@ USAmericans that are following me, if you (like me) get anxious you'll somehow have issues with a mail-in or drop-off ballot: I forgot that in a lot of places (here's a site to check!) early in-person voting is an option, so I figured maybe you did too!
Lines are MUCH shorter than election day,
which means it's quick and you have more time to look things up at the voting booth if necessary,
and you have a LOT more ability to find a time that works for you than if you just vote on Nov. 5th (which I would be have been almost completely unable to go out and vote on).
Early voting y'all it kicks ass. A quick google of "early voting (my city/county" immediately brought up the exact address, days and hours of where it was available. Will definitely patronize the fine folks at my local polling center again in four years assuming that. Things go well. And we still have a democracy in four years. OTL

My goal this weekend is to get caught back up on lessons... I am like three or so behind it's a real problem.
Also... in case you were all wondering... the writing has commenced. Expect new fics soon.
Oh yeah and I think that poll I started is still going, but like obviously the Solomon stories are winning. Last I checked, the one that I listed as "takes place in Cocytus Hall" is the one that's winning, but it's really close. I might just write them both anyway, we'll see.
Also also I've been... thinking about... my other OCs... I want to write x reader stories for more of them now ad;lkfj. I think they would be like alternate timelines from Unchained so the stories would be drastically different, but they would still include the same characters. I haven't started this yet or anything just something I've been thinking about~

Yk, hands down my biggest problem interacting with any fandom, but especially DW, is that I literally can't even begin to understand approaching a character independently of the writing. Like, the statement "This is a great character, just poorly written" is straight up an oxymoron to me. I sometimes get the impression there's this weird belief in a platonic ideal-like "true history" version of a character that got denigrated by hostile chroniclers and [insert hegemony-adjacent adjective] Hollywood directors or something. Belief based mainly on the fact the actor did what they do for a living. Which is just. Again, something I can't even begin to process.
