Chains is the clownmask guy with the lines over his eyes (his buddy there with the flag on his forehead is Dallas) ANYWAY: There's a skill in this game that lets you revive people instantly at range (normally you have to be right next to them and it takes a while). And when you use the skill, your guy just yells "GET THE FUCK UP" and whoever it is you're looking at shrugs off their wounds and gets the fuck up.
