, am I clear?" Rhaenyra ordered him.
"I've told her a thousand times that you're no longer interested in her, that you chose my brother's widow over her, and that she's the one who has you wrapped around her finger, that she should have forgotten about you a long time ago. You filthy traitor.â
You couldn't contain yourself and stooped to his level, simply recalling the kind of man he has always been and how he forced your sister Laena to stay and perish in a place foreign to her home. Laena deserved someone much better, just like Rhaenyra.
"Why don't you go back to Pentos and stay there for the rest of your days? Here, you'll never be more than a second son, a prince consort, and a first-rate oaf," you spat angrily. He grazed his sword with his hand, gripping it tightly, so you did the same with yours.
"I should have ripped your head off when I had the chance or pierced Dark Sister through your skull like I did with your pathetic, deviant brother. You disgust me just like he did," he confessed to the crime that haunted you for far too long since all the incidents at Driftmark, which instinctively led you to draw your sword in a flash before he or the Queen could react. He was stronger and taller than you, but you managed to bring him down to the floor, threateningly placing the blade at his throat. He just let out an insolent chuckle without attempting to defend himself.
"Oh, fret not, don't want you to be upset with my dear wife afterwards. She had nothing to do with it. We were going to let him go with his fifth-rate knight, but I figured he might do something stupid, as people of your kind often do. So I took care of it," he concluded, recounting his story with the corresponding details. You brought the sword closer to his neck, scratching it slightly.
"Go ahead, thrust it, I dare you," he began. Your body felt on fire, along with your anger and helplessness. You wanted to end him there and then, that cunt was a killer. âOh, right, you don't have it in you. Could it be that you're reluctant because you'd rather shield Rhaenyra from glimpsing your less flattering traits? Are you afraid she won't love you the same way?"
"Y/N, please stop. I didn't know, I would have never allowed it. The plan and what we agreed upon with Laenor was to escape free of all burdens and responsibilities. If I could go back, I swear I would change it, I would change my decisions. He dithered because of you, he didn't want to leave you behind, nor Laena. I'm so sorry," she sincerely spoke with her voice filled with honesty. "You're better than this."
"But you're not better at fucking her," he murmured arrogantly. That's when you had enough, and with the hilt of Nightrider, you struck him, rendering him unconscious. You couldn't bear to hear any more poison coming from his mouth.
"Y/N⌠listen," Rhaenyra tried to get your attention, but you weren't interested in hearing her now. You stood up and left the room without uttering another word. Whatever she said next never reached your ears. "Don't walk away from me..â
âââ-
After Haelena's little one got murdered, the whole funeral ordeal, and all those revenge promises, Alicent ended up at the lake on the outskirts of Kingâs Landing. She was decked out in this white dress, her eyes carrying regret and fear. She knew things were about to go downhill fast; her mind was stuck on snapshots from her youthâlike that time with you on Silverwing, cradling their tiny ones for the first time, holding her mom's hand exploring castles near the Hightower.
You came up, giving her a hug from behind, understanding her need for space but also getting she didn't want to be left alone, especially now. You trailed her quietly, wrapping your arms around her slim waist. The mist lifted, the water thickened. Your face found its way to the nape of her neck, planting a shy kiss; she felt the warmth of your lips, defying the chilly air.
No words were traded that time, and none were needed. Just being there for each other was what you craved at that very moment, just feeling.
âââ-
The early mornings persisted in tormenting you, and the same phlegm-filled scene was all that your retina perceived after witnessing the decapitation of the primary traitors to Rhaenyra, among them Otto. Your loyalty seemed to have lost its value; no one knew which side you were on, and a sense of unease pervaded your being. Doubt inundated your thoughts, and it inflicted more damage on Alicent than anyone else. It had to cease.
"Y/NâŚ" she called out to you, finding you in the corridors. However, you chose to ignore her, as you had in the preceding days, even after her father's demise. "Will this continue in this manner? You no longer sleep in our room. What has occurred? Please, talk to me," she insisted. Nevertheless, you persisted in disregarding her. You had to act in accordance with what felt right at that moment. "We don't know where Aegon is or if he's well. My father has been beheaded, my children are distant, and Helaena scarcely leaves her chamber. I have no allies here. I feel like I'm losing you too." Her voice broke, accentuating your growing indifference, if that were even possible.
"Tell me why you're trying to conceal it if you have something to say."
You loved Alicent; there was no doubt about that. You loved her enough to spare her from this situation. Or were you merely succumbing to the same cowardice as years ago, when you sought her out solely because Rhaenyra had labeled you a whore?
"I'm sorry about your father," you murmured, still unable to articulate your thoughts.
"She did this, Y/N. She's here to seize everything, not just the throne but you as well. Will you allow it?"
Your countenance reflected an acute internal conflict. Alicent clung to the hope that what followed would be erroneous.
"Do you still love her after all she's done to us? Has she twisted you to her will once again so swiftly?" Each question was infused with pure pain, yet she desperately needed to hear you confess.
Your silence only served to confirm it; you had become mute.
"We've become a love that inflicts pain," you finally articulated.
"Is that all you have to say?"
"Aemond could return at any moment; you need to speak with him."
"So he forgives the lives of the usurpers?" she asked incredulously, displaying annoyance.
"We don't desire more deaths, Alicent. She is our rightful queenâ" before you could complete the sentence, you felt Alicent's hand on your cheek. It was impulsive, born out of desperation, driven by jealousy, perhaps a culmination of various emotions; yet, she did not regret it in that moment.
You regarded her with surprise, but it was not unexpected. You had behaved like an immature 16-year-old girl, and she was unwilling to endure it again.
âââ
Rhaenyra was acutely aware of the imperative to persistently fortify her position within the heart of King's Landing. The lingering skepticism among a considerable number of individuals, who still refused to acknowledge her as the rightful queen, was more than mere whispers. It extended to some influential figures within the court, casting doubt on her legitimacy.
Simultaneously, Rhaenyra grasped the precariousness of abandoning the capital. The impending return of the middle Green brother signaled an imminent counterattack to reclaim the city. Aemond's unpredictable nature made it unclear how he would navigate the situation. Entrusting one of the Greens' scarce dragons to him, coupled with his lack of finesse in delicate matters, heightened the uncertainty.
The ensuing events took an unforeseen turn as the young prince and his dragon loitered on the outskirts of the city, in a secluded village where Vhagar had been observed for several weeks. Uncertainty loomed over Aemond's course of action, but Rhaenyra was wary of potential surprises.
"The Prince is in close proximity. His dragon incessantly circles the vicinity," reported the maester. Rhaenyra's countenance betrayed no overt concern, yet a flicker of resentment tinged her gaze at the mention of Aemond. It was only a matter of time.
"Let's pay my half-brother an unanticipated visit," Rhaenyra declared. Her gaze met yours, and it was evident that her directive for you to accompany her was not a matter of choice but a command. "And lady y/n, you're coming with me."
Your immediate acknowledgement underscored the non-negotiable nature of the order. "Yes, Your Grace," you replied succinctly. "It's prudent to intercept him before he reaches the city. The devastation he has wrought on remote villages, even among his allies, could escalate significantly if he arrives here."
"Exactly. I must engage him away from the populace. His intent is not only to seize my throne but obliterate what is rightfully ours," she concluded.
Daemon's audible discontent with being excluded was met with Rhaenyra's response. "Silverwing surpasses Caraxes in size. Moreover, your presence is essential here in case the usurper decides on an unforeseen return," she retorted, her tone dry and definitive. With an arrogant sigh, Daemon exited the chamber.
âââ
As you approached the Dragon Pit, you beheld her getting ready to mount Syrax, and your thoughts drifted back to that initial encounter.
"Who can understand the heart of a dragon?"
Another dragon emerged, and your alleged brother Addam, offered a timid smile as he mounted itâa moment reciprocated with your own nod.
â
The journey could've been briefer, but precautions were taken to avoid the townsfolk's prying eyes, where rumors of Aemond's presence lingered.
Out of the dragons' sight, the trio headed to a tavern to strategize. The plan seemed dubious to you, but you complied with the Queen's orders nonetheless.
Rhaenyra donned a chestnut wig, attempting to blend in inconspicuously, a stark contrast to her usual visibility. Addam, an unknown face, posed no issue, and you kept your hood up, adopting an Essos accent for authenticity.
"Ale, please," you asked the provocative waitress, whose intensity wasn't lost on you, making you slightly uneasy.
The Queen intervened, ordering "Water only" once the waitress was out of earshot. Perplexed, you questioned her choice.
"Here with a purpose. Can't afford distractions," she emphasized. Addam, sensing tension, lightened the mood with a jest.
âCan we indulge in a bit of enjoyment?â
âNo.â She said stiffly.
Having received complimentary shots, the Queen, annoyed, paid and swiftly ushered you out. Adam stayed behind, kind of aware of the underlying dynamics.
In the rented room, the Queen discarded the wig, sipping wine. Perplexed, you questioned her abrupt change.
"Why the sudden shift? Now you are driniking," you remarked, gently yet seriously.
Concerned about potential espionage, she warned about the waitress being a possible spy. Frustrated, you defended the harmless encounter, asserting your commitment to the mission.
"I don't know why you're acting like this. We're not teenagers. What's gotten into you?" you queried.
Regretful, she apologized, admitting her lapse in judgment.
âI understand. We need to stay focused and vigilant,â she agreed, nodding. âWe canât afford any slip-upsâ
âI've come to negotiate with Aemond," she disclosed, surprising you. In a moment of hope, you acknowledged the possibility of averting further bloodshed, honoring Luke's memory, Jace´s memory.

Across Enemy Lines
Summary: Jon Moxleyâs sister has been through a lot during her career at AEW, but Tyler has always been there for her. So when Wheeler starts messing with Tyler, Y/N is not going to sit by and watch it happen.
Warnings: family drama, fighting, arguing, violence, intergender fighting, weapons, threats, protective!Y/N, angst, fluff, Wheeler being a little jerk, bit of spice
A/N: I hope you all enjoy this fic!! It is quite longđ
But I worked super hard so I hope you enjoy!! The support I get on my fics really means the world to me and I love each and every one of you!!!!!!!!đĽšđ¤ And as always, a special thanks to @99hook , who always listens to me ramble about my ideas and helps međ⨠And to @madhatterbri who listens to ramble as well, and helped me come up with the PERFECT name for this ficđ
Y/N let out a sad sigh, and watched as her breath swirled around the cold air in front of her.
She was sitting on a curb outside the arena, knees pulled to her chest as she waited for Taz's car to pull around and pick her up.
Tyler had been ejected from the building earlier that night, after getting into a fight with Wheeler and pushing an official.
She would have gone with him, but Y/N had recently become good friends with MJF and knew this night would be stressful for him as he looked for partners in his match against Jay White and his gang.
She didn't want to leave him, and Tyler said he needed some time to himself anyway. She knew he'd probably go to the gym and beat the crap out of some innocent punching bag until she got there, so she stayed.
But Y/N was now fully convinced the night couldn't have gone any worse. With Tyler getting thrown out, Mox beating the hell out of Orange, and MJF and the acclaimed losing, she just wanted to go curl up in Tylerâs arms and never leave.
But she turns to look when someone clears their throat behind her.
She turns to stare back up at the sky when she sees Claudio Castagnoli looking down at her. "What do you want Castagnoli?"
