I was really surprised when I found it. I forget how I made it, lol. But I think he could write this book, why not.

What’s the oldest published book you’ve ever bought? I bought a book from a used book store by Tolstoy that is (I realised today) 108 years old. Kinda cool to think of all the people who’ve read that exact copy since 1916 all the way to 2024…
Absolutely. I loveeee old books. Finding them feels like discovering some ancient tie between humanity—the eternal love of literature. It’s a fantastic feeling.
I found this collection of Robert Burns’ poetry in a library’s used bookstore once and bought it for about $7, I think. There isn’t a publication date inside, but there was a NOTE. The note is dated: 1884! So, who knows when it was published! But it’s at least 140+ years old. :)
I really love this little book. The illustrations and the cover are beautiful. I would be thrilled to see your Tolstoy book, too :)
What a great question, thank you for asking, dear. :)

"Within the dusty confines of an ancient library, a weathered tome emerges, its surface marked with the stains of time. The parchment bears an intriguing invitation, extending a mysterious welcome to the long-abandoned halls of Castle Cainhurst. Curiously, the invitation is addressed to none other than yourself. Waste no time in contemplation; the journey to this enigmatic castle begins promptly, departing from the quaint village of Hemwick Crossing."
