This song is so unbelievably Deadwood to me btw

The vibe of it, the fucking screaming of the vocals

It feels like it just fits the insanity so well, fits losing kids to the whispering woods, fits missing posters being stapled to trees. I can imagine the Unwitness Protection kids holding hands each time they get close to the woods, locking fingers and squeezing eachother and venturing in despite knowing they’re not supposed to. It feels like the other kids panic and misery when they realize William went in without any of them — of knowing if they do see him again, he won’t be the same

Finally getting to start watching Fallout and about 30 minutes into episode one I pause it because this score is phenomenal! Go to IMDb and if it isn't the one and only Ramin Djawadi! How did I not know that when it was being promoted?! This man is one of the greats.

A humble contribution to my fellow TF fans, and Fortuna Primigenia fans in particular - the cover image is pulled from here (absolutely stunning, by the way!), and the fic in question is masterfully crafted by our dearly beloved @ss-shitstorm - upon my most recent reread of this breathtaking epic, I tried to keep track of all the songs in chronological order as referenced per chapter and thought I’d share it here!

If I missed any music, selected the wrong artist (some of the titles had multiple singers and weren’t specified), or got any of them out of order, please shoot me an ask!

I hope y’all enjoy listening to this as much as I loved compiling all of these! It really does help the emersion and I have been admittedly listening to this nonstop for like three days straight now lol - I will never be able to listen to ‘As the World Falls Down’ without daydreaming about slow dancing with Ratchet ever again. *sighs dreamily*

Request for @sunstar-of-the-north , who requested Optimus on vacation, because he deserves some peace.

It might be unconventional... perhaps the first thing coming to mind when hearing the word "vacation" is beach or something amusing, but I wanted this to clearly convey "Optimus Prime ". I don't think he seeks amusement. Rest and peace is what he needs.

I believe that he finds the landscapes of Earth beautiful, and he certainly would find peace in a sequoia wood, where he can go unnoticed. Also, he's clearly a cultivated bot, always interested in learning about the culture and nature of the world he is in, therefore, I gave him a datapad with poetry for him to read, and a earthly companion:

A peacefully sleeping deer, because nothing horrible happened accidentally in this forest.

I painted this while listening Wonders by the Beauty of Gemina on endless repeat, and thus, now I have a developing Optimus Prime playlist.

This was hard as hell to put together since my YouTube app isn't working and I don't use Spotify any more. I have my CDs scattered across a couch in my bedroom, so I was using those and googling other albums I don't own. Had a hot streak between the first D and the I, then I got stumped trying to diversify the list instead of taking easy picks from my CDs that I wouldn't 100% back.