"Castagnoli?" Claudio sits down next to her. "I think you and I are far past last names"
"We used to be" Y/N says softly. "I don't know if we are anymore"
Claudio nods sadly. "We all miss you, you know? We'd be happy to have you back. Especially Jon. He misses his sister"
Y/N laughs, but they both know there's no humor behind it. "You think I'd come back? After everything? Especially the shit Wheeler pulled tonight?"
âI tried to get him to stop" Claudio points out.
Y/N lets out a sigh, her defensiveness fading. Claudio didnât deserve it, he never deserved any of her attitude. He was the one who was always there for her. "I know... I'm sorry for snapping at you"
Claudio shakes his head. "No, don't apologize. I get it Y/N"
"I'm glad" she breathes out, before turning to face him. "Because, if you do get it; then you also get that I'm not going to just sit by and watch Wheeler mess with Tyler"
"I know" Claudio nods, but she can see the sadness heâs trying to hide in his eyes.
"I.." Y/N trails off nervously, before reaching over and putting her hand on top of his. "I miss you, Claudio"
He smiles sadly, and reaches over to wipe a stray tear from her cheek. "I miss you too Y/N"
"You know, I met Tyler during that feud we had with the Jericho Appreciation Society" Y/N reminisces with a smile.
"I know" Claudio smiles back. " I was there the night that Daniel was bothering you. I was just down the hall on my way over when Hook came and stopped him"
"Hey gorgeous"
Y/N rolled her eyes as Daniel Garcia came walking over to her.
"Don't call me that Garcia, and leave me the hell alone" Y/N huffs, trying to step around him and continue her way to the locker room.
"What's the rush? You should get used to me since you'll agree to go out with me soon" Daniel smirks.
"No, I absolutely won't Garcia" Y/N narrows her eyes up at him.
She tries to brush past him, but he grabs her arm to stop her.
Before he can get another word out, a hand grabs Daniel's shoulder.
Daniel drops Y/N's arm, and is then thrown against the wall.
Y/N's eyes widen as she realizes it was Hook who had come to help her.
The two hadn't really spoken before tonight, except for smiles and nods upon passing each other in the halls.
"You like canât take no for an answer, huh?" Hook practically growls.
"Hook, it's fine. I'm fine, let him go" Y/N assures, placing her hand on his and pulling him off of Daniel.
Daniel gathers himself, and quickly runs away as Y/N stares up at Hook.
"You didn't have to do that for me, but thank you" She smiles.
"You don't need to thank me" Hook shrugs. "I don't like guys who act like that"
"You don't need to worry about me, I could take him" Y/N shrugs.
"I have no doubt about that" Hook grins. "But you shouldn't have to"
In truth, Hook wasn't just around by accident.
He had developed a crush on her, but was too nervous to approach her.
She was so beautiful, smart, and tough⌠and he knew if Mox found out he would beat his ass.
But as the two of them fell into casual conversation, and he got to watch her laugh at his lame jokes, he couldn't care less about what Mox would do. It would be worth it.
"He earned my respect that nightâ Claudio says. âHe's a good man, stepping in to protect you like that"
"He is. He's the best man I could have ever asked for" Y/N lets a dreamy smile form on her face as she thinks about him.
Claudio smiles and squeezes her hand. "I'm glad; you deserve nothing less than perfect"
"He's not perfect" Y/N giggles. "The first time he was around me crying he had no clue what to do"
Claudio joins her in laughing. "When was that?"
"After Regal betrayed us" Y/N answers. "He came to my hotel room that night. He wasn't sure how to comfort me but, he came anyway. He thinks he did a terrible job but, I don't think anyone else would have been able to make me smile as much as he did"
Y/N didn't know what to do when she saw Regal hand MJF those damn brass knuckles.
She ran around ringside as fast as she could, and dove into the ring to try and grab it before MJF. But Regal grabbed her leg and pulled her back.
She whipped around to face him with fire in her eyes. "How could you do this?!"
He didn't give her an answer, just a sneer.
And before Y/N knew it, the bell had rung, and MJF was standing tall with the belt.
What should be her brotherâs belt.
She felt like she could burst into tears, having to watch the man who had become like a father to her betray her brother.
But she kept her composure, and simply helped Mox out of the ring and up the ramp.
The fellow members of the BCC were waiting for them in the guerrilla, and clearly ready to go exact some much-deserved revenge.
Claudio walked over and took Mox's arm, helping Y/N hold some of his weight.
"Guys! Stop!" Y/N demands.
"We can't hurt Regal!" Bryan insists.
"He betrayed Mox! He betrayed all of us!" Wheeler yells.
"Shut up!" Y/N snaps, causing all of them to do so and look at her. "We can deal with what we're gonna do to Regal later! Now we need to get Jon to the trainer's room"
They all nod and make their way there.
Y/N and Claudio sit Mox down in a chair, and the trainers get to bandaging him up.
Y/N lets out a sigh as her eyes burned from the tears welling up.
"Are you okay?" Claudio asked her softly.
"I just... Can you guys stay here with him? I need some air" The guys nod as she rushes out of the room and into the hallway.
She leans against the wall and sniffles, a tear finally making its way down her face.
She scanned the hallway, trying to make sure no one was watching her cry.
But her eyes stop on Hook, Tyler, as he now insisted she call him.
He was further down the hallway, watching her with sympathetic eyes.
She attempted to smile at him, but she knew he saw right through it.
He looked back down at his phone, and Y/N understood why when her's buzzed in her pocket.
Are you ok?
Not really
Meet me at my hotel room, 189
Thank you Tyler
Of course mamasđ§Ą
Tyler grinned when he saw a tiny smile form on her face. She loved being called that, and he loved watching her face turn pink and bashful every time.
But then Claudio walked out of the room, and Tyler quickly looked away before he got caught staring.
Little did either of them know that Claudio saw through the window of the door before he ever walked out of the room. But he waited to walk out to let them have a moment.
"Is there anything I can do to cheer you up Y/N?" Claudio asked.
"Could you, maybe, take me to get ice cream?" Y/N hesitantly asked.
But all Claudio did was laugh and nod. "Your wish is my command"
Later that night, Y/N approached Tyler's hotel room nervously, and when she got to the door she almost turned around.
But Tyler, who kept checking the peephole every few minutes, saw her approach and opened the door. "Hey"
"Hi" she replies nervously, a hesitant smile on her face.
"Come in" Tyler opens the door wider, and Y/N walks in and sits down on the bed.
Tyler sits down next to her, nerves coursing through his mind. He wasn't sure how to comfort her, but he damn sure was gonna try. "How are you feeling?"
"Terrible" Y/N answers honestly. "Hanging out with Claudio helped some though. And Jon.. he doesn't want to talk to anyone right now"
"I'm sorry" Tyler says softly, and places his hand on her thigh. "I'm sure he just needs a little time after everything"
"Yeah" Y/N huffs angrily.
She abruptly stands up and starts pacing back and forth. "That bastard screwed him! He betrayed all of us! Just threw us away like we were nothing!"
Unsure of what to do, Tyler sat and watched as she paced and yelled. His eyes stayed trained on her, listening intently to every word while simultaneously trying to ignore the incoming thoughts about how sexy she looked while angry.
"After everything, he just turned on us like it was the easiest thing in the world. Made us all trust and love him and then he shows his true colors. A sneaky little SNAKE is all he is" Y/N seethes. "When I get my hands on him I'm going to rip him into little pieces. I'm gonna leave him a beaten bloody pulp!"
"If you did that you'd never forgive yourself" Tyler interjects.
Y/N's head snaps over to him. "What do you know?! The only thing I regret is stopping Claudio and Wheeler from going out there and giving him exactly what he deserves tonight!"
"No you don't" Tyler insists. "You say all this now, but when it came down to it tonight you didn't let them do anything. Because you care too much about Regal despite what he did"
Y/N stops pacing, and a glare forms on her face. "Are you trying to make me feel better?!"
"Yes" Tyler replies quickly, suddenly scared of the glare that was now directed at him.
"And that's supposed to help?!" Y/N exclaims.
"I... I don't know.." Tyler trails off nervously as she begins pacing much quicker this time.
"Yes! Obviously I still care about Regal! But it's not like I want to! It's not like that's by choice! Do you think I want to still give a damn about that snake?! He's the reason my brother isn't the world champion anymore!"
Y/N suddenly stops pacing and just stares at the wall for a moment.
Tyler stands up, and slowly approaches her. He wraps his arms around her from behind in a hug. She leans back into him as he rests his cheek on top of her head.
"Why.. why do I still care about him?" She mumbles, and the sadness in her voice was enough to make Tyler want to punch Regal himself.
"Because you are such a caring and loving person" he answers, and places a kiss on the top of her head. "You are so in tune with your emotions, and because of that you love so deeply, and it's not easy for your love to break"
Y/N is silent for a second. "How do I stop being like that?"
"You don't" Tyler immediately answers. "It's what makes you, you. No one wants you to let that go. You wouldn't be you anymore"
"But it hurts so bad" she whispers miserably, tears beginning to fall down her cheeks again. She had lost count of how many times she cried that night.
"You're my strong girl" Tyler says, giving her a squeeze. "You'll be okay. Yes, it hurts right now. But I know you'll be okay"
A small smile makes its way onto her face, her mind now distracted by his use of the phrase âmy strong girlâ instead of âa strong girlâ, and she turns around in Tyler's arms. "Thank you"
He smiles back, and pecks her cheek. "Of course"
"I'm sorry for snapping at you" Y/N apologizes, placing her hands on either side of his face.
Tyler turns his head and kisses her palm, before smiling down at her. "It's okay, I understand"
"You're my knight in shining armor" she giggles, and he laughs too.
"Could I have orange armor?" He asks, and they both laugh again.
"Absolutely" she agrees, a smile growing on her face that finally reaches her eyes.
The two gaze into each other's eyes, soaking in the moment with happy grins.
"You are beautiful" he says softly.
"Thank you" Y/N replies. "You're pretty handsome yourself"
"Can I kiss you?" Tyler breathes out, his grip on her waist tightening nervously.
But she just rubs her thumbs back and forth against his cheeks. "Yes"
He wastes no time after that, and leans down to press his lips against her's.
It was short, but sweet and passionate. Everything you could hope for in a first kiss.
"He didn't ask me to be his girlfriend that night though" Y/N smiles. "He didn't want our anniversary to also be the anniversary of Regal betraying us. He said it wouldn't make for the happiest of celebrations"
Claudio chuckles and nods. "He was right about that"
"He waited a few days, and he took me out to dinner. Then to a random little park, and asked me to be his girlfriend there. It was so sweet. He gave me this that night too" She pulls a necklace out from under her shirt.
Claudio reached over and held the charm in between his fingers. It was a heart, with a pearl charm next to it on the chain, and the letter T was engraved on the heart. "It's beautiful"
"I know" Y/N grins. "I need to remember to not tuck it under my shirt. I'm just so used to hiding it from Jon"
The two chuckle at that, before Claudio says "I don't think that's necessary anymore. He definitely knows about you two"
"What if someone comes in?" Y/N rushes out as Tyler pins her against the wall of the trainer's room.
"They won't. The trainers are in the locker room tonight because of the renovations in here. Everyone knows thatâ Tyler replies against her neck, before he resumes placing kisses up and down it.
Y/N bites her lip as she runs her fingers through his hair, savoring the feeling of his body pressed against hers. "But Jon will be looking for me soon"
"Shh, it'll be fine mamas" That was all it took for her to nod, and stop worrying about her brother.
She smiled as his lips trailed up her neck and eventually connected with hers. She felt him smile into the kiss too, and give her ass a squeeze.
"We've checked everywhere but here Clau-"
Y/N pushed Tyler away as fast as possible, but it was way too late.
