5. Giving Gingerale or some other soda to help sickie burp

6. Encouraging sickie to try and go #2

7. Offering a nap

8. A heating pad

9. Either encouraging sickie to walk or bouncing them themselves to get gas to move

10. Offer a light meal (think BRAT diet)

11. Wrapping sickie in a warm blanket fresh from the drier

12. Allowing sickie to lay on their tummy on caretaker's chest

13. Giving sickie an apple (apples help neutralize stomach acid)

14. Offering a natural laxative such as prune juice or coconut water

15. Take sickie outside for some fresh air
