Camo Persian
"*Ring Ring*" A doorbell rang.
"Ah that must mean it's here!" Exclaimed an excited Harry.
Harry saw a commercial for a set of camo apparel that's said to give you a new exciting life with their "altering fabric technology!" The prospect excited him despite the unbelievable claim.
Harry opened the door to his house to find a box entirely covered by a camo green design. Harry picked up the box and took it to his room. Once arriving to his room, Harry unpacked the box to find a set of camo shirt and pants. With a piece of paper on top.
"Please download the camo life app onto your phone to continue instructions. Camolife Inc. is no responsibility for life-altering changes or memory erasure and..." Various warnings continued on the paper, but Harry ignored them and went straight to downloading the app.
The app booted up with camo colors as the screen read
"Thank you for installing Camolife. The life-changing app for society. Before we begin please now equip the Camolife branded shirt and pants in your package and then press continue!"
"Just gotta put these on and I'm set? Awesome!" Harry quickly changed into the camo clothes that seemed one size bigger and pressed continue.
The screen changed to something else in quick succession and now a question popped up.
"What would you like to camoflauge as?" As a flurry of options that required scrolling. Harry darted his eyes on the screen on the choices until he landed on a particular option.
"Bodybuilder...? Am I gonna get one of those corny ab tshirts haha." Harry clicked that option to see how funny he would look in one of thos shirts. I mean he can probably "reset" the shirt anyway. The screen then prompted to another question.
"Pick your ethnicity? Why do I need to choose this?" The peculiar thing was that there only was ethnicity to choose from.
"Persian? Of all the..." there was no other way to advance, so despite being white as snow he clicked persian and clicked continue.
"Thank you for your time. Beginning process please stand still..." Harry's phone started to glow a radiance of colors as a beam of rainbow went directly towards Harry. With Harry's body beginning to pulsate.
In an instant an entire mountain of muscle popped into Harry's body. The look of a bodybuilder was now clearly what he is now. Large round pecs, massive biceps, sausage size fingers, tree trunk thighs, bubble butt ass, and a big package were some of the highlights of his new body
"Did the app just.. change me?! What kind of technology is- *rip*" Harry got interrupted as he heard rips from his now somewhat tight shirt. The sleeves fell right off and an opening formed in the middle of the shirt to show Harry's new pec cleavage, making a perfect workout tank top.
"Body Change phase complete. Commencing ethnicity change. Please continue to hold still..." Another pulsing feeling hit Harry's body. More changes commenced as a flurry of beard hairs grew onto Harry's clean-shaven face, giving him a manly bodybuilder beard darkening into a black color as his hair slicked back. The once white features of Harry's entire body were replaced with more persian ones. More persian eyes and nose adorned his figure. Harry's white skin being recolored into a brownish tone. Harry's mind felt something as his knowledge of english was replaced with his new native language. Harry could still speak English but not without a thick accent. The pulsating stopped with Harry now looking like a big persian bodybuilder. The text on Harry's phone changed.
"Accommodating for new ethnicity, now changing language,"

Henry hasn't been able to process the changes ever since they started but with his now implanted knowledge of the persian language looked at his screen and clicked yes. The camera app on Harry's phone soon blared up

("This is... impossible,") Harry looking into camera view saw the new him. The persian wolf.

("What am I gonna do? I can't go on living my life like this!") Harry spoke in his new booming deep voice, but before he could continue being shocked at his new face he looked down onto the ground and saw the shreds of his camo shirt that ripped off during the transformation.
"Aw great now I made a mess!" Harry commented in a heavily thick persian accent to try and keep his self togther. As though to make him happy the shredded pieces of clothing darkened and reformed into a cap with various markings and snuggly fit itself onto Harry's head as he looked back into his phone's camera.

("This just keeps getting weirder and weirder...") Harry sighed. He was gonna have a lot of explaining to do to his family and friends, but the app had one trick up it's sleeves.

Before Hadi could get to his next workout station he felt his phone vibrate and checked it only for a single message to appear.

("Camoflauge complete. Thank you for using Camolife!") Hadi looked at the message with an eyebrow raised. He didn't remember installing this "Camolife" app on his phone and feared it was some sort of malware so Hadi promptly deleted the app and put his phone back in his pocket.

Finally, lift your torso as much as possible, keeping a few inches worth of distance between your chest and chin.
Avoid locking your knees while raising your upper body to your pelvis because this can create unnecessary pressure. Tip: You should also try doing this crunch with your ankles crossed, holding your legs upright while facing the ceiling. 3. The Stomach Vacuum It is essentially a stretching posture. To start with the stomach vacuum exercise technique, stand straight on the ground and position your hands on your hips.
Then, exhale as much as you possibly can. You should do this until you feel as though there is no oxygen left in your lungs.
Then, open your mouth and expand your chest to draw in as much air as your stomach can allow you to take in.
Try to imagine what would you do if you had your navel touched your backbone, and then accordingly perform this movement.
If you are a novice, try to stay in the position for at least 20 seconds (or more) before releasing into the relaxing position.
That will count as one contraction. Repeat this exercise 10 times constitute a single set. Raise your head off the floor by placing your hands behind your head.
Stretch the left leg out and keep it straight. Curl up and twist to the right at the same time. Try to touch your left elbow with your right leg. Curl back down and return the left leg to a flexed stance. Repeat for the other knee. You can do two sets of 12 reps. You should perform at least 2 sets of 12 reps each.
