contrary to popular belief, i do actually exist (sorry for requests people've had lmao i might get to them i'm not sure ^^")

anyway, i'm back with some nonenglish wordmojis! i was making some other wordmojis (which i'll post all at once at some point) and realized i enjoy writing in other orthographies, so i asked my partners for some ideas in the other languages they speak, so here's some russian :>

почему-то так повелось. не знаю с каких пор и по каким причинам такое происходит. но странно, что чем больше ты стараешься быть адекватным и понимающим человеком, тем больше люди склонны обесценивать это и принимать за твой минимум. В итоге, когда ты убиваешься и тратишь миллионы сил на то, чтобы хорошо и честно обращаться с людьми,

некоторые думают, что ты делаешь это “налегке” и вообще не пытаешься.

почему-то, люди начитают додумывать и надумывать о тебе всякие гадости или вранье и представлять тебя в каком-то надуманном и полностью выдуманном свете. Почему-то когда ты хорошо относишься к людям и пытаешься делать им хорошее, они находят 1000 поводов для того, чтобы депрессовать из-за тебя:

“ что вот ты такой сякой. ты лучше меня. у тебя все легко. что вот ты рисуешь так прекрасно и мне тошно, и я чувствую себя тряпкой из-за тебя. что вот ты такая лицемерная личность - я ж знаю, что ты притворяешься и на самом деле тебе на меня плевать. И не важно, сколько времени и сил ты угробил на то, чтобы это доказать. “

почему люди начинают придумывать все огроменные лживые вещи о тебе, просто когда ты появился в их поле зрения и показал им что-то позитивное? Почему некоторые ведут себя так, будто знают Все о тебе, и лучше тебя знают, хотя даже не спросили у тебя ни об одной вещи? Почему такие люди сразу же придумывают все о тебе за тебя и принимают их же выдумки за чистую монету и при этом затыкают тебя и пытаются тебе доказать что Ты врешь им о себе?

почему некоторые люди не слушают, не слышат тебя, почему они придумывают ложь о тебе самим себе и затем отказываются верить тебе? почему некоторые люди так делают, без повода, когда ты ничего даже не сделал, чтобы они так о тебе думали?

как будто тебя не существует, а существует Только Их представление о тебе, взятое из Их головы. И когда такие люди были тебе дороги, становится от этого очень тяжело. очень обидно. очень тоскливо.

почему-то, когда ты очень сильно стараешься, и прикладываешь много усилий на постоянной основе, из года в год, лишь бы доказать или лишь бы сделать хорошее человеку, этот человек считает, что делает больше тебя и что ты вообще просто даже не пытаешься.

и извинений никогда не получаешь за все от такого человека. 

простите за сопли. просто вспоминаю о прошлом, которое преследует меня уже годы.

Looking at Team Bolas fanart and am noticing the exclusion of q!Carre and that freakin sucks. :( He was good help to the team, especially in the first week when they were struggling. He handled PVP for the others when q!Phil was away. He got along with his teammates, played great, and is part of Bolas Rojas just as much as the others are. I really appreciate q!Cellbit speaking Spanish with him, since the others werent as fluent.

Thank you for the recommendations, I really appreciate them!! 💜 I've already found some of them in my local library so next time I'll check one them of them out. More than I expected are actually translated to my mother tongue, so that'll make it easier for me to get into them.

I'm glad they're helpful! GW has been trying to get the books into more regions/languages so hopefully you'll find all the ones you want to read!

Music in various languages

I've talked about how interacting with different cultures is good, I figure I'll also try to recommend some songs. (many songs beneath the cut). I'm going to include a couple different genres, but obviously I won't be including every.

I hit audio limit :/

Norwegian language (Norway):

[Pt: Du må ikke sove by klarspråk]. [album: du må ikke sove. shows a warped photo of Donald Trump on tv.] genre: rock / (punk?) / spoken word / social criticism. it's an antifascist song, quoting a famous illegal WWII poem by the same title "you mustn't sleep".

[PT: regn & gitar by Jomas] [album: evig kronisk. shows man looking at a garden holding a retro phone.] It's a more soft quiet song about waiting for someone in the rain.

(I could recommend many more Norwegian songs so don't feel afraid to ask if you're at all interested)

Sámi language (Norway / Sweden / Finland / Russia):

I don't have the necessary letters on my keyboard to write PT. But this is a Inari Sami song by Amoc. I don't speak that language. here are the lyrics on genius. here's a dictionary, not sure if it's the right Sámi language. The genre is like atmospheric rock or something, the instruments are amazing.

French language (France / Benin / Congo / Democratic republic of Congo / Monaco / Senegal / Switzerland / Belgium / Ivory coast ++)

[PT: Soleil noir by 47ter] [album: petit princes. Photo of three boys on stairs]. A rap song by a trio from France. It's about "a black sun" about liking the dark and rain and not liking summer.

[PT: Déprime hostile by Pogo crash control]. [album: Déprime hostile. Shows a digital drawing of a head cut open with a cocktail]. genre: punk / metal. The band is from France. The song is about hostile depression or something.

[PT: plus rien ne m'étonne by Tiken Jah Fakoly]. [album: coup de guele. It shows a face pointed towards the ceiling]. The artist is from Ivory coast (AKA côte d'ivoire). genre: Reggae. It's about colonialism.

[PT: formidable by stromae]. [album: racine carée. it shows the side of a man's face, he has short hair]. The artist is Belgian. Genre: hip hop. The song is about a breakup or something.

Scots Gaelic (UK: Scotland)

[PT: Faileas air an airidh by Runrig]. [album: 50 great songs]. genre: traditional folk. The song is about waking up on a ship or something.

German language (Germany / Belgium / Austria / Switzerland)

[PT: 99 Luftballons by Nena]. [album: Nena]. Genre: synth pop / pop rock. This is an antiwar song from 1983 about the cold war.
