📼💪 Hanta Sero: i have a lot of memories of him coming up to me and making observational jokes? like, endless hilarious jokes about really unexpected things

🍡🌌 Ochaco Uraraka: the poor girl was lacking funds and that resulted in some! very upsetting behavior! so i tried to make sure the student's fridge was always full and i got her a bunch of junk food and snacks all the time. i gave her an extra card i had and i also went a little overboard and got some room decorations and posters and stuff for her. she was the reason i changed the former policy that Might Tower's student outreach programs had, my dumb ass had not realized what was going on b4

📚🪆 Momo Yayorozu: the leader of the girl's sleepover squad. she was always getting new nail polish or types of tea or hair care products or face masks for all the girls to try together at a sleepover. and how do i know this? well, you'll never guess who was invited as an "honorary girl" to most of these sleepovers. it was shoto! betcha didn't see that coming. i was also there, haha!

🌑🐦‍⬛ Fumikage Tokoyami: he would write and share poetry often! it was pretty insightful and beautiful, and occasionally it would inspire his classmates bc i remember tsu sharing a few poems too

😈🗡️ Dark Shadow: dark shadow was such a disturbance in class until we started treating them like an actual person 😂 it made me rethink a lot of subtle rules that Nezu had, bc tokoyami's grades increased dramatically and dark shadow was able to perform better in P.E. when they knew the other parts of the lesson plan. who'd'a thunk it (this anime is a psychological horror)

🥊⛰️ Ejiro Kirishima: kirishima was so positive and supportive that you wouldn't expect him to struggle with negative self talk, but sometimes one on one tutoring got a little heavy! knowing his goals and inspirations helped me to give him pep talks and hype him up, and i also remember recommending a few movies, plus a documentary on crimson riot that he said he had never seen before. i told him i dye my hair too (bleach)

🪩🎭 Yuga Aoyama: after the whole. well. plot thing, he was so sad and so scared, but everyone in the class was very supportive and tried to be a good friend to him! he confided in me about feelings of guilt and shame sometimes, and i was grateful to be able to reassure him. it was also cool to be able to reassure him about having a quirk he wasn't born with, bc same hat.

🦁🥋 Mashirao Ojirou: we watched all of the star wars movies in 30 minute to an hour sessions after tutoring. his hero costume was inspired by luke skywalker's outfit in a new hope. it kind of ruled

👾💗 Mina Ashido: pinky helped me figure out a bunch of stretching routines for the class, especially her peers who had different body plans or muscle tension. tutoring her was more like her tutoring me half the time!!

🪞💡 Toru Hagakure: her quirk awakening was so cool, she got skilled enough at it to make bizarre glowing checkerboard patterns move across her body. she looked like a glitched minecraft texture sometimes, it was awesome

🐙🥷 Mezo Shoji: he was part of the poetry club and he also could play the sanshin (i think. it was tall and had three strings and he used a pick or his fingers). he was shy in front of groups but he was a beautiful performer and i might have cried the first time i heard him play

🍰🍬 Rikido Sato: he was so sweet and sensitive that he was one of the only people who could hold kouda's rabbit. i was in his room all the time because he kept baking me treats

🐇🕊️Koji Kouda: lemme tell you, this guy's quirk in the middle of summer when all the ants start trying to come indoors? game changer. one of my favorite things about him is he would baa like a sheep sometimes.

🚏⛑️ Tenya Iida: one time he ran out of glasses by breaking them all and he had to wear prescription swim googles until his replacements arrived. pure game, legends only

🎤🎚️ Kyoka Jirou: she made some seriously killer remixes in her free time, it was so awesome being able to hear them, like itching part of my brain. extremely stimmy hyperpop shawn wasabi core stuff, bangers only

🔥🧊 Shoto Todoroki: he had this ongoing theme where he would get mismatched red and white stuff, like pairs of shoes, which matched his hair colors. i remember him getting both vanilla and strawberry whenever he would get sweets, and he had this big knit blanket that was half white and half red that he used in the common area sometimes

🐸🌧️ Tsuyu Asui: tsu would ask the most interesting questions sometimes. like sometimes you'd just be sitting there in the common room doing something else, and she'd come up to you and then read you so severely it'd give me whiplash. i saw a few students react... poorly, to this, at times, but i think it was a testament to how observant tsu was that she could pinpoint not only someone's insecurities but even a few explanations for those insecurities, accurately. and some of her classmates seemed to really appreciate being so Seen and Known. definitely a trait that's valuable in a hero!! extremely awkward when she called me out on my hygiene due to my mental health 😂

🍇⛓️‍💥 Minoru Mineta: i dunno how to say this but in my canon she was trans. idk. an integral member of the girl's sleepover squad. as soon as she felt accepted she became the most cool and chill person ever, everyone loved her

🥦🐰 Izuku Midoriya: pretty much the most common activity Izuku did besides work out was sit next to me with his notebook and write stuff about me in it. he had a ruler or sometimes a measuring tape that he would use, and i would catch him measuring random parts of my body when i wasn't looking and writing it down. dude knew the exact length of my wrinkles and what not. just complete fanboy behavior, he had his hyperfixation on lock

🎞️♟️ Sir Nighteye: one of the most common memories i have is this repeated situation that i put us through where i had a crush on him, right? so i would be on the verge of confessing or kissing him or holding his hand but then he would use his quirk on me and see that i was about to do that and then he would get so flustered that i wouldn't. which is changing the future btw jsyk

🛡️⌨️ David Shield: shout out to that one semester of college where whenever i went to find david he was in the labs working without eating or sleeping, listening to ABBA on repeat. what a legend.

🔎👔 Naomasa Tsukauchi: when i met his sister for the first time then it suddenly explained like so much about him. he also helped me connect with an organization to foster kittens when i was rescuing them outside of work. we would text each other memes

👁️❌ Eraserhead: aizawa had this secret evil sixth sense where he could just tell whenever i was smoking and would magically appear out of nowhere (feeding stray alley cats) and catch me in the act (trying to quit)(not succeeding)(nicotine gum did not help)

🔊🎙️ Present Mic: president michael's radio show was extremely popular so whenever he would do a call challenge then his work phone would be destroyed with incoming messages. he was pretty much always ringing off the hook with work stuff but it was insurmountable on giveaway days.

🪤🔒 Midnight: we would go out drinking with her friends a lot, sometimes with coworkers but sometimes she would introduce me to all sorts of folks. she was extremely social and popular??!

👻🗃️ Ectoplasm: he flipping loved karaoke, he would only go out with any of us if we were going to do karaoke. he would use his quirk to sing harmonies. he also did jigsaw puzzles in the common area sometimes, and sudoku.

⚕️🌀 Thirteen: she had such a messed up sleep schedule dude, so when we figured out that we had the same taste in tv then the dorm couch became like. a crash pad. usually one of us was leaving a recently vacated depression nest of blankets and snacks with a nature documentary playing

🚧🏢 Cementoss: ken was such a sweetheart he was always giving me sweets and trying to care for my wellbeing. he liked nature documentaries too so he was part of the late night cuddle puddle often, altho he usually went to bed instead of sleeping on the couch

The Octopus and The Monkey

Guess what, I’m bored! So let’s write a fic!! This one is based off of the Shoji x Ojiro rp me and my friend are doing on discord, and I think that this would be a cute scenario! (This is also maybe sorta slightly based off of this fanart by @ticklishfanart​)

Ler Shoji, Lee Ojiro

“Hey, Shoji?” Ojiro looked up at the many-armed student, his head laying in Shoji’s lap as they relaxed on the couch in the common room.

“Yeah, monkey?” he asked, smirking a little under the mask, knowing how well that nickname got to him.

“I- You lil- I- R-right… How are you so tall?” he finally stuttered out. Ojiro honestly found his boyfriend a little unsettling in the sense that he was taller than most of the teachers.

“I’m not sure. It’s as much of a mystery as how soft your tail is,” he remarked, looking over at a Denki happily playing with Ojiro’s tail fluff on the floor. Shoji loved how they felt like fathers to a sweet little kid when they were with him. 

Ojiro shrugged, gently pulling his tail away, laughing a little when Kaminari looked disappointed and muttering out a little “Aww, poor guy..” before giving him access to the fluff again, smiling at him when his expression quickly went to surprised and then to happy as he began to play with the fluff again.

“Dohon’t tease the poor guy,” Shoji chuckled quietly, looking back at his boyfriend, who was still watching the electric blonde.

“He’s fine. As long as he gets it back, I don’t think his boyfriends will come after me,” Ojiro noted, looking back up at his own boyfriend.

Shoji rolled his eyes and put a hand on Ojiro’s belly, gently tapping his fingers and accidentally making his boyfriend squirm under the touch.

“Sh-Shoji, quit that!” the tailed teen stuttered out, smiling at the ticklish touches.

