when eventually you and nerdtoru start dating, he gets really jealous every time your friends happen to know more about you than he does. it’s a natural thing, they’ve been in your life for longer than he has — seeing and learning all the sides to you he’s yet to explore. he knows that. but still — he doesn’t like it. because, why can’t he be the one who knows which foods are your go-to and what you like to drink along with your meal so he can order them for you? what’s your favorite dish from that place near the university where you often stop by to grab a bite? it’s such a simple question, yet he doesn’t have the answer to it. your friends do though — they order for you while you’re held back in a small talk outside the restaurant, meticulously listing the ingredients which you’d rather be left out. it’s odd and it’s infuriating, that someone is better than him at something — he’s used to being the best and knowing the most. it stings and he is truly jealous for the first time in his life, that someone knows better, knows more — about you.

Hi, I just read about this dubious website that seems to steal fics from Ao3 and turns them into AI generated audios. I wanted to check if any of my fics are there and found your "Flung to Catch a Star". It's the first fic that pops up when you search for 'Cahir'. That's the website: https://word-stream.com

Probably there are more of your fics, and from the reddit post it appears that they do not ask for the authors' consent. Just wanted to let you know. If you already know or gave your consent, just ignore this. If you did not give your consent, sorry this happened to you. These sites are so annoying.

For the record, my blanket permission statement EXPLICITLY DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY AI USES of my work, and if you find my fic somewhere other than AO3 (or Tumblr, I suppose), and they're charging money for it, I do not approve.