Mox had burst into the room, despite Claudio's best efforts to stop him. Claudio had seen Y/N slip into this room, and then saw Tyler sneak in a few minutes later.
And he didn't want Mox to kill Tyler.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Mox exclaims, and if looks could kill Tyler would have been dead on the spot.
"Let's not overreact" Claudio grabbed Mox's shoulders in an attempt to defuse the situation. "Let's give them some privacy-"
"Privacy was the issue!" Mox screams, before brushing Claudio off and stomping towards Tyler who quickly backs up. "You think you can put your hands on my sister and get away with it?!"
"Jon!" Y/N yells, stepping in between him and Tyler. "I don't need your permission to be with someone! I'm not a child anymore! And you don't get to treat me like one!"
Mox stares over his sister's head, directly into Tyler's eyes for a few moments, before looking down at her. "How long has this been going on?"
"A few months" she answers honestly. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you, Jon. But I wanted my boyfriend in one piece"
Mox huffs, before taking a few steps back and crossing his arms.
Tyler, who had been standing silent this whole time in an attempt to not further anger Mox, placed his hand on the small of Y/N's back.
"He makes you happy?" Mox asks, and Y/N immediately nods. "Yes. Very much so"
Y/N's eyes flicker over to Claudio's, who sends her a sympathetic smile before walking over to grab Mox's shoulders. "Come on, let's leave them alone and you and Y/N can talk privately later"
Mox sends one more glare over to Tyler before letting Claudio practically drag him out of the room.
Y/N lets out a sigh before turning to face Tyler. "I am so sorry for that"
"Don't be sorry mamas" he replies, putting his hands on her hips and pulling her towards him.
Y/N leans her head against his chest as he rubs his thumbs back and forth on her hips.
"It was kinda my fault anyway. I am the one who dragged your cute little ass in here" Tyler grins, before reaching around and grabbing her ass.
Y/N rolls her eyes. "It didn't take long for you to get back in the mood. Need I remind you my brother just almost beat you to death?"
Tyler pretends to think for a moment, before resting his forehead against her's. "I can't really remember that. Not while I have this gorgeous girl in front of me"
"You're so cheesy" Y/N giggles before pressing a kiss to his jaw.
"Only for you, and you love it" Tyler retorts with a grin, before kissing her jaw in return.
The Y/N and Claudio sit in silence for a moment, before Claudio speaks up. "Do you ever regret leaving?"
Y/N thinks for a second. "I regret that the situation happened. But it did, and there's nothing we can do about it. So no, I don't"
Y/N trudged through backstage with a frown on her face.
She didn't relish having to deal with Wheeler Yuta for yet another night.
And tonight was going to be especially bad, because tonight there was a parking lot match between the best friends and the BCC.
Y/N would have never told anyone, except Tyler of course, but she didn't like the way her teammates were acting.
The only person in the best friends that really did anything wrong to Wheeler was Trent, but here they were trying to destroy all of them. When they were already destroyed by the sadness of Wheeler leaving them.
Y/N almost cried at ringside during the match between Mox and Wheeler and the best friends. Watching Wheeler pin Chuck with the very pin he taught him how to do made her stomach twist into knots.
After that she started thinking about how their group acted as a whole, and how everyone was scared of her. It made her sad when she tried to be friends with people but they were too scared because of her being in the BCC.
And it seemed Orange Cassidy had started realizing that Y/N wasn't down with all of the BCC's actions.
Because as Y/N walked down the hallway, he stepped out in front of her. "Hey"
"Hi" she replies simply. Not saying anything more, but not trying to leave either.
"I noticed you seemed to.. hesitate last week when your teammates started with us" Orange says.
"I did" Y/N nods.
"Why?" Orange asks.
Y/N thinks for a moment. "Because I think the way they've been treating you is messed up. And I don't really like Wheeler"
Orange chuckles at the latter comment. "Yeah"
"Mhm" Y/N nods.
"Would you consider, maybe like, switching sides?" Orange purposes.
Y/N is quiet for a few seconds. She had thought about it, and to be completely honest, it sounded like a nice change. "Would I get to be on the t-shirt?"
Orange laughs at that before nodding. "Yeah"
"Then I'll definitely consider it" Y/N pats him on the shoulder before continuing her walk down the hallway.
"Cool" Orange nods before continuing on his way too.
Y/N wanted to run to Tyler and ask him what he thought about the offer. But at the same time, she knew it needed to be her decision and not influenced by anyone else.
Being a part of something where people would like her instead of fear her was a very tempting offer. She wasn't like her brother in that way, she didn't like people scrambling out of the way every time she walked down the hall.
It didn't make her feel powerful, it made her feel sad.
Y/N was practically stumbling over herself when she bursted into the best friends' locker room after the parking lot fight.
She was holding 4 first aid kits, as many as she could carry at once, and was out of breath from running.
"Are you guys okay?!" She exclaims, dropping the kits on the ground to run over to Orange and examine his face.
"Why do you care?" Trent grumbles.
"She's cool guys" Orange says before sending her a weak smile. "I'm fine Y/N"
"I'm so sorry they did this to you guys" Y/N breathes out. "I should have done something"
"Nah, I'm glad you didn't" Orange replies. "That probably would have just pissed Mox off more; he woulda just given us a worse beat down"
"So, are you on our side now or something?" Chuck asks.
"I.." Y/N trails off. "I'm not one hundred percent sure yet. It's not easy to think about leaving my brother but, I think I will"
Orange pats her on the shoulder. "We get it. It shouldn't be easy to leave the people you care about. That would make you like Yuta"
His comment makes everyone chuckle.
"And Trent?" Y/N says, making the man in question look over at her. "I need your help with something"
"Why the hell would you buy Trent's mother a new car?!"
Y/N rolls her eyes as her brother yells at her.
She was in the BCC's locker room, the entire team in attendance for Mox to scold her.
"I can buy whoever I like, whatever I'd like to" Y/N says firmly. "It's none of your damn business what I do"
"Yes it is, I'm your brother" Mox says through gritted teeth.
"Precisely!" Y/N stands up and crosses her arms. "You are my brother, not my boss! You think you get to decide what I do, and that all of my actions need to be pre-approved by you. But they don't!"
"Why do you even care about Trentâs mother?!â Wheeler snaps. âYou know what they did to me-â
âThey didnât do shit to you Wheeler!â Y/N finally screams what she had been thinking for weeks. âBoo hoo, Trent was mean to you. But nothing that happened warrants the way you go after them!â
Then she grabbed her bag and stormed out of the room, brushing past the camera guy who was sitting outside of the room eavesdropping.
âSo youâre on their side now?!â Wheeler yells, chasing after her.
âIâm not on yours!â She retorts.
Of course it was at that moment the rest of the BCC caught up with them. And then the best friends came running down the hall after hearing the yelling.
âAre you okay Y/N?â Chuck asks, placing his hand on her shoulder.
âFuck offâ Bryan snaps at him, but Y/N sends him a glare. âYou fuck offâ
âYou know what?!â She screams, staring at her former teammates. âYou can ALL fuck off! Iâm done with you Wheeler! Iâm done with running around behind you all like a puppet! Iâm done with everyone being scared of me! And Iâm done with the BCC!â
With that, she runs down the hallway with tears streaming down her face.
She gets to Tylerâs dressing room and knocks timidly on the door.
After a moment the door opens to reveal just the man she was looking for.
She immediately ran into his arms, hugging him around his waist and crying into his chest.
Tyler quickly closed the door, before guiding her to sit down on the couch. Where he pulled her onto his lap and held her as she cried. âHey... itâs okayâ
âNo, itâs notâ Y/N sniffles. âI just couldnât take it anymore. I couldnât take Wheeler, or- or the fighting, I-â
âShhâ Tyler gently shushes her. He wipes her tears away with the sleeves of his hoodie, before placing a chaste kiss on her temple. âI understand. But right now I need you to calm down. Can you do that for me babygirl?â
Y/N just nods in reply, and curls back into his chest.
The two sit in silence as Tyler places another kiss on her head and rubs his hand up and down her back.
âI love youâ Y/N breathes out.
Tyler smiles softly. âI love you tooâ
Y/N sends Claudio a weak smile. âI really do miss you, Claudio. Youâre my best friend. I just need to make sure you know thatâ
Claudio smiles back. âYouâre my best friend tooâ
âAnd out of respect for you, Iâll do my best to stay out of the issues between Tyler and Wheeler. You know I stay out of your issues with the best friends. I donât want to fight you guys. But Tylerâs a different situation. And I will only put up with so muchâ
Claudio listens intently as she stares directly into his eyes for the last sentence. âSo you better either put him in check, or prepare him to deal with meâ
Claudio nods. âI understandâ
âYou donât have to come out thereâ
Y/N sighs at Orangeâs words.
Her, Orange, and Tyler were walking down the hallways towards her dressing room. Tyler had his arm around her shoulders, and she was close to his side while Orange was walking beside her.
âBut shouldnât I? I donât want anyone thinking Iâm not 100% in your cornerâ she says.
âNone of us care what anybody else thinksâ Tyler replies. âWe know youâre behind us mamas. But we also know it isnât easy watching us fight your brother. And no one will judge you for thatâ
âWhat he saidâ Orange nods.
Y/N smiles, and leans up to kiss Tylerâs cheek. âThanks you guysâ
Y/N didnât want to go out there.
She had avoided the BCC successfully since she left; she even managed to control herself enough to stay backstage at Wembley.
But watching Wheeler seatbelt lock Tyler, and then Mox start ripping into Orange about how he âainât shitâ?
Well, that was simply too much for her to take lying down.
And for the first time in weeks, Mox paused when he heard his sisterâs music hit.
She stormed down the ramp, and her glare somehow got stronger when Wheeler slid out of the ring.
He smirked, and made a mocking motion for her to get closer.
But his laughing stopped when she stepped right up to him, so close that their chests were touching.
âYou have two seconds to quit that childish shit before I teach you a lessonâ she deadpanned.
âWhat lesson would that be?â Wheeler challenges.
âWhat it feels like to get your teeth knocked outâ
âHey, hey, hey!â Mox climbs out of the ring and starts to walk over to them.
âRun off little gir-â
Wheeler didnât even get to finish his sentence before Y/Nâs closed fist connected with his mouth.
Wheeler fell backward, and Y/N jumped on top of him.
The crowd cheered as she rained punches down on him.
But then she was pulled off of Wheeler, and she yanked herself out of the personâs grip.
She whipped around and came face to face with her brother.
But she didnât do what Mox expected her to. Her glare didnât soften, and her fist didnât open. Instead, she pushed him, making him stumble backward.
âDonât put your fucking hands on me!â She screamed.
Then Claudio came sprinting down the ramp, and immediately put his hands on Y/Nâs shoulders, stopping her from advancing towards Mox. âHey, letâs all take a step backâ
âYou all take a fucking step back!â Y/N demands, ripping herself away from his grasp.
âOr what?!â Wheeler, who had just pulled himself up, yells.
âOR THIS!â Y/N screams, grabbing a steel chair and swinging at him.
Claudio yanked Wheeler back just in time, and pulled him further up the ramp. âOkay! Weâre going Y/N! Weâre going!â
Y/N held tightly onto the chair as she watched the three men retreat up the ramp, and didnât let go until they had gone through the tunnels and were out of her sight.
She let out a breath, and dropped the chair to run over to Tyler. âBaby? Are you okay?â
âIâm goodâ he breathes out, pulling himself up.