“Quit what?” he asked, genuinely a little confused.

“The t-tapping, ihit tickles!”

“Wait, it does?” Shoji asked, his amusement plain in his voice. “So not just your tail is ticklish, then?” “Ohof course not!” he said, still squirming.

“Hmm, I wonder, where else are you ticklish?” he mused, grabbing Ojiro’s wrists in one hand and pulling him upright in his lap.

“Uh, Sh-Shoji, are you d-doing what I think you’re d-doing?” Ojiro asked, a nervous smile coming to his face.

“I don’t know, what do you think I’m doing?” he asked, pulling Oijrio’s shirt up just enough to expose his belly, another hand becoming a mouth with that grin that he knew Ojiro found hilarious for some reason.

Sure enough, said tail boi looked away from the hand with a giddy smile, suppressing bubbly laughter. Denki noticed their behavior from the floor and let Ojiro’s tail go, smiling when he saw him struggling to keep it from wagging.

Ojiro jolted as he felt Shoji pulling his tail up and holding it near the base, two more hands positioned near his armpits and the mouthed hand near his belly.

“Any last words?” Shoji asked playfully, and Ojiro knew he was doomed.

“Take care of Kaminari for me,” he answered, the anticipating smile on his face growing wider.

“You got it,” he said, before he started tickling him, digging his fingers into his armpits and tail, the mouthed hand blowing raspberries on his belly, pulling squeals and loud laughter from the tailed hero-in-training.

“SH-SHOJIHIHIHIHIHI! NAHAHAHA STAHAHAHA!” he protested, the part of his tail that wasn’t being held wagging violently. Denki silently thanked himself for letting go when he did, knowing that he would have probably gotten hit in the face if he didn’t.

“You’re so ticklish, look at you!” Shoji smiled behind the mask, relishing the adorable (and loud) sounds his boyfriend was making.

Ojiro kicked and squirmed, Kaminari having to dodge the flying legs as he watched a hysterical Ojiro losing his mind as his boyfriend dug into his two worst spots and raspberried the third, his nerves alight with the ticklish shocks, making his entire body feel ticklish.

“PLEHEHEHEHEASE! NAHAHAHA IHIHAHAHA! IHIT TIHIHIHIHIHICKLES!!!” Ojiro nearly screeched, pulling at his trapped hands.

“Well, I would hope so! I’d hate it if I was hurting you,” Shoji teased him. “And look at your tail! It’s just like a puppy! You know what I think?”

“WHAHAHAT?!”

“I think you like this.”

Busted.

“IHIHIHIHIHIHI! YOUHUHUHU! GAHAHAHAHA!” he protested, not denying the accusation.

“What was that Ojiro? I can’t understand you, can you stop laughing so hard?” he asked teasingly, not letting up at all.

“IHIHIHIHIT’S SO BAHAHAHAD! PLEHEEEEASE! SHOJIHHIHIHI!” Ojiro begged, his laugh becoming desperate.

Shoji heard and let him go, gently rubbing his belly to help with the phantom tingles that threatened to keep him giggling for the rest of the day. 

Ojiro looked up at his six-armed boyfriend, his smile and giggles contagious to the bigger student.

“Ihihihi… I hahate youhuhu…” he mumbled, poking Shoji’s nose.

“Do you now? Well your tail seems to like me,” he pointed out, gesturing to the tail that was still wagging from the ticklish attack.

“Trahahaitor…” he muttered at his tail, finally stilling it and letting Denki play with the floof on the end again. Said electric blonde hopped up on the couch beside them, running his fingers through and squishing the floof.

Shoji ran his fingers through Ojiro’s hair, pretending not to notice how he leaned into the touch a little as they relaxed on the couch, the only sounds being the occasional happy hum from the electric student beside them.

- BUT it totally wasn’t because kirishima and mina had sent the two of you to the same place in an attempt to get you two under the doorway.

- bakugou would immediately try to leave, it lowkey hurt, but you understood

- until sero challenged him, “you too chicken to kiss a pretty girl bakubro? i bet you’ve never even kissed a girl!”

- the kiss was harsh, your teeth clashes together but bakugou gripped you by your shoulders, preventing you from pulling away

- finally getting a chance to breathe, he pushed you away with a faint blush on his cheeks, scowling at the others.

- all i can say is, izuku is baby

- now this boy knows what’s supposed to happen, but is unsure if you want it to happen

- since his hair was so green, you and uraraka decided to pin little ornament looking clips onto his hair.

- in doing so, you hadn’t noticed that a little mistletoe charm was added.

- he’d walked up to you, a few drinks in one hand and balancing some tamales in the other.

- that’s when you noticed the clip, and as if on instinct to seeing it, you leaned in and pecked his lips.

- blushing and covering his face while you took the drinks and food before he could drop them

- but he did have a crush on you

- you actually snuck up behind him on the couch and raised the mistletoe

- he was surprised to say the least, about to deny the chance to kiss, only to be cut off by your lips on his cheek, effectively shutting him up

- feeling him nod, you gently pull down the front of his mask and press a soft kiss to his lips.

- funny enough, the two of you were actually hanging them up.

- it didn’t click until he had lowered you on his tail from attaching it to the doorway, the two of you looking up and realizing the predicament you were in.

- he’s a good spirit on the holidays, so there isn’t much awkwardness after you two laugh it off.

- he places a hand on your neck and gently pulls you in, his lips planting themselves on yours.

- his kisses are soft, but you can feel the passionate energy within it.

- you bother we’re blushing when he pulled away, feelings beginning to stir within the two of you.

BNHA Chapter 327 Spoiler Analysis: Home Sweet Home

OH MY GOD, GUYS!!!  DEKU GETS A BATH!!!! 🎉🛁 🧼   My broccoli boy finally gets squeaky clean, gets some sleep, and we finally get some R&R time with the Class 1-A kids.  It’s not close to the happy-go-lucky days of old, but it’s some time with the kids nonetheless.  I’m glad Horikoshi put some heart and humor in this chapter because god knows we needed it.  But, let’s be real, this is the calm before the storm:

The chapter starts off with what everyone and Horikoshi has been wanting for Deku since he went on his mission: A motherfuckin’ bath 🛀 🧼🛁!   Kaminiari and Kirishima lead the Class 1-A boys to carry Deku into their side of the UA Alliance bathhouse (looks real nice btw) and give him a good power-wash.  The whole sequence is very comical!  The boys are rushing in and poor Deku has this O_O face on him like “what is happening?” 😂 We also see some of the boys butt naked 😳  It’s clear that Horikoshi had fun drawing this thing and it was fun to read 💚

Bakugo is with them of course and you can actually see his scars from when Shigaraki stabbed him.  He’s not bleeding, but you can see those scar patches on his skin.  I’m curious of how fan artist are going to draw him from now on.  I would like to see that fan art 👀

There’s also some bubble sfx coving Bakugo’s crotch and a translator said it might say dick or penis.  I’m curious what the officials will say.

But, Bakugo being Bakugo is still aggressive towards his classmates.  More playfully than before, but still.  He reminds everyone that he still intends on being the best there is and that everyone is still his rivals (also friends, Bakugo).  HE EVEN MAKES AN ATTEMPT TO CALL DEKU IZUKU!  LIKE HE ALMOST SAID “DEKU” BUT HE CHANGED IT TO IZUKU AT THE LAST MINUTE!  AND DEKU SAYS THAT CALLING HIM DEKU IS JUST FINE LIKE THAT ANGER THAT ORIGINATED FROM THE NICKNAME ISN’T THERE ANYMORE AND IT’S A FREINDLY NICKNAME BKDK FRIENDSHIP GROWTH YOU LOVE TO SEE IT 🧡💚  

After Deku’s bath, he’s sitting in the commons talking to the rest of Class 1-A.  Well, most of them.  Mina tells Deku that Ochako and a few other students went to bed after everything became ok again.  So, I definitely didn’t see Tsuyu, and it looks like Shoji, Aoyama, and Hagakare weren’t in this chapter either.  Ochako I understand; her speech must’ve been emotionally taxing.  Aoyama and Hagakare are the top suspects for being the traitor in the fandom and this isn’t helping their cases.  I don’t know about Tsuyu and Shoji though.  They’re both mutant-types, but characters like Ojiro or mutant-like people like Jiro, Mina or Tokoyami didn’t get outcasted.  Horikoshi did hint that Shoji would be getting something soon.  But, I really am just speculating here.

Now that Deku’s back, everyone has questions for him.  Though I understand why, this has gotta be overwhelming for Deku.  At least they’re not mad at him for hiding OFA.  They seem very understanding actually.

