Sorry I'm just so shook after seeing a rumor that Ong Seongwoo isn't in top 12 with votes anymore do you think this rumor is true? 😔

I DONT WANT IT TO BE TRUE. Most of the rumors have a common trend of him (and Jaehwan rip) not being in top 11, but quantity does not equal truth so I’m not sure. I also don’t see how it makes sense, unless Daniel himself didn’t rank high or he was paired w/ someone else or people just didn’t vote for both, because I thought the Ongiel voting fandom would be strong enough to help both maintain their places. 

I don’t think we’ve ever had a ranking rumor that’s had the majority of them correct so I’m trying to continue to be hopeful because Ong is one of the trainees that I NEED, that the nation NEEDS, in top 11 because he’s such an all rounder: visuals, vocals, dance, variety, the ability to be a ham and not get on my nerves??? 

Sigh. I’m gonna be so disappointed if he isn’t in top 11.

Produce 101

This is just a list of my ideals and tops of who I’d like to end up in final lineup in no specific order but here we gooo ~

1. Kim Jonghyeon : The epitome of nation’s leader. He worked his ass off and debuted as one of the youngest leaders in the industry. Even though he suffered through so much hardship he continues to persevere and his humbleness is glorious - he honestly deserves all the love in the world. The group would be led beautifully with his kindness and his optimism. 

2. Kim Jaehwan : Power vocals - amazing fucking power vocals. The group needs one and he is a very reliable person for his vocal technique and color. AND it would be awesome to see an individual trainee make it into the final lineup. He has the idol glow and even though he knows he’s weak on dancing, the clips that displayed his hard work shows that he’s a guy who will work hard to achieve his dreams. 

3. Kang Daniel : Aside from his undeniable bunny charm and his daddy love for baby woojin, he’s an incredible dancer. His b-boying skills are on point and he’s very lovable. I think his charisma and character would light up a stage and he’s shown that he’s a capable singer on top of being able to rap. The boy deserves a spot. 

4. Ong Seungwoo : All rounder who’s the other half of Daniel (we can’t deny ongiel their love and friendship alright) I find his straightforward humor really refreshing and his abilities to be superb. The fact that he has over 10 years of experience in the realm of dancing says something and I just really enjoy his presence. 

5. Yoon Jisung : Oh my god don’t get my started on my son - my bff, my fave. He’s absolutely adorable and hilarious. The comedic traits he possesses are charming and it’s so honest. I always forget his age and the fact that he’s worked so hard to keep up with the industry is so deserving of a place. He can sing and he’s fucking gorgeous and god, the hate he got for his ranking broke my heart. He needs to be in the final lineup. 

6. Park Jihoon : I didn’t get the hype around the wink boy until a couple of episodes later when I started to pay attention to him more. His visuals are A+ but his dancing abilities were the thing to really catch my eye. I think he’d be one of the contenders for center and I think it would suit him well, he’d be a good one to keep (plus korea loves him). 

7. Kim Samuel : This boy has been training for five years and internationally, he’s only 15. He’s literally given up his teenage years, his youth to chase this dream of becoming an idol. He can sing, dance and rap and the fact that he tries so hard to be acknowledged more than just a kid is so heart wrenching. He’s definitely one to keep an eye for and I hope that he’ll be showered with love. 

8. Lee Daewhi : Ok I won’t lie and say he wasn’t a little annoying from the first couple of episodes but the backlash he got was far too harsh. Seeing how this is a competition, I get what he was trying to do and his approach might have been aggressive but he’s so young. He’s clearly well liked among the other contestants to be voted center and his skills are undeniable when it comes to singing and dancing. He belongs at the top and I hope for his debut!

9. Lai Guanlin : He was voted from the beginning due to his visuals but the more I see his growth in episodes, the more I see his potential increasing. The fact that he’s a foreigner also reflected his more shut in character which was understandable. Whenever he appears on stage, he seems to light it up and let me tell you, the boy was born to be an idol. And I’m sure if he’s in the final group lineup, he’ll go miles further to his journey toward stardom. 

10. Hwang Minhyun : CEO sunbaenim haha. But I seeing how Minhyun is, I think he’d be great for the group where he can balance everyone out with reason and love. He’s kind and caring and his voice is smooth like vanilla. I’d love to see him be a part of the final and continue smiling brightly as he stands on stage. 

11. Park Woojin : The boy has skills that nobody can deny and I think it would be great for him to be a part of the final lineup. The boy knows how to choreograph and he was slept on for so long. Seeing him perform on stage is electrifying and I’m sure he’d deliver powerful performances that’ll leave the audience in a trance.