Once heâs up he pulls her into his arms. âAre you okay after all that?â
âIâm fineâ she answers, holding onto him tightly. âYouâre not mad at me?â
âNoâ Tyler says with a little smile. âIâm not thrilled; you could have gotten hurt. But I canât deny that you handled yourself. And Iâm glad you got some good hits in on Yutaâ
That makes them both chuckle, and Y/N pulls away enough to look at him. âI love youâ
âI love you tooâ he grins, and they laugh into their kiss as the crowd pops around them.
They pull away after a moment, and they walk over to Orange.
âAre you okay hon?â Y/N asks, kneeling next to him.
âYeahâ he shrugs.
Y/N shakes her head at his monotone answer, but wraps her arms around him to help him up nonetheless.
Tyler helps pull Orange up, and the three walk out together with their heads held high.
Y/N had strolled down the hallways of the arena the next week with her chin up.
Tyler had won his match against Rocky Romero, and her best friend Kris Statlander had beaten Diamante.
And now after all that Y/N was curled up with Tyler in her dressing room watching Shibata fight Wheeler.
Tyler had his arm around her, and she had her head laid against his chest as she fidgeted with the rings he had on his free hand.
Tyler leaned down to place a kiss on her temple.
She smiled up at him and returned a peck on his cheek.
âYou think Shibataâs got this, right?â He asks.
âDefinitelyâ Y/N immediately answers. âHeâs a much better wrestler than Wheelerâ
But Y/Nâs eyes widen when Wheeler throws Shibata into the ref, and then hits him with a low blow while the ref can't see.
âAre you fucking joking?!â Y/N fumes as Wheeler DDTs Shibata right on his head and gets the pin.
And as if that wasnât bad enough, Shibata still tries to shake Wheelerâs hand. But Wheeler just low blows him again and hits him with another DDT.
Tyler jumps up and goes storming out of the room, Y/N quickly following him.
Y/N was ahead of Tyler by the time they were going down the ramp, jogging down it and right at Wheeler.
She picked up a chair on her way, and stared Wheeler down as Tyler climbed into the ring to check on Shibata.
Tyler didnât even feel the need to watch his back, he knew Y/N had him covered. So he just focused on making sure Shibata was okay.
Y/N kept her eyes locked on Wheeler as he retreated up the ramp, paying no mind to the belt he was holding up.
She only looked away once he got to the top, and was more occupied with taunting the judges who watched him cheat.
She rolled into the ring, and grabbed one of Shibataâs hands. âAre you okay? Your neck is good?â
He nods in reply, sending her a weak smile.
Y/N and Tyler exchange looks, and they can both see the anger behind the otherâs eyes.
Tyler walked into the hotelâs gym at 3 AM, still feeling half asleep.
He had woken up, and Y/N was no longer asleep next to him. He knew that she had a lot of pent up energy from all of the anger, and that there was one place sheâd go to get it out.
He was proved right when he found her beating the hell out of a punching bag.
Being in the BCC had taught her a lot of things, some good and some bad. And some walked the line right between.
Y/N had learned to take her anger out in violence. She didnât really know any other way.
She wanted to get her hands on Wheeler and rip him apart.
âHeyâ
Y/N pauses when she hears his voice.
She takes in deep breaths as she catches the punching bag, stopping it from swinging. âHiâ
Tyler walks over with her water bottle, holding it up for her to drink.
âWhy are you awake?â She asks him through deep breaths.
âI missed youâ he smiles, causing her to smile back.
âSorryâ she says.
âDonât apologizeâ Tyler shakes his head. âI understandâ
âHe just gets under my skin like nobody else. And TK wonât let me have an intergender matchâ she huffs.
Tyler laughs. âI should have known you would askâ
Y/N shrugs. âWheeler would probably refuse anywayâ
âOf course he wouldâ Tyler laughs. âHe knows youâd beat his assâ
Y/N laughs too. âHell yeah I wouldâ
âYou should get some sleep though mamasâ Tyler wraps his arms around her waist. âDonât worry. Iâll take care of Wheelerâ
Y/N couldnât help but smirk at the dark tone that overtook his voice. âYeah?â
âYou know I willâ he replies gruffly.
Y/Nâs smirk grows as she looks up at him, and places a kiss on his lips.
Tyler kisses back, and tightens his grip on her.
He pulls away and grins at her. âConsider it a Christmas presentâ
Y/N laughs at that. âIâll only consider it that if you let me get a few hits inâ
âI think you have gotten more than enough hits inâ Tyler chuckles. âHis mouth probably still hurtsâ
âI hope it doesâ Y/N shrugs. âThat was just a warningâ

"He Can't Have You" (Astarion x Reader)
Seems as though Auntie Ethel doesn't go down without a fight, and that fight involves bringing out the worst in people's minds. (Also we get to see where the nickname Aster came from)
tw - mentions of abuse, panic attack
The Sunny Wetlands, later revealed to be a putrid swamp, have proven particularly difficult for Astarion. The last thing any of you expected was to find a Gur hunting him, especially this far from the city. It made your heart skip a beat, hearing the monster hunter utter his name, and you could feel the tension in the vampire. Thankfully, you did away with him quickly. By now, he's told you plenty about his past, at least as much as he could bear to tell. That haunting feeling though, knowing that Cazador was hunting him, it was paralyzing. As you searched for Mayrina, you and Astarion fell behind the rest of the group.
"Are you alright my love? I could tell them we should just set up camp for the night, rest up for dealing with the hag."
"Nonsense. What would I look like, asking everyone to stop for me? The Gur has been dealt with, let's just leave it at that darling."
"I cannot imagine dealing with the hag will be easy though."
"I'll simply run my blade through her like I do everything else. I'll be fine."
It hasn't been long enough with him to truly know if he's lying, but you certainly have a hunch. On the way back to the hag's house, Gale casts detect magic.
"She's definitely in here. We should be prepared."
Sure, she looked like a sad old woman, but those adventurers told you the truth, how she took their sister. When Karlach leads the charge, opening the door, she tries to look shocked.
"Oh dear! It's quite rude to storm into someone's house like that. Where are your manners?"
Without responding, Karlach throws her axe into the hag's shoulder, breaking the illusion, showing the monster for who she is. Covered in grime, like a witch born straight from the mud.
"It looks like I'll just have to teach you all how to be polite!"
Karlach tries to go for a second hit, but the hag teleports. Gale soon tracks her down, casting a ray of frost. Astarion follows her up the stairs while she tries to counterspell Gale. You and Lae'zel try to attack from a distance, missing because of just how quick she can move from place to place. Wyll has focused on assisting Gale, and Shadowheart is keeping track of all your party members, making sure to be there as soon as one of you takes a hit. In the meantime, she casts guidance on Astarion, who is fighting much more intensely than usual. Perhaps killing the Gur wasn't enough, and the anger was still boiling inside.
"Alright little mosquito, you want to be a thorn in my side? Poor decision."
The hag disappears from sight, and Astarion stops in his tracks. At first you think nothing of it. It almost looks like he's searching the room for where your enemy landed. For him though, the hag has cast a strong illusion, preying on his worst fear: being back in Cazador's grasp. The teahouse has transformed into the kennels, cold stone on bare feet, blood spattered across the walls.
Well, well, well. Seems as though the boy never learns! Perhaps, this time, will set you straight.
He hears the voice of Godey taunting him, threatening to pull him apart again.
"No! No, I left- I left, I was free!"
It's at this moment you realize he's not here, not in the mental sense.
"Focus on the hag, I'll try to snap him out of it."
You order the rest of the group, and they nod without a word, searching the teahouse for where she's gone now. You run up the stairs, finding a trembling pale man who has dropped his daggers.
Deep down, you like bein' leashed, don't ya?
The words bounce around in his head, a vision of Cazador appearing. You try to shake him, to mentally connect him back to his body, but it only plays into the illusion more, your actions becoming Cazador's.
"Astarion! Astarion it's just a spell, it's not real. It's not real my love, please."
Soon enough, your group finds the hag again, disrupting her concentration, releasing her grip on the elf. His breathing is terrifyingly fast, and he takes a moment to come out of the vision, grabbing a dagger from the floor and very quickly brandishing it towards you.
"DON'T."
You're trying desperately not to cry, because you know he doesn't need your shared sadness right now.
"Hey, it's okay. It's just me, Tav."
You lightly touch the hand holding the dagger, and he loosens his grip. Your hands move to take the blade from his grasp, setting his weapons to the side.
"I... I was there. I was back there."
"I know. Seems as though Ethel knows more than she should."
Astarion is still trying to root himself back in reality, you blood still racing in his dead veins.
"I can't go back Tav. Please, I can't go back."
"I know. I won't let you end up back there, ever."
He's still weary of physical touch, so you simply rub across his knuckles, trying to ground him in the moment. Your deepest urge is to wrap yourself around him and never let go, keep him in a protective case where no one can ever hurt him again, but that's not real. Being entirely safe isn't real. But damn, do you wish it was, for his sake.
As you're sitting there with him, the group makes their way back.
"We lost her. Have a feeling she went deeper into a cave somewhere."
You eye Karlach, and the two of you come to a silent understanding as you hold onto Astarion's shakey hands.
"We'll go set up camp where we entered the swamp. Take your time."
And with that, the tiefling takes the rest of your companions out of the teahouse, leaving the two of you alone.
"Why?"
You turn to look at him, cocking your head slightly.
"Why what?"
"Why would you say you won't let me end up there again? Cazador isn't some being you can simply keep me from, he's... different."
"I don't care."
"What do you mean you don't care?"
"I just, don't care. I don't care how powerful he is or whatever abilities he has, he can't have you. He just can't."
You finally do tear up now, not sure how else to explain it to the vampire.
"He most definitely cou-"
"No."
You try to blink the tears away, feeling the little callouses on his palm from over the decades.
"I want you to know what it's like to belong to someone in a pure way, not for personal gain, but just because they need you. And now that I have you... I just need you. I need you Astarion, so he can't have you. I'd die before he could take you from me."
He's silent for a moment. All forms of ownership he's known have been terrifying. Whatever could you mean by belonging to someone in a pure way? How can you belong to someone innocently? Your tadpole senses his concern, connecting without much effort at all.
"I don't need anything from you. I don't need you to do anything for me, I just need you Aster."
He smiles a little.
"Aster?"
"Yeah. Sorry, I had just been thinking about it. If you don't like it-"
"No I- I love it. Aster. Like the flower?"
"Yeah."
Somehow, the teahouse is peaceful in this moment. You feel young all over again, like you've never been in love before, like Astarion is the only being you've ever known. He interrupts your thoughts.
"Thank you, for saying all that. Maybe I wouldn't mind belonging to someone without expectations. It sounds, nice."
His voice cracks on the last word.
"Well, Aster, then you can belong to me as long as you'd like."
You swipe a piece of hair behind his ear, looking for a reason to get close to his face. As if the fates knew it to be true, you lock lips, despite the horrific smell outside and the creaking wood of the floorboards, you're somewhere else. Some place where the asters bloom in peace.

This Wasn't The Plan (Former!Anakin Skywalker x Reader)
Angsty. Spoiler alert: main character dies
summary: When an old friend reaches out to you asking for help, but the mission doesn't go as planned.
This is set 9 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith. Your former lover, Anakin Skywalker, has turned to the dark side and had become a Sith Lord by the name of Darth Vader. But you don't know that. You believed in Obi-Wan's lie that Anakin had died on Mustafar and that the Republic had fallen into the hands of the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious who had created the Empire. The hunt for surviving Jedi ensues. This forces you and Obi-Wan to go your separate ways and into hiding to protect yourselves from the inquisitors who are on the hunt for the both of you.