Then my ❄️🔥 boy, Shoto Todoroki, comes in all handsome right out of the baths 💙  He’s drying his right side while you can see a steam cloud on his left.  So, it is canon that Shoto drys himself naturally with his heat. His entrance is so pretty that even Mineta’s questioning it (shut up, Mineta, you’ll never be as beautiful as him).  And yes, I might be a Shoto simp, don’t judge me I see y’all too 👀

Anyway, Shoto asks everyone to let Deku sleep since that was pretty much the whole reason they brought him back.  Problem is, Deku can’t because he really needs to apologize to All Might for abandoning him.  AND AFTER HE SAYS THAT THERE’S A DETAILED PANEL OF SHOTO POINTING TO ALL MIGHT LIKE “UH, MIDORIYA? HE’S RIGHT THERE” AND ALL MIGHT LOOKING FROM THE WINDOW LIKE A HORROR VILLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE 😭

All Might comes in and apologizes to Deku for not being able to support him when he needed it, but Deku says that All Might support him more than enough.  Mina also scolds All Might for not saying anything when he left.  She wants All Might to apologize to everyone for that.  Though I’m glad Deku and All Might have reconciled (I honestly thought that last convo between them was going to be THE LAST for a hot minute), Mina has a point.  All Might did bail on all of them without any warning.  Kinda messed up in general.

All Might apologizes and he is going to fight with everyone regardless of his physical state so that he can see that flame continue to shine.  However, he warns the kids that they got info on the villains and that the final decisive battle is coming soon.  If the whole “Final Arc” thing hasn’t been hammered into your head, there you go.  I’m also glad that Stain’s speech did end up motivating All Might further.  Who knew?

So, All Might is off to help Endeavor since he’s got unfinished business to take care of.  But, the kids are wondering why Endeavor (and probably Hawks) isn’t entering UA entirely yet.  Shot reminds them that Endeavor is still connected to Dabi and that his presence alone would cause more discourse.  People’s minds can’t change that easily.  Shoto of all people would know.  

As Deku FINALLY SLEEPS 💤 and Shoto puts a blanket over him (possibly warmed by his left side 🔥) 💙💚 Shoto acknowledges how his presence might be making people anxious too even though it’s not his fault at all (thank you, Kirishima for doubling down on this btw ❤️🪨).  But, things are different and Shoto’s going to show that so that everyone can be at ease like he wants as a hero.  There’s even this sweet small smile on his beautiful face as he says this.  He’s grown so much and he’s pretty to boot I love him so much *HANDS IN FACE* 💙❄️🔥

And now Jiro steps up and says her piece.  That she knows how hard it is to convince everyone to change their minds for the better.  Like with those two critics from the Culture Fest.  Even so, they accomplished this before, so she thinks they can do it again.  She even gathers all the band members to emphasize on this.  I love how Jiro uses her earphone jacks to rally the band and how she literally drags Bakugo by the shirt for a cute group shot.  None of these kids are afraid of Bakugo anymore LOL 😂!  Also, Momo is the tallest out of all of them in this line up shot (except for Bakugo who’s still being dragged on the ground).  I think she’s roughly 5ft 6-7 inches?  She’s the tallest of the girls I know that, but damn.  She towers all of them.  Even me...  She’s also very pretty in this shot and it’s her birthday as I’m posting this, so happy b-day Momo ❤️

And we get a beautiful panel of Jiro leading everyone to make sure that they’ll go beyond with making everything better than it was before.  We get a nice group shot of the rest of the class agreeing with her with a smile including Shoto with a small one (did I mention that I love him?) 💙💙💙 And Deku’s in the center still sleeping away.  I hope he has good dreams *kisses forehead*💚  And go Jiro for stepping up to the plate too 💜!  All these kids have grown so much.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel. 

Finally, the last pages show Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist going somewhere, maybe Tartarus.  They got info out of Dr. Ujiko via polygraph and the Nomu Research Group at Central Hospital.  They predict that they have 2 months until Shigaraki’s ready to go again, so they’ll need 1 month of preparation.  But, the info Stain gave All Might gave them more info.  His letter ended up being a personal letter to All Might (Stain really is that nuts...), but there was a microchip in the blade Stain left containing the security records from Tartarus.  It’s not stated how this info affected the mission at hand, but it sounds like it has to do something with the time frame.  So, I’m curious if they have less time to prepare or more?  Given how this is the Final Arc, Imma say less.

Finally, the teaser asks “How are the villains moving?”  I wonder if that means we’re switching to the villain’s next week.  I would love to hang out with the kids more, but I would also like to know what our villains are up to.  Like, where the hell is Himiko Toga?  Is Spinner still questioning shit?  What happened to Mr. Compress after he mauled himself to help Shigaraki and the others escape?  Also I think we need more info on this dude’s backstory given he’s the grandson of the famous Robin Hood villain who’s name definitely didn’t escape me... 😐  Is Dabi laughing his ass off from the utter chaos he started?  Is AFO still smiling like the evil mastermind he is?  Is Shigaraki as crispy as he was earlier?  I was going to ask about Twice but... 😭

So, yeah!  Love this chapter.  Really good transition chapter into whatever happens next.  I’m kinda sad we didn’t see Deku fight off more past villains during his vigilante days.  We got Muscular and Overhaul and I think that’s it?  Didn’t see any of Overhaul’s minions or that teeth-blade villain (Fish-something?; he broke out, but we haven’t seen him since) or Re-Destro or his goons.  I don’t count as Gentle or LaBrava as villains anymore and they were never truly evil to begin with.  Regardless, it was a really cool arc to see a more dark side of Deku.  I’m really glad Horikoshi made great use of his bunny hood and metal mask finally.  Deku really did look demonic for some time.  Also, seeing Deku badass is always a plus.  And seeing the deconstruction of hero society and the possible reconstruction of it was really good too.  Not everything is sunshine and rainbows, unfortunately, but we can do our best to make it that way.

I’m also glad that we finally got our kids back in top form.  Not just being heroes, but being teenagers too.  They all had great moments especially Iida, Ochako, and now Shoto as they should.  But, Bakugo’s apology was peak for me.  Over 320 chapters of development and build-up lead to that moment and it really is one of the best in the series.  It lives in my head rent free.

So, we got 1-2 months in-manga-time until what is probably the final battle of the series.  God, I can’t believe we’re actually nearing the end of this series.  I started reading it back in 2018 when shit was rough for me. I found this series after listening to the music and reading the hype around it.  I watched the show then I read the manga and it really helped me.  Saved me from a dark place actually.  I will miss this series when it’s done and I will be greatly for the joy Horikoshi has gifted us.  I’ll try to save the farewells for later.  I’d say this series has at least 1-1 1/2 years to go.

So the students decide to do a game of truth or dare and Y/N is dared to pick up her crush (it was said in a joking manner, but no one knew that sis could actually lift so she easily picks him up despite the size and weight difference). Imagine the shook faces of Shoji, Tetsutetsu, Sero, and Bakugo being held bridal style so easily by someone so cute and cheery before realizing the point of the dare. She’s like “I did it :3”

it wasn’t can that bad, the worst thing that had happened so far was Kirishima being dared to call another intern from Fatgums agency

unfortunately, all of that went down the drain once mina decided that she wanted something spectacular to spice things up

and adding to the misfortune was the fact it was your turn

You’re an underground hero. You try to save as many people as you can, which is very noble of you! Though, there’s a villain you can’t beat. There’s an injury you can’t bounce back from. That’s okay! Not everyone can be just like the Number One Hero, All Might.

He’ll take you to his home. It’s nice and grand, nothing like you could afford working underground. But that’s okay, he can support you! Being the Number One Hero has its perks. And he’ll let you roam on the property and do what you want as long as you don’t leave. He knows that you have to be preoccupied here while you rest and recover. And maybe, if you like it so much, you’ll stay here afterwards.

Toshinori knows that you want to save more people but you’ve saved enough. You’re not expected to save everyone like he is. You’re not expected to be there for everyone like he is. Just stay right there for him—that would be enough.

Eraserhead - Aizawa Shouta

He met you when you both were in the U.A. General Studies Course.

Of course, then he was focused on becoming a hero. You were too, but he was more determined than you and U.A. only let one person move onto the Hero Studies course. He took your spot, which led you on the road to dead-end after dead-in job.

But that’s okay! Aizawa knows that there is more to life than working. That work is just to supplement the little things in life—like the little pussycat that works at his favorite cat cafe.

He watches you like he would watch a villain. But there’s nothing villainous about you. You’re entirely virtuous and charitable, despite your slightly off-putting quirk and personality. But that’s nothing that Aizawa doesn’t understand. He understands you; he was almost you. And that’s why he must give you something better. Because he feels guilt in knowing that he made you this way, he fixes it in his own special way.

Sure, that’s by handcuffing you to his bed in the cat lingerie that he so desperately wanted to see you in, but being with him can be the little thing you look forward to. Being with him can be the only thing you ever need.

