Agere!PQ2 Protag Headcanons

A/N: I hardly know the plot to Q2 because I was trying to emulate it and it kept softlocking but I imagined the protags all regressing together and couldn’t help myself from writing them (I couldnt find a gif with all 4 of them)

- Minako is the oldest and slips around 4, Yu teeters around 2 and 3, and Akira & Minato having around the same headspace of about 1. They’re all sweet when they’re on their own, but when they regress together, they can get sorta chaotic >:) Their parties would all agree they become quite the handful.

-Minako takes up the role of the leader in their little schemes! They somehow manage to sneak away from their groups flawlessly. (Probably thanks to Akira’s Phantom Thief expertise) They pretty much get away with it, until someone looks over and finds them just gone.

-They don’t do anything dangerous, they just want to explore a bit! The theater’s big and it’s kinda in their nature to be so curious about the world. They try going to the food court, going to the different movie showings, everything! The first time they wandered off, all their teams were panicked, but not to worry, Margaret returned them safe and sound.

-Yu and Minako can really get Akira and Minato out of their shells. Those two are actually pretty similar when they’re regressed. They’re both quiet and reserved, though Akira is very shy. It took a bit before ‘Kira warmed up to them.

-Minato’s reservedness is something that Minako’s not unused to, in and out of his regression. And surprisingly the stuff that works on her brother works on Akira too! Asking him what he wants to do, asking for his opinion on things, pretty much anything to get him engaged in whatever their doing will get him comfortable.

-Minato and Yu have this weird deja vu vibe about each other like their supposed to know each other. Because of this, they become close real quick! Minato switches between clinging to Yu and Minako. Yu can read Minato easily, almost as well as his own sis!

-Minato and Akira both prefer quiet activities so they often find themselves doing something like coloring together! It’s more like parallel play, but they���re having fun nonetheless! They color things for each other!!

-Actually they would all color and make up their own Phantom Thief-sonas because they think when Akira is Joker, he’s super cool!! They’d draw up their costumes and pretend to be their own band of Phantom Thieves. More fuel to their schemes! The theater is the palace and all the snacks of the food court is the treasure!

-If Hikari was off to go play with some of the other groups, Nagi would spend all her time fawning over the little protags! She takes them on little walks throughout the theater and watches them as they play. She also spoils them wayy too much. They come back to the lobby and their groups are like, “Why are they bouncing off the walls??” “Oh, I might’ve let them have a slushie, and some chocolate, and some popcorn, and…”

-She’d read to them old scripts from movies and other productions that she hopes to make one day. She has a whole book dedicated to scripts of sorts and other musings of hers. She reads them to sleep. You need your rest before going in and out of labyrinths, right? Minato and Akira are pretty much out like lights. Minako tries to stay up through them and fails, but somehow Yu stays awake. Though not for much longer because she’ll hum him to sleep.

• An incredibly gentle caregiver to have around, he’s excellent at soothing fussy littles in particular.

• He loves cooking for his littles and the rest of the Phantom Thieves (I hc all of them as a little, cg or flip!), his curry is top notch.

• He’s great at caring for injuries whether it’s in the metaverse or in reality, he’s always carrying cute, colourful band-aids to help patch his littles up.

• He loves to play video games with his little on his lap, he has a tendency to let them win everytime!

• Despite his cool demeanour, he’s incredibly affectionate, constantly giving his little one hugs and kisses whenever they ask for it.

• He’s excellent when it comes to bedtimes, he’s more then happy to read stories or hum lullaby’s to soothe his little to sleep.

• He loves holding his little in his arms whenever they want uppies, due to his frequent metaverse treks he’s pretty strong!

• He tends to fall asleep first when relaxing with his little, often while watching movies.