I packed some rations in my bag, the last thing I needed before heading out. I looked at my lightsaber that was on my bed, deciding if I should bring it or not. After putting some thought to it, I sigh to myself, clipping it to the belt of my old Jedi robe I was currently wearing. I set out to meet up with Obi Wan at the coordinates he had sent me. It had been 9 years since I had seen my good friend. I didn't think he would ever contact me again, especially through the force. But apparently this was an urgent matter.
Obi-Wan told me there wasn't much information given to him when he reached out to me. Apparently he had gotten a holographic message from an unknown individual, saying that there were some former Jedis needing our help on the planet of Kashyyyk. I was hesitant at first about the mission, but he convinced me to come along with him. Plus, it's not like I had anything better to do with my life. I was a scavenger, I tore apart ships and weapons from the Empire and resold the parts to make a living off of them. I didn't earn much, but it was enough to keep me alive.
The Jedi had fallen years ago from Order 66. My masters, my fellow Jedi who I had trained with, the younglings whom I taught, most of them didn't make it from the purge--they were all killed. Anakin, the love of my life was killed right before the Empire had rose to power, I lost my best friend; Padme. Obi-Wan and I had gone our separate ways and went into hiding. Just when we thought everything was going well at the time, that glory had dissolved as if it were nothing.
There have been many times I had cried myself to sleep at the thought of losing Anakin. Part of me still believes that he's alive somewhere in the star system and part of me wants to believe what Obi-Wan has told me; that Anakin is truly dead and that I need to move on to live for myself. As much as I wanted to reach out through the force to him, I couldn't. I was worried that an inquisitor was nearby and could sense me. Or worse, the belligerent Darth Vader who has been in a pursuit of killing Jedi since they had they had fallen. I had to close myself off the force many years ago. Now that Obi-Wan needs me, this puts the both of us at risk of falling into the hands of the Empire and Darth Vader.
-
"It's good to see you again my old friend." Obi-Wan said, embracing me into a tight hug, to which I happily returned. Obi-Wan aged quite a bit the last time I saw him. The wrinkles around his eyes were prominent now, his beard grown out and untamed.
"And you as well Obi. Maker...it's been so long." I said, getting a little teary-eyed at our little reunion. Obi-Wan looked at me with sad eyes, nodding in agreement.
"Well, we have a long way to Kashyyyk, that should give us time to catch up Y/N." He gave me a small smile, as we made our way into his small ship, setting course to Kashyyyk to help our Jedi brothers and sisters.
"Do you have a plan?" I spoke up, breaking the long period of silence between us. Obi-Wan scoffed at my question.
"Well of course I do Y/N, you didn't think I would go in blindly would you?" He replied, smiling to himself. I snorted at his response, reminding me the many memories I have of him, Anakin, and I back in the days of the Clone Wars. Anakin and I were the ones that would go guns-blazing in during missions. Obi-Wan would always be the person coming up with the plans beforehand, to which sometimes Anakin and I did follow, sometimes.
Obi-Wan runs over the plan with me. The coordinates that he was provided had given us a location at a base in the lush forests of Kashyyyk. Apparently that's where the Jedi are said to be located. Once we land, we would split up to find any remaining Jedi and relocate them back to Alderaan. Obi-Wan had been in touch with Bail Organa since the fall of the Republic and had informed him about this mission.
The ship lands on an empty landing pad that was located outside the entrance of what looked like an abandoned temple. Obi-Wan and I exit out the ship, taking a look around our surroundings.
"I've got a bad feeling about this" I spoke up, scanning the environment.
"Meet me back here in an hour. If you can find any Jedi, we'll relocate them to Alderaan." Obi-Wan said.
"Sounds good to me." I responded. We both make our way into the temple, going separate ways once we enter.
-
The Sith Lord stands tall as he gazes at the stars through the windows of the ship. He ponders to himself, when all of sudden he felt something in the force. Assuming that the presence was belonging to his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Vader smiles to himself for being able to finally have Obi-Wan walk into his trap after what he had done to him all those years ago. But then he felt the pull become stronger and stronger by the moment. No... it can't be, the Sith Lord thinks to himself. It couldn't possibly be her. Y/N... You died 9 years ago. The remnants of your ship were in pieces when he had searched for you. You couldn't have survived the impact at the state of ship he found it in. When Anakin--Vader, had found the japor snippet that he had given you was on the ground, it pushed him further to believe that you had died on impact. He believed your clones got to you when Order 66 occurred. He blamed himself for causing your death. You deserved a better fate. But at the same time, he didn't want you to see what he had become.
Vader pushed his thoughts to the side. Still believing that you had died all those years ago.
-
A good amount of time had passed. I wasn't sure how long it had been but it surely has been over an hour. I hadn't seen any Jedi yet, yet alone any traces of any Jedi being here. Something isn't right, I know it isn't because the force has been trying to tell me something since we landed.
I felt another presence in the force. It didn't feel like it was Obi-Wan. I froze in place, hearing footsteps in the distance; becoming closer and closer to me. I turn around, igniting my lightsaber as I was met with an inquisitor standing behind me with their double-bladed lightsaber already ignited.
"Well, well, you're not definitely Kenobi. But I'll gladly take you in as well." The inquisitor said, stepping closer to me as I took a step back. I wasn't fit to fight them. It had been years since I last fought with my lightsaber. Without thinking, I immediately turned around and ran away from the inquisitor. I took out my comlink to get a hold of Obi-Wan as I ran to find the exit.
"OBI-WAN, IT'S A TRAP!!" I yelled into the comlink, but I was met with static in response. The connection wasn't strong, perhaps the inquisitors had intercepted our communication or the connection on Kashyyyk just wasn't as good.
I found myself in what looked like an abandoned throne room. I hid myself behind the throne, trying to catch my breath as I tried to disconnect my force signature so the inquisitor wouldn't find me as easily. I cursed myself for agreeing to come along with Obi-Wan on this fallacious mission.
As the footsteps of the inquisitor drew nearer and nearer to the room. I overheard the inquisitor's voice, as if they were talking to someone else. I peaked my head over the throne to see the inquisitor in the doorway talking to a holographic figure on their wrist.
"Lord Vader, it's important that you know that not only one Jedi has fallen into your trap but two." The inquisitor said boastfully, holding up a hologram of Lord Vader.
"Very well inquisitor. Locate them now. I will deal with Kenobi and his friend accordingly. I want them alive." Lord Vader's mechanical voice booming through the hologram.
"Yes my lord." The inquisitor turns off the hologram, scoffing to themselves and kicking a pebble off the ground. "Why do they matter to you this much?" the inquisitor says under his mouth.
I held my breath, hoping that the inquisitor doesn't walk into the room I'm in. When I don't see them in the door way I make a run towards the door, only to be stopped by the inquisitor.
"Nice try, but I have orders to follow Jedi scum." the inquisitor spat at me, blocking the doorway. I furrow my eyebrows, igniting my lightsaber again.
"You won't take me alive."
"I wish I didn't have to, but I have orders from Lord Vader himself." the inquisitors says before swinging their double-bladed lightsaber. Our lightsabers clashing with one another. I try catching my breath as I fight the inquisitor, but the 9 years without fighting, has made me lose some abilities in my Jedi skills.
"I see the years have not been kind to you. You're out of shape grandma." the inquisitor comments. I grunt in response and roundhouse kick the inquisitor, sending them flying across the room. The inquisitor gets back on their feet again and darts towards me.
Just when I think I can take them down, the inquisitor's blade makes contact with my shoulder. I cry out in pain as I'm thrown off balance. I step back, grasping my shoulder that was just cut. The cut was bright red and burning.
The inquisitor laughs at my pathetic state. Determined to take down this inquisitor, I run towards them with my saber. I was able to dodge their first swing, but on the second swing, the inquisitor's blade had found itself impaled through my stomach. I let out a gasp. The inquisitor looking surprised at themselves at what they did.
The inquisitor draws their blade back. My saber falls out of my hand and rolls away from me as my body hits the ground. I clutch the part of my stomach where I had been just stabbed.
I try to control my breathing as I watched as the inquisitor walk out the room without saying a word to me. The building starts rumbling, as if it was starting to crumble down.
Then next thing I know, I see Obi-Wan running into the room, running up to me.
"Y/N!" Obi-Wan kneels down and cradles me in his arms. He brushes a strand a hair away from my face, his hand now holding one of my hands.
"Y/N stay with me now. I'm gonna get you out of here." Obi-Wan looks at me and looks down at my wound. His eyes were filled with panic with the hole inside my stomach.
"O-Obi Wan, you have to go." I said weakly, looking at him.
"I won't leave you here Y/N." He responded, squeezing my hand and body tightly.
"Y-you'll die here." I said as the building starts to crumble piece by piece. Pieces of stone and debris falling from the ceiling.
"Don't say such nonsense, we have to go" He pleaded.
"Obi-Wan...My place is here.. and... he's here...I can sense him." I breathe out. The hole in my stomach making it harder for me to breathe.
Obi-Wan's eyes widen. He knew he was here as well. Obi-Wan was about to lift me off the ground until I spoke up.
"Leave me here Obi-Wan...Get out of here...S-save..your..self" I huffed out my last breath.
-
Your body goes limp in the arms of Obi-Wan. The last thing you saw was a dark figure, watching from the doorway before your body succumbed to your injury. Vader... You whispered under your final breath before dying in the arms of Obi-Wan.
Obi-Wan lets out a strangled cry. He closes your eyelids as the feeling of guilt creeps up on him. But the mourning over his good friend was short-lived. Obi-Wan freezes in place as he feels Vader's presence nearby. When he looked up, he saw the Sith Lord standing by the doorway, menacingly. Obi-Wan, lays your body down on the cold stone floor, now towering over your body to square up with the Sith Lord.
Vader who had been watching the entire situation unravel, his breathing became heavier as he starts to hyperventilate. Causing the temple to shake even more, pieces of the temple fell down around them. He had felt you, he felt your pain. Your first cry was enough to have the Sith Lord come and look for you, but your second cry was enough for him to feel the amount pain you were in.
"What have you done?!" Vader's mechanical voice barked, echoing through the room.
"This was your doing Anakin!" His former master retorted. Vader slowly makes his way over to him, striding menacingly to where Obi-Wan and your lifeless body was.
Obi-Wan backs up away from Vader. Vader kneels next your body and touches the nape of your neck to find a pulse to confirm that you weren't dead, but it was too late. He clenched his fist and lets out a booming cry. Obi-Wan couldn't see it, but he was crying under the mask. The building continue to shake more under his agony.
"Leave. Now." He said, glancing back up at his former master. Obi-Wan was hesitant at first, but soon nodded in response and made his way out of the crumbling building towards his ship.
Vader scooped up your body and carried you bridal style out of the building, making sure to give you a proper burial once he landed on a planet worthy of your funeral. As he makes his way out, he and Obi Wan look at each other one last time before Obi-Wan takes off in his ship.
Vader boards his ship, laying your body down on the table. He takes off his helmet, revealing his long blonde locks and handsome face that were still in pristine condition. He examines your face for sometime. Forgetting how beautiful you were. The years have not been kind to you. He noticed how your cheekbones are more prominent now, perhaps due to lack of food and having to remain in hiding. He brushed your hair with his gloved hand and started whispering all the things he wanted to tell you. He wanted to start a family with you after the war was over, but it is far too late for that now. He wanted to raise his family on Naboo, or Alderaan. The life he dreamt with you, had diminished the day he founds the remains of your ship.
