Oh that thing? Massive fan, has practically consumed me. No, I haven’t seen it, but I’ve read and seen a lot with these two kissing and that’s basically the same thing.

I need help finding a Destiel fic. I started reading it ages ago after one of you (idk if you follow me but I’m hoping someone does. I mean I know someone does but—well you know what I mean shh) outlined it and then tagged me when it was ready because I said it sounded great. Anyway. It went like this:

• Dean works in a lodge in the mountains that houses hikers if they were caught out in bad weather/it got too dark type of thing. They also serve food etc.

• It opens in the pouring rain and the place is super full and the last room left for Cas is Dean’s.

• Dean gets an instant crush, Cas comes back a few times and they, um, explore the crush (it’s an explicit work).

• I remember Jo works there too and Ellen owns it, or at least manages it.

It was so beautifully written and so hnnnngggggg and I SWEAR I kept the tab open but I can’t find it in my many thousands of tabs (and yeah I’ve checked them all many times), I can’t find it in my Ao3 history aaaand this was when I was new to Ao3 so I didn’t bookmark it. If you know it, or if you wrote it pleeeeease remind me what it’s called, I never got to finish it and I think about it all the time.

You know something tumblr needs to add? FOLDERS! I have so many liked fics and posts from different fandoms that I love but I have to scroll through over 4,000 to find the one I want. I am not even exaggerating! @staff y'all need to add this!! It would make things so much easier!

As a fanfiction writer and reader, I have so much respect for fanfiction and the authors and the work that goes into it... but god I need a second to admit just how much I hate yandere writing. I'm sorry, you guys are so creative and don't ever let anyone tell you what you can or can't do, but does anyone else just hate yandere stuff?? It's just, I love reading things where the characters are accurate! And they never are in this stuff -- they're all SO out of character and I just hate it. I love you authors though, and I hope u keep writing what makes you happy <3
