Okie I'm gonna overshare abt something on main again.

Every artist footnoting their "how to draw fat people" tutorials with "Round bellies are uncommon and usually only occur with bloating or pregnancy" is the exact reason why every google search related to crohns disease leads to a similar search titled "how to get rid of crohns belly"

#and the answer is always you cant bc you shouldnt DO extensive diet weightloss and sculpting with the extremely delicate stomach disorder #and part of the reason it occurs is just the way the body decides to distribute fat with crohns and thats all we really know abt it #also in MY case i stopped wearing clothes with waistbands unless they were high waisted #and the lack of pressure in the usual 'dip point' at the true waist kept my body from MAKING and maintaining that dip.#my point is i always feel self conscious and shitty when people tell me 'your stomach cant look like that unless ur bloated or pregnant“#because i am neither of those things and like. i dont even LOOK pregnant. like not even a little bit.#round horses look distinctly different from pregnant horses and thats the best way i can explain it #theres the extent of roundness and the positioning of the belly. you can just be normal round.#you can be crohns belly round.#stop telling me my characters (who i pose reference with my own pics sometimes) look pregnant.#they dont. youre literally stupid.#let ppl have smooth round oval bellies without treating them like theres some Abnormal Modifier (pregnancy/bloating) about them #vent #tmi #personal #ok to rb #crohn's disease #crohn's problems #fuck crohns #chronic illness #drawing tips #drawing tutorial #literally dude just rework your phrasing during a drawing tutorial to be more inclusive
