“Bernard?” You called quietly, knocking on the open door of his office. Your boyfriend was scribbling away on paper, murmuring to himself things you couldn’t hear. “The day’s over, Bernard.”

He simply hummed in acknowledgment, but didn’t look up at you. Sighing, you walked over to his desk and stood beside him, hand resting on his shoulder.

“Workshop’s closed.”

“I’m not done.”

“It’ll still be here tomorrow.”

“I need to finish this now.” Bernard looked up at you briefly before burying his nose back in his work. “Y/n, you can go home. You don’t have to stay here.”

Even before you started dating, you were used to Bernard working himself to death. Sometimes, when you thought about it, you wondered how you ever found the time to fall in love because, more often than not, he was cooped up in his office.

Using as much of your strength as possible, you grabbed the back of Bernard’s chair and somehow pulled him away from his desk. He immediately protested this, but you ignored him and pulled him up by the arm.

“Ten minutes.” You say, dragging him to a couch in the corner of his office by the fireplace.

“What?” Bernard asked, huffing as you pushed him to sit down.

“Since you refuse to leave, the very least you could do is take a ten-minute break.”

Bernard wanted to protest. He had a mountain of paperwork, and Christmas was just around the corner. Plus, he was your boss. He shouldn’t be taking orders from you; it should be the other way around.

But he’d be lying if he said that the stern look you were giving didn’t scare him a bit.

“Fine.”

The week before Christmas is very stressful

“Any ideas on what to have for dinner?” You asked as you set a mug of hot cocoa on Bernard’s desk. He took a sip, not even reacting to the scalding hot temperature. “Or will you even be home for dinner?”

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Bernard asked. You would’ve laughed at the question, but you could sense some tensions starting to rise.

“It’s almost Christmas; you usually don’t leave the workshop until after Santa comes back.”

“Well, yeah, that’s my job, Y/n.”

“Okay, then I just won’t wait up for you.” You say with a slightly bitter tone, ready to leave the office. You obviously knew Bernard’s job was like this, but that didn’t ease your sourness.

“Good.” He said, rolling his eyes. “Don’t bother; I’ll probably be here until Santa comes back.” You could pick up the slight mocking of your voice. 

“Fine.” You grumbled, not bothering to look back at him as you opened the door. “Stay here, with your candy cane in a twist.”

“Candy canes are supposed to be twisted.”

“Shut up!” You barked, slamming the door behind you.

“Yeah, until next year.” You laugh, bringing over a fresh plate of cookies.

“Don’t remind me.” He whined, giving you a pout that went away as soon as you kissed his lips. He rested a hand over yours, fingers closing around your palm. “I’m sorry for snapping at you.”

“I’m sorry, too.” You say, squeezing Bernard’s hand. “I shouldn’t complain so much. You’re the Head Elf; it’s all just part of the job.”

“Yeah, but I shouldn’t always be focusing on just my job. Especially now that I have you.”

You grinned at the sincere statement, kissing Bernard again.

“Looks like we have our New Year’s resolutions. Less complaining and less working.” Bernard laughed, and you followed along.

then a fan commented that XZ sang this in our song before ( not main performance ) and someone found a recording. did he discover the song because of that? was it on zz’s playlist at some point in the past and became his fave?

Then him sharing a post on his weibo. One night in Beijing? Does he love that particular title cause it sometimes describes their meetings? They are often busy and one night is all they can get.

People are also pointing out the change in ZZ’s work schedule today. His LOCH sched starts early and ends in the evening or very late but the 5:30-6:00 AM call time for him is almost fixed. Yesterday, 11/22, WYB posts and we think they are together. What happens today? ZZ comes in “late” to work at 11:30 AM. So why the change? Was he spending time with Bobo? This reminds me of that time he was out of his schedule too when Bobo was sick.

A common argument from haters is how is a relationship between them possible. They are busy! Well.. this is how. since 2020, they have been meeting (allegedly) and even going to each other’s workplace ( allegedly lol repeating this to be safe ) It doesn’t matter how long, they make it work. You will always find time for the important people in your life.

