Okay, but just imagine Blitzø breaking down in season 3 after Barbie yells in his face, in front of the whole gang, that Blitzø killed their mother.

And everyone just. Goes quiet. Everyone except for Blitzø, who suddenly can't breathe as he yells back a choked, "it was an accident!"

But his sister doesn't care. And she yells back as much, also ugly-crying, angry and heart-broken beyond words. She doesn't care that it was an accident, because that doesn't change the fact that their mom is dead.

And she keeps yelling, telling him she doesn't care how much he regrets it, or how much he's changed, or how many people in Hell love him and want to have him around, because she'll never be one of them. She'll never be able to look at him and not see the person who took her mother and brother from her.

And as she finally storms off, Blitzø almost collapses, his legs shaking so much they suddenly won't hold his weight.

But he doesn't collapse. Because Millie is there to catch him just in time, and a moment later Loona, then Moxxie are all around him, holding him up as he sobs.

Stolas, too, steps closer, his heart breaking for Blitzø—but he doesn't join the embrace. Not because he doesn't want to, but because he doesn't know how to. He's never been the one to hold Blitzø while he cried, and he just—he's frozen in place, not knowing what Blitzø wants or needs right now, or how to give it to him.

But then Millie looks up. And sees the look on his face, and how he's almost crouching to be on their level even as he hovers just out of their reach.

So she stretches out an arm. Offers an opening for him—an invitation. Blitzø, too, glances up to look at him through the tears. He's so overwhelmed by the feeling that he doesn't deserve any of them he can barely breathe, much less ask Stolas to hold him. But it's okay, because the rest of them know Blitzø well enough to know what he needs, and they all part slightly so Stolas can join in on their hug.

Finally, something in Stolas breaks and he caves in—falls on his knees, lets himself be pulled into the embrace. And when Blitzø sobs, he doesn't think—he just wraps his arms around Blitzø's back and pulls him close, holds him like they're all doing.

And nothing is okay, everything is wrong, because Blitzø's sister hates him and his chosen family was never meant to find out about the reason why, much less like this—but they're not going to let him go through this alone. They're not going to leave him behind. No matter how much he's hurt others in the past, no matter how much he's hurting now, how much he hates himself.

Because they all know the real Blitzø. The Blitzø who loves fiercely and unconditionally. They all know the caring man who saw something in each of them that was worth loving and uplifting and fighting for, even when no one else would fight for them.

So now they will all fight for him. They will all love, and uplift, and cherish him, even when he feels he doesn't deserve it. They won't let him face his pain alone alone.

His sister might hate him, and he might have to grieve her for a very long time.

But he will always, always have a family in each and every one of them.

The Other Possible Stepfather and Daughter

Because it may be awhile until we see Blitz and Via interacting, I wonder what (if any) relationship Loona and Stolas could develop, living under the same roof, working at the same job and basically being two of the most closest individuals in Blitz's life currently.

I've seen some harsh takes, some claiming that Stolas simply thought of Loona as Blitz's pet, not knowing she was his daughter until the hug moment in Mastermind, ect, ect.

The current storyline hasn't given us many clues or interactions, but here's what I've gathered and some of my own thoughts:

The first among the few times these two shared the screen was in Truth Seekers were they don't really interact but Loona manages to record Stolas in his full demon form as he possesses and terrorizes their captors.

She's among the group as Stolas scolds them for getting caught, but Blitz, Moxxie and Millie seemed to receive most of his focus for these few seconds.

Grimoire in hand, Loona leaves the portal before Stolas can pick up Blitz to have an exchange of words and tongues.

Seeing Stars is when Loona shines as the only one with the nose and social media skills to locate Stolas' runaway daughter. (Nevermind that she was the one who allowed Octavia to break in and steal the Grimoire, because Blitz is certainly not going to tell Stolas this.)

And despite being a low ranking demon by Hell's standards, she's the only one besides Stolas who can take on a human disguise.

(not that anyone comments on this in universe)

So yeah, until the group is separated, they share a few scenes, but no dialogue.

Later when Loona does finds Via, she defends Stolas a little, while also reflecting on her own relationship with Blitz.

"You know, your dad's really worried about you."

"..try to cut your dad some slack."

That said, Loona still decided her own father needed a nice kick to the groan to make things right upon seeing him next, something which seems to freaks Stolas out a bit:

But Loona seems to brighten upon seeing seeing Via, whom she recently bonded with, making peace with her dad.

In Western Energy, Stolas' kidnapping takes place the same time as Loona's hellbies shot appointment, which took Blitz 5 years to book. During their phone call, Blitz explains this, to which Stolas responses:

"Oh, ha, ha. Well, I do agree that is very important…But, I-" Before Striker takes his phone away.

Which, while not the best reaction, is pretty short to base a lot of opinions about. Does Stolas know what a hellbies shot is? I'd say definitely not. Does Stolas believe he's in real danger at this point? Seemingly not, since he utters "Oh, shit. Am I in danger right now?" in realization after Striker crushes his phone.

Full Moon opens with Loona waking up to her father making breakfast while singing about his "Nice arrangement," situationship with Stolas,

But upon hearing at work that Stolas been giving Blitz excuses to not see him, she brings up the idea that Stolas is getting bored of him.

Blitzo: "Whaaaat?"

Loona: "Yeah, man. If someone wants to see you less and less, big red flag. If they give you chances to ditch, they probably want out themselves. Just wanna be more passive aggressive about it. Dicks."

