I don’t know if anyone ever mentioned this, but the actual name for the “Phineas and Ferb effect” is actually called, “Yhprum's law.” It’s literally the opposite of Murphy’s law.

Idk if its a common opinion or not but I actually HATE the rap part of pressure like it feels like it takes away the sentiment of the song and makes me so sad

Okay, I am losing it. To any and every Phineas and Ferb fan out there please help me out.
I've just been down a P&F rabbithole and found a couple of people saying that the song "Mysterious Force" from the movie Phineas & Ferb Across the 2nd Dimension was cut from the movie.
This was weird for me bc I clearly remember it being in the movie.
Just for some key context:
I did not see the movie on DVD (which from what i've read has the deleted scene as a bonus scene)
I watched the movie on TV near the time of release
I live in South America, so i am thinking there's a chance that the release was slightly different? (This also may mean i could've seen it in spanish instead)

Summary: Tabloid gossip comes with the turf when you're regionally famous. Unfortunately for Zack and Melissa, it also comes with the turf when you used to be regionally famous, (and apparently when you hang out a lot with someone formerly regionally famous, too.)
[set shortly after The Phineas and Ferb Effect]
Word Count: 717
a/n: HAPPY LUMBERJACK DAY! Decided to celebrate by finally posting this! It's a pretty short oneshot, but maybe later I'll add more chapters! For now, I hope you guys enjoy this!
Taglist: I don’t currently have a taglist for Milo Murphy's Law or Zalissa fics! if you’d like to be added to one, let me know!
Also on ao3!
Regionally Famous Rumors
Zack was feeling pretty good about himself– he'd just helped save the world from being overrun by Pistachios for the second time, and it's a wonder what that'll do for your confidence.
He smiled as he stuck a new photo of their adventures in his locker, one of himself and his two best friends, along with the gang they'd met from the other side of town, at the end of the last episode– the last episode of Doctor Zone, that they'd all watched together. It was a selfie Baljeet had taken with them all– and Zack hadn't realized until after he printed out that the reason for Melissa's mischievous smile in the picture was the bunny ears she'd given him in the photo.
He rolled his eyes as he closed his locker door, and when he did so, he saw Melissa marching down the hallway in his direction, eyebrows furrowed.
 "Good morning, Melissa," he said.
"What is this?" Melissa asked, pointing at her smartphone.
 "Uh, a phone?"
"I mean, what's this on my phone?"
 "A cracked screen protector?"
"No," Melissa snapped, "what is this article from Regionally Famous Celebrity Gossip?"
"How should I know?" Zack asked, "I never read those articles. They're all about attention-hogging pretty boys who can't go ten minutes without seeing their name in the news."
 "Even when they're about you?"
"Me?" Sites like this hadn't mentioned him since he and the Lumberzacks split.
"Unless there's another attention-hogging pretty boy who can't go ten minutes without seeing his name in the news and who happens to be named Zack Underwood."
Zack took the phone from her hand and read the webpage out loud.
"Former Lumberzacks lead singer dating mystery girl. Certified sources have confirmed that Zack Underwood, former star of regionaly-famous teen boyband The Lumberzacks is currently dating an unknown redhead."
Melissa looked at him. He looked at Melissa.
 "Woah," he said.
"I know." Melissa crossed her arms.
He still didn't know why Melissa cared so much about what cheap tabloids said about him, so he deflected his ignorance with humor, "You'd think the journalists at Regionally Famous Celebrity Gossip would know how to spell 'regionally.'"
"That's not the point," Melissa said, taking her phone back, "apparently that Baljeet kid posted pictures from his 'big adventure with Zack from the Lumberzacks' all over your fansites, and when the rest of the lumberjacks-and-jills saw me in all the pictures, and asked if we were together, he didn't do much to dissuade them."
"Wait," Zack said, grabbing her phone out of her hands, "they think you're the mysterious redhead I'm dating?"
"Duh," Melissa said, "how many other mysterious unknown redheads have pictures with you all over the internet?"
"It's not all over the internet," Zack reasoned, trying to keep a level head, "just a few sites."
"Right," Melissa said, "and there's no reason to believe anyone who actually matters saw those articles."
"Right," Zack nodded, "besides, nobody actually believes those clickbait gossip articles anyways."
Just then, Milo came running up to them.
"Melissa! Zack!" he yelled down the hall. Milo tripped on a loose floor tile, which sent him to the ground, falling at their feet.
"Milo, are you okay?" Melissa asked.
He ignored her concern entirely and held up his phone to them.
"Why didn't you guys tell me you were dating?" Milo asked.
Melissa pinched the bridge of her nose while Zack began repeatedly banging his head against his locker.
"Milo, we're not dating," Melissa said sternly, helping Milo off the floor.
"Well of course we're not dating!" Milo teased, "Zack's my best friend! I'd never steal his girlfriend."
"She's not my girlfriend!" Zack said, "it's just tabloid gossip. It comes with the territory when you're famous."
 "Regionally famous," Melissa corrected.
"Regionally famous," Zack sighed, "but don't worry, Milo. If there was anything between Melissa and I…"
 "...which there isn't…" Melissa interjected.
"...you'd be the first to know." Zack put his hand on Milo's shoulder.
"Oh, I know," Milo said, "I'd never believe those pesky paparazzi anyways."
 "Good," Melissa said.
"It's a shame the rest of school does though."
Melissa and Zack looked across the hallway to see the rest of their classmates on their phones, each of them very clearly saying something about "Melissa and Zack."
This was gonna be a long day.

