Simone Biles women's individual all-around gymnastic gold medal performance!!! 🏅 She was in total control, executing every movement with precision and grace. She knew she was gonna win. You could see it in her eyes and that radiant smile. Simone is not only the most decorated gymnast with the most Olympic medals, at the age of 27, she's also the oldest athlete to have ever won this title!! And she's still going strong!! She's so exciting to watch. She's a delight!! She jumps so high and spins so fast, all the time making it look very easy. She's the best and she proved it!! I love how she encourages and cheers on her teammates and competition!! She's a class act and a great person besides being one of the greatest athletes to have ever competed in any sport. Congratulations, Simone!! Great job.

Howdy folks, this week in the project I spent working on some preliminary combat systems, like flinching and poise mechanics! Getting combat to feel weighty is tough, but I'm pretty happy with the progress so far. Especially flinching, I have it currently calculating the point of contact between the colliders and using that to get a direction that the attack is coming from to make the victim flinch in the according direction. When poise is broken it also briefly slows down time a lot, it really gives it a lot of emphasis but its still a work shopped idea, not entirely sure if I'll keep it in the long run. Flavia Saraiva, from the Brazilian Women's Gymnastics Team, started off sooooooo well. Unfortunately, she fell during her routine. She should get an award for the way she carried on after that fall. She was poised, graceful, and had a big smile on her face. She was enchanting. That's hard to do. She gets the gold in poise, in my opinion!!! It was a great routine!!
