This might be what makes me eat a steak 😜 Surf & Turf in Creamy Cajun Sauce INGREDIENTS: 1 tsp olive oil 5 ounces steak 7 ounces shrimp 10.5 ounces cauliflower 1/2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup veg broth 1 cup almond milk 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 clove garlic 2 Tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese 1 tsp lemon juice Sprinkle parsley DIRECTIONS: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steaks and sear until lightly browned on both sides and cooked to the desired level of doneness, before setting aside. Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and let it melt before adding the shrimp and cooking until just pink on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side, and set aside. In a separate small pot, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute. Add the vegetable broth and deglaze the pan by scraping up any brown bits from the bottom with a wooden spoon as the broth sizzles. Add the almond milk, mix in the dijon mustard and cajun seasoning, bring to a low boil and let simmer for a minute. Mix in the cheese and let it melt into the sauce. Mix in the lemon juice, parsley and shrimp then set aside. Place cauliflower florets (uncooked) into blender or food processor. Once riced, add to frying pan and steam with a small amount of water. Plate the rice then add steak and creamy shrimp sauce and serve! I began my journey August of 2015. Plenty of Ups & Downs, I would lose weight but bounce back quickly, but did I quit .. almost really wanted to but I didn’t. It wasn’t until last year April 2017 I went through what is called a Calorie Deficit & started building that momentum and also found a physical activity that I completely fell in love with. This stud muffin got rid of some weight through a calorie deficit. What is you mean?
It’s amazing to find a program that is let’s you eat your yummy meals aka brownies and Mac and cheese with high protein and low calorie, making my cut easier.
But it’s quite great that you can lose all the weight, feel amazing, follow a curriculum that is EASSSYYY!!! Just by doing what I did, I ATE but instead this program you don’t use an App like I did that counts your Macronutrients and calories it’s already done for you. Like WOW!!!! It’s all packed and ready to go, No pills , It’s not a DIET. It’s a habit creator which I love most about it and helps your mind shifts with your body and helps you lose the weight you have.
Today we are 90 days out until the New Years. Simple eating habits help in the long run. Thus my 2 second week on the plan and my body finally figured out what was it doing. Down 5lbs but I feel Lean ✨🌻

How simple and fun! These are great for your next party! Greek Salad Bites MAKES 1 SERVING: · 3 GREENS · 2 HEALTHY FATS · 3 CONDIMENTS INGREDIENTS: 3.6oz English cucumber 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese 8-10 olives, halved 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil Directions Cut 1/2-inch-thick diagonal slices from the cucumber, and then quarter each slice. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Top each with a piece of feta and then an olive half. Stab a toothpick through a tomato half, then thread through one of the cucumber stacks, pushing the toothpick down to secure it.