He started to feel guilty for being the reason of causing you a great deal of suffering and now, he was now the reason for your death. He sat next to your body and had held your left hand that still bore the wedding ring he made for you. You both had gotten secretly married on Naboo, just right after the Clone Wars had begun.
After a good amount of time had passed, Anakin--Vader had eventually gotten up from his seat and took off his cape to cover your body with it.
This wasn't how the mission was supposed to go. He didn't expect you to be here, let alone be alive. All he wanted was his revenge on Kenobi, but little did he know that you would be caught in the middle of it.
The guilt that Obi-Wan had felt was unbearable at first. He wished he didn't rope you into this mission. He didn't think for one second that this could have been a trap for himself and for the both of you. Obi-Wan lives out his days with a heavy heart for being the reason you died.
Vader spends the next several years alone, wondering about the day he will kick the bucket. It isn't until one day, a new hope emerges and relieves from him the dark side. Where he would redeem himself and be reunited with you as your force ghost had waited a long time for him to join you in the afterlife. Together, you both spend an eternity together without having to suffer ever again.

Astarion origin playthrough: what to expect/what is added
So I did a speed run on easy mode of the Astarion origin playthrough, which is where you choose Astarion as your main character. I wanted to write a bit about the extra lore the game gives and in general what is added (and what is lost).
I added some of the videos I have taken in case you are curious. Keep in mind that some videos are embedded, others are in link for my twitter or this blog.
SPOILERS. Just know that I went through the main plot points and the quests I know Astarion has dialogue about in a Tav game, so I did not do all of the quests/areas.
First of all... I don't think there is enough content to justify losing Astarion as a companion, as Astarion will be not voiced when you play as him, and in general you actually get less characterization.
ACT 1
Act 1 is the one with the most amount of extra content.
There are a few extra lines from the narrator about you standing in the sun for the first time, and your past.
You get a whole personal quest about hiding your vampirism or revealing it. There are different ways to reveal it:
You simply tell the companions (when you think about it the narrator will ponder about how much your companion trusts you and if they will react well)
You can use "bite" on an enemy when your companions are around (or on a companion)
You can be caught while you bite someone at night
The night bite happens after a nightmare, so you will also get a Cazador nightmare where Astarion hides/attacks/cowers before Cazador (video here). After the nightmare Astarion will think about finally being free and breaking one of Cazador's rules. You can decide to bite a companion or not.
If you do not bite a companion you will have no other option to do the bite at night, and the only reveals can happen in the other two modalities. Honestly, I am not sure how long you can drag it... pretty long, I think. One time I need to find out if you can go almost the whole game without revealing it.
If you tell a companion about it you will have to pass a check, but nothing bad happens if you fail, you just get a bad reaction (Gale yelled at me).
Other extra content from act 1 is about meeting the monster hunter. If you meet him pre-reveal, he will not say your name, btw. But it is pretty much the same as in Tav playthrough.
ACT 2
In act 2 you will have another nightmare (video here). This time you do not see what happens, you just see Astarion curling in his bed and thinking about his scars. This is to introduce the scars, as we have no idea he has them, and it will happen before you meet Raphael.
You can ask Raphael about the scars, but sadly none of your companions react.
Then the rest proceeds as usual. The sad part for me was meeting the drow lady who asks for a bit in exchange of a potion, and she is so different. She suddenly is very deferential, and asks quite nicely. Astarion can refuse or agree, but nothing happens, it is just almost a funny scene if he agrees and suddenly she tastes very bad. So yeah, you get the potion and no insight.
ACT 3
Act 3 is the one which has the same content but slightly different, as you will meet the spawns and Cazador from Astarion's pov.
When you meet the Gur outside BG3 the scene is exactly the same as in Tav play, minus Astarion's funny lines. When you meet Petras and Dalyria at the tavern, you get an extended scene.
You can just talk with them and convince your sister to tell you about the ritual, or you can show them that you can walk into the sun (by walking up to the window), or you can grab Petras and threaten him into the sun. If you fail to grab him, he will insult you and call you the runt of the litter. The whole scene clarified a bit that there is really a lot of animosity from Petras towards Astarion, and that Astarion was definitely the scapegoat of Cazador.
When Leon attacks you at night you also get more insight. First, you can see that if you try to explain, Leon is quite quick to hear you out, differently from Tav's playthrough. You will also find out that Cazador ordered them to take you home broken, so if you agree to go with them they will still attack you.
Another extra scene comes from the brothel one. I posted a video on my blog a couple of days ago, but basically you can talk with the drow twins and this line will pop up:
youtube
You can basically tell them that you used to be in their position too, but for you it was not consensual.
The rest of the game is the same.
The Cazador palace scenes are also the same, with Astarion commenting on the rooms. You will have extra from meeting Godey, of course. He will comment about Astarion needing to be broken and needed to respect the master. Video here.
When Astarion meets Sebastian you find out that he doesn't really immediately remember Sebastian's name. Astarion also has a "deception" check to tell Sebastian he really cared about him. You can see the video here. But the rest is pretty similar, same with meeting the children of the Gur, you can actually recognize their hunger and feel compassion for them.
When you meet with Cazador everything is pretty similar. It is interesting that you can tell him that you are an angel of vengeance to which he mocks you. This time you do not attack Cazador but he controls you immediately and you have to pass a constitution check to get free, otherwise Astarion will end up in the ritual (and the companions can free him).
Btw, you can see here all the options you have when you meet Cazador as Astarion.
Once the fight is over, Astarion can decide if he wants to complete the ritual or not. He can ask the companions to help him and I think they always do (borrowing their eyes) even if they disapprove. Interestingly, the narrator directly says "hey, this is a bad choice, no return", basically. You have three chances to stop for performing the ritual (also you can intimidate Cazador to beg for his life).
If you do not stop the ritual, your sister Dalyria will beg you to stop before dying.
Here I posted on twitter video options of the post-Cazador's fight.
As you can see, if you decide to stop the ritual the scene plays exactly the same and it is a rare one which is actually voiced by Neil. Your brothers and sisters will then come up to you, and as Astarion you will have to decide what to do with them. If you ask them not to feed on people, Petras will get a bit annoying and you will have to persuade/intimidate him. Then you decide what to do with the other spawns.
Interestingly, Dalyria gets really disappointed with Astarion if you decide to kill the spawns or trap them.
A very nice thing is that if you refuse to complete the ritual your companion will be SO SO PROUD OF YOU, especially Jaheira, Wyll and Karlach. You can see here Karlach in video, and here Wyll and Gale, and Jaheira here.
The rest plays exactly the same. There is no extra Astarion-specific content until the end.
If you play as lord vampire Astarion there is no specific end that I could find. I am not sure why, but basically in my playthrough I had not found the dragon, so technically I had not finished Wyll's quest. When Karlach was dying I could go to Avernus with her or be with her at her death... but after that nothing happens. My Astarion talked with Gale (romanced) and that was it.
Spawn Astarion ending instead has this extra scene which I found a bit ridiculous. The first part is heartbreaking, you see Astarion run from the sun and curl into a ball behind some shade, head on his knees. Then Karlach dies alone, because Astarion cannot be in the sun, and you get this extra scene of Astarion in Baldur's Gate killing/attacking a man and living his existence as a vampire. It is strange because in the pre-ending dialogue I chose to go to another city, and in the post ending I chose to go with Gale to Waterdeep, so it felt a bit random.

do you think grrm cares about elia? honestly the only reason i want young griff to be aegon is bc he's her babyboy :(
i think he genuinely cares about all his characters to be honest! and some of what we have gotten of elia speaks to a sympathy for what she went through. for example, when the artist Paolo Puggioni was depicting Rhaegar crowning Lyanna, these were the notes George gave him-
Jon Arryn and Robert and Lord Hunter joking a moment before what was happening dawned on them, Ned watching as Rhaegar was about to stop in front of his sister, mad Aerys glowering in the distance, Elia stiff-backed and trying to act as if nothing was wrong, Jon Connington probably looking vaguely sad, and so on.
Not only that, but we get a pointed non Dornish pov on how tacky Tywin is about the whole thing-
"Prince Doran comes at my son's invitation," Lord Tywin said calmly, "not only to join in our celebration, but to claim his seat on this council, and the justice Robert denied him for the murder of his sister Elia and her children." Tyrion watched the faces of the Lords Tyrell, Redwyne, and Rowan, wondering if any of the three would be bold enough to say, "But Lord Tywin, wasn't it you who presented the bodies to Robert, all wrapped up in Lannister cloaks?" None of them did, but it was there on their faces all the same. Redwyne does not give a fig, he thought, but Rowan looks fit to gag.
And of course, the entire Dornish plot enters the scene because of Elia's murder. One of the defining scenes of the series is Oberyn's fight with the Mountain after all and Oberyn is careful to make sure everyone knows exactly why he's so angry-
The Dornishman flung away his ruined shield, grasped the spear in both hands, and sauntered away. Behind him the Mountain let out a groan, and pushed himself onto an elbow. Oberyn whirled cat-quick, and ran at his fallen foe. "EEEEELLLLLLIIIIIAAAAA!" he screamed, as he drove the spear down with the whole weight of his body behind it. The crack of the ashwood shaft snapping was almost as sweet a sound as Cersei's wail of fury, and for an instant Prince Oberyn had wings. The snake has vaulted over the Mountain. Four feet of broken spear jutted from Clegane's belly as Prince Oberyn rolled, rose, and dusted himself off. He tossed aside the splintered spear and claimed his foe's greatsword. "If you die before you say her name, ser, I will hunt you through all seven hells," he promised.
I definitely understand some of the doomerism surrounding Elia. Especially post show, where the Dornish plot is just completely and totally botched, and loses it's center - but the thing is the center is Elia. That's why the Dornish plot made sense; she is important to their narrative and cutting this down means it was a story without a heart. I don't think George gave Oberyn his Inigo Montoya moment just for funsies; he did it because he's writ a story that revolves around a family's hunt for justice for her murder and what that hunt means, what justice even means in this situation-
But the Red Viper of Dorne was back on his feet, his long spear in hand. "Elia," he called at Ser Gregor. "You raped her. You murdered her. You killed her children. Now say her name."
And while I love to bash the show, I do think they did a good job adapting this scene. I can't find the gifset that talked about it of course but during the fight, he very explicitly turns his back on the Mountain to look right at Tywin. He knows damn well who gave the order, everyone knows, and he lays the blame right at Tywin's feet where it belongs.
Not only that, but Ned thinks about Elia quite frequently. Ned nearly pulled out of the war specifically because of what happened to Elia and her children, and feels justified in keeping Jon a secret because of it.
Ned rose and paced the length of the room. "If the queen had a role in this or, gods forbid, the king himself ⌠no, I will not believe that." Yet even as he said the words, he remembered that chill morning on the barrowlands, and Robert's talk of sending hired knives after the Targaryen princess. He remembered Rhaegar's infant son, the red ruin of his skull, and the way the king had turned away, as he had turned away in Darry's audience hall not so long ago. He could still hear Sansa pleading, as Lyanna had pleaded once.
Elia is what drives Oberyn, Doran, and Arianne. Elia is a driving force in the themes of justice and vengeance throughout the story. I'm not saying she's George's favorite or anything (he has gone on record being like "my favorite child is tyrion" after all, lmao) but I do think he is invested in continuing to explore the way her murder affected Dorne and the repercussions of Robert forgiving Tywin and Gregor for their crime.
