tfw you spend a full 24 hours thinking your captain is dying only to find out you're getting another crew mate
#my art#mpreg#OP#the first time luffy gets morning sickness its while everyone's eating and he just RUSHES to the guard rail#everything from the past day splashing into the waves below- narrowly missing Sunny's hull#chopper immediately quarantines him until he figures out the cause (and if he's contagious)#the rest of the crew just wait around nervously. Luffy *never* gets sick. Something has to be Wrong.#sanji takes it the worst bc he can't stop wondering if it was food poisoning after zoro makes an offhand comment. Zoro meant it as a joke--#but he triple-checks everything in the pantries and Luffy's plate to make sure.#Luffy is just miserable while chopper examines him#he'd noticed his stomach feeling a bit tighter and brief moments of dizziness for awhile but it wasn't noteworthy enough to mention until#chopper directly asks how he's been feeling#anyway luffy is ecstatic when it fully sinks in there's a baby in there and the rest of the crew has a collective aneurysm at the news#regardless of who he slept with that baby is gonna be the most loved and multi-parented kid on the grand line

I go into the bathroom and all my cats see is this
#for context i have 3 kittens in spare bedroom to quarantine them#(there's currently no bed in there)#and their litterbox and food is set up in the bathroom connected to it#problem is that that bathroom is also connected to MY room. the bedrooms are separated by a wall.#so when i get up in the morning and go piss i also wake up all the kittens#and at least 1 always comes into the bathroom to get pet by me#and sometimes they also get in the litter box and use it or pretend to use it#only when im using the toilet do they do that tho#This morning all 3 of them came in#and hilariously. all 3 decided at the exact same fucking time to get in the litterbox while i was pissing#keep in mind the bathroom is pretty small so the litterbox is quite literally at my feet#and theyre all squatting down to pretend to shit. they barely fit in there together#weird little fuckers

#anonymous#japanese fics are very good i took a lot of my characterization from them#ofc gtranslate cant transfer the nuance but i read the new one yesterday where law was sick and had to be quarantined with bepo to not pass#it to other crewmembers (bepo got to be the nurse because hes a different species) and a mental image of a feverish law getting hard#hearing bepo's confession made me make stupid noises irl cuz they are so fucking funny#im sure that there is good kidkiller stuff out there#main problem with translation from japanese is that it can be confusing who does what sometimes it cant manage a complex sentence and you#have to figure out from the context#anyway they are really great and my only source of food#add: at the VERY LEAST if you look up a tag on pixiv you are guaranteed to get the correct top bottom order#unless the reverse is also listed in the tags but its rare

okay i need to find something to crochet or knit or sth cause i really cant spend one more day just sitting in my bed doing nothing
#i used to hear people talk about how having to be quarantined the 2 weeks was so hard and i didnt get it#bc 1. i love being in my home and bed and 2. during the duration of all the lockdowns i went out once just around the block bc it snowed#and in retrospect it heavily impacted my mental health but at that time i was perfectly fine with it#and then at uni when i didnt have lectures id hardly ever leave the house and id be mostly fine with it#but theres something about being locked in my room bc of covid that is making it feel terrible#and like ive been watching shows and i read like 200 pages of a book yesterday#so it's not like my life has changed#but i just want to go do thiiiings. ive been in bed nealry all the time since friday night#also i now hate speaking with people apparently? like mom will come ask me if i want any food or my sister will text me to ask me how i am#and i just get so agitated. i don't know why. but yeah tumblr is the closest thing to communication i can deal with#okay gonna go find some scrap yarn project to start while i finish my heartstopper rewatch#jo says stuff#personal ramblings

in other news i want to personally thank the delivery person who picked out these apples from the store for me , , , they're so big and sweet and delicious and they even got me six of them instead of the four i ordered because the price in store was a little less than i paid in the app
