i Am doing a full loop to get the odile thing though... and in doing so i realized apparently i didn't go through the friend quests manually enough times, sif just had a bit of a mental breakdown abt odile's. which does lead up to the last-loop breakdown better!

NOOO I WAS 3/4 OF THE WAY THRU THIS LOOP TO GET A CERTAIN SCENE AND i was on autopilot and meant to use a crest on the tears but i didn't have the crest yet so selecting "yes" meant touching them and dying fuck meee

i hadn't saved at each floor bc i didn't want to touch my save files w this new offshoot canon...

i'm not actually quite sure what info gets carried over from the previous loop when you loop back to the same floor instead of the beginning or forwards? i'm just gonna try and do floor 3 again and see if it works....

either relooping level 3 messed it up or i wasn't able to get enough suspicion points bc the plantain chips didn't make me sick. gonna go slip on the banana five times and try again

2024 Art Summary

It's crazy that another year has passed just like that and now, in the blink, 2024 is over and 2025 is on the horizon.

I had a crazy busy year on the personal life level, so unfortunately I didn't find much time to do drawing or my creative hobbies as much as I did in 2023. Nonetheless, I'm particularly proud of myself venturing to do more backgrounds and I've greatly improved in lighting and the use of filters, as well as in drawing hands -- which is something I greatly struggled with in the past.

Going through the months:

January: Moon's Tides (Lei) - I drew this when I was really saddened by some of my friendships. I think this piece really conveyed the loneliness and I felt at the time, and I'm very proud of the lighting and the background. The moon seems to be about to swallow Lei, along with the waves.

February: Lei in the city (redraw) - This was supposed to be 1 year redraw from my first illustration of Lei back in Jan 2023! I drew the sketch in January but ended up finishing in February... oops. I think it's so cool to see the improvement that I made in 1 year ;w; I hope I can redraw it again in 2025 but that's coming up real fast huh 💀

March: Fern in a never-posted postcard print I drew of the Frieren trio in their winter outfits. I printed some fanart but it unfortunately never sold so I lost confidence :') I never posted this piece. I might try to redraw it next year. I really like the Frieren's trio's winter outfits.

April: Birthday Ceres! I was really busy this month and didn't get much drawing done T_T but I did draw birthday Ceres WITH A HAND!!! OMG!!! I also drew a cool-lighting piece with Umbra but her face is wonky so I don't like that piece as much. I think Ceres turned out SOOOOO cute here and her expression is sOOO pretty! Someone said she looked like a goddess and they're so right

May: future Lei piece in front of her clinic. I love this piece so much 🥺 A future Lei working in her clinic with her friends. It's named ELC which stands for Elise, Lei and Ceres 🥺🥺🥺 In my headcanon, Gigi works there too 🥺🥺 I think her expression is really pretty and I love her outfit LOL its not very practical but... FASHIONNNN

June: The mermaid piece I intended to draw for mermay but didn't finish in time T_T This piece made me think of a mermaid AU for MERtalline LOL In this AU Vail is a surfer and Lei + doctor friends are mermaids :3 Unfortunately Leii got washed up ashore and landed into a very confused Vail's lap. I'm soooo proud of this piece and I think it's my master piece of 2025 with the lighting + two characters + BG??? I popped off frfr

July: I didn't do a lot personal art since Art Fight was taking place during this month! But I wanted to draw Gigi and so I did! I think I'm pretty decent at drawing beach BGs and I used a lot of references for that during the time! I think Gigi is so fun to draw but she's also intimidating because she needs to look very fierce and pretty at the same time

August: Another Gigi piece -- this time her bday art! In August, the main series I finished was the bunny girl series, but I think just in terms of technicality and style, the Gigi birthday piece I am a bit more proud of. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVED my bunny girl series though! I made some stickers of them and I really want to finish the bunny girl sticker series T_T I drew Umbra, Lei, and Nekoya in it and I'm hoping to add Charlotte and Ceres but we'll see... I might redraw Umbra cuz she's hard to cut :'D

September: Another birthday art piece... My OC birthday series honestly slaps. This one is of Lei!!! Clearly I have a favourite this year and clearly it's Lei because she appears in all my favourite pieces 😭😭😭 She's my muse this year and might be for a bit of time ;w; Anyways I really think I improved in my drawing and my Sept 2023 vs Sept 2024 birthday art of her shows!!! I STRUGGLED so hard with that hand she's holding up so I'm so proud of myself for finishing it ;w; September was a bit rough for me personally but I'm glad I had more time to do my hobbies such as drawing

