When Huckleberry Bloomed his blossom fell into the river and he was swept away (a tragic but sadly not uncommon occurrence) He then spent the rest of his life traveling upstream in hopes of one day finding his origin bush. Strawberry found him as he passed the nearby Soda Stream and invited him to stay. While Huck still hasnt found his origin bush he has found a home

I can't believe they did that episode where Delia asks Patsy to go to a lesbian bar with her because "there will be women like us" and Patsy responds with "i don't want to be with women like us, i want to be with you", and she doesn't seem willing to discuss it any further

But in that episode Patsy treats a woman called Daisy who lives on a boat with her family, and when Daisy starts giving birth and Patsy can't get to her right away, the other women who live on boats with their families do what they can to help Daisy. And they tell her that it doesn't matter that they haven't met her before, they know what her life is like so they know her and they are already friends. Then later, when Daisy holds her baby, she asks Patsy to not cut the umbilical cord right away, because "there are worse things than to be a part of something bigger, even for just a little while"

So when the episode ends, Patsy and Delia enter the lesbian bar, clasp hands and dance together

Hi all! It’s been years since I’ve used this platform but I’ve been around the block during my time. Mainly in the phan and Call the Midwife fandoms.

This may gain no traction as I am a dinosaur who has no clue how this platform works any more but I’ve created a go fund me for my endometriosis and adenomyosis surgery

This is not only for a much better quality of life for myself but also to raise awareness of what a truly awful disease this is and the lack of understanding and support around it. Shoutout to any girl who’s ever been told to use a heat pad or just get pregnant!

There are only 2 endo specialists in Wales and I have been rejected from seeing them on the NHS due to a insane postcode lottery so if you can support either with a donation or a share I would be super grateful

thoughts on pupcake while rewatching ctm : what surprises me abt pupcake is how much of an impact it had on us all when the episodes were coming out. I started watching when i was like 14 with my mum and I was closeted so it sort of helped me come out. When I rewatch it I realise how subtle/low-key the storyline started out, it was mostly implied and i remember rlly noticing those moments and their relationship being so obvious to me even before they had the marriage discussion etc, and yet my mum was like "oh theres Patsy's friend"and I was correcting her to see her reaction😂 the subtlety of looks and everything it's so hard to pull off when acting and so many things are left to the imagination/implied which is also why we have become so creative w fics and the online community to fill the gaps- ik there's only a couple of us here on Tumblr now but it's pretty amazing how a ship with so little screen time seems to have caused so much impact,it's also the ship with most fanfics of the series still- despite it being ages since they left the series!