Later in the episode, Loona is seen with Moxxie and Millie, following Blitz, in which they encounter and fight the members of C.H.E.R.U.B.

Loona: "Find ya? We were already following our dumbass boss to make sure he doesn't fuck up and lose our meal ticket."

Unfortunately the falling out of that night leads to Blitz abandoning his job duties and spending all the company's money on frivolous purchases including 300 taxidermy owls that he makes Loona burn.

Blitz eventually is able to recover emotionally, but his involvement with the grimoire is used to bring him to trial, sentencing him to death until Stolas intercepts,

taking the blame and losing his power, title and home as a result.

Upon hearing that Stolas needed a place to live, Blitz walks him back to his and Loona's apartment.

Blitz is greeted with cheers from the crowd, while they throw things at Stolas. Loona, rather wisely, tries to step away from the two, less she gets pelted with anything herself.

But when they are back home, she takes the time to embrace the father she nearly lost:

"Hey, um. I'm so glad you're okay."

"I love you, Dad."

Already in a depressed state, Stolas is further reminded that he is separated from his own daughter and appears to shut down physically and mentally, resulting in Blitz helping him clean off in the bath. During that, he hears a knock.

Unprompted, Loona gives Blitz two pieces of her own clothes so that Stolas has something to change into, apart from his old stained royal attire. Stolas gets a lot of use out of this outfit until Blitz attempts to purchase him more (which instead turns into a theft).

Weeks pass, and when Sinsmas comes, Blitz brings Stolas into the office with him and Loona, with the intention of Stolas helping or learning Loona's job.

Stolas is none too pleased about going to work, but gives a nervous wave to the room when Blitz introduces him and a second wave to Loona when Blitz asks her to teach Stolas how to "secretate".

Loona: *sighs* "It's literally this: Ring, ring. 'Hello? I.M.P. Yeah, we can kill that asshole. Wanna schedule an appointment? Thursday cool? See you then, dipshit.' Click. It's easy as sin."

However, after being placed at the desk, Stolas manages to have a breakdown upon realizing that he no longer has any of his personal wealth. An action that doesn't go over well with his new coworkers, all whom are all among the lower or middle class money bracket:

After an aborted mission, the group return to find Stolas missing and discover he went back to his mansion in an attempt to see his daughter. However, in the process, he is captured by Andrealphus. Blitz instructs the group to separate before fighting and Loona makes the first attempt to free Stolas:

Andrealphus is ultimately defeated, by Stolas is left devastated by Octavia informing him that she no longer wants to see him.

Blitz, Loona and Stolas return home, where Loona announces plans for the rest of the holiday.

Loona: "Whew. That was intense. I'm gonna see if my friends can still come tonight. I need some drinks after what happened today."

Despite being preoccupied with Stolas once again shutting down, Blitz makes sure to give Loona the okay. Seemingly, he spends the rest of the evening with Stolas until the party starts. But someone does gradually put Sinsmas decorations throughout the apartment.

And we've reached our end.

So, Loona and Stolas. Not many interactions, but I don't see any bad blood between these two.

Loona appears to have some respect that Stolas tries to be a good father. And although Stolas' relationship with her own adopted father started out in a very messy transactional manner, their disastrous fallout following the Full Moon episode, and fomer's actions in Mastermind might have clued her in that from Blitz's perspective, Stolas had become more than the company's "meal ticket".

Loaning out her own clothes at the end of Mastermind, speaks volumes, even for someone like Loona who doesn't hesitate to speak her mind. Her father suddenly brings his complicated, homeless ex home to live with them, but Loona shows her support.

She keeps her space, living her own life, but still supports her father as he begins something new in his own.

Stolas seems nervous around Loona. I think, despite them living together, Loona may spend the majority of the time in her room, while Blitz is constantly keeping watch over Stolas. Blitz's affection for Loona as his daughter is quite obvious. Stolas was even witness to it as each ran to their daughters at the end of Seeing Stars, so I doubt he would be unaware of how important Loona is to Blitz. I think that that may be where some of the nervousness, which wasn't present in their early scenes, comes from.

Time will tell if these two will have reason to interact or work together in the coming seasons. Or if Loona's brief bonding with Stolas' daughter will come up again.

Season 3 Hopes: Millie’s Labor

I don’t think this is how it’s gonna happen exactly, but if Millie decides to keep the baby…I want there to be a subplot where Crimson kidnaps her or tries to at least. And he waits until the nine month mark hits for him to strike and depending on whether he’s successful in kidnapping her or not, imagine the gang has to barricade themselves in a room that is very much NOT a hospital room.

I’m including Sallie May in this because I’d like to think she’d step in as a temp IMP member while her sister was pregnant.

They’re barricaded inside and Millie is GOING INTO LABOR HOLY SHIT.

They have to create a makeshift bed out of whatever the fuck they could find.

But they need to figure out how to help Millie while also making sure Crimson and his goons don’t break in and take her and the child.

Moxxie wants to be there for Millie while she’s, you know, IN LABOR, but she tells him, “Kick your pisshead daddy’s ass for me. And when our baby is here, the first story I’m gonna tell them is how much of a badass bitch their daddy is.”

Loona, to the initial protests of Blitz, says she’ll go with Moxxie because she’s an excellent close range fighter and pairing her with someone who’s the best shot on their team is a deadly duo. After someone reassurances to Blitz that she’ll be okay…he lets her go.

Moxxie gives Millie one last kiss, and Blitz gives Loona one last hug before they both suit up to destroy Crimson’s useless life.

