The feeling of cool scales brushing over your flesh. A deep, happy bellow rattling your body from its very core. Reptilian eyes staring into yours with ravenous hunger. Saliva dripping from gleaming fangs onto your trembling skin. Powerful jaws wrapping around your collarbone, holding you in place. Claws tangled in your hair. Talons spreading your legs. A thick tail wagging lazily across the bed. A thick, ancient voice growling “Miiiinnnneee~”

Sleep Token provides one hell of a fun vibe to draw to. I could not decide between an open-mouthed and closed-mouth look so I just went with both.

Fun fact: Wick technically does not need to breathe through their mouth, the openings on their sides and back are spiracles that they can and do breathe through. Hence the smoke coming from both locations.

You’ve heard the story before, you’re lost in the woods, and I’m hunting you. And as is tradition, prey will do as prey does and runs.

To your surprise, I don’t chase you. Running until you’re winded and slowing to a normal pace. You feel secure, you did get away afterall.

But you feel it on your neck, the burning feeling of being watched. You know it’s my amber eyes raking across your sweaty flesh. And once again, you’re off. Running from the hulking mass of scales and muscle that has locked in on you.

You wind yourself again, hoping to have lost me. But that feeling remains. Again and again you run, and run. each time a little less, wearing yourself out more and more. And yet my eyes always find you, never letting you rest.

Leaning against a tree, huffing for your life, to tired to even jump at my voice, dripping into your ear, my hot breath washing your back:

Run if you must, it makes no difference in the end.