Next, let’s move on to XZS post. On a Thursday. Also it perfectly coincides with their WB account reaching 10 million followers. The photos shared are behind the scenes content from ad shoots but the contrast of the photos stands out. Day & Night. The kadian they use, 14:23 loving zhan forever. Which goes to show that they do use it!

The caption gives us more insight on the choice of photos. Sun & Moon. Another symbolism that is popular with CPFs Sun/Sunshine & Moon.

Im ngl. Varigo wedding is kind of another thing where i’m like “something definitely Happened here but i don’t really want to finalize anything bc i want to be able to just fill in the funniest possible situation at any given time”. Uhhh I think they date for a looooong time before they actually get engaged for one…. mostly just bc hugo has commitment issues and isn’t really ready for it. So they discuss it, agree its something they want to do Eventually, just not yet, so varian puts it in her hands and tells her to let him know whenever shes ready.

once she finally proposes they get super giddy about it but they end up staying engaged for like another 2 years out of pure laziness. bc like planning a wedding is so much WORKKKKK bro :/ Why do they have to do allat. The Pregnancy announcement

I just want to start off by saying at the end of the day these people, this “lovely” couple are having a baby. But also, they choose to make their relationship our business, so I’m going to talk about it. If you disagree then whatever.  Scroll past this.

First I think it’s quite odd that she chose to announce it in that way with black goo and all that. Most pregnant women and celebrities would do something more cutesy, motherly vibes but it's Megan, so I guess you know. I know she had a miscarriage and all that, but I don’t get why she chose to use that caption. I’m not into spirituality like that but isn’t that like putting bad juju on your pregnancy by saying it’s the baby that committed “Su****e” last time. Idk. Her words not mine.

Also why are we having a baby with someone you don’t see marrying or you have no intentions of ever getting married, or being too scared to tell us the status of your relationship even tho for years you would give us all the private details down to how the table saw things and cutting holes in ur clothes to yk.  She does realize this means she will be stuck with this “demonic” creature for the rest of her life. If we also look back at their relationship, they have broken up at least 20 times in the almost 6 years they were together. Not exactly the most stable environment for a child but ok.  They also got engaged for like 8 months then the ring was never spotted again. They didn’t even confirm it until like a whole year later and she was very vague about it. Talking about how their relationship is not for public consumption but yet you get the public fed with headlines for years. And are we forgetting her whole temper tantrum where she used a SEX TRAFFICKING poster to get back at him and ALLOWED for one of his band members to be SLUT shamed for a WHOLE week before saying something and when she did it was all OUR fault. Ok. Even at the early stages of their relationship, like I’m talking only two months together, they were referring to each other as twin flames, tatts but yet praying to a tree, A TREE to take a storm away so they can spend a couple hours together before they would have to separate for like 2 weeks cuz they said if they didn’t, they would break up.

She has filled his head with lies and bullshited him throughout the whole relationship through public interviews, captions, and hate poems. Don't you remember Megan how you wrote poems insinuating that he forced you to wear a short skirt, had his hand around the back of your neck and is a narcissist not exactly father of your future children material. Right? I wouldn't even be surprised if this pregnancy was her idea, and she knew she could guilt trip him into having a baby. Is that not Coercion or? I don’t understand why she would do that unless her intention was to trap him because remember he is only like a year sober, he might be thinking of leaving his past, all of it.  She is an emotionally abusive person, but we all have to play DELULU otherwise we are not part of EST. Take a look a her and Brian’s relationship and how they would break, file for divorce and then she would end up pregnant. Maybe this is how she knows or thinks of keeping them.

If I’m being honest he’s never going to win a grammy. He’s just not and I fear that this baby is going to stop him from even trying to attempt to achieve that dream. That's why he got in a relationship, y'all do realize because she was the Transformers baddie that would give an ego boost and also help him promote his music. His thing, his purpose is to make music, to create art. It is where he flourishes the most and I would argue the happiest with the exception of Casie. And even then he would combine the two having her own stage with him and sharing songs with her. That is their thing. Casie is the muse; the reason he wants to achieve greatness is to prove to his daughter that she has an amazing and talented father. I have my suspicions that she wants to have a girl to maybe take some of that from Casie, but idk.