When Moxxie and Loona go out to fight Crimson and his goons, Sallie May stays behind armed with weapons to guard the door. She wanted to be the one giving moral support to Millie, but that job has to go to Stolas because not only is he still inexperienced with fighting and weapons, he is also the most calming presence in the room.

Meanwhile Blitz is the only one with ANY experience, however secondhanded it is, delivering a fucking baby to term because surprise pregnancies were common in the circus, and because Cash was a cheap motherfucker who wouldn’t pay for the hospital bills someone would need for an IDEALLY SAFE LABOR, the probability of the circus members needing to drop everything and come together to help someone in labor was extremely high.

Everyone is on edge, Stolas is trying to calm himself because he is worried he’s gonna slip up and say the wrong thing, Sallie May is worried she’ll fail to protect her sister because she’s never been the one who needed to be the family protector (that was always Millie), and Blitz is worried that he will somehow fuck up and hurt either the baby or Millie herself.

Because he destroys everything right?

But they can agree on one thing: Millie needs them and they can’t let their own problems stop them from being there for her.

So they swallow their doubts and step the fuck up.

It’s chaos inside. They’re in a bunker, and Sallie May has to be ready to shoot or throw knives at any goon that tries to break in through the door or the windows.

Stolas is working on being soothing, which is hard when there’s a lot of gunfire and screaming happening, but he’s able to calm her with stories about raising Via. He talks about how much joy she brought into his life and he talks about how lucky this kid will be to have Millie as a mom.

Blitz is yelling out orders for anything he needs (ie: “TOWELS!” “HOT WATER!”) while telling Millie when to push, and he’s trying to walk the fine line between being urgent and being soothing.

And outside is just as chaotic. The moment Loona and Moxxie stepp outside the bunker…it’s a fucking war. But luckily for them, Loona and Moxxie prove to be a deadly duo.

Because Loona is a scrappy and rough fighter whom you can’t take your eyes off of lest you get bitten by her, but also Moxxie is an incredible shot, who you also shouldn’t take your eyes off of lest he set your ass on fire.

Best of all, Moxxie finally gets to show his dad just how good he’s gotten at his job.

Moxxie and Loona are mercilessly taking out Crimson’s men, but just as they’re about to get the upper hand, Crimson finally intervenes in the fight and he’s about to 1v1 Loona. It almost works in his favor, except he forgot his son is an excellent shot and he get a bullet through the stomach and falls down.

Moxxie walks towards him, cold and unfeeling, a truly unsettling and unnatural look on Moxxie who is usually so expressive and sweet.

He uses the tip of his boot to force Crimson’s head up to look at him.

“You see all this?”

Crimson gets one look at the carnage that his son caused. All of his men are either dead or will BE dead very soon.

“This is what happens when you cross me.”

That’s the last thing Crimson hears before Moxxie put the gun between his eyes and pulls the trigger.

Black blood splatters onto Moxxie’s face and he barely flinches.

Crimson’s body goes limp. A life extinguished.

Loona is taken aback by the ruthlessness that Moxxie displayed. But the shock turns to worry when Moxxie begins trembling.

The gun falls out of his hands and he almost collapses, but Loona’s there to catch him.

“Hey hey, you were great, little dude. You protected us. You saved your family.”

Moxxie locks her in a vice-grip, as he begins to cry.

No matter how much of a piece of shit Crimson may have been, killing his own father was never something Moxxie could ever have emotionally prepared himself for, even if it was something he knew in his head he would have to do.

It takes several minutes for Moxxie to stop shaking and for the tears to stop.

Once they do stop, Loona still lets Moxxie sit for a moment to process what happened, before saying, “Hey look…you’re better than he ever was. And you’re gonna be an amazing father. I think it’s time for you to meet your kid.”

Moxxie then smiles at her with gratitude and they head back into the bunker.

The door is caved in and has multiple bullet holes through it.

They panic for a moment before Moxxie hears a distinct crying sound.

He and Loona enter the room, and Millie is crying tears of joy…holding an infant.

Sallie May is next to her, smiling in awe.

Blitz is slumped in a chair leaning against Stolas, who has wrapped him up in his coat, exhausted from the delivery, but both staring at Millie with tired and loving eyes.

Millie sees Moxxie’s awestruck face and says, “Mox…I’d like you to meet our daughter.”

Moxxie rushes to her side and tenderly takes his infant daughter in his arms, almost afraid he might hurt her.

But then this baby, with what little consciousness she has, ever so slightly nuzzles her head against his chest, as if she knows he’s safe.

As if she knows he’s her daddy.

Moxxie begins crying again, but now they’re tears of joy and love.

Millie embraces her husband and their child, pressing her forehead against his as if to profess her love for him all over again.

There isn’t a single dry eye in the room, not even Loona.

They know their problems aren’t over yet. Moxxie just murdered one of Greed’s most notorious mob bosses and took out his gang.

He and everyone else knows shit will hit the fan again.

But they don’t have to think about that now.

In Hell, especially at the bottom of the hierarchy, they have so little happiness to hold onto.

So they seize the moments they can find and they soak them up for as long as possible.

And that’s why right now, the only thing on Moxxie’s mind is love.

Love for his daughter.

Love for Millie.

Love for everyone here that went above and beyond trying to protect Millie and his daughter.

