What is Professional Loan, and How Does It Differ from Other Loans?
When financing your professional endeavours in Castle Hill, you may have heard about professional loans. But what exactly is a professional loan, and how does it distinguish itself from other types of loans available in the market? In this article, we'll delve into the details of professional loans, their benefits, and how they differ from conventional lending options.
Tumblr media
Understanding Professional Loans
A professional loan is a specialised type of financial product designed to cater to the unique financial needs of professionals, such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, and other self-employed individuals in Castle Hill. These loans are tailored to address the specific challenges and opportunities professionals face in their careers.
Features of Professional Loans
Here are some key features of professional loans:
Higher Loan Limits: Professional loans often offer higher loan limits than regular personal loans, allowing professionals to access the capital they need for significant investments like setting up a new practice or expanding an existing one.
Competitive Interest Rates: Professional loans typically come with competitive interest rates, making them a cost-effective financing solution for individuals with established careers and income.
Flexible Repayment Options: These loans may offer flexible repayment terms, allowing borrowers to structure their repayments in a way that aligns with their income patterns and cash flow.
Quick Approval Process: Professional loans often have a streamlined approval process, which can be a significant advantage for professionals who need quick access to funds for time-sensitive opportunities or emergencies.
How Professional Loans Differ from Other Loans
Now, let's explore how professional loans differ from other types of loans:
Specific Target Audience: Professional loans are exclusively designed for professionals, whereas personal or traditional business loans are available to a broader range of borrowers. The eligibility criteria for professional loans are tailored to meet the unique financial profiles of professionals.
Tailored Terms: Professional loans come with terms and conditions that consider the irregular income patterns common among professionals. This customisation ensures that the loan is a better fit for the borrower's financial circumstances.
Interest Rates: The interest rates on professional loans are often more competitive than regular personal loans, which can translate to lower professional borrowing costs.
Loan Limits: Professional loans often offer higher than personal loans, which can be essential for professionals looking to fund significant business ventures.
For professional loan, Castle Hill provides an attractive financing option for professionals seeking to meet their unique financial needs. They offer benefits such as higher loan limits, competitive interest rates, and tailored terms, setting them apart from other types of loans. Understanding these distinctions can help professionals make informed decisions about their financial future.

how long do you typically spend drawing a comic page? I'm a perfectionist and I have a hard time keeping a reasonable working pace for comics
so I’m actually going to not answer this one (the answer is both less and more time than people think, and it depends) but instead I’m going to give you some advice on how to deal with perfectionism when it comes to making comics
the first thing is to see if you can kill your inner perfectionist, which basically means, can you get comfortable with imperfections? this is something that can be difficult to do, but it can also really take some weight off your shoulders if you can look at a line that’s a little squiggly instead of perfectly smooth and move on from it. there’s a whole page, a single wonky line, is like. fine, especially if you’re doing more than one page.
if not, that’s okay! we’re moving on to the 75%-80% rule, which is: figure out what giving 100% in art looks like for you, then find out what giving 70%-80% looks like. As a person, you can probably consistently give 80% to any given illustration, but doing 100% all the time is going to fuck you up in the long run. If you can get comfortable consistently giving a 80%, you can then decide when you want to crank it up for dramatic effect, or you can save going all in on something fun or a big project. if perfectionism is a hard habit to break, instead try it reframe it as giving a ‘perfect’ 80% instead of 100. it’s all about that overall visual consistency, baby!
comics can feel like doing seven or eight individual illustrations on a page (panels) and some people definitely tackle them this way, and that makes learning what you can consistently give without wanting to shove your hands into cement very important. If every panel is a solid 80%, the entire page looks Good (which means the entire page is working at 100% because you have visual consistency/coherency and that’s what matters)
ideally, you reach a point where you can gauge what a good 80% of what you can give looks like across an entire sequence. for me, Trikaranos is operating at 80% while Ex Voto is 70% (part of it is that Trikaranos is more demanding, while Ex Voto is more casual and vibes based, but for both I put a lot more work into formatting and lettering)
part of what can help with all of this is figuring out a good work pipeline that encourages finishing up a sequence to keep you from getting stuck agonizing on small details
a decent one is this
thumbnails > rough pencils > do tight pencils where you think you’ll need it (I do tight pencils on facial expressions, furniture if there are bodies on it, and perspective shots) > inks > colors > lettering
adjust it based on whatever your own needs are, etc.
what’s imperative to this is that you don’t do the pencils > inks > coloring stages in sequential order, but instead jump around so that you don’t burn your energy through it (in that there’s a drop in quality as you either get tired or start to rush). Jumping around lets you spread out your high energy points and it picks up the slack for when you want to just get it done, but also it forcibly keeps you from spending too much time on one specific thing. (which is why breaking it up into stages is important, instead something like finishing one whole page from pencils to colors and then doing the next one)
when I do single page comics, I usually alternate every other panel, when I do multi page comics, I’ll either alternate entire pages or I’ll do the first and last pages at the start, and then jump around the middle in whatever order I feel like.
whenever I find myself spending too much time on something, I will set a playlist that has either a 15 minute or half hour run time, and when I reach the last song, if I’m still fucking around focusing on one thing, I’ll make myself move in and return to it later. I do this the most with the inking stage so that I don’t over ink something (I find crosshatching relaxing, but it doesn’t often look good because I do too much in one place and it looks bad because it doesn’t work with the rest of the panels and then I have to start over), and then I can go back to a panel with fresh eyes later and decide whether or not more detail is necessary for the whole page to look good, or if it’s fine as is.
and ofc, the most important guideline of all: the Fuck It, We’re Done rule, which is at some point, you may look at a page and go ‘I don’t want to work on this any more, I’m tired, it’s not fun, I’ll be stuck here forever, etc’ and that’s when you put your pencil down, physically move back from the page, and figure out what the bare minimum amount of work you need to do in order for the whole page to be coherent is, do JUST THAT, and post it.
at the end of the day, it’s the whole page that’s important, not all the individual details, so try not to focus on too many small details early on, but instead go back and add them in closer to the end. You can clean up any line art mistakes that are bothering you here at this stage too.
finally, don’t zoom in too close on a digital canvas, especially if you’re doing pencils. there’s no reason for a reader to zoom in close like that unless you specifically want them too, spare your hands the agony of tiny details that won’t be seen when you upload it at viewer resolutions. I know artists who won’t go past 150% because those details won’t show up at print resolutions.
HEUGHGHHH this is so so long, but hopefully there is some helpful advice in there for you, anon

