Why did Crimson immediately jump to the idea of Moxxie's wife being his "beard" (gay guy marrying a woman to cover up his sexuality)?

Is it because thats all his wife meant to him? And because Moxxie is just an extension of him (in his narcissistic mind) it must be the same situation?

Was there more going on than just Crimson obviously being a toxic piece of shit and fights about how to raise Moxxie properly?

Did she discover the truth about her "husband"?

Also Crimson knew about Moxxie and Chaz's relationship, because he in the past described it as a "sissy lifestyle". It wasn't a secret affair.

Why was it only after finding out Chaz tried to con him YEARS later that he mounted his jaw on the wall?

In fact Chaz, before his final moments, never shows any sign of fear around Crimson, he even acts bratty, despite the man being a mob boss with a temper. Why?

Because however long he and Moxxie were together, he clearly got used to an extra amount of tolerance as "Moxxie's annoying boyfriend", and saw Crimson as "Moxxie's grumpy dad"

A habit that hasn't changed despite their "breakup"

Shouldn't a homophobic guy like him have been furious about someone "turning his son gay" the second he found out? Why didn't he just kill Chaz as a warning to Moxxie to "cut that gay shit out" etc

Unless being such a narcissistic father Crimson, despite his comments, was willing to allow the two to date because he himself had a tall shark boyfriend?

I like to believe that moxxies mom is still alive 😩 and was found by Luci. And she started off as his retainer to close siblings.

I like to believe she was a singer who never got to follow her dreams. When she was forced to marry crimson, she had to give it all up. Luci wanted to become a star but she was against at first.

So she stays close to her new home 🥹😄

I really like to think that Vivzie was inspired by La Muerte's design to make Moxxie's mother.

During my first viewing I genuinely thought the imp Moxxie drowned was his own mother (and based on a lot of reaction videos I've seen, roughly half of the viewers think so as well). I'm ngl... I was heavily dsiappointed, because that scene lost A LOT of impact for me once I realized that's not the case.

I now seriously wish they had made the decision to have Moxxie be forced to drown his own mother. I want Moxxie to have that kind of trauma (affectionately), but overcome it. Like, just because he physically did it, doesn't change the fact his father made him do it, not to mention he was a literal kid. It'makes his trauma so much more layered (and like someone else pointed out, it would mirror Blitz's trauma).

Idk, just... give me all the dead mother trauma!

Do you ever think about how long it takes a mob family to get as big as Crimson's is and how it most likely takes a few generations to get that far? About how Crimson isn't an old age either? Do you ever wonder if Crimson was also born into this family like Moxxie was? If he too had a malicious, sadistic father who deeply traumatised him? Do you ever think about the fact he probably greatly loved Moxxie's mother, but the burden of love became much heavier when the weight of the business was placed on him, and he had to do so many horrific things in the name of his family?

Do you ever think about the way he tried showing affection at the dinner table after she was loving towards Moxxie? Or how upset he seemed when she pulled away instead of returning his attempt? Do you ever think about the fact some mafias have the new leaders have kids at a young age themselves so there's still an heir if something happens to them? Do you think Moxxie would've ended up like Crimson if not for Blitz? Do you ever think about how Crimson could've broken the chain himself if only he had someone to save him like Blitz saved Moxxie?

Do you think about how he might be jealous? How he spites Blitz out of rage and envy, and that's why he holds such a grudge?