And right now, surrounded by family who pulled out all the stops to ensure this child would be safe on her first day in Hell…he thinks he might love his life too.

blitz saying he does NOT want to fuck after ozzie’s might be my favorite blitz moment in the whole show because this is a man whose relationship with sex is… kind of a mess.

he uses it as currency a lot, which could, in theory, be fine, except he’s been shown to be terrible at casual and transactional sex? some of his greatest hits feature him self-destructing at bee’s party, fucking chaz as an emotional replacement for heartfelt communication and closeness to m&m (and he looks frankly terrible and disconnected right after), or agreeing to sleep with stolas for access to the grimoire. and we all know blitz and stolas are idiots who become emotionally compromised by each other almost immediately after a single night of sex.

the most successful of these ventures (trying to get the bouncer at ozzie’s to let him in or playing along with striker’s seduction in the harvest moon festival) never actually move past flirting and into sex.

blitz thinks of sex as a ‘safe’ thing in comparison to emotional vulnerability. it’s something he’s good at the way he’s good at shooting guns. because of this, he turns every single non-familial relationship in his life towards sex. he can hug fizz after they make up but right on the heels of that he’s breaking the moment with ‘can we make out right now?’ it takes a drug induced nightmare trip before he can talk to moxxie about how much he appreciates him… wouldn’t it be so much easier to just be a voyeur of m&m’s sex life?

isn’t that closeness if he pretends hard enough, the kind of closeness that comes without all the awfulness being vulnerable with another person could potentially bring?

reaching his breaking point—which he wouldn’t have without the ghosts of relationships’ past (fizz, verosika) coming out of the woodwork to slam him and this being witnessed by stolas (current non-relationship relationship)—is him being unable to hold the defensive shell he carries around himself one iota longer. Dropping it means being able to look someone he cares about in the eye and saying ‘sex is not enough on its own for me. sex, in this way, might actually be damaging for me.’

not necessarily pertinent to the point of this post, but: the someone he tells this to listens. there is a positive outcome for blitz when he does engage in the act of emotional vulnerability that he’s been so successful in avoiding with, well, sex. it’s also very clear that stolas understands him better after he opens up this way.

SPOILERS FOR "SINSMAS!"

Man, this episode was a roller coaster. O_O

Poor Stolas on adjusting to life not being a prince anymore, but my heart melted from how much care and patience Blitz showed to try and comfort him even though he was mainly worried about his daughter over the course of the month. Poor Octavia too on being stuck with Stella and Andrealphus, who definitely kept up with controlling her by taking away her phone and clearly not actually caring about her. :(

I liked that we learned what "Sinsmas" is and makes me wonder how the Sins celebrate because no way they would miss out on this, even though the holiday may not actually be celebrated by the other royals given that Stolas doesn't seem to even know what it it; of course, it could just come from being raised by Paimon, who may not have it in the palace because he either did not care about his kids enough to celebrate with them or considered it a holiday just for the lower class. :/

It's crazy (and sad) that Octavia's song was indeed a parallel to "You Will Be Okay," but it further shows the divide and lack of forgiveness she has for her father all while holding Blitz as the enemy who's to blame. :( Her finding Stolas's pills was so sad too since she seemed to feel betrayed and confused, but I'm glad she was taking the pills to her dad because I was worried for a moment she might have thought to take them. O_O

My heart though when Blitz saw that family and envisioned it being him, Stolas, Octavia, and Loona as one big, happy family; that's basically every Stolitz shipper's dream! I hope we see it come true one day.<3<3<3

I literally cheered when Stolas punched Andrealphus in the face because that peacock deserves it and the fact that Stolas is typically a pacifist just proves how much he wants to see his daughter. I also laughed my ass off to Blitz calling Andrealphus "Elsa" because we've all thought it at one point or another and I even made a meme about it. XD It was amazing getting to see Loona use more magic and I heard we'll learn more about her in season 3, so we'll likely see her use more of her magical arsenal. ;) I lost it though when Blitz saved Stolas and they kissed in midair! Just yes to all of it! ^_^<3<3<3

I'm glad Octavia managed to save the day, but sadly, we all knew what likely was going to occur for Stolas and Octavia's interaction thanks to the trailer; it was still such a gut-punch though as they're both crying and Octavia is refusing to listen to Stolas, which only further highlights where Stolas trying to shelter Octavia has exacerbated the issue. ;_; ;_; ;_;

OMG though on Millie being pregnant!!! We were given the signs and even I was like "Oh, she's pregnant, isn't she?" Sure enough, we got the confirmation, so now we'll have to unpack that drama bomb in Season 3 since she still hasn't told Moxxie yet and we don't know what her decision will be. O_O Also, it was great getting to see Loona hang out with her friends from "Queen Bee." ^_^<3<3<3

Even though things aren't the best for Stolas right now, I was so happy for the Stolitz content we got with Blitz actually being romantic and affectionate, so at least Stolas further knows that Blitz does care and want to be with him. Aww to that hug at the end!!! ^_^<3<3<3

(Although I wish we had seen some Sins actually in it like Ozzie or Bee, I understand why they didn't since it would have messed with the flow and focus of the story. :/ Now we'll have to wait until Season 3 to see them or be blessed to have some shorts focused on them).

Matt had been avoiding something he usually did when he was alone, which was age regressing. It helped calm him when he was anxious or overwhelmed but with all the work he had to do, he avoided it as much as possible, but it was taking a tole on him.

His brothers knew well of his regression and offered to be his caregivers due to their knowledge of it and as he didn’t have one, but regressing in front of them was a step he wasn’t ready for.