I think they will last maybe and I’m being generous for ¾ years, possibly. One because this baby that they will claim is made out of love will make or break them. He is either going to have to sacrifice going on tour and opportunities to stay and change diapers. Which I don't really see him trying to slow down at all, in fact I think it will just motivate him even more or cling on to whenever Megan will criticizes for his parenting styles. Do they even have similar parenting styles. The other option is he will distance himself from her to focus on his career like he wants to and choose to co-parent but that will piss her off. And I feel she will make up narratives of how he is a bad parent not directly but then again who knows. Did she not blast Brian for posting a picture of his own son. She can and will play the victim. Always. That the greatest role of her life to play woe is me, fame is a prison, the world is against me, misogyny and mean feminist, they don't understand my humor.

Also pay attention to how she names it. It might be something that is either rock, gothic, dark aesthetic. She wants an aesthetic baby so that these fan pages of hers can edit or whatever and say OMG Imagine saying your are MGK and THE Megan fox, WOW! The GeNeTiCs.

Here are some examples I have come up with and collected for the D&D spell Vicious Mockery. For those who are not D&D nerds like me, vicious mockery is a spell where you roast your enemy with insults and it causes them actual mental damage! You can insult somebody till their head actually explodes! Sometimes it can be hard to come up with a roast on the fly, they are usually better when they fit the situation but here are some examples that could start you off.

Natasha x Y/N Bike Ride & Summer Sunset

Note: this is my first story and I’m kinda proud of it, don’t judge me please

Y/n didn’t really like Summer, she preferred Autumn, so did her girlfriend Natasha, going on short or long walks together, hat’s and gloves on, walking Hand in Hand admiring the different shades of red and orange of the leaves on each tree as they fall to the ground making a somewhat satisfying crunching sound as they were to walk on them. However one thing they both liked about the summer was the sunsets they got to witness with eachother, it was beautiful and calming for them both which also brought memories that they’d treasure.

It was the evening in the middle of summer, it had been a hot day as what you’d expect from the season and you and Nat were getting ready for a bike ride up to the cliffs. Nat was really pationate towards bikes, you’d admire every detail she’d tell you about them, she recently got you intrested in them as well so you asked if you could ride with her at some point and today was a good day for it. Nat had bought you a helmet ready for the Occasion. You were nervous, even a little scared as you’d never really been on a bike before but that slowly faded away as she led you by the hand with the sweetest smile on her face out through the front door and onto the driveway were her red and black motorbike was, you loved the way it looked as it was also a combination of your two favourite colours.

“It might be a bit of a tight squeeze at first but you’ll get used to it” Nat said preparing the helmet for you.

“Can you breathe in these things tho?” You asked which made the redhead laugh which had that raspy tone to it causing you to have butterflies, you loved her laugh.

“Of course you can, it’s to keep you safe after all” she replied.

She tucked your hair behind your ears and placed the helmet on your head and adjust the strap to make sure it was nice and secure.

“Makes your head feel heavy doesn’t it? I feel like one of those cute bobble head things” You said bopping your head up and down making her chuckle again.

“Oh I do love you and whatever happens in that head of yours” Nat smiles at you, making you thankful that you had the helmet on so she wouldn’t see the redness on your cheeks.

“Is it easier to ride one of these than a car?” You asked looking down at her bike.

“I’d say so, I mean you have to make sure you have your balance correct so in some ways it’s like learning to ride a bike from when you were small, except you have all the engines and mechanical stuff” she says which makes you laugh.

She then puts on her own helmet and gets herself on the bike patting the back which Signals you to get on.

“I will be Safe Right?” You ask the fear coming back to you.

“Just as Long as you hold on tight to me Detka, you’ll be fine” she replies softly.

She turns the bike on and starts moving forward which Alarms you a little so you make sure that your definitely Holding on to her. She continues to ride of the driveway and down the road, you look up to the sky and notice the sun was starting to set, you look up and the fear starts to go away again.

“Could we go to the cliffs? We can get a good spot of the sunset from there, it’ll look beautiful” you ask.

“Exactly what I was thinking” Nat says.