#also 'the sun's son' listen. it's aegon. don't give a fuck what anyone says i'm going to my grave saying that aegon is the sun's son#and jon is the mummer's dragon!#asks#anons#elia nymeros martell#the ghost of elia martell

The wrong groom
Pairing: Ivar the boneless x female reader
Word count: ~ 2.500
Hey,
this is the first time I write for a Vikings character. Also English isnât my first language, so I apologize in advance for possible mistakes.
I hope you have a great day!
Warnings: mention of killing disabled children, mention of alcohol, kind of arranged marriage but also not
"How can you ask this of me father?" you turn to him angrily, your dress swinging elegantly around your body. All of your father's advisors look at the floor, not daring to say a word. Even the priest, who always follows your father like a faithful, obedient dog, stands before you with his head bowed.
"How can you ask me to marry one of these barbarians, they stand for all that we despise. How in God's holy name can you ask me to marry one of these sinners?"
Your face is flushed red with rage, your hands clenched into tight fists. You have always been different from all the other princesses you have known. You never let anyone tell you to shut up and you always stood up for your convictions. At some point your parents realized that they could never chastise you and made a deal with you to control your temper at least in front of visitors and other nobles.
"You must do it my beloved daughter, for our kingdom, for our freedom and for our people."
Tears well up in your eyes, whether from anger or sadness you can't quite tell yourself. A few days ago, you were simply the princess of one of the smaller kingdoms in England, never attracting the interest of the Northmen until they suddenly and without warning attacked your city. Half of your army have already been killed and it is almost certain that your city could not withstand another attack.
"But why me father, why not Sophie, you've wanted to marry her off for a long time, she's older and wiser than me." Your tone has by now lost its sharpness, desperation winning out over fear.
"Sophie does not have your strength, my child, she would perish in their world, but you can become stronger in it." The look in your father's eyes becomes softer, you even think you can recognize pity in it.
"Do I even have a chance of getting out of this unmarried?" your father shakes his head, a defeated sigh escaping your throat.
"They are already on their way to us, King Ragnar with his sons and some retainers, we will discuss the details at a feast today."
"May I at least know the name of my intended?" you cross your arms stubbornly in front of your chest, a behavior for which other princesses would have experienced great suffering, but your father has to suppress a smirk.
"Prince Sigurd"
A few hours later, the feast is in full swing, together with your sister, your father, and his closest confidants, you sit on a raised table in the back of the Great Hall.
Your appetite has left after a closer observation of the Nordic table manners. Disgusted, your mouth tightens as you see them talking with their mouths full and not seeming to understand the meaning of cutlery at all. The wine flows in streams and soon you realize that they seem to be able to hold more alcohol than the men in your town.
All evening you feel the eyes of one of Ragnar's sons on you, you know from the description your father gave you of your future husband that it is not Sigurd. Crutches are leaning against the wooden bench next to him and his attentive, alert eyes follow your every move. His dark brown hair, like the hair of the other Northmen is worked into beautiful braided hairstyles. Your father seems to be able to interpret your gaze clearly, as unobtrusively as possible, he leans in your direction and whispers to you:
"This is Ivar, he is the youngest son of Ragnar and according to stories also by far the most bloodthirsty and brutal among the brothers. So stay away from him."
A silent nod is your answer, but to your own dismay, your father's words don't repulse you, but rather make the interest in  Ivar grow in you. During the whole time, his ice-blue eyes are constantly directed at you, even when you look directly at him, he does not avert his gaze from you, but gives you an arrogant smile, much to your astonishment.
Throughout the evening, your eyes meet again and again, and each time anew goose bumps cover your body, the dangerous aura that surrounds him captivates you, and as if automatically, your hand finds its way to the cross that hangs around your neck, you clasp it tightly with your fist.
The festivity goes on like all the previous ones. Everyone gets drunk and all the noble, God-fearing men, as time passes and alcohol consumption increases, look for a young woman for the night, who in no way resembles their spouse.
With your father's consent, you get up from the table as inconspicuously as you can and leave the hall almost in a hurry. You hold up the skirt of your dress to get ahead faster and so you walk quickly straight towards the stables.
Your entrance is accompanied by the excited neighing and nervous scraping of hooves as you make your way as quietly as possible to the last stall. In it stands your most faithful friend in the kingdom, the only one you don't have to worry about betraying you. Carefully you push the latch aside and enter the box with slow steps. Dark, loyal eyes beam at you as you lovingly bury the flat of your hand on the snow-white fur.
"Greetings, my old friend," you carefully lean your forehead against his and close your eyes, the smell of fresh hay rising to your nostrils, and for the first time this evening, you seem to be able to breathe properly. You tenderly stroke your horse's nostrils as you hear a steady clacking sound in the front of the stable. With a jerk, you turn around, prepared to spot the potential danger and fight back if necessary.
However, you would never have expected to meet the person who is now standing in front of you. You watch as he moves slowly but smoothly toward one of the hay bales and drops onto it, his crutches leaning next to him within reach. Â Now he looks at you through his thick lashes. The sky-blue of his eyes makes you shiver pleasantly and for a brief moment you think your legs would give out their service and make you fall uncomfortably to the ground. Quickly you try to hide this.
"What are you doing here my prince, shouldn't you be out in the hall getting drunk with the other men and lusting after the women?"
You yourself are taken aback by your direct words, but you don't let this show. Unlike expected, your words do not make him angry, but rather seem to amuse him. For a short time later, a raucous, throaty laugh fills the stables.
"You're different little raven, aren't you? Most of the other princesses I know are obedient and well-behaved, but you carry the fire of Freya in you." An arrogant but also admiring smile spreads on Ivar's face.
"You are also different from most people I know, because most people I know have two functioning legs and can actually walk of their own free will."
no sooner have you said these words than you regret them. You never wanted to be someone who limited others only to physical attributes. His smile begins to stiffen and the playful spark has also disappeared from his eyes.
"I guess you're right about that little raven" you notice him reach for his crutch and tense his upper body to hoist himself up. You hurry to place a hand on his forearm, an apologetic expression coming to your face.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that. It's just you they don't get many people like you, most of you are..." you dare not finish the sentence, which Ivar takes from you though.
".... Killed or left for dead. I know."
Under your hand you notice how his muscles relax again and Ivar seems to loosen up again. An uncomfortable silence spreads over you, only the scraping of hooves and the flaring of nostrils can be heard around you.
"You said before that I had the fire of Freya in me."
With a nod, Ivar indicates for you to continue talking.
"Who is Freya?"
a slight smile spreads across his face after your question and he leans a little further towards you.
"One of our goddesses, especially in times of war we think of her and make sacrifices to be in her favor."
"So you're comparing me to a goddess who brings death and disaster to people?"
you raise an eyebrow.
"Believe me that is an honor, she is one of our Most Favored Gods, but if it soothes your Christian heart, she is also the Goddess of Marriage and Love."
Slightly you nod to yourself as you soak up this knowledge.
"You said Freya is one of your gods, who else do you make sacrifices for?"
Ivar looks into your face trying to find some form of dishonesty there, however the only thing Ivar can discern there is genuine curiosity.
Eagerly, you listen to his soothing voice as he tells you about the father of the gods, Odin, Thor, Loki, and all the others gods.
After the feast, King Ragnar has decided to stay with his whole troupe until your and Sigurd's wedding, so that you can then sail back with them to their homeland and a new life.
Against all expectations, you spend most of your time with Ivar instead of your future husband. You realize that none of the stories do justice to Ivar's character, at least not when he is with you. Of course, you recognize his gruff, sometimes even sadistic manner when he is with other people. With you, however, he is tender and attentive, always giving you his complete attention and patiently explaining everything you want to know. He tells you stories of his adventures and of what awaits you in your new home.
With each passing day you notice how your feelings for Ivar increase and your interest in Sigurd decreases until it finally ceases to exist, each day your heart yearns more for the man with the crippled legs. Never does he treat you as if you were beneath him. Every day he tells you stories about his travels, his homeland and his gods and to your own amazement he listens attentively to your stories about your god. After only a few days you realize that his mere presence makes you happy, every day you wake up in anticipation of spending your day with him. And he seems to feel the same way. In all this time Sigurd never once seeks your company, nor does he make any effort to get to know you better. Ivar even more so.
Three days before the wedding you can't take it anymore, you have to stand by your feelings or you will be unhappy for the rest of your life.
With quick steps you make your way to the throne room with one hand grasping the skirt of your dress so as not to trip without knocking you push open the heavy wooden door and look into the astonished faces of your father and King Ragnar.
"Daughter, how dare you..."
"Father, please forgive the intrusion, however, I need to talk to you about something that has been depriving me of sleep for several nights now."
At your words, your father's features soften and his voice loses some of its original sharpness.
"Speak then, my daughter."
"I don't want to marry Sigurd, I don't think we're right for each other either..."
Your father interrupts you, before you can finish your sentence.
âYou are going to marry one of King Ragnars sons, thatâs not something Iâm going to debate with you, daughter.â
âYes father I know and Iâm going to marry one of his sons, just not Sigurd..â
Your father sinks back into his chair, your eyes briefly fall on the King of the Northmen, his bright blue eyes patterning you with interest.
"Why don't you want to marry my son Sigurd, he's a good man".
The Northman squints his eyes slightly, eagerly waiting for your answer.
"I do not question that he is a good man, however I have the impression that we would not be good for each other."
"And why do you think that?"
Ragnar rises from his chair and walks toward you with slow steps, his eyes not leaving yours for a second. Nervousness rises in you, but you try to suppress it with all your might.
"And I want to hear the real reason."
"With all due respect King Ragnar, I am not under the impression that Prince Sigurd is interested in finding a wife and starting a family. Besides, I don't think I have the physical attributes your son desires in a partner."
A smile creeps onto his lips, while your father is shocked and enraged by your bluntness.
âDaughter, how dare you to speak to King Rag..â
âFair enoughâŚâ
The Northman interrupts your father without sparing him so much as a glance.
âŚ..which one of my sons do you want to marry princess (y/n)?â
âPrince Ivar, my kingâ
The shocked gasp of you father fills the thronroom and even king Ragnar seems surprised by your demand.
âI noticed on our first day here, that you werenât really found of him, so what changed?â
âThatâs true, at first I was scared of him, I heard many stories about how brutal and violent he can be and to be honest I donât doubt that for a second. But as I spend time with him, he showed me, what I believe is the real him. He is soft and caring with me, he lifts up my spirit every time I see him. And he never gave me the feeling like I was inferior to him because of my gender. He is smart and a excellent strategiest, I wasnât lucky enough to see him fight so far. But from what I heard, he is a outstanding warrior too. Â And I would be honored to become his wife.â
After your speech you lower your head slightly, not daring to look at your father, a short but intense silence falls over the three of you. It feels like an eternity, until you hear King Ragnars loud an clear voice.
âThen so be it.â

Cheater!Chris x Fem!Reader
A/N: If you don't like the preadded name in my stories, you can either add your own name or not read it; it's up to you :)
"Get out" you said to Chris as you saw him kissing my sister, "Baby its not what it looks like", you nodded "Right I'm going to say this once and only once get the fuck out of my house both of you and Mia if you ever I mean ever try to talk to me again I will literally punch you in the face so hard i'll knock your teeth out. I told you once that if you even kissed my boyfriend again you would get hit and Chris you promised me you weren't like the others so just leave"
Your sister walked over to you and smiled, "see you at the family reunion sis" you smacked her across the face as she shed a tear "fuck off you stupid bitch" she ran out of your house crying as Chris came up to you.