Matt let out a silent sigh as he turned into the driveway of McDonald’s. He pulled up, Nick poking his head out the window ordering for the three of them. As Matt pulled up to get the food, Chris noticed he seemed… off.

“Hey Matt, you good?” He asked, handing Nick his food. Matt nodded slowly. Poor kid looked exhausted, the eyebags visible underneath his eyes.

“Do we need to go anywhere else?” Matt asked softly, his voice softer than normal.

Chris shook his head, looking back at Nick. The two knew of Matt’s regression, but Matt had yet to do it in front of either of them yet.

“C’mon let’s film this video so we can get you home and you can lay down. How’s that sound?” Nick asked Matt gently, reaching over and rubbing his shoulder. Matt met Nick’s eyes, nodding.

“Perfect. We’ll do our best to make it quick.” Chris said, rubbing Matt’s arm. Matt nodded to Chris as well as he drove to an empty driveway to film.

“Oh I bet Matt would love to eat this!” Chris joked, showing the two a picture of rice with ketchup on top. Matt cringed and slumped down in his seat whining slightly. Nick chuckled reaching behind Matt, rubbing his back.

“It’s okay Matt. It’s not here, you don’t have to eat it. You’re okay.” Nick whispered soothingly to Matt, who leaned into his gentle touch.

After the video was done they went home and Matt went to his room to lay down. Chris went to shower and Nick edited the video, posting it.

It had been two days since the video and a lot of comments were pointing out how quiet and soft Matt’s voice had been. Matt tried to ignore the comments, embarrassed that he had been so close to slipping in front of their audience.

“Matt are you sure you’re okay? You’ve seemed so tired lately.” Nick asked, rubbing his brother’s shoulders as Matt laid on top of him.

“Mhm..” Matt murmured softly, comfortably moving closer to Nick, who ran his hands gently through Matt’s hair as the watched a movie.

Chris came in with snacks, setting them on the table, kissing Matt’s forehead before sitting down on the floor by his legs.

Matt reached his arms out towards Chris, who scooted closer allowing Matt to wrap his arms around him.

“You doing okay?” Chris asked him. Matt nodded, sighing softly. The three watched the movie before all curling up together falling asleep.

It had been around a month and it was time to do a meet-and-greet. Matt stood in the middle between Chris and Nick as the people came up and hugged them to take a picture.

Matt must’ve been looking good because the fans were eating him up. As a girl walked up to them giving them a hug, she turned to her friends.

“He’s so hot guys! God i want him to take me so badly!” She gushed, as her friends also made comments similar to hers. Matt looked down, embarrassed and getting nervous and overwhelmed. His brain started to get fuzzy, his eyes watering. His breathing became ragged and eventually became heavy gasps for air.

Nick noticed this immediately, asking them to leave politely before getting pissed off.

“Look, there’s others here to see us too so please.” Nick snapped slightly. The girls rolled their eyes and walked off. Nick rushed back over to Matt, whose breathing was much worse.

“She should’ve kept her big mouth shut. How could she say that about him? He’s a person too.” Chris hissed to Nick. The youngest triplet had his arms around Matt as Matt buried his face in Chris’s shoulder. The two immediately shared a glance, knowing Matt was beginning to slip. All the signs were crystal clear.

“Let’s get you home okay?” Nick said to Matt. Matt looked over at Nick, the tears continuing to fall down his face as he nodded.

“P-pl..ease.” Matt hiccuped, the tears falling harder. Nick wrapped his arms around him protectively as they made their way to the car.

They waited patiently for Matt to be calm enough to drive home. Once they arrived, Nick was the first one out the car. He rushed to Matt’s door, opening it and helping him out.

“C’mon let’s get you to bed.” He whispered as Chris opened the door for them. Nick led Matt to his room and turned his light off, turning on his lamp. He led Matt to his bed before going to Matt’s room, grabbing his little space bag.

“I’ll get him a bottle.” Chris offered to Nick who nodded gratefully before rushing back to Matt.

“Sorry, I’m back sweet boy.” Nick said, setting the bag down. Matt let out a soft whimper, clearly shy but too far slipped and way too emotional to care. His face was tear stained, eyes red.

Chris came in with the bottle, handing it to Nick. He walked over to Matt, kissing his forehead before walking out telling him he’d be right back. Matt extended his arms out as Chris left, letting out a sad whine.

“Shh it’s okay honey. C’mere.” Nick said softly, leaning back on his bed as Matt crawled to him curling into his side. “How are you feeling?”

“S-sca.. er.. u-uncomfy..” Matt whimpered, rubbing his eyes in slight frustration. He always got nervous and couldn’t think of words when he was overwhelmed.

“It’s okay take your time sweet boy.” Nick said, rubbing Matt’s back. Matt shook his head, whimpering again, reaching for his bottle. Nick gave it to him, his arms around him gently.

As Matt finished his bottle, he yawned. He glanced at the door seeing Chris walking in.

“C-Cwis!” Matt squealed, extending his arms again. Chris smiled and laid on the other side of him.

“Hey there buddy. You sleepy yet?” He asked as Matt turned over, snuggling into him. He yawned again, nodding. Nick rolled over as well, Matt grabbing his arm and putting it around him.

“Goodnight sweet boy.” Nick whispered.

“N-ni ni.” Matt whispered. Chris and Nick shared a smile at Matt’s way of saying goodnight when being little.

“Goodnight bud.” Chris whispered as the three fell asleep.

Overall, this episode was AMAZING. The writing was great, the emotional moments hit hard, the animation was great as usual, and the pacing was good, if not a bit clunky. What a great end to the season.

