Bee and Puppycat is a crazy ridiculous show with such comfy vibes and I highly recommend! The style’s really cute too, so yesterday during class I randomly thought it would be cool to redraw some screen shots with Team Galactic! (And redo the logo which I was particularly happy with lol)

they cooked with n’s castle theme it’s like if the piano before cynthia was allowed to play for several minutes for peak dramatic buildup. i mean the overall league theme was good but i was disappointed that the iconic theme i had been told to fear only played for a few dialogue boxes

Gris, back in Alola in Po Town got to help babysit and take care of some of the team skull kiddos and Ingo is very accustomed to baby sneasles and their antics as well as children at Gear Station.

Nothing prepares the two of them for twin gremlins that don’t want to sleep during nap time, stay up at ungodly hours, and eat as quick as they can spit up.

(CW: Talks of abuse) Pokémon do NOT experience animal abuse.

Animal abuse is a crime predicated on the idea that you are abusing a being lower than humans.

In just about every piece of Pokémon media, Pokémon are shown to at the very least, be on the level of consciousness and intelligence as any other human being. You can see them having emotions and rational thought, completely understanding human speech even if they can’t recreate it (though I’m of the mind that if someone just took the time to teach them, there’d be a heck of a lot more talking Pokémon about). Plus, Pokémon more than likely getting into battles to the death in the wild cause, surprise, they exist in a system of predators and prey, with many Pokémon being said to be the prey/predator of another. There are Pokémon that even are noted as liking and wanting to battle. With the powers they have, they absolutely would not willingly allow themselves to be abused.

No, actually abusing Pokémon is more akin to domestic violence. Think of Pokémon hatched from an egg to an abusive trainer; they don’t have a frame of reference of their power against their trainer and would absolutely stay under their grip, the same way a child would be born to abusive parents and are conditioned think that the abuse they experience is normal.

It is NOT abuse for Pokémon to accept a person as a trainer and to participate in battles that mimic the kind of fights they’re naturally inclined to have in the wild, without the threat of death or starvation to worry about. If you’re going to be mad at Pokémon abuse, get mad at the jackasses who steal Pokémon. That’s KIDNAPPING. And yes, that includes the PETA substitute themselves, Team Plasma. Imagine, in the real world, stealing people’s pets because them being domesticated is “animal abuse”, WHILE USING THOSE SAME PETS TO ATTACK OTHER PEOPLE.

I mean yeah by virtue of it being yelling. You can say the same thing with your indoor voice champ. But the tags vs the actual crimes. Ehhhhhh words hard :(((

Okok so. When I do a crime you have like a substantial reason to act. I’m doing something against you, I’d fight back and yell too! Online though I’m not doing shit. Well I’ll rib on you on here if you’re dumb in my inbox but I’m not tracking your IP to hack into your PC and transfer your pokémon to me. I have tinkatok attention span and just typing all that out took too much effort. Yelling at me about it on here is like insulting someone you pass in the street. Even if the insult was genuine, you didn’t have to interact and expose yourself to it more. You didn’t even have incentive outside of you wanted you.

The same thing happens in the type tags. Posts that use #op dislikes fire types gets people in the replies and reblogs going “OMA hating a whole type is bigotry” “is op serious ONE CHARIZARD COUGHED ON YOU BRO LIKE 😭” and it’s just. If you don’t like these kinds of people then there’s a few ways of making sure you don’t have to see them.

After the Darkest Day incident with Macro Cosmo Oleana needed to find a new job, and had all the qualifications for a management position in a different kinda shady highly influential conservation organization. Lucky for her after Faba’s demotion the Aether foundation had an opening!

I think Oleana’s awesome lol, definitely one of the stand out characters from Swsh, but the rest of Macro Cosmo was kinda underwhelming so I wanted to try putting her in a cooler evil team! I think she’d get along with Lusamine quite well, I’d love to see them girl bossing their way across the regions!