Present Mic - Hizashi Yamada

You’re so studious. People take you seriously. It’s probably why you’re such a well-renowned figure in your field. You’re no-nonsense and dependable, the things people wanted from the carefree man all of his life.

And seeing you let loose makes him go wild.

Sure, Hizashi likes how you are when you’re just how people wanted him to be, but when you finally shed that laer and reveal your true nature… man, he goes feral. It unlocks something they didn’t know they needed. It stems from a need to have everyone be their true selves with him. Because you’re truly what the carefree guy thinks everyone is. And that my friend, is what he craves from you. Because despite what he shows, Hizashi Yamada isn’t that happy all the time. He’s had people leave him and use him and tear him down. But you, you are who he acts like to the public. Only for you, it’s not an act.

And sure, he wished you’d show that fun side more often, but he knows how important masks are to people like you two.

Yuga Aoyama

You’re a fellow hero student. Maybe in the classes above, maybe replacing one of the known 40 students in his hero class (other than his fabulousness, Aoyama of course)! No matter how you got into the hero course, that’s where you meet the ever sparkling boy.

You give him attention. Out of everyone you could befriend, you choose him. Of course he knew you would, he’d never admit to otherwise.

Though, he can’t help but envy the sheer amount of people wanting your attention. Aoyama wants you to focus on him. He wants your attention to be on him as he is on you. So many people take up your time and he just greedily wants it all.

It totally doesn’t span from the lack of attention he got as a child. He’d brush off any accusation. But inside, he whimpers. He’s cracking and your attention is the superglue that holds him together.

Please don’t let him fall apart.

Mezo Shoji - Tentacole

You’re normal. You don’t have to hide. You aren’t filled with mutations that would scare children and get you discriminated against.

Sure, he’s sweet and powerful and considerate, but nobody gives him a chance. He’s just so scary looking, being a hulking mutant. And that’s why he hides. But you, you don’t have to hide. You can go about and be normal. Nobody cares about your imperfections and flaws (even if Shoji is convinced you have none).

And even though society says you’re better than a mutant like him, you don’t discriminate against him. You don’t find him scary. In fact, you’re friends with him and he feels like he has to protect his only supporter, just so he can find it in him to continue this difficult path in life.

Shoto Todoroki

You aren’t burdened by heroics and villainy. You aren’t burdened with a ripped apart family. You aren’t burdened with trauma. You’re normal, plain and simple. And that’s what catches his attention. You are a part of the picture perfect family he hopes to achieve.

And that’s why he takes you.

You’re what he wants out of life. You know how to keep a home that is stable and loving and together. You know how to live a normal lifestyle and you’re going to be the stable force that keeps him together. You’re going to be his love and motivation and muse and you’re nobility in his eyes.

He can’t take his eyes off of you. He can’t take his hands off of you. He can’t get enough of you.

Tooru Hagakure - Invisigirl

She’s invisible. It’s literally in the name of her hero alias. BUt you’re not. Oh no, you could never be invisible. With how much you stand out and shine, you could never be invisible.

And Tooru likes it that way. She likes the attention you get. She just wants your attention to herself. Is that too much to ask?

You can get attention from anyone you need it from but your attention must be hers. She must grab your attention. She must be the person you turn to. Make her not feel invisible. Make her feel like a valued person to you. That’s all she asks for.

Katsuki Bakugou - Dynamight

You’re so nice.

That’s it. You’re nice and pretty and friendly and everything he isn’t.

Bakugou Katsuki is rough around the edges and is filled with crude and crass language. He pushes people away and hurts whoever he can. But you don’t care. You’re nice and pretty, friendly and easy to look at. Oh so agreeable and helpful and everything encompassing an angel like yourself.

And allowing yourself up to the harsh boy is what made you pass the point of no return. Sure, you were probably just going to him for help studying or training advice, but in his mind, you came to him because you needed him. You! The one person who’s so put together that it hurts needed him to help them.

And that’s when Bakugou Katsuki swore to protect you with all of his might. Sure, it might not be well received, but he doesn’t give a damn about that. All he cares about is you.

Izuku Midoriya - Deku

You’re still quirkless. And yet, you live and thrive without anyone else.

He finds that admirable. He finds you admirable. He couldn’t be like you. In another life maybe, but he had no prospects being quirkless. But yet, here you are, living your life while being quirkless.

And sure, you might face a little harassment, but it's over before you know it. Because Izuku got rid of that little hindrance. He wants you to thrive, to succeed. He has to help you because you can’t help yourself.

In return, he just wants a little affection. Then a little more. Because he would’ve given anything for someone to help when he was quirkless and it’s what he’s owed, for being your own, personal hero.

Momo Yaoyorozu - Creati

Momo Yaoyorozu found you to be someone she could help. Poor, unintelligent, lacking—she saw you as lacking.

Though, Momo would never tell you that. She’d just help out any way she can. Sneakily at first, until it was overt in her help. Momo needed to feel needed and you were the perfect receptacle of her desire.

And it’s not like she treats you terribly. Oh no! You’re treated like a precious doll or a famous piece of art. You need to be kept in a meticulous environment and untouched by those who are unworthy.

Hitoshi Shinsou

You were quirkless. And that meant that you didn’t get the intense bullying that he got for his villainous quirk. You were still bullied, but he could keep them away from you. He could be your hero.

And that’s all it took. You were the perfect vessel for his unhealthy attraction. And, best of all, you seemed to enjoy it. Thankful for his protection. School’s already rough, but because of him, it’s all better.

To break through the ice.

That’s all you want.

But with someone as stoic as Giyuu, breaking through that barrier is a challenge in itself. Try again and again as you might – you weren’t making any progress. It’s infuriating, to say the least.

Even people as obnoxious as Sanemi and Kyojuro can barely get a rise out of him. Sure, everybody’s used to Giyuu’s expression not faltering. Some say that’s the primary reason why he doesn’t have many friends.

You like Giyuu, you really do. Hell, you’d even go the lengths and say you love him. You know he’s all soft and mushy underneath that rigid shell of his; you just have to get to it. Giyuu understands that it’s okay to let someone in, right? The entire world isn’t against him.

Somehow, though, you know that this isn’t the case. Merely looking into his lifeless eyes tells you everything you need to know. Something happened to this poor man and left him as a pathetic shell of his former self. You wonder how he acted as a kid, if he chased after fireflies and graced the world with his laughter.

It almost makes you cry, thinking like that. Everybody deserves happiness, Giyuu included. With demons roaming the world, happiness is something rare to come by, especially amongst your fellow demon slayers. You want to grant Giyuu that happiness. Nobody else you know is attempting to do it. Shame on them for shunning one of their own, even if he likes solitude. Too much of it can drive a person mad.

“You know, Giyuu,” you say to him one day, “I think you’re really strong.”

With the sun high in the bright blue sky, it’s safe to say that it’s a perfect day. Giyuu’s inky hair shines with a healthy glow; the same could be said about his skin. It’s fascinating, really. His beauty is unique, rivals a winter’s day, yet it’s so… sorrowful. His eyes won’t give the slightest hint to what he’s thinking.

“We all are,” he simply mutters. “We have to be if we want to win.”

He’s not wrong. With all of the rigorous training you and the rest of the pillars have gone through, being weak is not an option. But you didn’t mean it that way.

Embarrassment crawls up your spine. Okay, so direct compliments may not be the way to go.

You clear your throat and try again. “I mean… I really respect you, Tomioka-san. You’re amazing.”

Again, all he does is blink. Does he really not get compliments? Or does he simply not like them?

“I respect you as well,” Giyuu says. He ends your short-lived conversation with a curt nod before taking off.

Sadly, that wasn’t your only attempt at trying to get a reaction out of the guy. A mere smile would suffice at this point. Your plans vary; you compliment him, tell him jokes (which he doesn’t seem to impressed by), hell, you even embarrass yourself in front of the others just to see what he’ll do.

It’s so utterly hopeless that you begin to lose faith in yourself. “Tomioka-san” this, “Tomioka-san” that. At times, he seems bothered by your constant poking. You know he prefers to keep to himself, but come on. You’re trying your absolute best here.

It’s in pure desperation when you turn to Mitsuri for advice. She’s always been extremely popular with the boys, so you hope she can help you in your quest.

“Oh my gods, you like Giyuu-san? That’s so cute!” she gushes after you reveal your secret.

Wincing, you glance your surroundings for any potential eavesdroppers. “Not so loud, Mitsuri,” you caution your friend, “I don’t want everybody hearing about it.” Especially Shinobu and Sanemi. They’d only give you hell for it.

“Have you told him yet?” Mitsuri chirps. Her face is flushed in a delicate shade of pink. She really is the Love Pillar, isn’t she?