In my opinion, Loona is a character with some of the most wasted potential in Helluva Boss.

Though we don't have a ton of information about her background, we do know she lived in a shelter for much (or maybe even all) of her childhood. Loona is cold and distant to her adoptive father, and outright rude to many others, particularly Moxxie, who she constantly mocks and belittles. I'm thinking that this behavior is either a result of her upbringing, or perhaps it was even the reason she was put into the shelter to begin with. But until more is revealed about her past, I want to complain about the way she's currently written.

Loona is abusive, plain and simple. The way she treats Blitz, her adoptive father, goes way past simple angsty teenage rebellion and well into the abuse territory. Any semblance of Loona being remotely sympathetic was thrown out the window in Seeing Stars, when she kicks Blitz in the groin, all because he was relieved to see her and wanted to give her a hug. And all of that after she gives Octavia the "cut your dad some slack" speech.

I've seen people try and defend this behavior by pointing out that Loona has childhood trauma, and this is why she has these behavioral issues. It's certainly not unheard of for victims of childhood abuse/neglect to have anger issues and poor emotional regulation, and I would have absolutely no problem with this being the case if it was shown to actually be a problem, but it isn't. Not once does Loona get called out for her behavior or face any sort of consequence for treating others poorly. If anything, this abusive behavior is treated as a joke more often than not.

It's extremely ironic that one of the most despised characters in Helluva Boss, Stella, receives so much hate for being abusive towards Stolas, when we've seen Loona do far worse to Blitz. I honestly cannot think of a logical reason as to why we're supposed to like Loona, while also hating Stella. We see Stella nearly hit Stolas and it's (rightfully) treated as being abusive. But when Loona is constantly beating up her dad for no good reason, we're just supposed to laugh? It seems extremely hypocritical on both the writers' part, as well as many of the fans'. I honestly can't tell if the writers genuinely think this behavior is okay (when it's coming from Loona) or if they just see it as a quirky character trait of hers.

If we're supposed to find Loona likeable, which we clearly are, then the writers seriously need to start making some changes. I'm not saying they should just completely retcon Loona's character and suddenly make her nice, but they do need to start being consistant with how they portray abuse, and they seriously need to stop excusing and coddling her horrible behavior, regardless of if she has childhood trauma. That is not how you grow as a person and overcome your issues. Yes, it's a process that is often long and difficult, but it hasn't been shown that Loona is actually trying to make any change at all, or that anyone is actually encouraging her to change.

If you want an actually halfway decent example of a character overcoming their trauma (at least within the Hellaverse) look no further than Blitz himself. It's clear his father was abusive and explotative towards him, not to mention he accidentally caused the death of his mother and the maiming of his close friend. Both of these things likely contributed to many of Blitz's flaws and issues as an adult. But the thing is, despite all that, Blitz himself isn't abusive to his daughter. He has shown nothing but unconditional love and devotion to his daughter despite his past. I'm not saying Blitz is a perfect character by any means (I won't excuse him literally threatening to rape his employees), but it really goes to show this whole argument of 'Loona acts the way she does because she has childhood trauma and that makes it okay' doesn't hold up to scrutiny as much as her stans seem to think.

I think a good idea would be to start showing more of how Loona's behavior negatively affects those around her, something which would give her the motivation to want to change. Show how hurt Blitz feels whenever Loona lashes out at him. We get a taste of this in Spring Broken when she hurts Blitz's feelings, but it's clear from both her dialogue in the scene as well as her later actions that the writers apparently don't want her to actually learn from her mistakes and grow as a character, which is such a shame.

Loona had the opportunity to be an extremely complex and compelling character if her aggression and violent outbursts were actually addressed as being a problem she needed to overcome, and if she actually tried changing herself for the better. Seeing the effort she puts into treating others better and breaking the cycle of abuse would have made her character feel so much stronger and more likeable. But instead, the show just treats this abusive behavior as a quirky, edgy joke and "lol that's just classic Loona!! What can ya do lol!!!"

She does have her moments where a good character actually shines through, but they're so few and far in between. I want to like Loona so much, but as it currently stands, I just can't, and that makes me sad.

Oh so essentially M&M adopt reader, okay then yeah this sounds cute. I'll go GN reader cause if that's an option or it's not specified I always do that so anyone reading can essentially choose the gender they like/identify as ^^

Moxxie and Millie Adopting Teenage Reader who had bad parents.

Both have... not perfect parents, especially Moxxie so they more then get it and sympathize immeditately once they learn about your situation.

It start out with them offering to let you stay with them, when you just don't feel like going home to your indifferent parents. They insist on it if you try to say no. They only really have a couch to spare but they still try their best to accomadate you, blankets, pillows, even a stuffed animal if you need it.

This also leads to them bringing you to the office, mainly cause you don't want to be alone all day and the like. They don't mind bringing you, just tell you to be aware of Loona's grumpy nature and Blitz's mood swings. Though you actually hit it off with Loona, both enjoying just chilling round the office and sharing memes mostly.

It isn't until Blitz notices and goes "Mox, Mils your kid seems pretty close with Loonie it seems" and they just blank out at the idea, realizing they did kinda adopt you, heck you kinda moved in with them at this point, and they see you as their responsibility too.

There unsure if you see it the same way, just keep addressing you normally.

They, especially Millie include you in everything they can, pulling you in for team hugs and selfies, your part of family game night and stuff that Blitz does for the company.