October: Started getting busy again but I managed to squeeze out this VERY CUTE headshot of my OC artemis!!! (aka timberwolf, aka cyberpunk nova but not nova) I think every hacker needs a bubblegum illustration and this is the one I gave her!!! I just really like her expression here and how I drew her hand! I wish I had more time to draw in October cuz it was OC-tober T_T there were so many cool prompts T_T but I lacked the time T_T maybe next year ;w;

November: I wanted to draw so many things in November but I was very busy dying TM. So unfortunately I didn't finish many WIPS I started :'D But ultimately I think the piece that is the most technically challenging was this one! I had fun with the intense red lighting and I think it portrays the sensation of unease/ portrays the mood I was going for very well :3 It features a new OC, Lei's cousin Althea. Because I love Lei and I keep expanding her lore XD

December: I got to draw a bit more in December but still not enough T_T so many OCs to draw + so many cool ideas but too little time cri. But I really wanted to draw some more holiday art esp after last year... cannot bear to look at it anymore orz. I originally drew a very cute sketch that featured all of Lei's friends but realized I couldn't draw so many characters in a short time... so I decided to draw just the Ceres sketch and with Lei :3 Because #besties. ANYWAYS in the end, I really like how this piece turned out and I played with layer masks a bit too! My favourite is the lil hidden detail in the otherwise simple BG -- Vail is taking the pic! It was fun to add that messy detail in :3

I don't know what future is in store for 2025, but I'm certain I will continue to draw my OCs for my indulgent self and continue to grow as an artist if I continue to draw. Thank you for continuing to support me, and I sincerely hope that I can fulfill some of my creative goals next year!

Hopefully starting with the Love, Lei visual novel :3 It's still in the plans; just haven't had the time to work on it yet 😭

First of all - as the fan of And Then We Danced / და ჩვენ ვიცეკვეთ (2019) I was absolutely obsessed with the way "normal people" live in Georgia and I was not even hiding it. Just look at all these houses, they look so much like neighbourhood of Merab Lominadze!!!😍🥰🥹

Here is European Square and buildings that are not old but trying hard to look like they are:

In Adjarian Museum I found a sculpture ("Tbel Abuseridze", sculpted by Otar Darchia and Madud Bolkwadze) and it brings me joy to think that my picture "In Sickness And In Health" have a bit similar style!😏

Also spotted sculpture of two cranes - obviously reminding me to finally draw Merab and Irakli as dancing cranes🫣

I arrived at the beach and - OMG, "First Love", they are sooo much like Merab and Irakli in ATWD!!!😭

Trying to dip legs in Black Sea turned up to be a challenge: walking barefoot on these tiny rocks hurts like hell!😬 I really regret not having water shoes... The water was warm - but the big wave threw rocks at my ankles!😫 The most agressive sea shore I've ever met😑

Batumi architecture is a story of its own - there are some buildings reminding me of either a bathhouse from Spirited Away or some postpocaliptic landscape...

I looked at some children books in a book store and... Well, upbringing in sobriety this ain't, lol😆 These are illustrations of the story ჩხიკვდა ��ორწილი. There is a georgian animation from 1957 with this title and initially I was excited that I found it and it shows birds dancing georgian dances - just like my #bird version ATWD series! But in the end I liked my style muuuch better😅 Illustrations in this book are definitely more pretty and cute than in that animation!👍

— dare you to death: this one actually looks like it could be fun! historically i'm not the biggest JoongDunk girl but they suit this sort of action genre well (seems they're escaping the uni bls between this and THK haha and I approve.) Imma keep my eye on it!! Feels like something I'd enjoy. Also side-note but i got all excited when i saw Pahn in the trailer. But is she the one who gets poisoned right off? I hope not, but I didn't notice her pop up again in the trailer after that intro sooo. anyway she was the actual highlight of My Love Mix-Up Th for me and I'd love to see more of her!

— head 2 head: initially i was like oh this looks like it's trying to do bad buddy vibes (less well lol) or smth but then it got a supernatural twist?? it ended up looking quite sweet, but i probably won't check this one out unless I see cute stuff from it all over my dash haha. I feel bad about that bc I LOVED Keen in 'Only Boo!' and he seems like a sweetheart here too. (i'd be interested to see him in a different pair sometime but the chances feel unlikely with the way gmmtv works lol)

—burnout syndrome: no real thoughts on this but that one character's art style is quite pretty? honestly i still have to finish Not Me (I loved it so far but never got past like ep 3 😭) and don't have many opinions regarding OffGun yet. Again, I'll see how my dash influences me or not. I will say there's a distinct underlying vibe to the trailer (which does feel reminiscent of Not Me) so I'll keep an open mind

—Whale Store xoxo: CUTE GL SIGN ME UP!! i hope to love this more than 23.5, MilkLove deserve that from me. Also eyy, not a high school show--nice!! And did you SEE the cute lil shots and the MONTAGE at the end and and and?? teeheehee. Going on the watchlist.

