Prosecco Cat
After a hard day sleeping… I’d have a nice cool glass of Prosecco… if I could be bothered! You see, it’s this travelling thing that just takes it out of me. Take Venice, for example… “Do I really need a few days surrounded by water and crumbling old buildings?” I wondered. Not the right kind of thinking to share aloud with my travel companion, who just happens to think it’s the best place on the…

acts of service fuckin butch brain go brrrr I want them to eat my food and feel cared for and perhaps thats silly but it makes me feel happy making people feel full and warm and looked after
im stoned and stupid but fucking cook for your friends to show them you love them no one will ever be mad if you show up with cinnamon rolls or a cool noodle dish and pre cut fruit. be the butch bringin the cooler to the function with love in the shape of prosecco and a charcuterie board with a well thought out cheese pairing
for the love of god have low key gatherings with your people, make your friends come over and cook risotto for them and talk and smoke good weed while you cook and try frantically not to burn the risotto because we're stoned now and we probably either want to kiss each other or eat freshly shredded parmesan cheese in little handfuls
you will know that I love you when I set down your breakfast and your yolks are sunny and unbroken on top of your toast and mine have spilled in little pools next to my rye toast

"No, I need to see you, face to face."
Ellie made the demand of her familiar only because she didn't feel comfortable just hearing the words of consent being stated in her head. After all, anyone was allowed to say anything in the headspace. The witch wanted Fruma to say it out loud.
A mist presented itself before the mistress of the ancestors, and solidified into a leonine figure. When Ellie had first encountered Fruma (granted, through a black mirror while Ellie was handcuffed to a hospital bed), she saw it as a beast with sentience, feral in appearance and more typical of a male lion. As the years passed, Fruma took on a more feminine frame that matched Ellie's heavy-set and semi-muscular appearance. It was, for Ellie, like gazing into a foggy mirror. She repeated her question.
"How do you feel about piloting my body? For more than just running errands?" A mischievous smirk on her face reminded the sheyd of the game at hand. The spirit wasn't sure how to respond, and gave an expression of worry and concern. Ellie waved it off and changed her own to that of comfort and consolation. "Rosa came up with it, in fairness. Benefits of polyamory and all that." Her expression remained as it was - a genuine invitation, a smile. The sheyd sensed no malice and, exhaling, released the tension in its face and shoulders.
"When?"
"Tomorrow night, if you'd like. Before Rosa gets home from work. I think she'd like the surprise."
----
The librarian had a long day with after school programs, and was looking forward to a calm night of reruns, leftover risotto, and a glass of Prosecco. She didn't hear the soft padding of bare feet on the living room carpet, thanks to her phone still playing a podcast at maximum volume - but she did sense the breath on her nape before the gentle bite, followed by a kiss and more kisses tracing to her left ear. Rosa shivered - while she was a domme in the bedroom, she enjoyed when her pet was forward with her wants.
And it wanted. She could hear it in its voice.
"The taste of you is more delightful than wine, and your name is like the finest oil - so does this maiden love you."
The tone was, to Rosa, far more poetic than her wife normally had when she wanted to be used as a toy. More ... biblical. The librarian slowly turned to face her spouse, and she saw the hunger in her eyes. She smiled.
"My wife doesn't normally speak Torah when she wants ..." Rosa paused, tracing her hands up the trouser legs of "Ellie". She kept her right hand over her spouse's erection, massaging it through the khakis, her own smile shifting towards that of a predator as she felt "Ellie" shiver and heard her panting. Her other hand traced its way up to Ellie's right breast. Rosa stopped before payoff, savoring the sound and sight of the hungering beast before her.
As soon as she finished the sentence with "... this", she tugged at Ellie's nipple. A roar came forth from "Ellie", unbidden, but the look of hunger remained. Ellie's cock was somehow growing more full. Rosa giggled, watching the beast under her command know its place and find itself wanting more. She gave "Ellie" a gentle kiss on the lips, as well as her own mischievous smile and gaze.
"Oh, Fruma, I am going to have fun with you tonight."

