Jak only ever got Kira in the end, and even then. He didn't get what he set out to get.

In jak 2 his MAIN GOAL was to kill praxis.

That never happened.

Praxis died from falling debris, and PRAXIS EVEN HAMMERED DOWN THAT HE MADE JAK TO DEFEAT THE METAL HEAD ARMIES

WHICH WOULD FURTHER MAKE JAK MORE VENGEFUL AGAINST PRAXIS.

JAK DIDNT WANT TO DEFEAT THE METAL HEADS UNTIL THE END(almost). HIS MAIN GOAL WAS KILLING PRAXIS AND HE PICKED UP KILLING THE METAL HEADS ONCE HE UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY WERE NOW IN THE FUTURE AND THAT THEY DESTROIED HIS HOME.

and don't get me started on the regret he probably felt once he found out that damas was his father.

He probably lay awake countless nights thinking what could've been if he brought his younger self to damas.

If he could've lived out his childhood with his father who died in his arms.

But no.

It was all taken away.

The heros don't get what they want in jak and daxter and I think we need more of these kinds of stories.