You shake your head. “He’s not the type of person you can easily confess your feelings to…”

Mitsuri hastily waves her hands. “Nonsense! You just have to believe in yourself! I mean, look at you! You’re so pretty! And strong! Giyuu-san has to like you! I see him watching you sometimes when you’re not looking.” She sends you a wink.

Your heart flutters in your chest. “He… watches me?” Okay, so maybe there is some hope, after all.

“You can do it!” Mitsuri cheers, clapping her hands together. “Go get your man!”

Mitsuri continues to cheer after you as you slide the shoji screen open and step into the hall. That is, until you accidentally collide into someone’s chest.

A surprised squeak erupts from your mouth and your eyes dart up to meet Giyuu’s. His expression is as stoic as always; you feel your soul escaping your body. How long had he been standing out here?

“Tomioka-san,” you breathe.

“Can I… Can I talk to you? Privately?”

You stare up at him. Did he just stutter. Did the Tomioka Giyuu stutter?

Feebly, you nod your head. Giyuu takes your arm in a gentle grasp and leads you further down the hall.

“Listen,” you start, mentally digging yourself a grave, “I’m sorry if I upset you.”

Still, Giyuu says nothing.

You press on, your emotions building up in your chest and pushing themselves out. Whether you liked it or not, the truth was going to reveal itself. “I didn’t know what to do. I just really, really wanted to see you smile.”

Giyuu comes to an abrupt stop. You clamp your mouth shut and silently curse yourself out. You’re too scared to know what he’s going to say; upon looking at his face, though, you’re entirely shocked.

Red fills his entire face, spreads to the tips of his ears and down his neck. Leaning in, you can’t believe your eyes. You’ve never seen Giyuu look this way before. It takes all of his effort to keep his own eyes off of you.

“Giyuu…?”

Gingerly, you reach up and turn his face towards you. Heat floods through the tips of your fingers as you cup his face. He inhales sharply; and, if you are being entirely honest, he looks like he’s about to pass out at any given moment.

“Do you like me?” he blurts.

You’re taken aback the sudden outburst. Shit, so he did hear you and Mitsuri talking. It’s not entirely a bad thing, but awaiting his response is.

“Yeah. I do,” you say to him, voice soft.

He lets out a shaky breath. “And… you’re not lying?”

You pry your other arm out of his grasp and cup the other side of his face. “Giyuu, if I didn’t like you, would I be doing this?” you whisper. Your heart beats a million shades of red as you press your lips to his in a feathery kiss.

He’s shaking underneath your touch.

Breaking the kiss, you pull away slightly. “Do I have to tell you again?” you ask him.

For the first time in forever, the corners of Giyuu’s lips twitch upwards.

Izuku Couple Ranking

1. TodoDeku - Narrative foils! He’ll listen to him and respects his strategy's, doesn’t just dismiss them as ramblings. Deku would give Shoto unrequited love from the GET GO like he DESERVES! Team daddy issues.

2. Bakugo/Izuku/Kiri - Look Kiri and Bakugo are end game and Kiri is just really sweet and I think he could really balance them and make the whole situation happier and healthier and I think he’d like how open Deku is with his feelings.

3. Todoroki/Deku/Bakugo - THE power couple. They’d be A LOT though.

4. Bakudeku - Enemies to friends to lovers is just a jam tbh. It has to go this way not just enemies to lovers because otherwise I feel like it would be too unhealthy. Enemies to lovers is fun because theirs mutual feelings and banter but Deku is putting too much work into this friendship and Bakugo is resisting too hard to make skipping the friendship step healthy. I feel like he’d be good at making Deku look after himself and get out of spirals. Also, to project onto a fictional character for a second, I feel like Deku gets into anxiety spirals where he is trapped in his own brain for so long thinking about a problem that his logic gets worse but he gets more and more sure that it’s the only option. And Bukugo would just come in like no Deku how the fuck did you think that was a good idea you missed the obvious good answer 10 minutes ago. He’d be a good common sense balance and Deku would soften him up. 

5. Shinso/Izuku - I feel like they both would just love and support each other so much and respect how hard they’re both trying to become heroes. They’d listen to each other. Also I love AUs where Deku remains quirkless and gets into the support course and just them being classmates and ROOMATES!!!!

6. Shoto/Uraraka/Izuku - Shoto deserves to double the cinnamon roles in his life. I feel like the three of them would cancel out any weird vibes. I think Shoto would really enjoy spoiling them and they’d be really protective of him and ready to fight his dad at any opportunity.

Ida/Uraraka/Izuku - It’s just SO soft!

7. Uraraka/Izuku - Cinnamon roles! However, women are already written so poorly in MHA that I find their whole “I talked to a boy” “I just touched a girl” five year old shit half the time more irritating than cute. Like I enjoy narrative contrast, it can be really funny and cute and grounding but to go from “I just broke all the bones in my body” to this is just too jarring for me. They’re so similar that they kind of give me sibling vibes honestly. 

Bakugo Couple Ranking

1. Him and Kirri. It’s always them. Like look at the Seamstress on tiktok and she has such amazing head-cannons about them. About Bakugo respecting Kirri’s worth and improving his self esteem like no one else could. About how Bakugo feels so comfortable and completed by Kirri in so many ways, like just Kirri doing the talking in interviews. Also they would be SO ride or die for each other. Two manly men just being icons in love.

3. Todoroki/Bakugo/Kiri. Again B and K are ENDGAME. But I think just these two people who are so full of life and passion could be a really neat fit with Shoto! Also their hair together is SO cute, how one’s cherry, one’s blonde and he’s the candy cane in-between.

1. Her and Tsuyu! Pink and Green look super good together, they’re close to being contrasting colours. They’re smart, sweet and way more dangerous than they look. They’d be the most adorable power couple.

2. Jiro/Momo. Okay to be honest I prefer them as besties but the art slaps and they would be cute. Love some prep/punk vibes.

3. Shoto/Momo: Again I feel like they would be WAY better as just friends. Especially as the men overshadow the women so much in the show that I just feel like the women deserve better than being a man’s love interest, let them just support each other. But they would be cute. Also two rich people together... ew. Eat the rich. Which is also why they kind of give off the feeling like they’re people who would say that the other is “like a brother/sister to me.” Also I feel like them together would make their parents too happy. 

Denki couple ranking

1. Denki/Shinso - I’m still not over the “No loud blondes” jokes I think they’re adorable and there's so much potential there. Also just this ray of sunshine believing in Shinso when so few have with his whole heart is PRECIOUS! I feel like they’d be really supportive of each other. And I feel like they both have very noticeable disabilities, depression and ADHD, and I feel like neither would be daunted just accepting of each other entirely. 

I like Denki just being the biggest Jiro simp better than them getting together, except...

2. Jiro/Denki/Shinso - It would be CUTE! They’d get along so well. I just love the vibes idk. Plus Denki needs all of the adult supervision he can get.

3. Deku/Denki/Shinso - Again just some good cute vibes here. I feel like after Deku has struggled so long with being quirkless he would be really supportive and encouraging with Denki getting help with learning disabilities and would be always happy to help him study. They would all be so supportive. 

Nebulous Head-cannons

Aizawa and Mic are either best friends or a long time married couple. I’m happy either way as long as they’re just each others favourite person and live together.

Grand Torino and Recovery Girl would be the cutest old couple. They’d enjoy messing with people and getting up to mischief together I think.

I’m kind of fond of Tsuyu x Sero. 

All Might’s got it going on with Izuku’s Mom

I like the idea that Kirishima is trans and gay. 

Denki, Shinsou, Midoryia, Jiro and Tsuyu are all non-binary.

Is there any character that you originally wrote as a super minor character, but you’ve ended up changing your plan so that they have a larger role?

This is honestly a really funny question, and I really hope you’ll enjoy the answer.

When Gladiator started out, I decided I’d be too bored writing about bland and flat soldiers with zero personality or depth to speak of. Canon did feature a few Fire Nation soldiers with personality, but they weren’t all that fleshed out and virtually had no identity, so in a sense, I decided to rebel by actually giving my soldiers a little more relevance than that.

But it wasn’t meant to be a TON of relevance, you see... it really wasn’t. So when Captain Sokkla (that’s how everyone used to call him xD) suddenly became a hit with readers, I wondered if maybe I should expand his role even more than I had during the early arcs of Gladiator. He had no name for a long time in the story because he had no name in my head either, then it turns out the name I picked for him had a really cool meaning (as in, the guardian lion statues frequently seen in Chinese culture) and I had no idea xD it’s ironic how many amazing things came into place for Rui Shi to slowly but surely become the most popular of my OCs, as well as one of the actual main characters in the story. He’s subtle in many ways, and he’s never seeking to hog up attention... but the man’s definitely outgrown his initial role and become a most incredible character I’ve loved working with over the years.

