I've...never seen a Grimer do that before! I've heard that they could, what with their bodies being primarily sludge and all, but I suppose shelter Mon act a little different than wild Mon!

Oh! Make sure they're breathing alright when they do this! Grimer breathe through their mouths until they evolve or grow older, so having the mouth closed off for long periods might be dangerous

got a grimer in at the shelter today but she's so shy she keeps sucking her face into her own body so she doesn't have to look at us

WE KNOW! WE KNOW, AND WE'RE REALLY WORRIED. UH. DUSK IS. NOT DOING SO WELL. I'M TRYING TO HOLD IT TOGETHER FOR US BOTH.

Dokutaro said he was gonna get revenge on us... it seems like he's following through with it. By going after them. I'm keeping Dusk offline right now, so she can't talk to Dokutaro. I don't want her to end up like them. I could fight Dawn or Twi, no problem. Even with their new legendaries. But Duskie? I wouldn't be able to. I'd hesitate, because it's her.

I... I can't lose Duskie, too.

I'm making this in a sleep deprived haze if this makes no sense uhhh. Pretend it does. Coherent formatting is dead and I killed it.

ANYWAY. *AHEM.* Wingull and Pelipper facts.

Wingull are VERY common on beaches and shorelines, and more abundant than other coastal birdmon like Delibird and Empoleon. They have adapted EXTREMELY well to life near cities and towns, and as you probably know, aren't afraid to pester people for scraps of food, which HAS given them the nickname of "Rattata with wings".

On the other hand, Pelipper are far more beloved. They're used for mail, as you all know, and in pop culture they're seen as friendly and helpful, if a bit daft. Though, the use of Pelipper for mail has indirectly led to the rise of Wingull populations near docks and piers.

They both eat fishmon btw! Wingull snatch them from the water with their little beaks, and have been observed diving to catch them! Pelipper, though, scoop gulps of seawater to swallow whole. They both prefer smaller, schooling species like Wishiwashi, but Wingull that live near cities have grown accustomed to foraging in the trash for food as well.

Uhh to care for them. Wingull are HARDY. They can be raised anywhere as long as they have access to the sea, really... They can hunt and clean themselves with diving, but their loud calls can be annoying to most. Pelipper are also pretty low-maintenance! They love to bob in the waves :) If you don't have access to an ocean, I do NOT recommend raising these guys; lakes don't substitute for the seas, and they don't do well with NO water.

Wingull aren't inherently dangerous as much as they're annoying... They might Get You while snatching food or belongings, but that doesn't hurt too bad. The thing you REALLY have to worry about is them deciding to shit right above you. Pelipper don't do much, though, don't worry about them! Both prefer to fly away from danger than face it head-on, they're pretty cowardly when food isn't involved.

I'm from Hoenn originally, so I'm VERY biased; One of the few memories that came back quickly after returning to civilisation was watching Champions Wallace and Steven battling other trainers. My mom told me about when I was really little and she took me to go see them. Said something about me happily squealing and saying "I wanna be a champion one day!" Hoping I can maybe get there, once I get used to life again, haha.

You know, one of the things I've noticed about this website is that there really is a lot of people from other regions! I've only seen a few other Galarians! I have quite a few questions, really.

But.. what really has me curious...

Who is everyone's favorite champion?
