In Memory of Glynis Johns

On January 4th, Actress Glynis Johns passed away. A very talented actress, Glynis appeared on both stage and screen. On Broadway, she was the first to sing ''Send in the Clowns

On both the film and TV screens she will be best remembered for 2 special roles.

Winifred Banks, ''Mary Poppins".

Lady Penelope Peasoup, ''Batman the Series''.

Glynis also lent her voice to animation.

Miss Grimwood, ''Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School''.

Rest In Peace, Glynis. You helped make our childhoods great.

Mrs. Banks from Mary Poppins was not a TERF but she was definitely a “she got the spirit” type of woman.

Absolute feminist icon, it's awsome that she actually help women's right's. Every time I re-watch Mary Poppins I think of Mrs. Banks, and I'm remided of all the women that got, like in the song she sing's (Sister Suffragette), imprisioned and shunned, and she just so cool, I love her so much.