During your ride you begin to become more comfortable and relaxed as you drive past the city and up the hill to the cliffs, you could both see how Pink and red the clouds were getting and wanted to get there before it was to late, luckily you had quite a bit of time so you managed to get there.

Nat found a spot to park in a small parking lot nearby. Nat took her helmet of to reveal her face that you loved and her gorgeous Copper hair which of course was braided and took a breath in of the air as she began to take your helmet of to.

“Ahh there’s that gorgeous face that I love” she smiled softly at you as you blushed as she cuffed your cheeks with her hands.

“Right we better get there quickly before we miss it, I can see it from here it’s beautiful” Nat says as she takes your arm once more and runs with you down a path leading to the cliffs with the view of the sun setting over the horizon of the water which you both found breathtaking.

“They just keep getting better” you say admiring the view .

Nat had already sat down but you didn’t want to miss the chance of taking a photo of it.

“If you were payed to take pictures of each and every single sunset you’ve taken, you would be rich by now” Nat chuckles again.

“I should have been a photographer, but fighting Bad guys with you and the others is also good I guess” you joke as you sit down next to Nat who pushes your arm a little and laughs again.

“I could do this forever, just us two up here, it feels like a dream” you say resting your head on her shoulder.

“Same, where else am I going to find a view like this anyway, it’s amazing and something I know I’ll never forget, it’s even better since your here as well” Nat says facing you planting a kiss on your lips and then gazes out to look at the view again.

“Nat?” You ask.

“Yes malysh?” Nat says softly again.

“I love you, you know that right?” You say.

“Yes, I love you to Detka , with all my heart always forever” she says kissing the top of your head as you both cuddle one another enjoying the moment as the beautiful scenery lead into the night as the stars appeared.

i don’t want to do armchair psychology because i am not well versed at all in psychology unless its a collective behavior situation (i’m a sociology major) but i would like to make note of the fact that there are times, where after someone’s death, some people might throw themselves into religion. i’m not saying jack did this specifically, or he’s displaying behavior of someone who is experiencing religious psychosis (as in, it might be perceived by others as this if he tried to explain what was going on in his head after minnie’s death, not that he’s actually experiencing it) but i don’t think it’s uncommon for someone’s grief to turn to something they believe to be more powerful than they are.

jack had just lost his wife (whether this be through his own hands and he is now carrying this guilt or he legitimately thinks she passed away from her illness and it isn’t till the in events of the film that that part of his brain is no longer repressed and he’s met with that information does not matter shh, we can deal with that some other day) and he wants so desperately to find solace in something. i don’t think jack is religious (did he ever mention his faith in the film? imagine he was raised catholic or something and this is all another layer or catholic guilt, hah.) so he goes to what people worship; power & money.

i always imagined he spent a few days in he and minnie’s shared space, he’d leave her chair she would sit in the living room empty, couldn’t bear listen to any music, especially anything that contained piano, theatre seemed ridiculously now — no one could really nail it like she did, and now he kind of regretted having so many pictures of her in his bedroom. he just needed out of there, and right into what he has turned into his religion. i don’t think it really matters if he went to the grove or the cult (though i think he went in that order? first the grove, he felt like it wasn’t enough. he needs something bigger. something the size of his want. his desperation has turned biblical.) he was going to lose his soul to either one eventually, he was going to kneel before those he thought more powerful than he and beg for him to become something because after minnie, he really doesn’t have anything to lose (other than himself).

i’d imagine it was sort of a journey of self discovery? well, more like loss of his own. i think he very well just lost sight of himself during that month — enough to go from something like the grove (who tbh i’ve always seen as just some sort of elite club that’s terrifying just because of how much they worship one another and power, i don’t think they have any actual ties with the occult. it’s like a bunch of grown men playing pretend, baha) to abraxas. some of the most powerful people he knows worship abraxas. it wouldn’t be surprising to hear jack also likes thinking my suffering has made me special. i’ve had to give up more than anyone. i’ve been punished more than anyone. whatever is giving me this hurt feels stronger for me than it feels for you. my reward will be bigger. i’m the favorite sacrificial lamb.

