Meet this whumpee :D, she's very sweet, both her whumpers favour her over the other whumpees they have, that's why she gets to spend the Christmas inside the house! Don't mind the tears and shaky smile, she's just camera nervous :) nothing to do with the bruises and blood-

(This was easily the most difficult background I did, I spent so, so long in it (ಥ﹏ಥ) So please just take a good look. It was over 340 layers just for the background)

Powers & Abilities

Owl Wings - A wide, expansive wingspan that starts from between her shoulder blades, reaches about 10 feet wide, and resembles a snowy owl’s wings.

Maneuverable Feathers - The ability to telekinetically control the movement and nature of each feather with ease, enabling her to harden them into a blade-like state or shoot them as projectiles, as well as control their speed and trajectory.

Feather Blades – Nicknamed ‘Angelic Severing’ by fans. Seraphim can pluck out two primary feathers from each of her wings, manipulate their nature, and use them as swords or daggers to cut through her target.

Superhuman Strength, Speed, and Agility – Much like many other supes, her strength, speed, and agility are enhanced to superhuman levels. However, Hers puts her near the level of Homelander with her regenerative capabilities.

Random / Important Facts ;༊

Publicly, Seraphim is a pure, Christian girl who became a hero for helping people, which was at one point true, however as she grew up that naivety died out. Leaving the ‘real Angelina’ a bitter, violent supe that mirrors Homelander. 

When her wings grew in from the compound V she was injected with as a baby, she was 8 years old and her mother claimed it was a gift from God before throwing her into the Capes of Christ and the Christian hero pageant circuit. 

Her mother picked out her original costume, which she wore from age 12 to 18 until she grew out of it and Vought enforced a new one. 

While she was in pageants as a kid, she was also one of Starlight’s bullying victims, like Firecracker, and often came runner-up behind Starlight.

She auditioned for the seven simultaneously as Starlight, but Starlight was accepted first. 

She joins the seven when The Deep is first put on leave, Vought still claiming he’s a member but that they want to ensure there are always seven heroes in New York to make up the seven. 

She hooks up with The Deep before he moves for his punishment for the ‘Starlight Incident,’ and ends up pregnant. However, she does get an abortion – which Vought covers up to ensure her persona stays intact, especially with her just joining and The Deep already being in hot water. 

Shortly after her abortion and official introduction to the seven, Vought insists she and Homelander become a public supe couple. Claiming that it would improve both their appearances.

While the relationship was initially all for show, they reveal their true personalities and bond once the two are forced to live together. Relying on one another to cover up each other's mistakes.

Her wing span is exactly double her height, and the wings grew alongside her as she aged.

She used to believe in God, in what her mother told her, and in being a real ‘hero.’ But the world around her quickly dissolved any hope in her at a young age. 

Despite the bullying she endured in her youth at the hands of Starlight, Seraphim tries to still befriend her when they’re in the seven together. 

She hated her original costume and still isn’t a big fan of her new one. 

Vought designed her costume to add sex appeal and, in an attempt, to make her image fit that of a ‘Homelander’s Girlfriend.’ Hence the star cutouts on her hips and chest. 

She’s a singer, and singing is one of her favorite things to do for fans – even if she rarely gets to. 

Her favorite cartoon is American Dad

She, like many other supes, does drugs ‘secretly.’ Mainly marijuana and coke. But never comp V like A-Train or Popclaw

She lives with Homelander in his penthouse apartment at the top of Vought Tower. 

While her relationship with Homelander is initially fake and forced upon them, it surprisingly does become something real. 

She’s one of the top 3 active female supes

Shameless metalopaclypse ocs, Maxim and his mom Angelina. Angelina got with Dethklok frontman Nathan to have her baby, didn’t care who is was or to even tell him about the kid, she just wanted a baby. A twelve or so years later, she had a handsome baby boy, Maxim.

I’m still working on their story but so far Angelina is just the classic trashy cigarette mom who loves her kid more than anything, while Maxim is a little punk who gets into fights at school because someone made fun of his homemade Dethklok merch.

➛ OC Deep Dive: Angelina

◆ This is actually Angelina's introduction :) some may remember her as "Christmas Whumpee".

What common/uncommon fear do they have?

Angelina has been terrified of bugs since she was a little kid.

With her whumpers, she started fearing pretty much everything a little bit... after all, everything can be used to hurt someone, she saw it happening a lot. So the more seemingly useless things (like decor) a room has, the more stressed/fearful she gets.

Do they have any pet peeves?

Defiance. She finds it annoying and dumb, no matter how little or to who the defiance is aimed at. "All defiant whumpees get killed eventually, why does no one think with their heads instead of their pride?"

Twisting the nose to food is defiance. Speaking too loudly is defiance. Eating loudly and leaving lights on, too. Making your presence known in any unpleasant way is defiance. And she finds it annoying and dumb.

What are 3 items you can find in their bedroom?

A little golden bracelet she got from one of her whumpers the first time she was called "the favorite". A sketch book full of dark, whumpy drawings. A pair of glasses from a whumpee that escaped :)

What do they notice first in a person?

How strong and observant they are. To see if she can struggle free on a fight or take them down, and to see how sly she has to be around them.

Everyone. She does that with everyone. A child, a nurse, a waiter, a cop, a whumper, a caretaker, a bystander, someone who simply looks at her or walks past her.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how high is their pain tolerance?

Physical? 3, Angelina is not physically hurt often, she did not build up a good tolerance. She does have a very good breathing control, tho, from being suffocated. Emotional pain? 10/10, Angelina is very emotionally resilient.

Do they go into fight or flight mode when under pressure? (or freeze and fawn)

Fawn, definitely. Fighting, fleeing or freezing would have gotten her killed. The only way to survive and spare pain is to appease whoever can hurt her.

When the threat is low, or there's no one to appease, she goes into freeze or flop.

What animal represents them best?

A cat. I can't explain. She's just... cat. Black cat. The energy, the attentiveness, the stare. Just... black cat. Yeah.

How would a stranger likely describe them?

"A shy looking young woman. Real friendly and pleasant to speak to, but I didn't even see her until she was right next to me." And that's all. It's hard for a stranger to notice more than that, she made sure of it.

Do they have any hobbies?

Drawing and speaking to herself. It's what she's allowed to do alone.

The other "hobbies" are with her whumpers, and she faces it like tasks or challanges to survive and get good things, so... not hobbies.

Just an extra thing. Angelina got that name because someone commented on her art that she looked like Silent Hill 2's Angela. And I really liked that name, so I looked similar ones and choose Angelina because of the nicknames I could use for it (Angel and Lina). So thanks for the name inspo @deadscreamherald :)

Younger Angelina (like 22) and her concert fit, basically honey went to an early Dethklok concert and was like “omggg hot guy” with Nathan and the two of them hooked up (top right), I think they might have had like a little mini date beforehand then banged. Then a little bit later Maxim was born and she got her tattoo finished with his name in a heart.

honestly I am very in love with her and I am planning for her and Nathan to get hitched down the line, so my next drawings of her will probably be her in a wedding dress. I love her sm y’all.