—Only Friends: Dream On: okay so Only Friends take 2 but different actors really did end up a reality, huh? Was feeling kinda meh but then Boston showed up ahah. Not sure how much he'll feature, though. And I have QUESTIONS. Why is he still out here helping ppl with final projects, did he not end up going to the U.S., and what about Mix walking into the end of s1? OH WAIT. sorry this sorted out in my head just now. I bet this takes places at the same time as S1. Boston probably knew both groups while in school, but was less in with these guys. (So like, imagine—when Mix enters the scene in s1, does that lead into a universe where BOTH of these messy groups end up merging into one giant flaming ultra-mess?) Anyway I'm still obsessed with the original OFTS but I don't necessarily expect to check this one out. Side-note: I do miss the more grungy aesthetic ngl, but I guess we owed a lot of that to Sand.

—That Summer: Neo!! sorry he showed up in the first few seconds and it made me happy. Prince Satang washed up on the beach. That shot is giving genderswap little mermaid hahaha. I'm not like super gripped by the trailer overall BUT it'll probably check it out for the actors? Congrats to them for getting main leads!! (Also Fawn if u see this YOU WERE RIGHT. —Melody of Secrets: Idk could be interesting? I mean there's murder and mysteries, so. Not at the top of my list tho. But: Jan!! She's been amazing in every series. If I check this out she will likely be the reason.

i can't wait for you to experience s2!! it has a very different vibe to s1 since it's more linear and action-packed but in a way that doesn't stray far from the show's core, if that makes sense? the animation really stepped up and the storyboarding in some eps felt very experimental and unique which was fun to see! also the music literally never misses as always. just a heads-up bc it can prob feel like a big shift but it's worth it by the end i prommy

also i'd rec watching the shorts before you watch s2 so you get the full experience! they're not really connected plot-wise, but there are several easter eggs from the shorts that you'll miss otherwise and they add so much flavor. don't be deceived by the cute chibi art style and 5 min duration btw bc some of those eps can and will inflict emotional damage like you would not believe

BSBDD THE SHUA INDULGENCE! amg so out of all the insane things Shua has done, the one thing he did that made me laugh super hard was the suction prince, Shua! segment from One Fine Day 😭😭😭 it surprised me so much like I don’t think any Shua moment can top how funny that was. In the clip, I think it was their free time and some members were trying to make each other laugh. While they were going back and forth, Shua took a bottle and started inhaling it and it was so funny bc it was so random 😭

Shua’s facial features is very soft and ethereal so I love drawing and studying him the most. He is very compatible w/ my art style so overall I love drawing his face 🥺 but my favorite part to draw is his eyes bc his eyes are the most striking/key feature of his face. I find the shape unique!

i'm literally keeping up w so many webtoons rn (i gave up on anime bc of webtoons im sorry alice 😭😔) but my two absolute favs r seasons of blossom and honey lemon!!! (both of them update on the same day too so that's lucky for me LOL) but i recently found this new webtoon called muse on fame and i am Very Invested already!!! i also keep up w hello baby, go away romeo, operation: true love, maybe meant to be, the guy upstairs, get schooled!, perfect marriage revenge, there must be happy endings, dark moon: the blood altar, and marry my husband!! plus a lot of daily pass ones like designated bully, reality quest etc. OH and i don't even like horror but i found this rlly good dystopian one called everything is fine! it's currently on hiatus but i m super excited for the next season! i might also start purple hyacinth bc it's on hiatus rn and i can catch up quickly! beyond virtual is also rlly cool but it's also on hiatus rn unfortunately :(

oh my god i have post concert memory loss from tds2 i swear but they were so unreal 😭💖 like i couldn’t believe they were right in front of my eyes they were incredibleee i think my fav stage to watch was trigger the fever 🥹🥹 ngl i think they’re shorter irl . but my guy friends are also 6’3 and i’m pretty short so i have a skewed perception anyways LMAOAO but they’re so passionate when they perform and RENJUN was so energetic i was so soft watching him 🥰 but they are all so much more gorgeous irl like YES they are beautiful on camera but it’s such a different experience in the flesh