If you decide to join the company, they'd likely try to push you into a safer manergerial part of the company, but if you insist on going out into the field with them, they will train you WELL, like weeks before they approve you to go out, but there not pushy, you learn at your own pace and they respect that.

They will also go with you on most missions to start just to keep an eye on you and to keep you safe.

Then, IT happens. After you come back from a mission or something, Moxxie asks you if you did a few things, cleaning weapons, reloading all that and you get exasperated and go "Yes Dad, I did all of those, It's fine." and Moxxie's eyes go wide before they start watering and he ducks into a hallway so you don't see him cry tears of joy at that.

Blitz sees, calling him soft jokingly before Loona calls out "Hey Dad! is Moxxie alright?" so he starts crying happily and the happy dads just hug eachother tightly as they cry

Millie is a lot more calm the first time you call her Mom, it's after a messy mission and after you finish cleaning up you hug her and say "I love you Mom" She sniffles a little but keeps her composure and hugs you back tightly "Love you too kid"

They do eventually officially adopt you, happy to have you legally and wanting to see you grow up and become the great person they know you'll be. And also have you along the ride of wacky and crazy hijinks there lives are.

So I actually really enjoyed the little HB short with Millie and Sallie Mae.

I thought it was cute and it was breath of fresh spring air to get some scenes with JUST woman characters interacting and talking about their relationship.

That said, after watching, it just made me realize how much I want an ACTUAL episode exploring Millie and her background.

At the end of the short we get that brief conversation about Sallie Mae seeming to feel left behind when Millie moved to the city, and that honestly should have been the plot of the harvest moon festival imo.

Little reimagining of how Harvest Moon Festival could have used the basic premise/conflict in Hell’s Belles to develope Millie more and give us a better insight into her character. (Also after typing all of this out I realized I misspelled Sallie May’s name, and I’m too tired to go back and fix it please do not bully me rip 😭🪦)

So, Instead of having Moxxie compete with striker, what if we’d learned that Millie left home because she had an inferiority complex due to constantly being compared to Sally Mae, who could be the “golden child” of the family.

Maybe Sally Mae and Millie have always had a really fierce sibling rivalry, and Millie has struggled a lot with measuring up to her sister.

Striker could be not only the new farmhand, but Sally Mae’s new boyfriend. Instead of the conflict being Moxxie’s feelings of inferiority to Striker, further tension could come from Millie being upset that her parents are so accepting of Sally Mae’s partner while not approving of her’s.

Millie could be the one to find Striker’s assassin gear, and Striker manages to knock her out like he did Moxxie. Instead of Moxxie stabbing Striker like Millie did in the actual episode, it’s Sally Mae who catches Striker and stabs him to try and save her sister. The way this could be set up could also be a nice establishing character moment for Sally Mae—she’s dating Striker, but the moment she sees her sister in danger she doesn’t hesitate to try and save her sister.

Striker throws Sallie Mae and Millie into the basement, and Sallie Mae is the one to get her leg in the bear trap.

They have a sister heart to heart, where Millie expresses her frustration for not being able to take Striker out on her own and feeling like she’s always been in Sallie Mae’s shadow.

Sallie Mae could then reveal that she’s always been jealous of Millie for being her own person and going against their parent’s wishes by striking out on her own moving to Imp City. Maybe Sally Mae has always been afraid of disappointing their parents, but wishes she could also leave the farm. Or Idk, maybe she’s always been the “golden child” because she’s been trying to impress Millie, and not their parents, because she admires her sister. There’s a lot of different sibling rivalry/insecurity conflicts and dynamics that could be used here.

The main point is that they come to an understanding in the basement, Sallie Mae gives Millie a pep talk and lets her know that she can do this and take down Striker.

Millie escapes the basement and the episode plays out like it does in the actual show. Instead of Millie getting talked down to her parents at the end, it’s Sally Mae, and when they criticize Sally Mae for getting hurt and try to praise Millie for getting out of the basement and chasing Striker away with Blitzø, Millie stands up for herself and her sister, stopping her parents from pitting the siblings against each other like they did in the past.

The sisters leave on good terms and the day is saved or whatever. They hug goodbye, and promise to stay in touch more and visit soon.

This could potentially help set up the idea of Millie having an inferiority complex and struggling with not believing she’s important that, in my opinion, comes out of absolutely nowhere in “Unhappy Campers”. If it’s established early that Millie has always struggled with feeling less-than in comparison to Sallie Mae and her siblings, it makes a lot more sense that she’d be so excited with the attention she receives in Unhappy Campers. And that she’d be extra upset by Moxxie’s lack of support.

Also for anyone asking “what about moxxie” idk. helluva boss loves their b and c plots so maybe there could be a slapstick bit where Millie’s brothers keep trying to wrestle Moxxie, so Moxxie is always hiding from them or getting tackled by them. Or maybe Moxxie could be really excited to try and bond with Millie’s family and get to know them more, so he keeps trying to connect with them in different awkward ways. Whatever. This is Millie’s episode now, I don’t care what moxxie does.

This is a very very basic re-imagining, and it’s definitely been done before and can be cliche. I want to make it really really clear that I’m NOT writing this out as a “fix-it”.

More of just a “what-if” and wishing about what may have been in terms of Millie getting more character development in the show proper, instead of getting a tiny bit of development and background info in a 5 minute short.

It’s just a shame because I’d love to have more concrete development for Millie. The short gave us a LITTLE insight into her and Sallie May’s characters, but it feels like we’re still being given crumbs about who Millie is as a character after a season and a half.

