If you bottled kindness it would definitely be AllieCat shaped!! She was so sweet and I'm thankful we unintentionally matched because it meant we ended up talking to her for a few hours over the weekend and I'm happy to call her a friend now!! A silly lil edit because why not 🤌🏻

The dungeon meshi cosplay scene was SO GOOD this year. We ended up just camping out near the entrance of the dealers hall portion of the exhibit hall and saw all these cool cats!!

We kept seeing Helldivers 2 cosplayers on Friday and Saturday and we were crossing our fingers for Sunday and the luck held out!!!

I wanted to get better about taking people's pictures again (and actually posting them lol) and I think I did a better job this year! Definitely easier with Mario Bros cosplays compared to plagues!

I did a really long tour around the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It’s an incredible structure, so impressive even though it’s very deteriorated. The ruins around the area are gorgeous too!

Just spent 45 minutes painting my face like gideons and putting together a whole costume just so that I would have something to text my crush about (we had talked ab it earlier in the day), and then I realized that that’s literally the most Gideon thing ever. Like that’s straight up what she does with harrow, even though she won’t admit it. Life replicates art? Dykes replicate dykes?

One of things my sister and I joked about while rewatching was the fact that Mirajane starts modeling for sorcerer weekly following lisanna's death. Like it's only been 2 years now and she's already doing pin up photo shoots. It feels like such a weird character choice to make honestly. I could see pre lisanna death Mirajane posing. And in fact I intend to keep that idea because her personality really did fit the idea of someone who would do a lot of chaotic things that might be a bad idea (like posing for bikini photos as someone who is barely an adult to show off you control your body). But post lisanna Mira at an indeterminate time in the past 2 years decided "you know what would help" and it's kind of hilarious.