"She kissed me" you rolled your eyes as you walked up the stairs and he followed me "i didn't mean for this to happen" you picked up some of the clothes he left here and you threw them at him "i never want to see you again" he looked at me as you were now crying.
He tried to hug you as you put my hand on his chest and pushed him away "I didn't mean this, i never want to hurt you Im sorry" you grabbed his hand and put the engagement ring he gave you in it " I forgive you but I don't give cheaters second chances not even the ones i was hoping to have great future with" he cried as he took the ring back.
you gave him one last kiss "I love you Ayla" you cried "I love you too Chris but leave before i hit you" He picked up his clothes and bag as he left.
Two Weeks Later.
You sat in the bathroom on the toilet "Ayla hurry up or let me in" you rolled your eyes as you let Nick in "how much longer" you looked down at your timer "a few seconds"
As the timer went off you reached for the pregnancy test and began crying "I'm pregnant" Nick pulled me into his chest.
The guy I'm having a baby with cheated on me with my sister holy fuck "you have to tell him" you shook my head no " I cant no I swore to myself I would never ever see him again" Nick looked at me
"This now comes down to this baby" you rolled my eyes as you sat back down on the closed toilet seat, "fine your right and ill tell him but ill tell him when I'm ready" Nick nodded as he got a call "speak of the devil" you laughed as he picked up the phone.
"Yes Chris" Chris always talked loud on the phone "are you at Ayla's" Nick didn't say anything and you shook my head no "Im just running around town doing a few things ill be back at the house soon" Chris let out a sigh "tell her I'm sorry, I love her and that I miss her" Nick also let out a sigh as you felt a tear go down my cheek.
"Sorry isn't going to cut it Chris, you were supposed to be different you know that and that's all you wanted to be to her was the guy she married because you didn't cheat on her" you heard Chris and it sounded like he was crying "I know and I hope she finds that guy because I love her enough to know that she should be happy with whoever treats her better than me anyway hm.. matt said you need to hurry the um youtube video cant record itself"
"ill be there in 15" Nick hung up and hugged you "you need to tell him soon and I have to go but I love you Ayla" you nodded as you pulled away from the hug " I will love you too"
you sat on your bed and cried your eyes out, the next day you got out of bed and went to work.
"Good morning Ayla" you smiled at my boss "can we talk in your office please" she looked at you weirdly "Yes i hope you arent quitting on me" you laughed as you sat down in the chair in front of her desk and she sat in front of you.
"I'm pregnant" she smiled "congratulations, I hope you and Chris are very happy" You looked sad for a minute "Chris and I are no longer together anyway don't want to bore you I just wanted to tell you so you have a heads up"
Eight Months Later
My beautiful son, Cooper was born
6 pounds 8 ounces
"Ayla" you smiled up at Nick as he looked disappointed, "I'm sorry I just couldn't how did you even know I had him" he looked at you like he was mad " because I'm still your emergency contact now you need to tell him" you shook your head no " he is too beautiful to have father excuse me a cheater of a father"
He rolled his eyes, 'im not doing this with you either you tell him or I will" you looked at him "you wouldn't" he looked at you and gave you his you wanna bet look "watch me" "Nick please understand where Im coming from on this" he rolled his eye as your boyfriend walked through the door
"Youve moved on just tell him" you shook your head no as the nurse came in with a little bed for Cooper, "he has a right to know babe" you looked up at your boyfriend.
The nurse put Cooper in her bed as you turned on your side an watched him sleep "I'm his mother and whatever i say goes, and if you don't like it then both of you can leave. Mason i am forever grateful you opened your arms for me and want to help raise Cooper but i don't need to talk Chris and Nick if you don't like it then i don't need your approval. Chris won't believe you anyway" Nick nodded.
"You're probably right but its the right thing to do and he does know how to put two and two together he will figure it out besides the worlds a small place Tessa" you rolled your eyes "Obviously he is good at putting two and two together called his lips and my sister" Nick let out a chuckle "he knows you didn't forgive him like you told him you did" you shook my head
"Who would"
Three Years Later
You smiled down at Cooper as he was eating his ice cream "mommy wheres my dad" you got sad for a moment as you lifted him on your lap "Your dad huh? Have I never told you about him" he shook his head no. "Okay how about we go home and ill tell you all about your dad" he got happy as we walked towards our new apartment. Mason had left you, he found a girl who didn't have a child with a new man "tell me about him mommy" you put him on the counter as you sat in front of him
"Well sweetie, you have his eyes and his smile. Your dad was a very sweet person, he would stop and give homeless people what money he had in his pocket or in his wallet." he smiled and laughed " he was the nicest man I ever knew but honey your dad did something to mom that ruined us and I don't think you will understand till your older why he isn't around" he got sad.
"will i ever meet dad" you shrugged "do you want to?" he thought about it " I do" you nodded "maybe one day" he nodded and hugged you "I love you mom but I tired" you laughed as you put him down for a nap, texting Nick.
Nick: coming over in ten
Ayla: just put Cooper down for a nap
Nick: do you mind if Matt and Chris come?
Ayla: tell them not to be loud this time, Cooper still is mad at you uncle Nick
Nick: i told him I'm sorry and bought him ice cream
Ayla; we get ice cream every other day, anyway ill see you in then
Nick rang the doorbell as you went and got it you hugged him and Matt and stopped when you saw him standing right behind Matt "no" Nick looked at me " Just talk to him" "i told you i cant and i wont"
you opened the door for all of them to come in even Chris... "just talk to him please" you gave Nick the death glare "i can leave if you want i understand, i tried to stay back" you shook my head no.
"i guess it is time to talk um.. lets go out to the balcony Nick you know whats going on upstairs so keep it down" he nodded as you and Chris walked out to the balcony.
"Look I'm sorry i don't even know why the guys wanted me here so badly" you rolled my eyes "Chris i think its because, something happened and i know you might be a little pissed at me for it but i think you will get over it" he looked at you and just by looking at him you knew he was hurting.
"You didn't cheat on me before did you" you shook my head, "no sadly you still own that title" you looked down and stopped at his necklace which had your old engagement ring on it, he looked towards where you was looking " sorry it just reminds me that i should stop being such a fuck up"
You nodded "its fine" there was a knock at the door and looked to see Matt holding Cooper "sorry he ran down crying" You took him out of his hands and rocked him in your arms. Chris looked down then back up as Matt walked away closing the door.
"Can i ask a question" you nodded as Cooper just looked at Chris, " is he yours" you nodded as you smiled down at Cooper and your tear up " he turned three today" he looked up as you started crying and Cooper hugged me.
"it's okay mommy, i not get old" you laughed as you opened the door "go play with uncle Matt me and Chris have to talk" he nodded as he ran and jumped into Matt's arms.
"He's" you cut him off "yes he is, i found out after i told you to leave and was debating about telling you but you hurt me a lot Chris and i let that hate get the best of me."
He nodded "i understand but i want to be a part of my son's life" you nodded "no of course" he smiled but that soon faded. "i need to tell you something" you looked up to him "what" "i never wanted to kiss your sister she just kind of jumped on me when you walked through the door and I'm sorry i hurt you " you smiled. "She told me everything that happened and i know you didn't want to kiss her" you stood up and opened the door " Cooper come here i have somebody you've been wanting to meet" he ran towards the door screaming "Cookie monster" you laughed as Nick did too along with Chris.
"No, baby" you grabbed him and you shut the door "who then" he sat down and looked and Chris waved as he waved back and cried a little. "its okay, I'm sorry i call you cookie monster" you laughed as you turned Cooper around in your lap so he was sitting sideways
"Remember who you asked me about before you took your nap" he smiled "dad" Chris stood up wiping his tears then sitting back down. "well this is your dad" he smiled as he got off of your lap and hugged him "hi dad" he let a few tears fall as he picked him up.
"Hi Cooper, I'm sorry i wasn't around but i am now okay" he nodded as he cuddled into him " mommy said you hurt her but what uncle Nick and uncle m't were saying mommy hasn't been smiling that much since i was born" you gave the boys a look through the window" "oh did they now"
You said as Cooper nodded his head " well i hope mommy finds her happiness soon" Cooper smiled as he hugged Chris again "Thank you Ayla" you smiled. "Im sorry i didn't tell you when she was born or when i was pregnant"
He nodded "at least you told me now"

Two people are stood up on their dates and end up falling for each other.
Howdy Pillar X GN! Reader
CW: None, unless you count getting stood up on a date
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
"This is the last time I let her set me up on a date I swear." You thought, fuming yet also disappointed. Your sister has been trying to set you up with someone for months, and every time you get a date they're either stuck up and rude or they stand you up! You should have just told her no to these stupid dates.
You got all dressed up, too. You did your hair, your skin was flawless, and your feet hurt from these stupid shoes since you couldn't sit down in the restaurant. The reservation was in your dates name, and they wouldn't let you in without one. At this point, you gave up and sat on the curb. It had been two hours, your date wasn't coming.
"Hey, uh, you doin' alright? You've been huffin' for a few minutes..." You hear someone speaking to you as you feel a soft poke on your shoulder. You look up and find a tall caterpillar puppet. You had met a few puppets, all of which were overwhelmingly kind. He seemed nice, too, and it also seemed like he was also here for a date. He was dressed up in a cute tuxedo with his blazer hung over his arm.
"Hey, are you okay?" He asks again. Oh, shoot. You were staring and getting lost in thought. He must think you're a creep! "Oh, I'm okay! Sorry, I just got stood up by my date so I'm a little angry." You quickly explained, your hands waving in front of you defensively. "Hey, now! It's quite alright, no need to worry. How long have you been waiting, if you don't mind me askin'?" You smile at the concern the puppet shows for you, a stranger.
You sigh and look up at him, dejected, "About two hours now? I haven't even been able to get inside because the reservation was in my date's name." You start to grumble unintelligible words under your breath. The puppet sits down next to you and pats your back gently, a sad, understanding smile being directed at you. "If it helps you any, I got stood up too. Been here for, I don't know," he pauses to wave his hands as if he's weighing something, "maybe an hour? I'm not sure since I ain't great with time." He chuckles weakly. You balled your fist and held it up, "Sad fist bump?" He chuckled and bumped your fist with one of his, "Sad fist bump."
It was quiet for a minute before he made a sound of offended surprise. "Why, I don't think I introduced myself." He cleared his throat and smile politely, even draping his blazer over your shoulders to warm you a little. He put his hand out to shake, "My name is Howdy Pillar. It's lovely to meet you." You chuckled and put your hand in his. Both of you blushed, a pink tint on your cheeks. "You can call me (preferred name). It's lovely to meet you, Howdy." You resisted a laugh, asking, "I'm sorry if this is offensive, but Howdy? As in saying hello?" He blushed, embarrassed, and nodded.
"Just like sayin' hello." Howdy smiled in a relaxed yet excited way and stood up, offering a hand to help. "Say, if you don't mind, why don't we go and have a fun night together? A new restaurant, maybe? That way tonight ain't so bad."
You smile in return and happily take his hand. He doesn't let go, simply holding it gently, as he uses one of his other arms to wrap around your shoulder and another to look for any other restaurants in the area on his phone.
Maybe your sister was right in setting you up on all those failed dates after all, "You aren't all that bad to talk to, so I don't think I'd mind that one bit, Mr. Pillar."
I hope everyone enjoyed. He needs some more love and attention. He's just so cute!
Also, how has no one commented on Julie throwing Wally in the last fic? I am very amused about it.