Of course, if Rui Shi’s role wasn’t meant to be as big as it’s become, it’s probably pretty obvious that Song was also intended to have a supporting role, even if she had some moments of prominence in the early stages of the story here and there. A lot of the idea of giving Song a new life in Gladiator came from my lingering grumpiness at canon for not giving the poor girl a better resolution, so I wanted her to be more important, and treated better, in my story. Then, everyone started shipping her with Rui Shi and why lie? I enjoyed the idea of those two interacting right off the bat. Figuring out how to get their romance started was tricky, but damn, it’s been worth it. And I’m just going to come out and say it: Song is literally a breakout character. For the majority of Part 1 she was mostly a supporting character, with the occasional moments of relevance indeed, then she grew more important through Part 2, and that importance has only continued to escalate and rise higher as we come closer to the end of Part 2. From starting off as a maid and healer for Sokka, she’s honestly become one of Sokka and Azula’s best friends, and I’m not even going to talk about how absolutely CRUCIAL she’s going to be in Part 3. Much like her soulmate Rui Shi, this girl’s gone the distance and I could not be prouder of her for it xD

Next! I think I could lump in all of Azula’s guards along with Rui Shi, to a fault (despite he’s obviously the most important of them). Most of the guards didn’t even have names for a fairly long time, but I slowly grew to use them more, especially in the Festivals, and I just needed them to be individualized and relevant as they are. Of course, not all the ten guards are easily individualized yet... but they’ve all become near and dear to my heart over the years, that much I can confirm, and they’re definitely going to become more than nameless, faceless soldiers in the future, for they have some very important roles to play in the story by the end of Part 2 and eventually in Part 3.

Shoji also, of course, gained more relevance as the story progressed, to the point where I finally set him free from the confines of his desk for the first time in chapter 201 xD He’s a really fun character to write because of how innocent, sweet and good-natured he is. Giving him a bit more content to work with, including as good as becoming Haru’s foster brother (yes, Ran’s basically adopted Shoji by now x’D), made me very happy because he deserves the relevance, for sure.

The last one I’ll bring up... is Rei. Oh, my sweet, pure, wonderful Rei. She definitely could compete with Shoji in the contest of the sweetest characters in this wild story xD But of course, Rei’s role so far has been minimal and nobody really understands why I love her so much. To focus on your question, though, I pondered the idea of making her Zhao’s illegitimate daughter since the moment I came up with the character, back in chapter 138, but over the next months (heck, years, probably) I wondered if I should scrap that whole idea and just make her a regular maid with no further relevance than that. But when the time came to really plot Part 3 properly, to ponder if there was a role this girl could play by then... I was completely blown to bits by the possibilities, and I literally spent DAYS just plotting, not writing a single word, so I could unravel her future role in the story, which is just one of the many things I can’t wait to write already. Rei will breathe a lot of life into Part 3 as long as I do my job properly, and I guarantee she’ll be so much more important than I EVER anticipated she could be, back when I first came up with the character.

At any rate, there’s quite a fair share of characters who went the distance and completely shattered not just my expectations but who broke out of the plots I used to imagine for them. They’ve all outgrown their initial roles to varying degrees (Shoji, despite he’s more important now, won’t be as much of a main character as someone like Rui Shi, for instance, despite his role has indeed expanded plenty). You see... sometimes you have to enforce plot by any means necessary, restraining whatever wild ideas you get if they’ll derail your overall plans. But sometimes you have to cut yourself loose and let ideas run away with you... because who knows? Could be letting some characters gain life of their own is exactly the element you needed so your story could truly move forward in the right direction.

As an added note, Kino, the poor forgotten boy whom I did NOT forget xD was actually meant to have a prominent role from the moment I came up with him (as a fun factor in the South Pole, as well as a useful source of information for the Tribe before Zuko and Suki arrived), but... hehe, much like Rei and Song, this guy’s going to be much more important than I planned initially, even if I did plan for him to play a big-ish role from the start. I didn’t list him with everyone else because he was intended to be important all along, but he still became a much more relevant character than I expected once I plotted Part 3 better and certain possibilities came to life through his character. So he’s a case of “important who became even more important” rather than “supporting or background character who became essential to the story”, unlike everyone else I’ve listed here. There’s definitely a few others who suit that first category, and there’s probably more of the second one too, despite I can’t think of them right now... but thanks for the ask anyway, and I hope your curiosity has been sated, if just a bit :D

He had no idea how to talk to you. All he wanted to do was to invite you to be his date at the school festival. He needed to ask Deku for help and the boy did his best to hype him up but the poor guy was nervous and almost walked away fron you untill Deku turned him back around .

You giggled at his attitude and his face got red. A appendage shor up and stopped in your face talking fast. “Would you be my date to the school festival!!!”

You blinked staring at the mouth then at Shoji, the appendage moved back but you grabbed it scaring him right to deaths door. You rubbed the appendage giggling. “Sounds fun! Ill wait for you at my dorm ok?”

“Yes! Yes, thank you Y/N.”

You let go of the appendage waving goodbye and left goimg to your dorm and Shoji turned to Deku who was giving him a thumbs up .

Shoji spent his day trying to map out the festival on some paper, he circled things he thought you kight enjoy and food stands you might wanna try. Deku told him he didint need that and he didint listen of course.

When it was time to pick you up his jaw dropped, well, as far as his mask would let it. You were in a pretty kimono. You turned holding your arms out looking over your shoulder.

“Is it okay? Momo let ke borrow it.”

A appendage shot up and over to you, very calmly it said. “Its perfect”

You smiled turning around and grabbing his arms hugging them. Shoji looked over his shoulder down the hall to see Deku mouthing ‘ go go!’.

He took in a deep breath and walked you to the festival. You let Shoji lead you around in the beginning , noticing his map. By the afternoon you took the map putting it in the trash.

“Shoji, lets just have fun ok? Cmon lets go get some candy.”

“Oh. -o-okay.”

You held your hand out and took it holding it. You lead him to a candy stand and got some sweet candy on a stick . You offered him some and his appendage looked at you, you hapilly fed it blushing.

Next you went to the talent show which was very nice and pretty. There was one thing Shoji wanted to do though. He hoped that it would still happen.

After the talent show you played some games with him and even did some competitions together. You laughed at his jokes and even gave him some hugs. Shoji stopped looking over his shoulder and just let everything happen naturally.

It was getting dark now. The only thing left was the fire works. You were both sitting on a bench eating some ramen . He needed to ask soon.

For the phenomenal darling @blackpennyforrester​, TodoMomo feature flower crowns and swooning Shoto! I took a few creative liberties but I made sure to keep in the main things you were looking for! Hopefully this delivers that TodoMomo goodness you were looking for~!

Bonding experiences, as far as Momo was concerned, were a necessity when it came to assuring their success in their future field. As Pro Heros, they would need to understand the basics of teamwork and have some sense of comradery with others in their field, as well as other relevant civil servants. While they were simply students now, these were life skills that would be of use to them for years to come! And considering they'd most likely still be collaborating with one another once they graduated and started working in the field properly, it only made sense they would improve their relationships while they had the free time to do so!

It certainly wasn’t just an excuse to spend some time doing fun activities with her friends. That would be frivolous.

When she’d wandered into the 2-A dorms to find one of their underclassmen settled on the couch, openly weeping and spouting flowers from every patch of exposed skin on her, she’d been a little taken aback. The underclassman had apparently come to confess to one of their male peers in Class 2-B and, whoever they were, had rejected her promptly. Tooru and Mina had seen the whole scene in passing and insisted on bringing her to their dorm building so she could calm down some. Not long after that had been when Momo returned from the campus library. Evidently the flowers had something to do with her - Fujiwara Hanako, as she introduced herself between sniffles - Quirk. She had small, earth-like patches in her skin that she could sprout various types of flora at a whim. When Hanako became overly emotional, though, her ability to control her powers went a bit haywire.

Once they’d managed to calm her down, Kyoka and Iida were tasked with escorting her back to her classes' dorms while the rest of the present students tried to figure out what to do with the petaled army she’d left in her wake.

“Oh! Oh!” Tooru squealed, flailing her arms about wildly, “I know exactly what we should do with them!”

“Sell them!” Ochako said happily.

“No, silly! We can make flower jewelry with them!” she corrected, already starting to grab a handful of the flowers.

Mina gasped excitedly and lunged towards the pile herself. “You’re so right! Okay, if there are any orange cosmos in there, hand them over! I’m gonna make the cutest necklace you’ve ever seen!”

“There’s enough here to make an entire jewelry set for basically everyone in class, kero,” Tsu chimed as she walked around the couch to join them. She started rummaging through the bright, colorful offering before producing a flower and giggling. “Wow, she even made lotus blossoms, kero!”

Kaminari, who had been loitering behind the couch during the whole scene, wandered around as well. “You weren’t kidding with this, huh? Welp, may as well come down and help you guys out,” he hummed, settling in between Mina and Tsu.