2. Who wakes up early/Who sleeps in late?

Charlotte wakes up early. Yami sleeps in late. That’s just how the two have always been I think 😆, but I do get the sense that sometimes they kind of flip and Yami will wake up early while Charlotte sleeps in late or sometimes they’ll both fall into the same schedule 😁. But usually the two stick to their routine!

6. How do they make up/apologize after an argument?

I feel like the two just bluntly apologize to each other. I don’t really see either one beating around the bush or dragging it out, once they realize they were in the wrong or that they misunderstood they usually just come out and apologize. Although sometimes they’ll butter each other up and give gifts or hugs as “peace offerings” but that’s about it 😆!

12. Do they have a difficult time when separated from each other, or are they fairly independent?

I feel like they’re both fairly independent, even after they get married. But I feel like the longer they’re together, or the longer apart they are, they begin to have a difficult time. They begin to miss each other and begin to wonder what they’re doing while the other is away.

13. How do they keep in contact when they’re apart? Do they write letters, talk on the phone, or simply wait out the time?

I think they do a combination of all three tbh 😆! I feel like if they’re only going to be gone a day or two they’ll just wait out the time, if they’re gone for a couple of weeks they’ll use Magical Communication devices, but they’re gone for much longer they’ll use letters in combination with the Communication devices!

22. Are they comfortable joking around with each other and being silly/playful?

I think they are! Yami is a lot more comfortable with being silly/playful and joking around then Charlotte is tho 😆! He did it before they started dating, and will do it for many years after! While Charlotte begins getting more comfortable with it after the two have been together for a while, which makes Yami very happy!

26. What sacrifices do they make for the other?

Charlotte’s sacrifice was her Captain’s robe. Of course she didn’t give it up just solely for Yami, she gave it up a because the two had their children. Although it wasn’t for many years, she began slowly giving up certain duties to her VC after their first child was born until eventually she felt comfortable enough letting it go completely.

Yami’s sacrifice was his cigarettes. He began giving them up gradually after he and Charlotte got together, and he finally went cold turkey after his first child was born. He said he wanted to live long enough to see his kids get married and start their own lives, and he wanted to be able to grow old alongside Charlotte.

So they both gave up things that were important to each other!

33. How do they flirt? Who’s the worse flirt?

Charlotte is the worst flirt out of the two, although Yami isn’t much better imo 😅! I feel like Yami is the unintentional flirt, he says something that, in his mind, is normal, friendly, and honest. But his words can actually be taken as flirting too 😆. When he’s actually flirting tho he’s quite awkward and kind of stumbles over his words because he’s unsure. While Charlotte’s flirting she’s also very awkward and unsure, but when she’s drunk I feel like she’s a better flirt because she isn’t being cautious of what she’s saying and is actually speaking her mind and is telling Yami how she feels.

So when both flirt intentionally, they’re very awkard and unsure, but when it’s unintentional? They’re both actually pretty good at it!

47. Do they sleep beside each other? Why or why not?

I do think they sleep beside each other, I feel like it was a bit awkward at first but the two got used to it very quickly! I feel like the reason the two sleep beside each other is for safety and security.

They feel safe and secure when they’re beside each other, they feel the stress of the day melt away as they lay beside one another and hold each other in their arms. So it’s become a comfort to YamiChar imo!

Just can’t see someone like Hobi doing something like that, for example. Imo he would come for a visit or a meal, like you said and then just go because he would recognise this is their own ‘thing’ — don’t overstay your welcome, even if they’d be happy to see you!

just to make one more point - we won’t know how much jikook saw eachother over the ch2 break, but for a time Jungkook clearly was struggling. The car convo isn’t necessarily gospel truth as to how much they saw eachother. We just Don’t know. It could’ve been more about quality time over quantity. Anyway, the point is, I feel Jimin pushed forward with this show as a way to 1) make up for lost time 2) make it up to JK if like he said, JK kept looking for Jimin regardless and Jimin didn’t (as much 😂) it’s a trip to spend quality time together (btw tho it sucks so much Jimin go sick), they were together for days and we’ve only seen like 1hr each of it, and “rekindle” their relationship, whatever that may be, before they then have to go into the military and could be apart for each other for 18 whole months, as they didn’t know they were accepted to the buddy system yet. So for any member to insert themselves into that, regardless of how much the members knew, is a bit off.