Literally can't pay my rent until I get paid for September, which hasn't happened yet. Today is Friday, and Monday is the last day of the month. I'm so tired of being poor.
#i still cringe to call myself 'poor' bc i have my own apartment and can afford groceries#and even fun stuff like museums and cafe visits and public transport sometimes#but the reality of the matter is that after i pay off my student loans every month#i do not have enough money left to pay the following month's rent#and that's the way it's been my whole life#all my groceries and museum visits and coffee come from those few hundred euros left over#my whole life i've been choosing between 'having savings' and 'having even the smallest most humble life' and obviously i choose the latter#i never go to the movies#i buy all my clothes second hand (got some this past month after not having bought any new clothing in almost two years)#i have visited a museum TWICE this year#i go to restaurants like... once a month max#i am living the most frugal life that i possibly can without denying myself all pleasures#i don't even have netflix or anything like that! i only very rarely order delivery! i cook my own damn meals!#you get the picture#and yet still: one single missed paycheck is enough to potentially fuck up my life seriously#i've never missed a rent payment in my life but i'm scared it may happen this time#just wrote to HR of my former employer (who is supposed to still be paying me through october) to politely ask where my paycheck is#it's probably coming today (i sure as hell hope so) but if it doesn't... i legit don't know how i'm going to pay my rent#my rent is 673 euros and i only have 400 in my bank account#i probably have enough food in my pantry to survive for a month if i had to#but i've never missed rent in germany before (or ever) and i have no idea how long they'd wait before evicting me for non-payment#i'm scared. and i'm tired of being apparently the only fucking person in my social groups who is this poor#i am an over-educated 37-year-old professional who typically gets classed with the 'expats'#but one missed salary payment has me thinking about eviction and affording groceries#this is what i mean when i say i'm an immigrant. not an expat.#those people with their apple watches and co-working spaces and spontaneous trips to thailand or brazil are... a world apart from me#how come everyone i meet is so damn rich? where do i find fellow poor friends?#anyway i'm stressed. and i'm so so tired of spending my mental energy worrying about money#cosmo gyres#personal

trying to buy 50% of my boyfriend's apartment (which we currently live in and he owns 100% right now)... and I'm applying for loans for buying an apartment for the first time and holy fuck it's frustrating. several banks have auto denied my application without even speaking to me because they think i'm a single person with a single income trying to buy an apartment, when that's not even the case. and even if it was it's making me incredibly sad to realize that if I WAS single I could not even at the age of 30 buy a single room apartment on my own. even tho i have the money saved up for a deposit and according to my own calculations i would have the ability to make payments on the loan even if i was alone (i don't have a very high salary but i also don't spend much money so i do fine). but based on numbers alone the banks would deny my application without even talking to me.

Plz tell me how you got diagnosed with autism? I defiantly have symptoms but don’t want to assume ):
i could sit here and tell you to drop thousands of dollars on a formal assessment or hundreds of dollars each on therapy sessions, but i will tell you a secret instead. u are not harming anyone at all by assuming you have autism without having a formal diagnosis. i promise it isnt as big of a deal as you think it is and anyone who tells you otherwise is uneducated
#jade answers#anonymous#self dx is not harmful in the way people pretend it is#especially when receiving a formal diagnosis can go upwards of thousands of dollars#it's classist to suggest that you're only allowed to relate to symptoms if you pay someone to confirm your suspicions#also people who arent formally diagnosed cant 'steal resources' from those who are formally diagnosed like some suggest#and also also even if people are 'stealing resources' (they arent) thats not how resources work#resources don't disappear because they're being used that's the opposite of how resources function#it's like basic supply and demand you know. and also monetary resources aren't typically given without professional diagnosis anyways#so in that regard self dx individuals can't steal those resources at all. so there's no argument there#also self dx is a great tool in your pathway to actually receiving a diagnosis if that's something you plan to do#or something you can afford to do#relating to symptoms. researching symptoms. then bringing up these symptoms to your doctor. that's all part of the journey#i think people have this weird idea that when u see a doctor they're the ones who have to organically recognize the symptoms within you#but that isn't true. you are allowed to recognize those symptoms within yourself first and bring that up#basically self dx is not a huge deal at all and the people who pretend like it is are generally just uneducated and kinda classist#or honestly just insecure. they're like the people who took out loans for college who don't want college to be free for others#because they're like Well i had to pay for college! so why can't everyone else pay for college?#and i'm not trying to say that to sound rude either. i used to be avidly anti-self dx and it was rooted in my own insecurities#about the legitimacy of my own mental illnesses which i had to fight tooth and nail to receive official confirmation#so yeah. just don't worry about it so much anon i promise it is not as important as people online make it out to be

ok so i’m into making badass skeleton memes now. I think I have a real gift for the genre. I mean, lookit how professional these came out. I did notice that when I added an additional word to one, i dropped it in the wrong spot, but i have seen other memes that mix up the words like that, and they don’t look nearly as professional as these babies do. So i decided to pretend like i did that on purpose for art reasons.