Day in Fandom History: January 5…
Milo, Zack, and Melissa have to work together with Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Buford, and Baljeet to overcome Murphy’s Law and stop the Pistachion invasion before Derek unleashes his ultimate plan, while Dakota, Cavendish, Orton Mahlson, Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry try to prevent the invasion in the past. The first episode of Season 2, “The Phineas and Ferb Effect”, premiered on this day, 5 Years Ago.

PnF Headcanon; One of the reasons Perry’s OWCA’s greatest agent is that he got a LOT of practice trying to keep the Flynn-Fletcher kids safe from themselves. Before Phineas and Ferb learned about “safety” they used to make a lot of dangerous things that nearly got him killed while Candace was—Candace. (Meaning she would end up in wild situations that she would need help to get out of, just like now.) To this day, Perry has war flashbacks to the trouble they used to get into, just like when Monogram remembers the academy. Fortunately, those wild and unpredictable situations they created managed to get Perry in top form and prepared for ANYTHING. (I imagine that if Perry’s brainwashed and he hears one of Candace’s shrieks, he’ll instantly snap out of it.)

Mmm, yes, the Phineas and Ferb Marvel crossover episodes were better than Infinity War and Endgame.

Escape from Phineas Tower is so funny because like. Phineas and Ferb's friends are like. OK. We'll deal with a lot of weird stuff. Dangerous stuff. But this tower. It's where we draw the line. This out of everything is where they draw the line. Ant Pheromones. Of course. Sketchy intergalactic internet ads. Sure. A plane whose wing has fallen off and is now duck taped on. Absolutely. Giant deadly maze, why not? But no to the fancy escape room. It's not the first time a line has been drawn, but it is always funny to see where the rest of the gang draws the line.
And on one hand, Phineas and Ferb do get out of the tower. They could handle it. But. They are very much actually in danger (though this isn't new, per se, and they've never been very easily bothered by danger). And then the tower goes evil and actively starts trying to kill them, and then keeps them trapped even when they do get out. Phineas admits to being in mortal terror. Also this whole time Candace is napping, so she doesn't call mom during this episode. So the "threat" of discovery by mom isn't there. And Doof's invention is the reason the tower went evil in the first place, so he's the cause of the conflict not its resolution. The conflict is instead the mortal danger is the motivation and the boys have to get rid of the tower house themselves. So its the rare occasion the boys have to you know. Deal with a threat and the results of whatever Doof's doing. The even rarer occasion that they actually have to deal with a problem they caused. And Candace isn't there to help them. Genuinely if you think about it the reason the boys ended up in so much trouble because Candace wasn't there to bail them out by getting mom. And they don't even really solve the problem. Just put it off for the future. Like, sure the air pressure in the galaxy is negligible, and it did prevent an invasion in classic PnF effect fashion. But they didn't fix the problem of a tower trying to kill them. And they don't even really realize the break in the pattern. (The only time I think they realize the pattern is in an alternate universe). I swear Candace is like 60% of the reason these kids are alive. (The other 40% being other Phineas and Ferb effect related outcomes). Also, Candace napping the whole time provides this minor side plot where the other kids are basically bullying her. The classic pranks you play on a sleeping person. And general tests of seeing how much they can do without her falling asleep. In case you ever wondered how the rest of the kids felt about Candace. They just. Bully her without hesitation. Candace really is just a tired older sister of not just one, not just two, but five weird kids who are probably all too smart for their own good.
Of course its paired with Remains of the Platypus which is another one of my favorite episodes, for how it breaks the formula in a completely different way. And just. One of my favorite pairs of episodes.
