How Often Should You Get A Professional Facial?
Tumblr media
Cost and time aside, we recommend to have a facial at least every 4 weeks to maintain and keep your skin in the best condition. After having a Facial when you are at home it is very important to take care of your skin by cleansing & Moisturising on daily basis in between your facials. Your beauty therapist will recommend suitable products for your skin type and condition based on your needs.
By doing regular facials you will starting to see and feel the difference in your skin. Why every 4 weeks? we recommend to have a facial because our skin cell turnover cycle is 28 days long. So getting a professional facial is very important to help the production of collagen & Elasticity in your skin. You also need to remember to use sun protection on your face to protect your skin. Facials can also help in clearing clogged pores and remove dead skin cell. A facial is essentially multi-step skin treatment that is one of the best ways to take care of your skin. A Facial cleanser, exfoliates, and nourish the skin, promoting a clear, well-hydrated complexion and it can help your skin look younger. A Facial is most popular spa treatment after a massage. It is also very important to keep that in mind that using a profession skin care at home will help to achieve the best results faster, the reason behind it after having 1 hour facial in day spa your skin feels most hydrated, clean and able to breath so imagine by using good skin care at home every day will enhance your results that will last for longer time of period. We use makeup everyday to hide all the discolouration and uneven skin tone and even to look and feel better, instead of hiding it behind the makeup its better to look after your skin so its in the best condition. Always clean your face with cleanser and then use a prescribed moisturiser followed by your primer and then foundation. It sounds too much of work but believe me using foundation directly on your face is the worse thing you can do face your face because foundation is there to cover the impurities not to fix them and shouldn’t absorb in your skin. By using primer under your moistures will help to create the barrier between your skin and foundation so it will not clogged your pores and stays where it should instead of going into the skin. Having a regular facials will help not only deeply cleansing your skin but also help to penetrate all the products into deeper level of your skin so you will get fast results that last longer. My favourite facial is Deep Cleansing & Microhydrabrasion that cleanse your skin very deeply so it can breath. I love helping all my clients to achieve the best results and when they leave happy that just makes my day.
Feel free to ask any question you may have and I will see you all very soon.

never ceases to amaze me how ppl are obsessed with assigning other characters's traits and story arcs to Izzy to pretend that He's The Only One Who-- (no, he isn't)
'cause yk there IS a character who has a casual disability/body difference that doesn't just exist when it's relevant to the plot (and is, in fact, not relevant to the plot at all, because it's not a narrative device). A character who starts out with hypermasculine posturing and tbh kinda femmephobic, and is then quite literally cured by gay love. Who's kinda weird and goofy, but depicted as hot and desirable, because that's what he is! Who goes through a traumatic event and finds catharsis and healing, and sure, lots of that happens off-screen and could be addressed in more detail, but when has that ever stopped fandom from writing novel-length metas and fanfics. Who has a beautiful, canon love story.
And on top of that he's a hilarious, sarcastic little shit, and just great fun to watch!
(It's Pete. I'm talking about my buddy, my best friend, my specialest boy Black Pete.)
But for some reason he tends to fall to the wayside in fandom. If he's talked about at all, there's a fandom-wide tendency to make him into the shitty, one-dimensional, disney-esque clown and comic relief character he notably is not in canon - and assign his actual arc and characteristics to a more palatable angry asshole.
Hmm.
Wonder why that is.

I was inspired by @thedivinelights' art to draw my own version of 2022 Scrooge and Marley where they're the same age.
AKA the au where they've been married for decades and Marley is forever fussing over Scrooge's appearance.

okay we need to get ready for bed so we can wake up on time for our appointment later because we have to go to a hospital in another city for it and weirdly I'm not as anxious as I thought I'd be at the moment but it is only the consultation and not the actual surgery so y'know

Oh my god making eye contact with specifically allistic people makes me so uncomfortable. Like they're so emotive and they're eyes seem so wide I feel like they're on crack and it scares me. I don't get that at all with other autistic people.

Didn’t do the first one cuz I recognized who it was nearly right away and didn’t feel like doing a from memory challenge lolol
The second one was really fun to follow along with, I based her crop top off a vampire squid cuz I thought that’d be cute. Also I discovered octopus have a sideways eyes! So I put something like that on the bows and in her eyes. I made her hair two twintails cuz they mention the hair has a bow “kinda like Miku” and twintails is what I got from that lolol. I also made the top of the ponytail into that round up-do cuz it kinda looks like the bulbous part of an octopus head.
I think she turned out really really cute!! I hope you like it!!

man it's been months since my top surgery now and i am still not entirely used to passing as a guy. like i was unwillingly assumed to be a cis woman for almost thirty entire years of my life, which meant i got kinda used to people assuming that about me. so now if i like answer the door when my parents aren't able to and the solicitor on the porch calls me "guy" and "man" i am internally just like ?????? even if i don't react in confusion externally

joe’s subtle facial expressions will continue to be the death of me!!!! what got me sucked into his acting was how his feeling of annoyance shifted to wonder when he sees nick in the first episode & there isn’t any exaggerated facial movements, just his eyes and the quirk of his mouth! and the S2 sneak peek as well you can sense hes excited coming into the classroom & how his face dropped when he didnt see nick, AGAIN, very subtle and before he even smiled and his face covered by kits hands you can just tell hes feeling relieved