We should know more about her by now other than “likes violence/is good at fighting” and “is cheerful”. And also feels unimportant sometimes even thought she’d never given any indication that she’d ever struggled with that before.

Also I don’t think the voice direction for Sally Mae was done well. I liked her voice in “Harvest Moon” but it felt like the voice actress was struggling with keeping the southern accent in tact + sounding natural.

Overall, I did really like the short, but it also made me kind of sad for what could have been in terms of giving Millie more of the spotlight.

Now every writer fucks up here and there, but when writing a threat and don’t want your main character to sound like a rapist, don’t write any threat involving sex because they’ll sound like a rapist

After Moxxie fucks up the mission and then finally kills the mother, Blitzo hugs him to threaten that if he fucked again “I will fuck you and your wife” in quite a serious tone, that he whispered in Moxxie’s ear so that Millie didn’t hear. He meant it, he would do it, meaning he would rape someone.

Maybe Stolas and Blitzo are meant for each other after all

Time was, a lot of us hoped this was all leading somewhere dark and deliberate...that Blitzo was being abused by Stolas, but he was also behaving in this horrifying way towards his own employees.

Wouldn't mind a sip of that story now.

Bellow is going to be an in depth review on why these are my favorite and why they are placed like this.. and it’s long

Number 10: Octavia

Octavia as a great character in my opinion, even though the episodes she was in are not my absolute favorites. I do enjoy her whenever she appears, and when I found out that she is most likely getting a song, I was so happy.

With that being said, she isn’t that compelling to me compared to other characters in mind

Number 9: Striker

Striker is a character that always hypes me when he appears. He easily earns me respect for being a guy who just does his job, and isn’t afraid to cause damage or kill other characters (like Stolas)

He’s also very interesting and easily likable, but not as much as the other 8 ahead of him

Number 8: Sally Mae

I loved her from the first time I saw her in episode 5, and the new short made me love her even more. Her relationship with Millie has to be one of my favorites in helluva boss. Not to mention a well represented trans character. So she earns my respect without a doubt

Number 7: Verosika Mayday

As Blitzø’s ex, she’s very interesting. There are many reasons why I like her. She’s blitz’s ex and we don’t know why they broke up (we got hints, but not a full explanation) I love her sassy personality and she’s hot(not that the other characters are hot, they are but Veroskia is a sucubus, not that it really matters but still). The reason why she’s higher then Sallie Mae is because we’ve had a lot more time with her.

I also can’t wait for apology tour, witch come out in my birth month

Number 6: Asmodeus/Ozzie

I Love the house of asmodeus so much and Ozzie just gets better from here, from a lustful sin to a sweet parter. He deserves to be in top 10

Reason why he’s here is because not because he sucks, but that other top 5 I like more then him for their own reasons, with that being

Number 5: Millie

I love her personality and her strength throughout the show. She’s brave, loves her husband, and is a very caring person who cares about her friends/family.

she’s only lower then her husband because we haven’t got a lot of time with her, but she’s still amazing which is why she is this high.

Number 4: Moxxie

His arc has to be one of my favorites, and he is very entertaining. I think he and Millie are some of the best characters in the show and that’s why they are both in my top 5, next to each other. But he’s only higher because he has more screentime.

Number 3: Blitzø

He’s always been a very interesting character, from the beginning where he was basically an animated Brenden Rogers (I enjoy his work BTW and recommend to those who like helluva boss) to where he got more and more complex and now, I just want to give him a big hug. But there are 2 more characters that are ahead of him

Number 2: Fizzarolli

Who DOESN’T like this dude, he’s so cute and funny and I love him. Of course with his more serious moments. That just makes me respect him even more. Ozzie’s, Opps, and Mammons magnificent musical mid-season special have to be some of my favorite partially (or entirely) because of him.

Honorable Mention: Vassago

Before I get to number one, I thought I should mention him. We haven’t seen him in the show yet, but I already like him since we got the information from Vivziepop that he’s a good boy (please let the be the truth Vivzie). That’s all

Number 1: Stolas

This is my favorite helluva boss character, this bird boy has always had my attention with his personality and complexity of his character. I’m very glad that he is getting a divorce with that toxic Stella (who I hate) and his loving relationship with his daughter Octavia (who I mentioned before as my number 10). I loved those last 5 minutes of full moon hearing his side of the story and giving the Asmodian crystal to Blitzø.

(AND I SWEAR TO GOD VIVZIE THAT IF THEY DONT GET BACK TOGETHER BY THE END OF THE SEASON)

● Loona would allow you to drink her blood if you can't it from another demon.

● She would also let you touch her ears and tail, especially her ears, because if you two are cuddling and you caressed her ears, her tail would move quickly with joy.

● If you are very tired you would change into your bat form and fall asleep on her head or her tail since both are quite soft.

● In public she is not so affectionate, she would only hold your hand or give you a kiss on the cheek but when in private she would quickly become a puppy, she would hug you and not let you go until she wants.

● Going out with Loona is great since you two have a lot of dates, although there is a small problem with that, that problem was Blitzo since he sometimes follows you both, one time you two discovered him watching you both with a camera from the ceiling of a cafeteria.

● Apart from working at I.M.P, your other job is to calm Loona because even thought she is calm, she sometimes has fits of anger.

● One time you had to calm her down before she killed poor Moxxie since the little imp made a comment that made Loona angry and chase him all over the building, fortunately you arrived in time and calmed her down.

● When you two sleep together she will wrap her tail around your waist to hold you close to her.