Days 81 - 84
Friday - Day 81
Totale caffè, 2. Pranzato con risotto alla milanese, visto Lost Highway (bellissimo, ma Lynch è una sicurezza per me), cenato fuori nel locale dove ho suonato con un ottimo hamburger di Black Angus. Vari amari, prosecco, birra.
Saturday - Day 82
Sunday - Day 83
Totale caffè 2. Quando tua figlia ti chiede le lasagne, tu fai le lasagne. A pranzo, dunque, lasagne, e a cena hamburger casalinghi e patate arrosto.
Monday - Day 84
Totale caffè 2. Depressione da rientro in ufficio. A pranzo: calamari fritti, seppia fritta, cavolo viola e pomodori arrosto.
Cerco di ricordarmi che after all it's only a game.

Italian Restaurant Catering: Wine and Italian Cuisine Pairing
When planning an event, the choice of food and drink plays a pivotal role in setting the tone and ensuring guest satisfaction. Italian cuisine, with its rich flavors and traditional recipes, makes a fantastic centerpiece for any gathering. Integrating Italian restaurant catering into your event not only promises a delightful culinary experience but also offers the perfect opportunity to enhance the meal with thoughtfully selected wines. This pairing of Italian dishes with the right wines can elevate your event to a memorable feast.
The Art of Pairing Wine with Italian Appetizers
Antipasti and Sparkling Wines
Italian appetizers, or antipasti, are known for their variety and vibrancy. They often include items like cured meats, olives, and various cheeses, which pair wonderfully with sparkling wines. A glass of Prosecco or Spumante brings out the flavors of these starters with its crispness and slight sweetness, setting a refreshing tone for the evening.
Bruschetta and Light White Wines
Bruschetta, topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, is a classic Italian starter. This dish pairs beautifully with light white wines like Pinot Grigio. The wine's acidity complements the juicy tomatoes while its lightness perfectly balances the garlic and basil's bold flavors.
Choosing Wines for Italian Main Courses
Pasta Dishes and Medium-Bodied Red Wines
Pasta is a staple in Italian restaurant catering and comes in many forms, from rich and creamy to light and aromatic. A medium-bodied red wine, such as a Chianti or Barbera, harmonizes well with tomato-based red sauces, enhancing the herbs and spices' depth.
Seafood and Crisp White Wines
Italian seafood dishes, such as risotto ai frutti di mare or linguine alle vongole, demand a wine that complements their delicate flavors. Crisp white wines, like Vermentino or Pinot Grigio, with their notes of citrus and green apple, provide a refreshing contrast to the richness of the seafood.
Meat Entrees and Robust Red Wines
Heavier meat dishes, such as osso buco or beef Bolognese, pair excellently with robust red wines like Amarone or Barolo. These wines, with their bold flavors and high tannins, stand up to the richness of the meat, enhancing the dining experience.
Desserts and Dessert Wines: The Sweet Finish
Tiramisu and Sweet Dessert Wines
The classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu, with its layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone, is ideally complemented by a sweet dessert wine like Vin Santo. This pairing brings out the dessert's creamy texture and coffee tones, rounding off the meal on a high note.
Panna Cotta and Fruity Wines
Panna Cotta, a silky dessert flavored with vanilla and topped with berries or caramel, pairs beautifully with a slightly fruity wine like Moscato d'Asti. The wine's light bubbles and hint of sweetness highlight the dessert's delicate flavors without overpowering them.
Conclusion
Pairing wines with Italian cuisine is an art that enhances the overall dining experience, especially in the context of event catering. By choosing the right wine to complement each dish, you can elevate an ordinary meal into a culinary adventure that your guests will remember long after the event concludes. With Italian restaurant catering, the possibilities for creating a sophisticated and enjoyable dining experience are endless, ensuring your event stands out as a well-crafted celebration of food and wine.
