Kar’niss: *splayed out on the ground like the glue trap meme blubbering out big frightened tears* m-majesty- *whimpers and swats at scratch as the dog gently boops him with his nose again before licking him* MAJESTYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

Tav: *walks over* what’s going on?? Aw thank you for finding him scratch. *pats him* good boy. *picks Kar’niss up* Aw buddy he won’t eat you-

Kar’niss: *blubbering and trembling as he grabs onto them and refuses to let go* m-majesty saved me! Majesty saved meeeee!!

My BG3 tactician run is going swimmingly.

Some spoilers below the cut for anyone who hasn't played BG3 (LOL is there people who haven't played ?).

Prepare for a screenshot dump as I haven't posted in a while.

So this will probably be a few post - I went and did the Creche, almost forgot the Underdark, remember the blacksmith plans and then Grymforge. Then went back to the Mountain pass to take that way to the Shadowlands as I normally go the other way. LOTS of screenshots, not all great, but I had fun.

First - this baby boy - I love the owlbear cub so much. I wish Larian would let us name him. I mean, we have Scratch and Shovel, couldn't we call him Screech?And Astarion scaring him off but looking so pretty while doing it.

It was at this point I went - oh fuck, I forgot Ethel! Only got a shot of this pretty thing...oh Lorin, go off and live a boring life.

Seeing as our dog son is named 'Scratch' and he is clearly the owlbear cub's new big brother, i propose we name our owlbear son 'Maul'. It's what I've been calling him for ages and i think its cute! Scratch and Maul.

DATV has barely been out a week and people are already arguing over if it's better/worse than BG3 but I'm just out here saying 'yay two cakes' because now I have TWO graveyard dates to go on, TWO gentleman professors of magic to romance, TWO elven hunks who love animals to tenderly gaze into the eyes of. I can pet the owlbear cub AND I can pet Assan. I'm sandwiched between Taash and Karlach's abs as I speak.