I am not where I want to be, but I know I am making tangible progress towards it. Mentally, physically, financially.

My therapy sessions lately have gone from this jumbled mess of chaos and anxiety and tears to validating my own choices and feelings. I noticed it three sessions ago and she said she noticed it as well. She said I started the session out kind of asking for permission/validation for recent choices and that I just kept backing my own self up. I have not had this kind of confidence in myself since 2012.

I see several career/financial paths I could do. I am really enjoying doing Rover and still am hoping I gain repeat clientele. In the future, I can get my own pet sitting insurance and cut out the middle man of Rover. It’s exciting to think of this possibility because it’s joining my passion of dogs (that I forgot I had?!) with my independent work style. I make my own schedule, no one’s telling me what to do (other than owner instructions of course) and I’m getting to work with the best pups! I’d really like to market a little more towards basic training as well and include it as an add on.

I have an upcoming husky client who is a jumper. He gets really excited, jumps and jumps, and open mouth “bites.” The owner said he’s trained him from a puppy, but jumping is a pretty frustrating habit for visitors. I let him know I could work on the jumping while I’m there and I’m excited about that. I know a handful of ways to decrease it and just saw another method that I think I’m going to try on this husky since he’s super treat motivated.

Rover is also getting me moving around a lot more. Social work tends to be a pretty sedentary job, but I’m constantly moving when I have high energy dogs. So, I’ve also been losing weight and I feel good. Im outside a lot more and I have the benefit of walking with a dog. How fun!

Im not quite at the point where this could be a long term thing, I need to get more clients and especially dog walking clients. Im mainly doing overnight sits.

Another path I see is joining my masters degree and love of dogs together. This would be a super far out goal, but I could specialize in pet therapy. This was one of my initial goals in college. My academic advisor even suggested that I do some type of therapy work around animals. There was a vet hospital that took on interns in their pet bereavement department, but it was masters level only. So, it was literally grief therapy for pet owners that combined pet therapy (which by the way is human therapy using pets. Not therapy for the pets haha. I get weird looks when I say this sometimes).

There’s still the career paths I’ve been pursuing, but I’d only Been pursuing them because I just don’t know what else I’d do. I do like social work case management, but it’s an even lousier path in Florida than it was up north. I do like the idea of therapy, but it seems so boring to sit in an office all day talking to people.

There have been many times in my life where I was focused on animals, but it seemed too silly of a career thought to ever pursue. I didn’t want to be a vet and I didn’t want to put more money into school to be a vet tech when I was so close to my BSW (but I really did almost leave social work to pursue being a vet tech! But then my school said I could graduate in two more semesters so I let the idea go)

I was a dog walker short term between graduation and my first social work job. I didn’t promote myself anywhere tho or put any stock in it. I was training the family dog at home and helping my friend with training her dog. I began thinking about becoming a trainer. I’ve applied so many times to petsmart/petco for the dog trainer position but ultimately never pursued it and would lean harder into the social work jobs.

I do still feel a little silly being so optimistic about the pet sitting stuff because it’s not a typical route, but im seeing so many people thrive with it now. So many small businesses for pet care. I think I could do that. I think I’d love doing it.

I think i burned out from social work years ago. Maybe from the whole field. I think that part of me is tired. Which is hard to admit. Despite my best self care efforts, I’ve carried the burdens of my clients for the last 10 years. I still think about my first clients from 2014, wonder how they are, if they’re okay, if they’re still alive. Ive spent too many nights crying about my clients because I didn’t have a magic wand to make life easier for them. I’ve given my entire heart to the social work jobs I’ve had and the clients I’ve worked with. I’m tired. Empathy is such a gift And I know it’s my biggest strength, but maybe, at least for now until my heart heals, I can Channel my empathy towards animals again.

We’re finally putting money into savings despite Rover being a huge pay cut. It won’t be sustainable job once we move out, so I have from now until then to make something of it. M is so supportive of this and its helped me to believe in myself again 💚
