Im gonna be mean and say that half the sprite mods for stardew valley look terrible. More power to you if you like it its just that they somehow manage to make every character look like a supermodel even though there just some guys in a fuckass village

thanks for the ask! I'm one of those simmers that picks favorites proudly im afraid, so this was a no brainer to me.

killian raith (they/it/he) , my not so sweet murder dog. if you've been following me before or since december you will be all too familiar with its face. i actually have an insane edit concept with them as the subject in the works, so if u wanna see more of it, stay tuned! (idk when that's gonna come out tho so don't rush me) I also have a lot of screenshots of it that i wanna edit as well. he's taken my mind hostage and there isn't a ransom.

as for least favorite... that's not that hard either tbh.

grant kaminski (he/him), also a killer! i originally made him for windbrook's slashed challenge back in october, and while i think i nailed down his vibe, i feel like i can do better. also i think he's just a dick with no chance of redemption so that's why i don't like him (ignore the fact that killian is also a dick, but he's trans so, diversity win!)

ok so top pic is a screenshot of the vita version i grabbed off youtube, bottom is a screenshot i just took from the ps4 port. this isn't the first time i've noticed different portraits being used but it's the first time i finally decided to actually check bc i thought i might just be misremembering. but no i've played p4g a million times and i was right they did switch portraits for some scenes. i don't remember off the top of my head the other ones i noticed

anyway that's weird i wonder why they changed portraits in some scenes. i'll try to keep an eye out for any other ones i notice