“Kaminari, you know how to make flower jewelry?” Tooru gasped excitedly.

He grinned and jerked a thumb at himself. “I have two little sisters at home so I learned a lot about this kind of stuff. And not to brag, but I can also braid hair like a boss!”

Momo frowned. “If we are going to be making jewelry with her flowers like this, we should also make a few pieces for Fujiwara-Chan. It would be a good way for us to show our support in case she needs advice or comfort again,” she pointed out.

Ochako giggled as she scooted a bit closer to Tsu and patted the spot beside her in invitation. “That’s a great idea, Yaomomo! We can make jewelry for everyone else in the class, too! So that she knows that Class A always has her back!” she giggled.

“I call dibs on making stuff Bakugo and Kirishima and Sero!” Mina gasped excitedly.

“What? Dude, no fair! Me and Sero are total bros! If anyone gets to make something for him, it’s me!” Kaminari argued.

“Aw, are you jealous?”

“You already get to make for two of my other bros, you can’t take Sero too!”

As they all settled into work, casual chatter continued on with the occasional playful jab here and there. Momo started with the flower goods for Fujiwara-Chan - making a flower crown, bracelet and necklace using the softest colors she could find and taking a few suggestions from Aoyama on how to help it stand out- before moving on to her own. The longer they worked, the more of their peers trickled out to help make the floral items. Almost all of their class was settled in to work on the little goodies, only three members of their class missing. While Tooru and Mina worked on teaching Kirishima, Ojiro and Shoji how to make bracelets, Ochako updated the rest of their peers of what had led to the flower invasion. Sato had been quick to scamper to the kitchen, insisting he’d make some kind of baked treat to offer the other student. Tokoyami, Sero and Midoriya began trying to figure out who in the Fujiwara could have possibly been confessing to while Bakugo shared some rather colorful opinions about whoever it happened to be.

A part of Momo was almost startled at how personally Bakugo seemed to take their underclassmen’s rejection, but she supposed it made sense. She’d learned very quickly that the abrasive young man tended to respect people willing to take risks and prove their courage. While a love confession was a rather mundane thing, it still did take a lot of conviction to do. At some point, insisting he wanted to prove that he could, in fact, style hair like he’d claimed, Kaminari settled in behind Momo to use her as his example. He had carefully tugged her hair from the tight bun she’d tied it into while studying and gotten to work carefully entwining her hair with the crown settled on her hair in such a way that it didn’t snag or tangle with the flowers.

She finished her own set up before reaching out to grab a few more flowers; rindou flowers, white roses, and yellow pansies to weave into the next item on her mental list. She used the rindou flowers at the front, weaving three of them together before alternating between the roses and pansies to complete the crown. Kaminari whistled as she finished it off, holding it up to preen at her creation. “That’s amazing, Yaomomo!” he chuckled before they all perked up as the front door opened.

Kyoka and Iida wandered back over to them. “Ah, how was Fujiwara-Chan?” Momo asked worriedly, setting her most recently completed crown aside.

“She was still rather upset but insisted that she’d be fine on her own,” Iida said. Then, he scowled and chopped one of his hands through the air. “I am rather disappointed that one of Class B’s students would give her such a callous brush off, though! As both upperclassmen and Heroics students, they should have been much kinder in turning her down!”

Mina frowned. “She still wouldn’t say who it was?”

Kyoka sighed and shrugged with a shake of her head. “She tried to tell us but then she got too upset and we really didn’t want her setting up in another fit of tears. I mean, it seemed like she was already starting to get some backlash from overdoing it with her Quirk when she was here,” she explained. She then perked up when she saw the multiple arrangements on the table. “Huh, seems you all found a good use for them, though.”

“Of course!” Tooru giggled happily as she hopped on to her feet. She reached over to carefully set a flower crown decorated with various purple, red and dark blue flowers on the other girl’s head. “I made this especially for you!”

A faint pink tint spread across the purple haired girl’s cheeks. “Aw, you didn’t have to do that,” she hummed, reaching out to loop an arm around the other’s waist.

I know, but I wanted to! And it looks so cute on you!”

“You do have a keen eye for this kind of stuff, babe,” Kyoka leaned closer to press a few quick kisses to the other girl. One presumably landed on her cheek while the next met her lips, judging by how her giddy giggles were cut off a bit by the second one.

Sato suddenly appeared in the doorway. “Cake’s almost done! Aoyama, wanna help me decorate it?” he called.

The blonde’s eyes lit up as he scampered over, sporting two flower crowns and a slew of flower bracelets as he did. “Oui! It must be très magnifique for a young maiden with a broken heart!”

Tsuyu watched him go before looking back at the others. “So who should have delivery duty for the cake and flower goods, kero?”

“Not those two, obviously,” Kaminari snorted, indicating Tooru and Kyoka being all gooey with each other. “That’s a sure-fire way to rub salt in the wound, having a happy couple like them come bring you a bunch of ‘Sorry You Got Dumped’ presents.”

“Is it really getting dumped if they were never going out, though?” Kirishima asked with a tilt of his head.

Mina patted his shoulder. “Oh, Kiri, my friend… My poor, sweet, romantically challenged friend… It totally does,”

“Well one of the deliverers should be someone who is good at being empathetic to other people,” Ojiro chimed, carefully finishing off a flower necklace of his own.

“Mhm. And we really should send more than one person,” Ochako pointed out, “and have at least one of them be someone who Fujiwara-Chan spoke to when she was here.”

Midoriya perked up before nodding. “Yaoyorozu-San, you were here with Fujiwara-San as well, right?”

She blinked in surprise. “Oh, yes! Only for a little bit, though,”

“Why don’t you and Todoroki-Kun take the goods to her? You already know the situation and you’re great at relaying information, so you can update him pretty quick,” he said.

“But why Todoroki? No offense, but the guy’s not the best when it comes to dealing with people,” Sero pointed out with a quirked eyebrow.

Midoriya glanced at him. “He may not be the best, but he’s better than you’re giving him credit for. He won’t go poking or prodding at her about it if he knows it could upset her. Plus, he needs the break from studying up in his room,”

Iida glanced over at that. “Wait, he is still studying?”

Midoriya nodded. “Yeah. I tried to convince him to come downstairs with me when I first came down, but he insisted he needed to keep at it,” He then turned to look at Momo with a smile. “But, I get the feeling that if it’s you that asks him, Yaoyorozu-San, he’ll be inclined to go along.”

She nodded before picking up the flower crown she’d made. “Well, I did want to take him one of these, anyway,” she said quietly.

“Excellent! You can go get him with Sato-Kun and Aoyama-Kun finish getting the cake ready to go!” As Momo headed for the elevator, she missed the knowing grins exchanged by Midoriya and Ochako, the two rather pleased with themselves. They’d thought it’d be a little harder than all this to start enacting their plan.

She fiddled with the crown in her hands as she took the elevator up. Would Todoroki be okay with going with her? She didn’t like the idea of bothering him while he was studying, but Midoriya did raise a good point about him needing to take a break. She didn’t like the idea that he was overworking himself by studying too hard. And if he’d been at it all day, didn’t that imply he was having trouble with a subject? Perhaps she should offer to help him work on whatever it was once they got back. Normally the two of them tended to struggle and succeed in opposite areas, so she might be able to help clear up his confusion.

When the doors opened, she made a beeline for his door, glancing down at the crown she had made for him again. Hopefully he would like it. She remembered him mentioning before that rindou flowers were his mother’s favorite, while he himself admitted to thinking roses were appealing. She thought the combination of blue and white would be a good fit for him, with the yellow being a nice little splash of warmer colors. She hoped he would like it. She raised one fist and knocked gently.

There was a small sigh as the door was pulled open. “Midoriya, I appreciate your concern but-!” Todoroki started to say as he opened the door before pausing at seeing her. He blinked slowly. “You aren’t Midoriya.”

Momo let out a small amused giggle at the reaction. “Indeed I’m not, but he did send me to come get you,” she said.

He nodded again, his eyes lingering on her before he reached out and gently curled a strand of her hair around his finger. “You curled your hair,” he commented.

A small splash of pink hit her cheeks. “A-Ah, actually, I didn’t. When my hair isn’t tied back it tends to curl like this. I am unsure if it’s just a matter of humidity or what, but it’s always done this,” she explained.

Todoroki let out a small hum, carefully tucking a strand behind her ear. “It looks very nice. You should wear it down more often,” His eyes then swept up and took in the pink, purple and orange flower crown intermingled with her hair. “Hmm? Where did you get that?”

“Oh, we made them. And I made one for you, as well!” she said, perking up and smiling as she held the crown up. She reached over and carefully settled it atop his head then preened in delight at how well the colors intermingled with not only one another but also the colors of his hair and eyes.

He reached up and gently touched the crown. “The flowers you used,” he trailed.

“I remembered you mentioned that you liked them or that they were important to you,”

“You remembered something as trivial as that?” he asked, just the slightest hint of surprise creeping to his voice.

“It isn’t trivial, Todoroki! Things you like and dislike are not trivial information,” she tutted lightly.

A small smile turned up on Todoroki’s lips at her words. “Thank you, Yaoyorozu,”

“It was my pleasure. Besides, since Fujiwara-Chan created them, it only made sense to use them,” she giggled.

He blinked and tilted his head. “Fujiwara-Chan? Who is that?”

Momo gasped and clapped her hands together. Ah, how could she have forgotten the reason she came to get him? “You and I have been given a small mission.”

“Mission?” he parroted skeptically. She nodded and gave him a brief overview of what had happened with Fujiwara-Chan; the confession, the rejection, and their class’ attempt to cheer her back up. He nodded slowly. “It seems rather inappropriate to respond to a confession like that. I mean, it’s incredibly disrespectful.”

“I agree. Sadly she wouldn't tell us who it was she was confessing to, so we have no idea who behaved like that,” she sighed.

“Probably Monoma,” he scoffed as he wandered out of his room, shutting his door as he did. “He has a propensity for peacocking around as if everyone is beneath him. I could see him being rather tactless when rejecting a confession.”

“I suppose I can ask Itsuka-Chan about it later. But, for now, we have a job to do!” she said happily as she stepped a few paces back. Todoroki shifted to walk beside her as they approached the elevator. “Oh, by the way, Todoroki… Midoriya mentioned you were doing some studying today. Were you having trouble with an assignment for class? If so, I’d be more than happy to help you.”

He stared at her for a moment, expression unreadable, before shaking his head. “It wasn’t exactly a school thing but… I have come to a conclusion regarding it. I greatly appreciate the offer of help, though,” he mused. She blinked and tilted her head, confused but opting against pressing further. She knew Todoroki well enough to know he liked his privacy and would come forward with something when he realized he was in over his head, though, and chose not to stress over it.

Inside, Todoroki made a note to try and ask Fujiwara-Chan about how she’d prepared to take a huge step like a love confession. Without Yaoyorozu there. He didn’t want her to realize his feelings before he was ready to tell her himself.

Oh boy here we go-

There you two were, outside of the movie theater.

Shinso had asked you to see some thriller movie with him.

let's just say he had a smol (huge) crush, and was finding ways to spend time with you.

Little did he know, the feeling was mutual.

His hands folded into one another, resting near his abdomen.

“ y/n, what did you think about the movie? ” Toshi asked

“ I loved it! What about you? ” you chirped.

Shinso nodded with a slight smirk. “ it was cool. . ”

In wake of the silence, you decided that tonight was the night to shoot your shot!

You tapped on shinso’s shoulder, gaining his attention. You didn't waste a second to press your soft lips against his. Your hands cupped his cheeks, skimming your thumb across his cheek bones. He tasted fruity- probably from the mountain of skittles he ate during the movie.

Shinso was admittedly starstruck for a mere second, but melted into the kiss as his senses kicked in. He moved his hand to your neck pulling you closer. You on the other hand, tasted like butter from the popcorn.

You two shared something that was either a lowkey makeout session, or a high key span of kisses. Either way, both of you were delighted.

Whew! He just had his first kiss! He looooved it!

After the fact, both of you couldn't wipe smiles off of your faces. His were moreso smug & confident, and yours were bubbly and radiant.

Shinso drove you back to the U.A. dorms, the car ride was full of easy going conversations, now that you two were on the same page.

After dropping you off he went back to his own dorm.

His fingers brushed across his lips, and he couldn't help but wear a grin by the reminder that he had been kissed- by you.

He was always so absorbed in his hatred for Hero Society and taking over, he didn't have the time for a significant other; I mean, before now.

You entered the villains bar in style, holding your head up high.

you scoffed, sipping on your own drink. “ no. I don't. ”

That was the stem of the conversation, which went on for a while. You talked about your ideas (which he took note of), hardships, etc..

Later, you felt as if you knew shigaraki on a completely new level.

You wrapped your arms around the buzzed man's neck, searching in his eyes. Maybe he could be the one? At least for now?

Shigaraki was a tad bit nervous, but that didn't hold him back from kissing you.

Ojiro’s tail shook from side to side, as the two of you entered the room. He pulled you down towards the ground, onto the pallette prepared with a few hefty blankets, and topped off by a fluffy one.

“ okay. . Open! ” ojiro exclaimed, holding his arms out to present what he had done.

You were left in awe. All of this, just for you? It was so plush and comfortable against your bottom, the light illuminating both of their faces and the fanned out selection of candy. Your face lit up, a beacon for mesmirization.

At this moment, Ojiro couldn't keep his intent behind the night to himself. He wanted to kiss you, and that's exactly what he did.

Ojiro supported a faint blush as he placed his palm on your cheek, inching closer. He laid his lips against yours, drawing them back shortly after.

it was january 6th, a lot of people would say it’s just a normal day, but for you and sero, it was a holiday.

el rosca de reyes is a traditional holiday where members of your family or household, would gather to cut a slice of a large decorated bread. the bread, decorated with sugar and colorful candies had about 11 tiny plastic babies. if your slice had one of these, you had to make food for everyone in a few weeks to come.

thinking it would be a fun thing to do with your classmates, you enlisted sato to aid you in baking the rosca. once it was in the oven, the others became curious,

“what’s that?” they asked, crouching to get a look at the bread, “it’s for tonight! it’s a sweet bread!” you explained, deciding to keep the actual explanation till later that night.

and a few hours later, there you were, surrounding the large bread on one of the dorm’s tables as the others looked at it curiously.

“so.. there’s babies inside?..” kaminari asked, stepping away and behind kirishima, you and sero laughed, “obviously not real babies, just little plastic ones.” you explain.

“and if we cut a piece and the baby’s inside, we have to cook?” midoriya asked while taking notes. he had made it his job to note every important holiday for you, mostly so you’d feel a little more at home when they came around.

“pretty much!” you say waving the bread knife, “who’s first?” you call, looking around to see a lot of your friends had their hands raised, “iida! how about you go first.” you say handing him the knife, “as class president, i should participate!” was all he said before bending down to cut a slice.

the class watched in anticipation, so once he pulled his piece away you moved around him to look, “check inside.” you say as he poked his finger into the bread, feeling around for any plastic, “empty.” was all he said, sounding almost saddened.

“para la otra vez.” you sympathize, patting his shoulder and handing the knife to sero who passed it to the next person.

so because of how big the class was you guys had to make a pretty big rosca, so everyone had enough to go around. “what’s going on here?” aizawa asked as he entered, raising a brow at his students who were huddled around a table.

“want a slice?” you ask happily, watching him think over it before ultimately nodding, “here you go.” you say handing him the knife, curious as to why he needed to cut it.

with a slight shrug, he hunched down to cut a pice, only for the knife to hit something. everyone’s heads turned to their teacher, eyes lighting up at his mild confusion. managing to split his piece, he pulled it up to his face, plucking out the little white plastic baby,

“what the hell?..” he muttered as you all laughed, “there’s a baby in this bread?” he looked at you, mostly for confirmation if it should’ve been there or not.

“looks like you gotta cook for us aizawa!” kaminari and mina cheered as he raised another brow at the news.

sero decided it was his turn, cutting piece and handing the knife over to someone else. he winked at you and took a bite.

you remembered you actually had made some hot chocolate to accompany the bread, and the second you turned around, you missed the way sero’s jaw tensed and eyes widened.

“mmpf- don’t worry baby, i’ll go get it-“ he said covering his mouth, cheeks stuffed with bread. thinking nothing of it you nodded and went back to the group, laughing when bakugou pulled the baby out of his slice.

due to the loud commotion of your peers and the fact that all might had joined the celebration, you almost missed the sound that came from the kitchen, you’re surprised you even heard it.

the clank of something hard falling into the sink. turning around at breakneck speed, you caught sero hunched over the sink, mouth now empty.

your jaw dropped and a laugh of disbelief came from you, catching a few of your classmates’ attention.

“you did NOT just do what i think you just did!” you say moving over to the sink, only for sero to stop you and try and guide you back to the dining tables, “what are you talking about?” he tried, although unsuccessful when shoji stretched an eye to the sink, his covered mouth reveling the news.

“he spit out the baby.” he said which made everyone laugh at his poor attempt to hide the fact he had gotten the baby.

“so, what cha making?” you ask him, handing him the offending object and pulling him back to the table, “you know i’m not good at cooking.” he says rubbing the back of his neck.

standing on your tippy toes, you lean up and kiss his cheek, his flushed cheeks making you smile, “i’ll help you out mi amor.”
